Drops season high in loss
Wiggins posted 31 points (10-15 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 9-9 FT), six rebounds, four assists and three steals in 37 minutes during Saturday's 138-135 loss to the Pistons.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins made his second straight appearance following a three-game absence due to a left hip flexor strain, bouncing back from a lackluster performance during Wednesday's win over Milwaukee. The veteran forward scored a game- and season-high 31 points, marking his first outing with 20-plus points since Nov. 10. He also matched his season high in steals, which he set Oct. 28.
Nov 29, 2025
Available vs. Detroit
Wiggins (hip) is available for Saturday's game against the Pistons, Zachary Weinberger of ClutchPoints.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will be available for this matchup and should handle his regular workload as one of the Heat's most reliable go-to options on offense. Wiggins is averaging 16.4 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3,2 assists per game since the beginning of November.
Nov 28, 2025
Probable for Saturday
Wiggins (hip) is probable for Saturday's game against the Pistons, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins returned from a three-game absence related to this injury Wednesday, finishing with 11 points (4-11 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT), three assists, two rebounds and two blocks in 31 minutes. The probable tag suggests that he came out of the game with no notable setbacks, and fantasy managers can go ahead and pencil him into lineups.
Nov 27, 2025
Struggles with shot Wednesday
Wiggins chipped in 11 points (4-11 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT), two rebounds, three assists and two blocks in 31 minutes during Wednesday's 106-103 victory over the Bucks.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins returned to the hardwood in this win over the Bucks, but he did look a bit rusty with his shot following a three-game absence. Wiggins should remain in a starting role as long as he's healthy, and that should reduce some of the fantasy upside of Kel'el Ware, who had been starting in the frontcourt next to Bam Adebayo while Wiggins was out.
Nov 26, 2025
Good to go
Wiggins (hip) will play in Wednesday's game against the Bucks.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins had missed the last three games with a strained left hip, but the veteran forward has been cleared to make his return Wednesday. Wiggins is averaging 16.7 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 2.0 combined steals-plus-blocks
Nov 26, 2025
Upgraded to probable
Wiggins (hip) is now probable for Wednesday against the Bucks.
ANALYSIS
The Heat upgraded several players from questionable to probable and will be close to full strength Wednesday. Wiggins appears likely to return from a three-game absence, but the Heat may monitor his minutes in his first game back.
Nov 25, 2025
Listed questionable for Wednesday
Wiggins (hip) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Bucks, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins, who has missed the past three games for Miami, remains day-to-day with a hip flexor strain. Jaime Jaquez (hip tightness, Dru Smith (hip contusion) and Nikola Jovic (hip impingement) are all questionable as well, while Norman Powell (groin) is probable to play. If the Heat end up being shorthanded at forward, Pelle Larsson and Simone Fontecchio could step into larger roles.
Nov 24, 2025
Out again Monday
Wiggins (hip) will not play Monday against the Mavericks, Tim Reynolds of Associated Press reports.
ANALYSIS
Despite being day-to-day, Wiggins will be sidelined for a third straight game as the Heat continue to be hit by injuries. Kel'el Ware is likely to see a large workload Monday, while Jaime Jaquez and Simone Fontecchio could see increased run as well.
Nov 22, 2025
Won't play Sunday
Wiggins (hip) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the 76ers, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is considered day-to-day but will miss a second straight game due to hip soreness that cropped up at the end of Wednesday's win over the Warriors. His next chance to suit up will come against Dallas in Miami on Monday. With Nikola Jovic (hip) also sidelined, Miami has been starting Bam Adebayo and Kel'el Ware in the backcourt together.
Nov 21, 2025
Considered day-to-day
Miami coach Erik Spoelstra said Friday that Wiggins (hip) is going to be day-to-day going forward, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
"It just got really tight the latter part of the fourth quarter. He's day-to-day. He also wasn't feeling well that whole game," Spoelstra said in regards to Wiggins' 17-point effort against the Warriors. "So that might have had an effect a little bit. But overall, we're encouraged by the prognosis on it." Wiggins has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Bulls, but a return against the 76ers on Sunday appears to be on the table.
