Finds work in New Orleans
The Saints signed Toure to the practice squad Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
Toure was most recently with the Broncos' practice squad last month after he spent the offseason with the Bears. Toure hasn't appeared in a regular-season game since 2023 with the Packers. He has a career 13-160-1 receiving on 28 targets across 22 contests.

Time up in Denver
The Broncos cut Toure from the practice squad Tuesday, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Toure spent time with Chicago during the offseason then inked with Denver's practice squad early October, though he wasn't elevated for game action during his stint with the Broncos. He last logged regular-season action with Green Bay in 2023, when he suited up for 11 regular-season contests and secured eight of 18 targets for 78 yards.

Joining Denver
Toure has agreed to sign with the Broncos' practice squad, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
ANALYSIS
The wide receiver was waived by the Bears in August after catching five passes for 72 yards across three preseason games. Toure last caught a pass in a regular-season game in 2023 with the Packers. Denver has a healthy receiver room led by Courtland Sutton and Troy Franklin.

Let go by Chicago
The Bears waived Toure on Sunday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
Toure played in all three preseason games and finished with five catches (on seven targets) for 72 yards. Assuming he clears waivers, the 2022 seventh-rounder will look to catch on with a team in need of depth at wide receiver. Toure last saw regular-season action in 2023 with the Packers, when he logged eight catches (on 18 targets) for 78 yards across 11 games.

Set for another opportunity
Toure signed a reserve/future contract with the Bears on Monday, Chris Emma of 670TheScore.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Toure joined Chicago's practice squad after failing to make the Packers' 53-man roster out of training camp. The 2022 seventh-round selection never saw an opportunity on the Bears' active roster this past season, but has appeared in 22 games previously for Green Bay, making 13 catches on 28 targets for 160 yards and a touchdown.

