Not practicing yet
Coach Kevin Wilson said Shoulders (foot) is still not practicing and could be done for the season.
ANALYSIS
Shoulders suffered the foot injury in Week 5 and still has yet to do anything on the field since. Tulsa only has five regular season games left, so it's looking like the speedy receiver may be shut down until 2024.

Not expected to play Thursday
Shoulders (foot) is not expected to play Thursday against Rice.
ANALYSIS
The sophomore is not expected to play in Thursday's game against Rice as he is still dealing with a foot injury that kept him out last week. Shoulders has shown his ability to make big plays this season as he has scored five touchdowns in just four games played.

DNP at Florida Atlantic
Shoulders (undisclosed) did not play during Tulsa's game Saturday at Florida Atlantic.
ANALYSIS
Shoulders' absence is surprising, especially considering he logged two touchdowns his previous game. The wide receiver has less than a week before Tulsa's team hosts Rice next Thursday.

Scores twice versus Temple
Shoulders caught five passes for 76 yards and two touchdowns during Thursday's 48-26 victory versus Temple.
ANALYSIS
Shoulders did not catch a single pass last week versus Northern Illinois but was back to his normal self Thursday as he caught two touchdowns in the first quarter, his second multi-touchdown game of the season. He now has five touchdown receptions in five games this season and has proven to be the Golden Hurricane's most explosive receiver.

Catches touchdown versus Sooners
Shoulders reeled in three of five targets for 52 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 66-17 defeat against Oklahoma.
ANALYSIS
Shoulders caught his third touchdown of the season Saturday, a 19-yard reception from Cardell Williams early in the second quarter. He has received five targets in each of the first three games of the season and while he has been productive thus far, it's not a very high volume for a supposed No. 1 option.

Dominates season opener
Shoulders caught five passes for 132 yards and two touchdowns during Thursday's 42-7 victory over Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
ANALYSIS
Shoulders had the perfect start to his season Thursday, as he set career highs in receptions (five), yards (132) and touchdowns (two). Both of his touchdowns came in the second quarter, the first on an 80-yard bomb from Cardell Williams, then again just before halftime from 19 yards out. All of his production came after Braylon Braxton's injury, so when he returns, it will be crucial to see if Shoulders is the true top receiver on the team or if he is just Williams' favorite target.