Nov 20, 2025
Out with hip issue
Wiggins will not play Friday against the Bulls with a left hip injury.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins logged 17 points (7-16 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals over 34 minutes during Wednesday's 110-96 victory over the Warriors, but he walked out of it with a hip injury. The forward will not travel with the team to Chicago, so it will be interesting to see if he's able to rejoin the squad ahead of Sunday's road game in Philadelphia. With Nikola Jovic (hip) also out, the Heat could rely heavily on Jaime Jaquez, Pelle Larsson and Simone Fontecchio.
Nov 20, 2025
Drops 17 in win
Wiggins had 17 points (7-16 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals over 34 minutes during Wednesday's 110-96 victory over the Warriors.
ANALYSIS
Wednesday wasn't really much of a revenge game for Wiggins against his former team, as he produced numbers to his standard, but his consistency on both ends of the floor has been great for Miami. Through 15 games, Wiggins averages 16.7 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.1 steals, 0.9 blocks and 1.8 threes.
Nov 13, 2025
Sniffs double-double
Wiggins provided 17 points (7-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, six assists and two blocks across 33 minutes during Wednesday's 130-116 loss to the Cavaliers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins finished just one rebound shy of recording what would've been his first double-double of the season. However, as long as he continues to put up consistent numbers in the scoring column, he'll remain a valuable fantasy alternative across all formats. Wiggins has reached the 15-point mark in nine games in a row, averaging 19.6 points per game and shooting an impressive 53.8 percent from the floor in that span.
Nov 7, 2025
Nets 22 points in win over CHA
Wiggins totaled 22 points (9-16 FG, 4-6 3Pt), four rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal over 36 minutes during Friday's 126-108 win over the Hornets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins couldn't miss to start this game, as he dropped in 15 points on 6-7 shooting through his first 15 minutes of floor time, and he finished as Miami's second-leading scorer. He's been solid for the Heat, posting averages of 17.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 2.0 triples, 1.3 steals, 0.9 blocks and 2.0 turnovers per game.
Nov 6, 2025
Delivers 22 points against Nuggets
Wiggins finished Wednesday's 122-112 loss to Denver with 22 points (9-13 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, five assists, one block and two steals over 32 minutes.
ANALYSIS
The 30-year-old forward topped 20 points for the third time in the last five games and set a season high in assists as he begins to get comfortable in the Heat offense. Over that stretch, Wiggins is averaging 19.8 points, 4.6 boards, 2.4 assists, 2.4 threes, 1.8 steals and 0.8 blocks in 33.2 minutes a contest while shooting 55.4 percent from the floor and 46.2 percent from long distance.
Oct 31, 2025
Los 24 points in loss
Wiggins provided 24 points (11-18 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 0-2 FT), six rebounds, two assists and two steals over 35 minutes during Thursday's 107-101 loss to the Spurs.
ANALYSIS
Norman Powell's (groin) absence has resulted in a nice boost for Wiggins, who's averaged 22.5 points over the last two games. In order for Miami to maximize its potential, Wiggins needs to replicate this kind of production once Powell returns to the starting five. Wiggins' defensive acumen is never in question, and he's exhibiting decent rebound and steal totals to begin the season.
Oct 26, 2025
Quiet showing in win
Wiggins racked up nine points (4-9 FG, 1-4 3Pt), five rebounds, two assists and one block across 31 minutes during Sunday's 115-107 win over the Knicks.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been off to a relatively quiet start to the campaign in Miami. Through three games, he's seeing 26.9 minutes per contest with averages of 12.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 0.7 steals, 1.0 blocks and 0.7 three-pointers on 48.3 percent shooting from the field and 58.3 percent from the line. With guys like Jaime Jaquez and Nikola Jovic right behind him, Wiggins doesn't have much breathing room if he's not performing well.
Oct 22, 2025
Tallies 18 points in season opener
Wiggins produced 18 points (6-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 5-7 FT), four rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in 32 minutes during Wednesday's 125-121 loss to the Magic.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins turned in a solid showing from the field but was unable to find his shooting touch from downtown. Opportunities were spread somewhat evenly amongst the starting five, as he was one of four starters to reach double-digit field-goal attempts. Wiggins should continue to see his fair share of chances on the offensive end with Tyler Hero (ankle) expected to remain sidelined until mid-November.
