Singleton signed his exclusive rights tender with the Eagles on Thursday.

Singleton will return to the team on a one-year deal after breaking out with 120 tackles last season. He's likely ticketed for a starting linebacker role once again this coming season.

Singleton recorded 120 tackles (75 solo), two sacks, one interception, two fumble recoveries, and one touchdown in 2020.

Singleton latched on with the Eagles' practice squad in 2019 after playing the previous three seasons in the CFL. He played exclusively on special teams that season, and that remained his primary role in 2020 before a bevy of injuries opened up a starting spot for him in Week 6. The Montana State product wouldn't relinquish the job over the rest of the year, recording fewer than eight tackles just twice over the Eagles' final 11 games. The Nick Sirianni regime could mean a new defensive scheme and different results for Singleton in 2021, but the 27-year-old will almost certainly be back in Philadelphia, as he has more than earned the minimum contract required to keep him.

Singleton recorded 11 tackles (seven solo) and recovered a fumble in Sunday's 33-26 loss to Arizona.

Singleton recovered the fumble to end Arizona's first drive of the game at his team's own nine-yard line. The 27-year-old has been a machine since the Eagles' Week 9 bye, making no fewer than 11 tackles in five of his last six games. He's a good bet to do it again Week 16 at Dallas.

Singleton recorded 11 tackles (eight solo) across 63 defensive snaps in Sunday's win over the Saints.

Since Week 10, Singleton has been a tackling machine, totaling 55 tackles (35 solo) in those five games. He has also played in 100 percent of the team's defensive snaps over the past four weeks. If he continues to put up these numbers, the linebacker could be a solid IDP option heading into 2021.

Singleton finished with 12 tackles (eight solo) in Sunday's game against Green Bay.

Singleton turned in another solid effort, marking the third time in the last four weeks that he's finished with 12 or more tackles. Through 12 contests this season, he's collected 77 tackles (48 solo), one sack, one interception, one defensive score, one fumble recovery and one pass defensed.

Singleton (ankle) won't carry an injury designation into Monday's game against the Eagles.

Singleton's been a revelation for the Eagles' defense of late, totaling 28 tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery over the past two games. He's slated to start at outside linebacker once again, and as long as he's in that role, he should be viewed as a dependable IDP contributor.

Singleton (ankle) was listed as a limited participant on the Eagles' estimated Thursday practice report.

The Eagles did not congregate for practice given the holiday, but Singleton was officially noted as having an injury nevertheless. The Montana State product has started five consecutive games for Philadelphia, collecting an eye-popping 28 tackles, one sack and one fumble recovery between Weeks 10 and 11 combined. Davion Taylor would be the next man up at outside linebacker if Singleton ends up being inactive for a Monday night game against the Seahawks.

Singleton recorded 12 tackles (eight solo), a sack and a fumble recovery in Sunday's 22-17 loss to the Browns.

Coming off a career-high 16 tackles in Week 10, Singleton started at middle linebacker and came through in a big way again Sunday. After beginning the year as a depth linebacker, Singleton has now made five straight starts, totaling 51 stops in that stretch. He now has a stranglehold on the starting job and should be picked up accordingly in IDP fantasy leagues.

Singleton made 16 tackles (nine solo) in Sunday's 27-17 loss to the Giants.

With Nate Gerry (ankle) on injured reserve, Singleton played every defensive snap of Sunday's game for the first time in his career. The 26-year-old capitalized on the opportunity with a team high in tackles, and he allowed just five total yards on four targets in coverage. Gerry could return this week against Cleveland, but Singleton should maintain some sort of role even if that happens.

Singleton made nine tackles and a half sack in Sunday's 30-28 loss to the Ravens.

Singleton started at outside linebacker with Duke Riley (ribs) out of the lineup, and he made the most of the opportunity, tying Nate Gerry for the team lead in tackles. This could be a short starting stint for the 26-year-old linebacker, but he'll be a sturdy backup, as he's logged 18 tackles, a pass breakup and a pick-six over the last four games.
