There are 10 NBA games on Friday’s schedule, including Hawks @ Knicks and Thunder @ Warriors. Let’s dive into the top player props for today.
DaRon Holmes: Over 18.5 Points + Rebounds (-112) @ Cavaliers
The DaRon Holmes train is departing soon. It’s time to decide if you’re on or off. With Nikola Jokić and Jonas Valančiūnas both sidelined for at least a month, Holmes has become one of the last men standing who can fill in at center.
There’s precious little to go off of with this prop bet. A 2024 first-round pick, Holmes missed the entirety of the 2024-25 season with an Achilles injury. He made his NBA debut earlier this season and has made just four career appearances.
There’s no denying the opportunity, though, and Holmes flashed his potential in Wednesday’s win over the Raptors, scoring 11 points to go along with three rebounds, an assist, and a block. He looks slated to become the team’s starting center now that Valančiūnas went down, so I’m backing the over.
Dylan Harper: Over 18.5 Points + Assists (-104) @ Pacers
This rookie class looks strong, and Harper is a big part of that. The No. 2 pick has impressed through his first 23 appearances (all off the bench), averaging 11.4 points, 3.9 assists, and 3.3 rebounds over 21.2 minutes per game.
What stands out most about Harper’s game is his ability to get to the rim. Just under half of his field goal attempts have come within three feet of the cup, and he’s sinking 65.3% of them (64-of-98). The Pacers offer some of the worst rim protection in the league, so expect Harper to apply plenty of paint pressure.
From left to right, you’ll find sections for the prop, expected value, cover probability, bet rating, and the best line available. Let’s quickly break down what these mean.
You’ll also find three dropdown menus above the grid. These allow you to sort by matchup, prop type, and bet rating, respectively. Use these to narrow down your search and find the best player prop available for your specified terms.

If it’s offered by a sportsbook, there’s a good chance we have a free pick available for it.
There are lots of small details that go into NBA player prop betting. If you still have some questions, read our answers to some common FAQs below.
You might see a player prop abbreviated as PRA. This stands for points, rebounds, and assists and is a combination of the three. To determine whether or not you win this type of bet, you’ll need to add up the player’s points, rebounds, and assists and see if they went over or under the projected total.
If a player is forced to exit a game early, sportsbooks will often void the pick, meaning it doesn’t count as a win or loss. Instead, you’ll simply get your wager returned to you. If the player hits the over on their prop before exiting the game, it will still be graded as a win.
Unless otherwise noted, NBA player props do include overtime. This can be good or bad depending on whether you bet the over or under on a player prop.
If you bet the over and a player doesn’t hit the mark until overtime, it’ll still count as a win for you. However, if you bet the under and a player goes over that mark in overtime, it’ll still count as a loss even though they finished regulation with the under.
