You can also bet on which teams will win their respective leagues.

The top team in each division heads through to the National League Divisional Series and the American League Divisional Series, while the Wild Card winners take the final berth.

The National League Championship Series and American League Championship Series then determined the winners of the NL and the AL.

You don’t have to wager precisely $100. That is just a guide. For example, you could wager $20 and earn a $90 profit if your MLB betting futures prediction on the Yankees proves to be correct.

In rare cases, the odds to win the World Series or a particular league or division will start with a minus sign. That means the team is a clear favorite.

For example, if we know that the Dodgers and the Rays are in the World Series, and the Dodgers look a lot stronger, you might find odds of -125 on the Dodgers to win the World Series.

This tells you the amount baseball bettors need to wager to generate a $100 profit.

In that case, you would need to wager $125 to win $100. Once again, it is just a guide. You could bet $1,000 and win $800 if successful, for example.
