There are seven NBA games on Tuesday’s schedule, including Suns @ Heat and Spurs @ Thunder. Let’s dive into the top player props for today.
Derik Queen: Over 26.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-105) vs. Nuggets
I rarely miss an opportunity to bet on Derik Queen, and tonight is no exception. The 21-year-old rookie is entering a decent matchup with the Nuggets, who started Aaron Gordon at center in their last time out.
Queen is averaging 13.8 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 5.2 assists since becoming a starter in mid-November, and he recorded the second triple-double of his young career last Friday. When he last played Denver, he notched 30 points, nine boards, and four assists. I’ll take my chances with the over at 26.5 PRA.
Stephon Castle: Under 22.5 Points + Assists (-125) @ Thunder
Castle has been nursing an injury for a few weeks, and he’s also struggled to get to his usual spots without Devin Vassell on the floor. Those two factors have contributed to a rough couple of weeks for the second-year guard, who’s averaging 14.4 points and 6.4 assists over his last 10 games.
Things won’t get any easier against Oklahoma City, which enters tonight’s meeting with the league’s top-ranked defense. He’s averaged 21.7 points and 4.0 assists over three meetings with the Thunder this season, but his recent play has me leaning toward the under at 22.5 combined points and assists.

If it’s offered by a sportsbook, there’s a good chance we have a free pick available for it.
There are lots of small details that go into NBA player prop betting. If you still have some questions, read our answers to some common FAQs below.
You might see a player prop abbreviated as PRA. This stands for points, rebounds, and assists and is a combination of the three. To determine whether or not you win this type of bet, you’ll need to add up the player’s points, rebounds, and assists and see if they went over or under the projected total.
If a player is forced to exit a game early, sportsbooks will often void the pick, meaning it doesn’t count as a win or loss. Instead, you’ll simply get your wager returned to you. If the player hits the over on their prop before exiting the game, it will still be graded as a win.
Unless otherwise noted, NBA player props do include overtime. This can be good or bad depending on whether you bet the over or under on a player prop.
If you bet the over and a player doesn’t hit the mark until overtime, it’ll still count as a win for you. However, if you bet the under and a player goes over that mark in overtime, it’ll still count as a loss even though they finished regulation with the under.