Oct 18, 2025
Scores 10 in preseason loss
Wiggins dropped 10 points (4-8 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five assists and three rebounds over 23 minutes in Friday's 141-125 preseason loss to Memphis.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins hasn't performed well on the offensive end in the preseason, which is concerning because he will be asked to step up in the absence of Tyler Herro (foot). He will look to get right before the Heat play the Magic in their regular-season opener Wednesday.
Oct 13, 2025
Quiet in preseason loss
Wiggins ended with six points (3-11 FG, 0-3 3Pt) and one rebound in 24 minutes during Monday's preseason loss to the Hawks.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins returned to the lineup after sitting out the previous game due to rest purposes. While it was good to see him out there, his production left a lot to be desired. With Tyler Herro likely to miss up to two months due to foot surgery, Wiggins will need to be a focal point, especially on the offensive end. Consistency and aggression have always been sticking points when it comes to Wiggins' style of play, something the coaching staff will be looking to eradicate this season.
Oct 13, 2025
Suiting up Monday
Wiggins (rest) is available for Monday's preseason game against the Hawks.
ANALYSIS
After resting during Sunday's preseason tilt against the Magic, Wiggins will get some exhibition reps Monday. The veteran forward figures to see action in the first half before taking a seat during the second half.
Oct 12, 2025
Resting Sunday
Wiggins (rest) won't play in Sunday's preseason game against the Magic, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins, Bam Adebayo and Norman Powell will get the night off Sunday for the first leg of a back-to-back set. Expect Wiggins to be back for Monday's matchup against Atlanta. Davion Mitchell, Pelle Larsson, Jaime Jaquez, Keshad Johnson and Kel'el Ware make up Sunday's starting five.
Oct 5, 2025
Paces starting five in scoring
Wiggins notched 11 points (4-6 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two assists and one steal across 12 minutes in Saturday's 126-118 preseason loss to the Magic.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins led the starting lineup in scoring and was one of five Heat players to reach double figures. The veteran forward is likely to take on an increased role in the offense while Tyler Herro recovers from the surgery he underwent Sept. 19 to address left foot and ankle impingement. Wiggins appeared in 60 regular-season games between the Heat and Warriors last season, during which he averaged 18.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.0 steals across 30.7 minutes per game.
Apr 12, 2025
Sitting out regular-season finale
Wiggins (hamstring) won't play in Sunday's game versus the Wizards, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will sit out Sunday's regular-season finale as the Heat will play it cautiously with his persisting hamstring issue. Jaime Jaquez, Duncan Robinson, Haywood Highsmith and Kyle Anderson are all candidates to receive increased playing time in his absence. Wiggins' next chance to suit up is Wednesday's Play-In game against Chicago.
Apr 10, 2025
Well-rounded line in return
Wiggins (hamstring) recorded 14 points (5-10 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-4 FT), six rebounds, five assists and one steal across 27 minutes Wednesday in the Heat's 119-111 loss to the Bulls.
ANALYSIS
The Heat held Wiggins' minutes in check as he made his return from a six-game absence due to right hamstring tendinopathy, but the veteran forward produced well across the board, aside from some shaky shooting from the free-throw line. Wiggins apparently steered clear of any setbacks in his return, as the Heat list him as available for their penultimate game of the regular season Friday in New Orleans. Wiggins should be ready to handle a slightly larger workload in his second game back from injury.
Apr 9, 2025
Cleared to play against Chicago
Wiggins (hamstring) is available against the Bulls on Wednesday, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will return from a six-game absence Wednesday after progressing in his recovery from a right hamstring injury. His return will likely mean a reduction in minutes for Pelle Larson and Duncan Robinson. Wiggins is averaging 19.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.1 blocks since being acquired by the Heat from the Warriors in early February.
Apr 8, 2025
Questionable for Wednesday
Wiggins (hamstring) has been listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Bulls.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has missed the last six games for the Heat while dealing with a hamstring injury. However, he could make his return to the floor Wednesday in Chicago. If he's ruled out, Miami will likely continue to turn to Pelle Larson, Duncan Robinson and Kyle Anderson to pick up the slack.
