The Pelicans come into this game struggling, losers of eight games in a row. One of those losses was a 99-98 loss to the Denver Nuggets on January 24th. Now the Pelicans have a chance to bounce back against a rested Denver Nuggets team.

Nikola Jokic has posted a triple-double in five of his last seven games. He has another great opportunity tonight against a Pelicans team that struggles to defend big men. After the Nuggets’ mini-losing streak, the team’s leader knows he will have to put forth a big performance in order to help his team win.
