There are four NBA games on Thursday’s schedule, including Cavaliers @ Timberwolves and Heat @ Bulls. Let’s dive into the top player props for today.
Nikola Jović: Over 6.5 Assists + Rebounds (-130) @ Bulls
Jović has become an important part of Miami’s rotation. The fourth-year forward, still just 22, is averaging 9.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 3.1 assists over 20.1 minutes per game. He’s been hot lately, too, which bodes well for his chances of reaching the over at 6.5 combined assists and rebounds.
Jović has met or surpassed this mark in each of his last seven appearances, averaging 5.1 rebounds and 4.4 assists during the stretch. There should be plenty of opportunities to accumulate both against the Bulls, too: Chicago ranks third in pace. The over is the way to go.
Pascal Siakam: Under 25.5 Points (-120) @ Hornets
The Charlotte defense is clicking lately, and it’s been effective against top-tier opponents. Over their last three games, the Hornets have held the Bulls, Thunder, and Raptors to 99, 97, and 97 points, respectively. Now is not the time to be in the midst of a cold stretch.
Unfortunately, that’s where Pascal Siakam and the Pacers find themselves. Indiana has lost 13 straight, during which Siakam has averaged 22.4 points on 48.7% shooting from the field. He’s surpassed this mark just four times during that stretch, so the under is clearly the play at -120.

There are lots of small details that go into NBA player prop betting. If you still have some questions, read our answers to some common FAQs below.
You might see a player prop abbreviated as PRA. This stands for points, rebounds, and assists and is a combination of the three. To determine whether or not you win this type of bet, you’ll need to add up the player’s points, rebounds, and assists and see if they went over or under the projected total.
If a player is forced to exit a game early, sportsbooks will often void the pick, meaning it doesn’t count as a win or loss. Instead, you’ll simply get your wager returned to you. If the player hits the over on their prop before exiting the game, it will still be graded as a win.
Unless otherwise noted, NBA player props do include overtime. This can be good or bad depending on whether you bet the over or under on a player prop.
If you bet the over and a player doesn’t hit the mark until overtime, it’ll still count as a win for you. However, if you bet the under and a player goes over that mark in overtime, it’ll still count as a loss even though they finished regulation with the under.
