76ers @ Knicks: Under 229.5 Points (-114)

This is a tough spot for both sides. The 76ers have been somewhat average offensively, and injuries have kept them from building any real consistency. That matters against a team like New York, which ranks fourth in opponent points per game (112.3).

Meanwhile, the Knicks are entering the second night of a back-to-back following a hard-fought 114-113 win over the Pacers. Jalen Brunson delivered the game-winning bucket in the final seconds, capping a 35-minute night. Expect New York to lean more on its defense this evening and aim for the under.

Spurs -2.5 (-110) @ Hawks

The Spurs, so far, look immune to the dreaded back-to-back. They’re 3-0 when playing on short rest, including what looked to be a scheduled loss when they traversed time zones in a 114-112 win over the Magic earlier this month.

As an added bonus, the Hawks are also playing on the second night of a back-to-back, and they had a much tougher outing than San Antonio on Thursday night. Atlanta lost to Charlotte, 133-126, despite getting 43/11/9 from Jalen Johnson.

There’s also an additional incentive for the Spurs: they own the Hawks’ unprotected first-round pick this season, so every Atlanta loss gives San Antonio a better shot at landing a top prospect.