Apr 7, 2025
Ruled out Monday
Wiggins (hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Philadelphia, though head coach Erik Spoelstra said that he's "very close" to returning, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
ANALYSIS
The veteran forward will miss his sixth consecutive contest due to right hamstring tendinopathy, and his next chance to suit up will come Wednesday against the Bulls. Pelle Larsson will likely continue to receive the starting nod due to Wiggins being sidelined, though Duncan Robinson and Kyle Anderson are candidates for a bump in minutes.
Apr 6, 2025
Iffy for Monday
Wiggins (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the 76ers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is in jeopardy of missing his sixth consecutive contest due to right hamstring tendinopathy. If the 30-year-old forward remains on the shelf, Pelle Larsson will likely receive the starting nod versus Philadelphia.
Apr 4, 2025
Ruled out for Saturday
Wiggins (hamstring) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Bucks.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is set to miss his fifth consecutive game Saturday due to a nagging hamstring injury. Pelle Larsson has started at small forward in the previous four contests and figures to remain in the starting lineup with the 30-year-old still sidelined.
Apr 3, 2025
Remains out Thursday
Wiggins (hamstring) has been Tim Reynolds of Associated Press for Thursday's game against the Grizzlies.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss a fourth straight game Thursday as he continues to nurse a hamstring issue. Pelle Larsson will likely see more time on the floor with the one-time NBA champion missing another game for Miami.
Apr 1, 2025
Ruled out, lacks return timetable
Wiggins is out for Wednesday's game against Boston due to right hamstring tendinopathy.
ANALYSIS
The veteran forward's absence streak will extend to three games Wednesday, and head coach Erik Spoelstra said Tuesday that Wiggins has no timetable for a return, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. Until Wiggins is healthy, Pelle Larsson should stick in Miami's first unit.
Mar 30, 2025
Ruled out for Monday
Wiggins (hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Washington, Tim Reynolds of Associated Press reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss his second consecutive contest due to right hamstring tendinopathy. HIs next chance to suit up will come Wednesday at Boston, which is the final game of the club's three-game road trip. Alec Burks (back) and Pelle Larsson are candidates for an uptick in playing time due to Wiggins being sidelined.
Mar 28, 2025
Not with team, out for Saturday
Wiggins didn't travel with the Heat for their upcoming three-game road trip and won't play in Saturday's matchup against the 76ers due to a hamstring injury, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
ANALYSIS
The hamstring injury is a new concern for Wiggins, though he could potentially meet the team for Monday's game in Washington. With the star forward being sidelined against Philadelphia, Kyle Anderson, Jaime Jaquez and Alec Burks are candidates for an uptick in playing time.
Mar 24, 2025
Explodes for 42 points in win
Wiggins registered 42 points (16-21 FG, 6-8 3Pt, 4-7 FT), three rebounds, five assists, one block and two steals across 35 minutes during Sunday's 122-105 victory over the Hornets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins had one of the most efficient games not only of the season, but perhaps of his career, as he missed just five of his 21 shots en route to scoring a season-high mark. Wiggins has scored a combined 72 points in his two games since returning from a two-game absence due to an ankle injury, and he should be a prominent figure in the Heat offensive scheme in the final weeks of the regular season.
Mar 22, 2025
Scores team-high 30 points
Wiggins finished Friday's 102-98 loss to Houston with 30 points (10-13 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 8-9 FT), two rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal across 30 minutes.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins returned from a two-game absence as he continues to deal with a minor ankle concern. He hit the ground running, scoring 20 of his team-high 30 points in the first quarter. With very little support from his teammates, the Heat fell to their 10th straight loss. While he has been a serviceable addition to the Miami roster, it's fair to say things are not looking up in South Beach.
Mar 21, 2025
Good to go against Houston
Wiggins (ankle) is available for Friday's game versus the Rockets, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been upgraded from probable to available Friday after missing Miami's previous two contests due to a right ankle impingement. Wiggins will likely reclaim his starting spot from Jaime Jaquez against Houston but will have his minutes monitored, per Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald.
Mar 21, 2025
Expected to play Friday
Wiggins (ankle) is probable for Friday's game against the Rockets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is expected to return for the Heat's matchup Friday after missing the team's previous two outings with a right ankle impingement. Before his two game absence, the 30-year-old averaged 18.8 points on 47.5 percent shooting in his previous five games.
