Fading the Clippers has become my new favorite thing. Los Angeles is an NBA-worst 6-16 against the spread, and this roster is devoid of young talent. I could see the Clippers’ veterans struggling to keep up with the Grizzlies’ more energetic, young roster.

Memphis has also been hot lately, winning five of its last seven. That includes a 112-107 NBA Cup victory in Los Angeles over the Clippers on Nov. 28. Who’s to say the Grizzlies can’t cover as home underdogs against a team they beat last week?

Spurs +4.5 (-110) @ Cavaliers

Even without Victor Wembanyama and reigning Rookie of the Year Stephon Castle, the Spurs continue to find ways to win. They’re now 15-6, owners of the seventh-best net rating in the NBA, and enter as winners in seven of their last nine.

Meanwhile, the Cavaliers have dropped four of their last five and haven’t beaten a team not named the Clippers or Pacers since Nov. 17. This is also the first night of a back-to-back (they welcome the Warriors to town tomorrow), so Cleveland could pull its starters early if San Antonio leads late.
