The cover for this College football picks week 11 article shows Devan Boykin #12 of the Indiana Hoosiers returns a fumble for a touchdown in the third quarter against the Maryland Terrapins.

Our college football picks Week 11 feature three marquee matchups on Saturday that have serious CFP implications. All three of these teams are in prime spots to get the ATS cover and give us some serious bang for our betting buck.

As we peruse the NCAAF odds at all the best US-licensed sportsbooks featured right here at OddsTrader, we will focus our attention on Saturday’s matchups, starting with a clash of Big Ten foes in No. 2 Indiana and Penn State.

That noontime kickoff will be followed by a midafternoon battle between SEC rivals No. 3 Texas A&M and No. 19 Missouri. After we’ve counted our money from those two contests, we will wrap the day up with another SEC showdown as old rival LSU travels to No. 4 Alabama.

Let’s break it all down and go three for three in our college football predictions in Week 11.

NCAAF Picks Week 11 At-A-Glance

Now that all the heavy lifting is done on our college football picks for Week 11, it is time to go shopping for the most advantageous point spreads. Remember, not all sportsbooks have the same lines, so why not compare and contrast rather than sticking to one sportsbook?

This week, our best college football picks for Week 11 are as follows:

  • Indiana -14
  • Penn State +21
  • Tennessee -3 ½

Let’s start with the Indiana vs. Penn State matchup and determine the best value for this week.

Indiana Hoosiers vs. Penn State Nittany Lions (+14)

Saturday, November 08, 2025 – 12:00 PM EDT

Penn State doesn’t have anything in common with that powerhouse team from 2024 that went all the way to the CFP semifinals before being bounced by Notre Dame.

The Hoosiers, however, have been declaring themselves more than just a basketball school, as their perfect 9-0 record suggests, not to mention that Indiana has covered six of their nine games this season. If the Hoosiers were ever going to get payback from the Lions, this is it.

Indiana has the chance of beating up their former bullies in front of their home crowd! And while that makes a compelling narrative, we need to know that the Hoosiers are No. 2 in the nation and will easily thrash the impotent Lions on Saturday for several reasons.

Primarily, Indiana boasts the No. 8 rushing attack in the country, while Penn State’s run-stop unit is No. 84, surrendering nearly 160 rushing yards per game.

Moreover, the Nittany Lions’ offense has been stuck in the mud throughout the season, while Indiana’s defense is among the stingiest in the nation, ranked 3rd, allowing 10.8 PPG, while its offense is No. 1, averaging 46.4 PPG.

Lay the two touchdowns with the Hoosiers and cash a ticket!

Expert Pick: Indiana -14 (-110) at Caesars

Texas A&M Aggies vs. Missouri Tigers (+6)

Saturday, November 8, 2025 – 03:30 PM EDT

Texas A&M has won and covered its last two meetings against Missouri, including the 41-10 trouncing the Aggies gave the Tigers just about 13 months ago. But on Saturday, Missouri will have an opportunity to atone for their sins and get even with their home crowd cheering them on every step of the way.

This will be the Aggies’ third consecutive road game, and it wouldn’t surprise me if they came out flat after a big win over LSU in their last outing that cost head coach Brian Kelly his job.

Meanwhile, the Tigers are coming off a 17-10 loss to the upstart Vanderbilt Commodores, but that was in hostile territory against an excellent football team.

Both teams are well-rested from their byes last week, but the Tigers are the sharp side in this one and have even fallen half-a-point from +6 ½ to +6 as of this early week writing.

Expert Pick: Missouri +6 (-110) at Caesars

LSU vs. Alabama (-10 ½)

Saturday, November 08, 2025 – 07:30 PM EDT

This “rivalry” has turned into a one-sided coronation, with the Crimson Tide wearing the crown in eight of the last 10 meetings, while LSU has been getting crowned, going 2-8 straight up and 4-6 against the number over that span.

After a shocking loss to Florida State to open their season, the Tide has reeled off seven consecutive victories, while LSU has dropped three of its last four games.

Things have gotten so bad in Baton Rouge that they pink-slipped their pricey coach, Brian Kelly, paying a $53 million buyout to get rid of him, and also axed their athletic director, Scott Woodward.

This is a tumultuous time for the Tigers, and they are playing a team that routinely dominates them. The Tide has covered in six of their last seven games. Make that seven of their last eight after this one is through.

Roll Tide, roll, and watch them roll right over LSU in this one.

Expert Pick: Alabama -10 ½ (-111) at BetMGM