Mar 20, 2025
Iffy against Houston
Wiggins (ankle) is listed as questionable for Friday's game versus the Rockets, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is in danger of missing his third straight contest Wednesday due to a right ankle impingement. If Wiggins is ruled out yet again, Jaime Jaquez should draw another start.
Mar 19, 2025
Ruled out Wednesday
Wiggins (lower leg) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Pistons, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss a second consecutive game for the Heat while dealing with a contusion on his left leg. Second-year forward Jaime Jaquez stands to get an increased workload with the veteran ruled out against Detroit.
Mar 18, 2025
Iffy against Detroit
Wiggins (lower leg) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game versus the Pistons.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is in danger of missing his second straight contest Wednesday due to a left lower leg contusion. If Wiggins is ultimately downgraded to out, Jaime Jaquez could draw another start.
Mar 17, 2025
Won't go Monday
Wiggins (lower leg) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Knicks, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins appeared to be trending in the wrong direction after missing morning shootaround, and the team has since announced that he'll be held out of Monday's clash. Jaime Jaquez will draw the start at small forward in Wiggins' absence.
Mar 17, 2025
Sits out shootaround
Wiggins (leg) did not participate in Monday's morning shootaround, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins, who remains listed as questionable to face the Knicks, received treatment during the shootaround. It sounds like he's shaping up to be a game-time call. If he's unable to go, Jaime Jaquez and Pelle Larsson could see an uptick in minutes for Miami.
Mar 16, 2025
Questionable for Monday
Wiggins (lower leg) is questionable for Monday's game against the Knicks, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
The lower left leg contusion is a new injury for Wiggins, who posted eight points (3-8 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT) and one assist across only 22 minutes during Saturday's loss to Memphis. If the 30-year-old forward is sidelined, Jaime Jaquez and Pelle Larsson could see an uptick in playing time.
Mar 15, 2025
Puts up 23 points in loss
Wiggins amassed 23 points (9-21 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 2-4 FT), four rebounds, three assists and four steals over 37 minutes during Friday's 103-91 loss to the Celtics.
ANALYSIS
Even though Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo should be considered the Heat's go-to players on offense on a regular basis, Wiggins was the one who stepped up Friday and led the team in scoring in this 12-point loss. The veteran forward has adjusted well to life in Miami after being part of the trade that sent Jimmy Butler to the Warriors, and the numbers back that up. He's surpassed the 20-point mark in six of his eight games since the end of the All-Star break, averaging a robust line of 21.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.1 blocks per outing in those eight contests.
Mar 13, 2025
Solid outing in loss
Wiggins produced 22 points (9-17 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 2-5 FT), three rebounds, five assists and three blocks in 36 minutes during Wednesday's 119-104 loss to the Clippers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has now scored 20 points six times in his nine appearances since joining the Heat. Wiggins is averaging 18.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.2 blocks in 34.4 minutes for Miami. However, the 30-year-old forward is shooting just 42.3 percent from the field and 30.9 percent from three over that span.
Mar 11, 2025
Scores 19 points in loss
Wiggins ended Monday's 105-102 loss to the Hornets with 19 points (8-17 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, two assists and one block in 34 minutes.
ANALYSIS
This was only the second time Wiggins failed to reach the 20-point mark in six games since the All-Star break, and the veteran forward seems to be adjusting well to life in Miami. Even though he's been operating as the third scoring option behind Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo, Wiggins remains a valuable fantasy asset across all formats and should be a steady source of points while adding decent totals in other categories.
Mar 10, 2025
Good to go Monday
Wiggins (ankle) is available for Monday's game against the Hornets, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will appear in his second consecutive contest following a five-game absence due to a sprained right ankle. The 30-year-old posted 22 points (9-17 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one block over 28 minutes in his return during Saturday's loss to Chicago. He has averaged 21.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocks across 35.0 minutes per game in five outings since the All-Star break.
Mar 9, 2025
Expected to play Monday
Wiggins (ankle) is probable for Monday's game against the Hornets, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Following a five-game absence due to an ankle sprain, Wiggins returned to action Saturday and posted 22 points (9-17 FG) in 28 minutes during a 114-109 loss to the Bulls. He's expected to suit up again Monday, but it wouldn't be surprising if he gets held to under 30 minutes for at least one more game.
