We’ve got another exciting week of the NFL ahead! The NFL odds Week 11 highlight multiple games between top-tier teams in the league.
For example, we’ve got 6-3 Buccaneers facing the 6-3 Bills. There’s also an exciting NFC West game between two 7-2 teams, the Rams and Seahawks. That game will settle first place for the moment. And we also can’t forget about the Lions against the Eagles.
I’ll talk about those three games and their odds below. Just make sure to check out the betting lines for all the other NFL games!
NFL Odds Week 11 At-a-Glance
Below, we’ll cover the top three games in the NFL this week. Ultimately, this week’s NFL odds are subject to change, so make sure that if you see a wager you like, you act quickly on it!
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Buffalo Bills (-5.5 -110)
Sunday, November 16, 2025 – 01:00 PM ET
Their loss to the Miami Dolphins was easily the Bills’ worst game of the season, losing to a then 2-win team, 30-13. Still, the Bills are 6-3 and headed back home where they’re 4-1 on the season. Meanwhile, they’ll take on a Buccaneers team that is also 4-1 on the road.
Tampa Bay has lost two of its last three games, but still leads the NFC South. The Bucs aren’t better offensively, but they shouldn’t have any problems finding big plays against the Bills.
Buffalo has a below-average secondary, and the missed tackles are super high. The Bucs could take advantage and will likely cover the spread.
Seattle Seahawks vs. Los Angeles Rams (-2.5 -120)
Sunday, November 16, 2025 – 04:05 PM ET
The NFC West is one of the hottest divisions this season, and it’s all because of the Seahawks and Rams, who are both 7-2 heading into this game. Both teams have won four consecutive games entering this one. The Seahawks are 4-0 on the road, while the Rams are 3-1 at home this season.
The Seahawks and Rams have both rushed for nearly the same average per game. Yet, Seattle still has more ability in the running game behind Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet.
The only real issue for Seattle is the fact that they’ve missed way more tackles than the Rams have this season. That’s why the Rams can ultimately rush for more yards in this game. Los Angeles has one of the best run-blocks in the NFL.
The Rams will be more dangerous overall, but the Seahawks should make more plays in special teams. That makes for an interesting battle. That said, the Rams have the edge at home.
Detroit Lions vs. Philadelphia Eagles (-1.5 -110)
Sunday, November 16, 2025 – 08:20 PM ET
Last week, the Lions defeated the Washington Commanders 44-22 and posted their best offensive performance in over a month. On the flip side, the Eagles really struggled offensively on Sunday Night Football against the Green Bay Packers.
The Eagles earned a 10-7 win, but didn’t have many breakout plays on offense. You’d have to figure the Eagles will do more offensively against the Lions. But can Philadelphia keep up with Detroit’s juggernaut offense? It’s unlikely.
The Lions at +105 on the moneyline is appealing.