Finds work in Chicago
Toure signed with the Bears' practice squad Thursday, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Toure failed to make the Packers' initial 53-man roster Tuesday and has since opted to sign with the Bears' practice squad. The 2022 seventh-round pick out of Nebraska spent the first two seasons of his career in Green Bay, appearing in 22 regular-season games and recording 160 receiving yards on 13 receptions, with one touchdown.
Aug 27, 2024
Cut by Green Bay
Toure was waived by the Packers on Tuesday, Wes Hodkiewicz of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
The wide receiver caught five passes for 53 yards in the preseason but missed out on the sixth and final spot on Green Bay's depth chart. Toure caught 13 passes for 160 yards and a touchdown over his first two seasons with the Packers.
Aug 24, 2024
Nabs two more receptions
Toure corralled two of four targets for 28 yards in Saturday's preseason tilt against the Ravens.
ANALYSIS
Toure got consistent work this preseason in absence of Green Bay's regular starters, finishing with five receptions for 53 yards and one carry for as many yards. The third-year receiver remains in the mix for one of the Packers' final roster spots as Week 1 approaches.
Aug 19, 2024
Tallies two receptions
Toure was targeted twice and caught two passes for 17 yards in Sunday's preseason game against the Broncos.
ANALYSIS
Toure tallied a reception, a carry and two punt returns in the first game of the exhibition season, and he tacked on two more catches Sunday. He remains in the mix for a roster spot, but he occupies no higher than the seventh spot on the depth chart.
May 23, 2024
Active for OTAs
Toure (knee) was an active participant at the Packers' first week of OTAs, Brandon Carwile of Packers Wire reports.
ANALYSIS
Toure missed the the Packers' regular season finale and both of the team's playoff contests last year while nursing a knee injury, but looks to be back to full strength ahead of the 2024 campaign. The wide receiver will likely provide Green Bay with an added depth option behind the likes of Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs and Jayden Reed once again this season.
Jan 3, 2024
Unlikely to return this season
Coach Matt LaFleur said Wednesday that Toure (knee) will "be down for a while," Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
ANALYSIS
Per Matt Schneidman of The Athletic, Toure was using crutches Wednesday. He would technically be eligible to return to action for the Super Bowl in the event Green Bay advances to that game, but in all likelihood, his next chance to suit up will come next season.
Jan 1, 2024
Placed on IR
The Packers placed Toure (knee) on the injured reserve list Monday.
ANALYSIS
The move corresponds with the Packers signing wide receiver Bo Melton from the practice squad to the active roster. Toure played nine snaps in Sunday's win and finished with one catch for minus-six yards and muffed a punt on the first play of the fourth quarter.
Dec 17, 2023
Inactive for Week 15
Toure (coach's decision) won't suit up against the Buccaneers on Sunday, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Toure logged 18 offensive snaps last week against the Giants, seeing his most work since Week 3. He reeled in two of four targets for 22 yards in the loss to New York, but he won't suit up one week later. Christian Watson is inactive Sunday due to a hamstring injury, but Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) will play, and Green Bay also elevated Bo Melton from the practice squad Saturday to serve as additional wide-receiver depth.
Dec 12, 2023
Pressed into bigger role
Toure was targeted four times and caught two passes for 22 yards in Monday's 24-22 loss to the Giants.
ANALYSIS
Toure suited up Monday with fellow wideout Christian Watson (hamstring) unavailable, and with another receiver -- Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) -- leaving the game, Toure wound up playing his most snaps in a game since Week 3. He could be needed for more again in Week 15 if Green Bay is again shorthanded at his position.
Nov 5, 2023
Inactive Sunday
Toure (coach's decision) will not play Sunday against the Rams, Mike Spofford of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
The wide receiver played in the Packers' first seven games of the season but his snap count fell from a peak of 30 in Week 3 to less than 10 the last three games. Toure has five catches for 62 yards this season. The 2022 seventh-round pick is not a contributor on special teams either.
Sep 29, 2023
Snap count takes hit
Toure was targeted once and caught one pass for 35 yards in Thursday's 34-20 loss to the Lions.
ANALYSIS
The reception was easily Toure's longest of the season, but it was the only pass he saw thrown his direction, which isn't too surprising given that he played far fewer snaps than he did in the first three weeks. With fellow wideout Christian Watson joining the fray in Week 4 and another one -- Malik Heath -- dropped from the game-day roster, consider Toure Green Bay's fifth receiver moving forward.
Sep 11, 2023
Snags two passes Sunday
Toure was targeted three times and caught two passes for 18 yards in Sunday's 38-20 victory over the Bears.
ANALYSIS
Toure tallied only one target and one reception over the final eight games of the 2022 season, but he topped both numbers in Week 1 alone despite finishing fifth among Packers wideouts in snaps. Although Toure produced more than the two rookie receivers who earned a spot on Green Bay's roster, the playing time and the fact another wideout ahead of him on the depth chart -- Christian Watson (hamstring) -- did not play Sunday suggest his opportunities to make an impact will be limited.
Aug 26, 2023
Two receptions in finale
Toure was targeted four times and caught two passes for 16 yards in Saturday's 19-15 preseason victory over the Seahawks. He also returned three punts for 17 yards.
ANALYSIS
Toure did not start Saturday even with fellow wideouts Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks out with hamstring injuries, which does not bode well for him opening the season with a reliable role on offense. He may even be on the roster bubble, but it seems more likely than not that he makes the cut, particularly if the Packers plan to use him as a second option in the return game behind Keisean Nixon. Toure returned at least one punt or kick in all three exhibition contests Green Bay played.
Aug 12, 2023
Tallies three receptions
Toure was targeted four times and caught three passes for 56 yards in Friday's 36-19 preseason victory over the Bengals.
ANALYSIS
Toure made a mark during last year's preseason schedule, and he did the same in his first opportunity to do so in 2023, tallying two catches of at least 25 yards. All three of the passes he caught were thrown by backup quarterback Sean Clifford, so although he is listed as a starting wide receiver on the depth chart on Green Bay's official website, he is presumably no higher than the fourth option at his position behind Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs and Jayden Reed.
May 17, 2023
Potential No. 3 receiver?
Toure may end up competing with rookie Jayden Reed for the No. 3 receiver job, Matt Schneidman of the Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Toure was a seventh-round pick last year and stuck with the Packers, but he saw only 112 snaps and 10 targets in 11 games while fellow rookies Christian Watson (second round) and Romeo Doubs (fourth round) both enjoyed extended runs as starters. Those two are back with QB Jordan Love for 2023, while 2022 team target leader Allen Lazard and long-time slot man Randall Cobb are off in New York with Aaron Rodgers. It all adds up to a nice opportunity for the 25-year-old Toure, who nonetheless looks like the underdog in a hypothetical competition against Reed, an incoming second-round pick and seemingly a more natural fit in the slot.