Mar 9, 2025
Scores 22 points in return
Wiggins closed Saturday's 114-109 loss to the Bulls with 22 points (9-17 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one block over 28 minutes.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins returned Saturday from a five-game absence due to a sprained right ankle, and it seemed as if he didn't miss any time. The veteran forward didn't contribute too much in other categories outside of scoring, but the Heat will certainly be happy if he's able to surpass the 20-point mark on a regular basis. He's achieved that feat in four of the five appearances he's made since the end of the All-Star break.
Mar 8, 2025
Iffy for Saturday
Wiggins (ankle) is listed as questionable for Saturday's game versus the Bulls.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is in danger of missing his sixth straight contest Saturday due to a sprained right ankle. If Wiggins is forced to sit out yet again, Jaime Jaquez and Pelle Larsson should continue to receive increased playing time.
Mar 7, 2025
Won't play against Minnesota
Wiggins (ankle) is out for Friday's game versus the Timberwolves, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss his fifth straight contest Friday after being downgraded from questionable to out due to a sprained right ankle. Wiggins' next chance to suit up is Saturday's matchup with Chicago.
Mar 6, 2025
Questionable for Thursday
Wiggins (ankle) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game versus the Timberwolves.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is in danger of missing his fifth straight contest due to a sprained right ankle. If Wiggins is downgraded to out yet again, Duncan Robinson and Kyle Anderson should continue to receive increased playing time against Minnesota.
Mar 4, 2025
Another absence coming
Wiggins (ankle) will not play Wednesday against the Cavaliers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss a fourth straight game Wednesday and remains without a timetable for a return. In the meantime, guys like Duncan Robinson and Kyle Anderson could continue to see an uptick in minutes for Miami.
Mar 3, 2025
Listed questionable for Monday
Wiggins (ankle) is questionable for Monday's game against the Wizards.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins, who has missed the past two games for Miami, can be considered day-to-day moving forward based on this questionable tag. If he's unable to play Monday, guys like Duncan Robinson, Alec Burks and Kyle Anderson could be more involved for Miami.
Mar 2, 2025
Won't play Sunday
Wiggins (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Knicks, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss his second consecutive contest due to a sprained right ankle. With the 30-year-old forward joining Jaime Jaquez (ankle) and Nikola Jovic (hand) on the sideline, Duncan Robinson, Kyle Anderson and Alec Burks are candidates for a bump in minutes.
Mar 1, 2025
Doubtful to play against New York
Wiggins (ankle) has been listed as doubtful for Saturday's game against the Knicks, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
ANALYSIS
After missing Friday's win against the Pacers, Wiggins is trending toward missing the second game of a back-to-back against New York while nursing a sprained right ankle. Duncan Robinson will likely have to pick up the slack Saturday, especially with Jaime Jaquez (ankle) also likely to sit out this game against the Knicks.
Feb 28, 2025
Ruled out Friday
Wiggins (ankle) is out for Friday's game against the Pacers, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was initially deemed questionable due to a right ankle sprain, and in the end, he'll sit this one out. In six games with the Heat since being traded to Miami, Wiggins is averaging 17.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.0 blocks per game. The absence of Wiggins means Duncan Robinson and Jaime Jaquez could be in line to see more playing time.
Feb 27, 2025
Iffy for Friday
Wiggins (ankle) has been listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Pacers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins popped up on the injury report Thursday, with the veteran forward now dealing with a sprained right ankle. In six games with the Heat since being traded to Miami, Wiggins is averaging 17.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.0 blocks per game.
Feb 26, 2025
Will play vs. Atlanta
Wiggins (jaw) has been cleared to play Wednesday against the Hawks.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will be on the floor for the Heat in Wednesday's game against Atlanta. The veteran forward has started to come into his own in Miami, scoring 20 or more points in his last three games with his new team. The one-time NBA champion is averaging 17.6 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game this season.
Feb 25, 2025
Expected to play Wednesday
Wiggins (jaw) is probable for Wednesday's game against the Hawks, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is dealing with a jaw contusion, but the issue is not expected to prevent him from suiting up Wednesday. Across five games since joining the Heat, the veteran forward has averaged 18.4 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.2 blocks, 1.0 steals and 2.0 three-pointers in 36.6 minutes.
