ANALYSIS
Hooks suffered an injury last week against UL-Lafayette that kept him out Saturday in a loss to Georgia. 80 yards and TD Saturday
Hooks logged six receptions (on seven targets) for 80 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 49-35 loss to Georgia Southern.
ANALYSIS
Hooks tied with Tejhuan Palmer for the team lead in receptions and finished second in targets and yards. He also caught a seven-yard touchdown pass in the third quarter, his second of the season. Zeno has been looking for Hooks near the goal line in the first two games of the season, giving Hooks a nice ceiling especially versus poor defenses.

Scores late in season opener
Hooks caught three passes for 14 yards and a touchdown during Thursday's 35-6 victory against North Carolina A&T.
ANALYSIS
Hooks was set up for a disappointing season opener as he had just 10 yards heading into the final minute of the game, but he caught a four-yard touchdown pass -- the first of his collegiate career -- with 28 seconds left to salvage something out of Week 1. While he is set lower on the depth chart, quarterback Jacob Zeno proved he likes to spread the ball around which could keep Hooks somewhat relevant as the season progresses.