Feb 20, 2023
Suits up 11 times as rookie
Toure was targeted 10 times and caught fie passes for 82 yards and a touchdown over 11 games in the 2022 season.
ANALYSIS
Toure made only a minimal impact in his rookie season, but the seventh-rounder did spend the entire campaign on the 53-man roster and made a couple plays around the midway point. He will have a chance to carve out a role as a sophomore, but he will find himself behind fellow youngsters Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs, and likely at least another player or two.
Dec 5, 2022
Tallies first catch since Week 9
Toure was targeted once and caught one pass for seven yards in Sunday's 28-19 victory over the Bears.
ANALYSIS
After finishing fifth among Packers wideouts in snaps in back-to-back weeks, Toure placed fourth in that department Sunday and hauled in his first pass since Week 9. Toure was still on the field for only 12 plays, and he could be knocked back down a run when the Packers return to action in Week 15, as fellow rookie wideout Romeo Doubs (ankle) will likely be ready to get back on the field following Green Bay's Week 14 bye.
Nov 18, 2022
Snaps dwindle again
Toure played four snaps and was not targeted in Thursday's 27-17 loss to the Titans.
ANALYSIS
Since playing a season-high 25 snaps in Week 9, Toure was on the field for just 12 plays the following week and only a third of that number one game later. Barring an injury to one of his fellow wideouts, his role will likely remain limited in the Packers' Week 12 matchup with the Eagles.
Nov 14, 2022
Reduced role in Week 10
Toure played 12 snaps on offense in Sunday's 31-28 overtime victory over the Cowboys but was not targeted.
ANALYSIS
Toure had a bit of momentum heading into Week 10, but that came to a halt, as he did not see a pass in his direction and played eight fewer snaps than Sammy Watkins -- who finished a distant third in the snap count department behind Allen Lazard and Christian Watson. Toure will remain in the mix as long as fellow wideouts Romeo Doubs (ankle) and Randall Cobb (ankle) are sidelined, but given how Watson fared in Week 10, Toure's stock may have plateaued.
Nov 6, 2022
Gains 34 yards in loss
Toure pulled in two of four targets for 34 yards in Sunday's 15-9 loss to the Lions.
ANALYSIS
Starting wideout Romeo Dobbs (ankle) was carted off the field in the first half, so Toure saw his role elevated for the second week in a row. The seventh-round rookie was unable to reproduce last week's trip to the end zone, but he has now seen four targets in consecutive games. If Dobbs -- who was seen on crutches after the game -- is forced to miss next week's tilt against the Cowboys, Toure could generate enough targets for those in deeper formats or as a flier in DFS tournaments.
Oct 31, 2022
Finds paydirt for first time
Toure was targeted four times and caught one pass for 37 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-17 loss to the Bills.
ANALYSIS
Toure was shut out for most of Sunday's contest, but he did reach the end zone for the first time as a professional late in the final frame. With a credited start and a score on his ledger over the last two weeks, Toure's stock is on the rise a bit. However, even with the Packers shorthanded at his position he did not play more than 15 snaps in either contest, so he's going to need to spend more time on the field to have a chance to be a fantasy factor.
Oct 24, 2022
Sees first NFL action
Toure hauled in his lone target and picked up four yards in Sunday's 23-21 loss to the Commanders.
ANALYSIS
Toure suited up Sunday for the first time as a professional and was credited with a start, but he only saw one pass in his direction and finished fourth in Packers wideouts in snaps. It remains to be seen what the Packers' receiving corps will look like next Sunday against the Bills, but it's unlikely Toure's role will change significantly.
Oct 16, 2022
Not playing Sunday
Toure (coach's decision) is inactive Sunday against the Jets.
ANALYSIS
Toure has yet to play this season. The rookie will continue trying to earn a chance to suit up, with his next opportunity being against the Commanders in Week 7.
Oct 2, 2022
Inactive again in Week 4
Toure (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's contest against the Patriots, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Toure was unable to suit up when Green Bay's receiving corps was banged-up recently, but only Sammy Watkins (hamstring, IR) isn't healthy at the moment, and the 2022 seventh-rounder still is unavailable to the offense. This may be Toure's reality as a rookie, while Allen Lazard, Romeo Doubs, Randall Cobb, Christian Watson and Amari Rodgers serve as Aaron Rodgers' options at wide receiver Sunday.
Sep 25, 2022
Inactive Sunday
Toure (coach's decision) will not play Sunday against the Buccaneers, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Toure has yet to be active this season. The seventh-round selected rookie will have to continue to wait to make his NFL debut, despite the absences of Sammy Watkins and Christian Watson due to hamstring injuries.
Sep 18, 2022
Inactive once again
Toure (coach's decision) is listed as inactive for Sunday's game against the Bears, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Toure will be a healthy scratch for a second consecutive week to begin the regular season. The rookie seventh-rounder's next chance to make his professional debut will be next Sunday against the Buccaneers.
Sep 11, 2022
Healthy scratch Sunday
Toure (coach's decision) is listed as inactive Sunday in Minnesota, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Green Bay will be without Allen Lazard (ankle) for at least Week 1, but the team is going with options not named Toure in the season opener. The rookie seventh-round pick's next chance to see game action is next Sunday against the Bears.
Aug 26, 2022
Stands out in final audition
Toure was targeted eight times and caught six passes for 83 yards in Thursday's preseason contest against the Chiefs.
ANALYSIS
Toure needed a big night to maintain pace in the race for a roster spot, and he certainly had one, easily leading his team in both receiving yards and targets. As a seventh-round rookie who is behind at least six other players on the depth chart, Toure is still likely on the outside looking in. However, he has held his own during camp and is a good bet for the practice squad if he does not get a look elsewhere.
Aug 13, 2022
Three catches in first appearance
Toure was targeted four times and caught three passes for 42 yards in Friday's preseason game against the 49ers.
ANALYSIS
Toure was busy in his first professional appearance, playing more snaps than any receiver besides Amari Rodgers. He made the most of his opportunities, turning two of his catches -- and nearly the third -- into first downs. The seventh-rounder certainly didn't hurt his chances of earning a roster spot, but he still faces an uphill climb to come away with one.
Apr 30, 2022
Goes to Green and Gold
The Packers selected Toure in the seventh round of the 2022 NFL Draft, 258th overall.
ANALYSIS
This is an interesting late-round dart from Green Bay as it looks to fill out its receiver room. Toure played one year at Nebraska after starring at Montana earlier in his career. He led the Cornhuskers in receiving with 898 yards and added five touchdowns. Toure has workable athleticism at 6-foot, 191 pounds with 4.44 speed as recorded at Nebraska's Pro Day. He's not a lock to make the roster, but he should not be counted out given his success at every level that he's played.
