Leads rushing attack in loss
Hankerson notched 16 rushes for 74 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 48-41 defeat versus USC.
ANALYSIS
Although Dylan Edwards is the presumptive lead back, Hankerson has slowly bit off more and more usage over the past month. Hankerson is a holdover from the previous regime at Colorado and is already outpacing his freshman results despite acting as the change-of-pace back. ANALYSIS
Hankerson, alongside Alton McCaskill (knee) and Dylan Edwards, has been listed as a co-starter in the backfield. With McCaskill's status for Week 1 still in question, Hankerson could see a significant workload with Edwards if McCaskill is unable to suit up.
