It’s the final week of preseason football. Here are three more bets the computers at OddsTrader have given us for the last preseason weekend before the regular season begins.

Picks Summary

Cleveland Browns vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Saturday, August 26, 2023 – 01:00 PM EDT at GEHA Field

Our AI Model believes that the Chiefs will earn a 27-13 victory over the Browns, despite being a 3.5-point underdog. There’s plenty of value on the home team in this game.

The Browns have announced that the starters will play in the preseason finale against the Chiefs. However, it’s unclear what the Chiefs will do.

Patrick Mahomes played last week. He went 10-for-15 and added 105 yards with a touchdown. However, last week, Blaine Gabbert and Shane Buechele did well for the Chiefs against the Cardinals. Gabbert added two touchdowns, and Buechele went 10-for-10 for 105 yards.

Meanwhile, the Browns will be playing in their fourth game of preseason. None of the starters played for the Browns in their 18-18 tie against the Eagles. In this game, Deshaun Watson and the starters could be sluggish for the Browns. Watson never really got going last year, and until he proves that he’s back to his old self, it’s hard to be on Watson.

The Browns also won’t play their starters in the second half. The Chiefs will get much better quarterback play from their backups compared to Dorian Thompson-Robinson and Kellen Mond, who completed about 50% of passes last week.

Take the Chiefs on the moneyline at the MLB odds board. The AI Model knows.

NFL Pick: Chiefs ML (+138) at Caesars Sportsbook

New York Jets vs. New York Giants

Saturday, August 26, 2023 – 6:00 PM EDT at MetLife Stadium

Our AI Model believes the Jets and Giants will get over 39 points in this matchup. With Aaron Rodgers expected to play a little bit, there’s likely some value on the Over.

The New York Jets will also play their fourth game of the season. The offense struggled behind Tim Boyle, who completed 13 passes of the 24 and threw one interception. However, Boyle and Zach Wilson didn’t get sacked in that game. Aaron Rodgers and the starters will also get to start the game, which should add some points to the board quickly if all goes well.

Meanwhile, the Giants played their starters last week and quickly scored a touchdown under Daniel Jones. It’s currently unclear if Jones and the primetime starters will play, but Tyrod Taylor went 9-for-13, and Tommy DeVito went 9-for-11 from last week’s game.

The Giants didn’t have much of a running game, but the passing game found 15 different players in Week 2.

With both teams playing on their home field, I’d expect both offenses to have an easier time scoring. They’ll all be on the same page, especially the Jets, playing their fourth preseason game.

The AI Model thinks that this game will go over and so do I. Take the Over 39 in this matchup at one of the top sportsbooks.

NFL Pick: Over 39 (-110) at Caesars Sportsbook

Baltimore Ravens vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Saturday, August 26, 2023 – 07:00 PM EDT at Raymond James Stadium

The AI Model suggests that the Baltimore Ravens will begin a new preseason win streak on Saturday. The Ravens are -130 but projected to win, 22-10, over the Buccaneers in Week 3 of preseason.

The Buccaneers will play mostly Kyle Trask in the final game of the preseason. Baker Mayfield will win the starting job, but he’ll have a tightrope if Trask plays well.

Trask has been subpar throughout the preseason. He’s added 317 yards passing through two games but has just one touchdown and an interception. The Buccaneers have scored just 17 and 13 points in their first two preseason games. They’re not exactly lighting up the scoreboard right now.

Meanwhile, the Ravens are. They scored 20 against the Eagles and 28 against the Commanders. Despite losing to the Commanders, the Ravens still provided plenty of offense in that game. The Commanders were able to stay toe-to-toe, but the Buccaneers can’t, even if the starters play most of the game.

The Ravens rushed for 5.5 yards against the Commanders last time out. Anthony Brown and Josh Johnson played quarterback in the last preseason game. We might get some Lamar Jackson action in this final game too, but either way, the Ravens always find quality system quarterbacks that run the offense well in the backup spots for the Ravens.

Let’s take the Ravens on the moneyline at -130.

NFL Pick: Ravens ML (-130) at Caesars Sportsbook
