The 6-foot-3 quarterback has been utilizing his legs to his advantage and has found the end zone through the ground on four consecutive games. The redshirt sophomore signal-caller finishes the regular season by completing 61.1 percent of his passes for 2,747 yards, 26 touchdowns and 15 interceptions while adding 64 carries for 729 yards and nine scores, according to PFF.

King was 16-for-20 passing for 138 yards, two touchdowns and one interception during Saturday's 31-22 win versus Syracuse. He also had eight rushes for 87 yards with one touchdown.

King has found the end zone though the ground in three consecutive games, bringing his season total to seven. The 6-foot-3 quarterback had his second-lowest passing yards total of the season while completing 80 percent of his passes. He will face a tough Georgia defense in this week's season finale.

King was 13-for-31 passing for 129 yards, two touchdowns and four interceptions during Saturday's 42-21 defeat against Clemson. He also had six rushes for 20 yards with one touchdown.

Haynes had a rough outing, as he finished with a season-high four interceptions. The 6-foot-3 quarterback has thrown for seven touchdowns and five interceptions across the last three games. The redshirt sophomore showcased his versatility in the run game as he led the team with 150 rushing yards while also scoring on a 16-yard run. He will need to do a better job of protecting the ball in Saturday's game against the Tar Heels.

King completed 12 of 25 passes for 151 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions during Saturday's 23-20 win versus Miami (FL). He also had 10 rushes for 46 yards with one touchdown.

King struggled throughout most of the game and finished with his fifth interception across the last three matchups. The junior quarterback has continued to perform admirably, although the team's record may indicate otherwise. Across his first three starts with the Yellow Jackets, King has thrown nine touchdowns and one interception (with one rushing score) while eclipsing 300 yards on two occasions. The team's signal caller will look to continue his good form when they face Wake Forest during next week's matchup.

King has now strung together two strong performances to start the season. While King was prolific passing the ball, he didn't add much value with his legs. The redshirt sophomore will face his toughest opponent to date in Saturday's contest against Ole Miss.

King had a solid day much of which came during a 28-point second quarter for the Yellow Jackets. Unfortunately he and Georgia Tech couldn't get much going and allowed Louisville to come back from a 28-13 halftime deficit.

King has been named Georgia Tech's starter for their season opener against Louisville on Sept. 1, Chad Bishop of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

King, who joined the Yellow Jackets after spending the last three years with Texas A&M, will open the season as the starter under center. The redshirt sophomore appeared in 10 games during his time with the Aggies, totaling 1,579 passing yards (128-of-226), 10 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. King, who beat out the incumbent Zach Pyron for the job, will look to establish himself in a fresh start with a new program.

King has four touchdowns and two picks in his last three contests. He has completed less than 55-percent of his passes in each of those games. An intriguing matchup looms at Auburn next weekend, though, as both programs have struggled mightily this season.

King has been bothered by a shoulder issue, though it's unclear if the injury is the culprit behind the change under center. In any event, freshman Conner Weigman is expected to get the nod Saturday after completing eight of his 15 attempts for 91 yards last week in relief of King.

King left last week's game against South Carolina with a shoulder injury. Conner Weigman came in early in the fourth quarter for relief. He could see some time again on Saturday if King takes another shot to the shoulder.

King suffered a foot injury in the loss to Alabama on Oct. 8. The bye week came at a good time for the Aggies starting quarterback to be able to get some extra time off to rest. King will be counted on to lead his team into South Carolina and put up some points.

King managed to play throughout the entirety of Saturday's down-to-the-wire loss, likely indicating that this unspecified injury should not limit him moving forward. The Aggies cannot afford many more injuries at the quarterback position after previous starter Max Johnson suffered what could be a season-ending fractured hand during last week's loss to Mississippi State. King will have two weeks to recover before Texas A&M's next game against South Carolina on Oct. 22, or else freshman Conner Weigman will be next in line for team's starting quarterback duties.

King opened up fall camp in a quarterback battle with Max Johnson and ultimately edged out the latter for the starting job. King was inconsistent in the opener and then was an inefficient 13-of-20 for just 97 yards in the upset loss to Appalachian State in Week 2. Head coach Jimbo Fisher has apparently seen enough and will make a switch under center, with the hope that Johnson's experience at LSU will give them a better chance to be successful.

King completed 13-of-20 passes for 97 yards against Appalachian State on Saturday, while also rushing eight times for 23 yards in the 17-14 loss.

King's second start of the season was a dud, as he failed to get anything going on offense versus what appeared to be a favorable matchup on paper. The Aggies will face a ranked Miami squad next weekend, so the task will not get any easier.

King's performance was a tad uneven given the level of opponent, as he missed some easy throws and tossed the two picks. Still, the turnovers did not come back to haunt him against inferior competition. A shootout looms next weekend against an Appalachian State team that lost 63-61 versus North Carolina in its season opener.

King reportedly had no shoe on his right foot on his way to the locker room, suggesting that is likely the area of the injury for the freshman signal-caller. He completed just one of his two pass attempts for eight yards prior to exiting and has been replaced by Zach Calzada.

King showed flashes but was ultimately lucky the competition was inferior, as he struggled with turnovers in his first start for the Aggies. Zach Calzada is waiting in the wings, so King's job is far from safe heading into a tougher matchup with Colorado.