Feb 25, 2025
Hits for game-high 23 in loss
Wiggins recorded 23 points (6-14 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 7-7 FT), four rebounds, one assist and three blocks across 36 minutes during Monday's 98-86 loss to the Hawks.
ANALYSIS
The veteran forward led all scorers on the night, and Wiggins was the only Heat player to have much success against a stifling Hawks defense -- Miami shot 32.1 percent from the floor as a team. Wiggins has looked much more comfortable in his new uniform coming out of the All-Star break, scoring at least 20 points in three straight games and averaging 22.7 points, 6.0 boards, 2.3 threes, 2.0 assists, 1.3 blocks and 1.0 steals.
Feb 22, 2025
Solid showing vs. Toronto
Wiggins chipped in 25 points (9-19 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 5-6 FT), eight rebounds, one assist and two steals in 42 minutes during Friday's 120-111 overtime victory over Toronto.
ANALYSIS
Tyler Herro led the way in scoring for the Heat in this one, but Wiggins posted a strong stat line and finished just two rebounds away from a double-double. The veteran forward didn't play in the Heat's final game before the All-Star break due to an illness, but he posted his best scoring output since being traded in the deal that sent Jimmy Butler to the Warriors before the Feb. 6 deadline. He should continue to hold a prominent role on offense for the Heat alongside the likes of Herro and Bam Adebayo.
Feb 21, 2025
Set to start against Toronto
Wiggins will be in the starting lineup for the Heat in Friday's game against the Raptors.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will be back in the starting lineup Friday after missing the loss to the Mavericks on Feb. 13. In his first two games with the Heat since being traded to Miami by the Warriors, the one-time NBA champion averaged 12.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocks per game.
Feb 20, 2025
Cleared for Friday
Wiggins (illness) is off the injury report for Friday's game against the Raptors.
ANALYSIS
A stomach illness caused Wiggins to miss the final game before the All-Star break. The veteran forward struggled shooting in his first two games with the Heat, averaging 12.0 points on 29.2 percent from the field, but he contributed a solid 4.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocks in 32.0 minutes.
Feb 13, 2025
Ruled out Thursday
Wiggins won't play in Thursday's game versus the Mavericks due to a stomach illness.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss Thursday's contest due to a stomach bug that is going around the Heat's locker room. Jaime Jaquez, Haywood Highsmith and Pelle Larsson are all candidates to receive increased playing time in his absence. Wiggins' next chance to suit up will come after the All-Star break against Toronto on Feb. 21.
Feb 11, 2025
Quiet in Miami debut
Wiggins provided 11 points (3-12 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, five assists, one block and one steal across 30 minutes during Monday's 103-85 loss to the Celtics.
ANALYSIS
Making his Heat debut following the Jimmy Butler trade, Wiggins struggled to make an impact offensively, but his opponent may have had something to do with that -- he managed only four points the last time he faced Boston, while he was still with Golden State, and Miami as a team shot just 33.7 percent on the night. Wiggins also didn't get a chance to start building chemistry with Tyler Herro (illness) on Monday, but once the Heat's lineup is at full strength, the 29-year-old forward's numbers should improve.
Feb 10, 2025
Starting in Miami debut
Wiggins is in the Heat's starting lineup against the Celtics on Monday.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins hasn't played since Feb. 3 due to his trade from Golden State to Miami being finalized, but he has been cleared to make his Heat debut Monday. The 2014 first-overall pick averaged 20.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.0 steals over 33.3 minutes per game in his last 10 outings prior to the trade.
Feb 9, 2025
Not listed on injury report
Wiggins (trade pending) isn't listed on Miami's injury report ahead of Monday's game against the Celtics.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins hasn't played since Feb. 3, sitting out while his trade to Miami was being finalized, but it appears he'll make his Heat debut Monday. The veteran forward should slide into the starting lineup and play 30-plus minutes per game, but it may take some time for him to get acclimated to his new squad.
