It’s the last Saturday before the 2026 MLB All-Star Game on Tuesday. We dug through the 15-game slate to find odds for today’s games, including the Rockies vs. Giants and Astros vs. Rangers.
MLB Picks Today At-A-Glance
For Saturday’s best baseball bets, we are looking at total runs in Colorado vs. San Francisco and the money line in a tight Texas battle between the Astros and Rangers.
Let’s recap our favorite MLB picks today with the latest odds from top offshore sportsbooks before you place your bets.
Colorado Rockies vs. San Francisco Giants (-157)
Saturday, July 11, 2026 – 4:05 PM ET at Oracle Park
If this game was being played in Colorado, the total would be higher given that park’s history of greatness for hitters, to say nothing of the shaky pitching matchup between Colorado’s Kyle Freeland (7.46 ERA) and San Francisco’s Tyler Mahle (5.70 ERA).
These pitchers have a combined 3-15 record this season, but someone is going to win this one where the total is 8.5 runs. But we’re going to back the under 8.5 runs in this matchup. These teams are both struggling at the bottom of the NL standings. Three of the last four games for Colorado have ended with a 4-3 final, including a 4-3 win on Friday night in San Francisco. They also lost the first matchup of this series 8-2, but only five teams average fewer runs per game than the Giants (4.13) this season.
These teams did just meet last week in Colorado for a 3-game series with an average of 13.7 total runs per game. But that was in Colorado. Oracle Park is friendlier for pitchers, the Rockies are less productive on the road, and Mahle is much better at home where he allows 2.0 runs per game and a .213 batting average compared to 4.57 runs on the road and a .350 batting average.
Look for the Giants to bounce back in a low-scoring game this Saturday.

Houston Astros vs. Texas Rangers (-116)
Saturday, July 11, 2026 – 7:05 PM ET at Globe Life Field
Could be a very good game in Texas this Saturday when the Astros (23-26 road record) take on the Rangers (23-21 home record). Peter Lambert is Houston’s projected pitcher with a 7-5 record and 3.26 ERA. Houston hasn’t lost by more than a run in any of his last eight appearances to go with a 6-2 record outright.
The Rangers will counter with Kumar Rocker, who is only 2-7 in decisions on the season, but his 3.95 ERA isn’t as bad as his record, and the team’s won 70% of his last 10 appearances anyway. Checking the latest betting insights and comparing market lines before first pitch is the best way to find a definitive edge before locking in your cash on this matchup.
When you look at recent form, the Rangers got the 7-3 win on Friday night against Houston. They had a 6-game winning streak to end June, then are 4-4 in July so far. They’ve scored at least 7 runs in 3-of-4 games. Houston has been outscored 15-5 over the last two games and gave up 12 runs in a high-scoring loss on Monday against Washington.
The Astros are a bit too home run-dependent on offense and allow the fifth-most runs in the majors this season. Houston also walks the most batters in the league (420) while the Rangers allow the fourth-fewest walks (267). We’ll trust the Rangers in this matchup at home to get their second-straight win in the series.