Feb 7, 2025
Won't debut against Brooklyn
Wiggins (trade pending) is out for Friday game versus the Nets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was traded from the Warriors to the Heat in a package for Jimmy Butler but will be unable to suit up Friday as the deal is still being finalized. When Wiggins is able to make his Miami debut, he will likely slot into the team's starting lineup. The 29-year-old forward's next chance to suit up is Monday's matchup with Boston.
Feb 5, 2025
Traded to Miami
Wiggins has been traded to the Heat in a deal involving Jimmy Butler being shipped to the Warriors, Shams Charania of ESPNreports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is one of three players that Golden State included in a blockbuster trade to acquire Butler ahead of Thursday's deadline. Dennis Schroder and Kyle Anderson were included in the deal, along with a first-round draft pick. The veteran forward is arguably the best asset sent to the Heat and will likely play a significant role in Miami with Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo.
Feb 5, 2025
Cleared to face Utah
Wiggins (hip) will play in Wednesday's game against the Jazz, Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was initially tabbed probable, so it's not a surprise to see him active for the first leg of the Warriors' back-to-back set. In his last seven games, Wiggins is averaging 21.4 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.9 assists across 34.1 minutes.
Feb 4, 2025
Likely to play Wednesday
Wiggins (hip) is probable for Wednesday's game against the Jazz.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is nursing left hip soreness ahead of the front end of Golden State's back-to-back Wednesday, but the issue is not expected to hold him out of action against Utah. Over his last seven appearances for the Warriors, the veteran forward has averaged 21.4 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 0.9 steals and 2.4 three-pointers in 34.2 minutes.
Feb 4, 2025
Paces team with 25 points
Wiggins notched 25 points (7-14 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 10-15 FT), two rebounds and two assists over 35 minutes during Monday's 104-99 victory over Orlando.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins overcame a mediocre night beyond the arc and earned 10 points at the charity stripe, matching a season high in the category. Wiggins also struggled a bit in the secondary categories, posting his second-lowest rebounding total of the season.
Jan 30, 2025
Scores team-high 27 points in win
Wiggins finished with 27 points (10-17 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 2-3 FT), four rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 38 minutes during Wednesday's 116-109 victory over the Thunder.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins had one of his best performances of the season in Wednesday's win against the Thunder. The veteran forward finished with a team-high 27 points to help the Warriors get a much-needed win against arguably the best team in the Western Conference. The 29-year-old continues to have a bounce-back year with Golden State, averaging 17.4 points per game, which is his third-highest total since joining the team during the 2019-2020 campaign.
Jan 26, 2025
Puts up 20 points Saturday
Wiggins produced 20 points (9-15 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 1-1 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one steal across 35 minutes during Saturday's 118-108 loss to the Lakers.
ANALYSIS
Due to Stephen Curry's shooting struggles, Wiggins had to embrace a bigger role on offense, and the veteran forward ended up being the only Golden State player to reach the 20-point mark in this loss. Wiggins has scored at least 20 points in five of his last seven appearances, averaging 20.1 points per game and shooting 42.6 percent from the floor in that span.
Jan 25, 2025
Cleared to play vs. LAL
Wiggins (back) is available to play and is in the starting lineup against the Lakers on Saturday, Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been working through bilateral lower-back soreness and will play through the injury Saturday. Since the start of January, Wiggins has averaged 18.7 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.1 steals over 30.9 minutes per contest.
Jan 24, 2025
Expected to play Saturday
Wiggins (back) is probable for Saturday's game against the Lakers.
ANALYSIS
Although Wiggins is managing bilateral lower-back soreness, he's expected to suit up for the Warriors in Saturday's showdown against Los Angeles. Across his last nine appearances, the veteran forward has averaged 19.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.2 steals and 2.3 three-pointers in 31.3 minutes.

Wiggins accumulated 25 points (8-20 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 4-5 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one steal in 38 minutes during Wednesday's 123-117 loss to the Kings.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was held to a mere four points in the 40-point loss to the Celtics on Monday, but he bounced back admirably and led the Warriors in scoring in this one. That subpar outing against the Celtics was a bump on the road and nothing more for Wiggins, who has surpassed the 20-point mark in four of his last five games. The veteran is averaging 18.9 points per game since the beginning of January.
Jan 21, 2025
Held to four points
Wiggins registered four points (1-11 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, one block and one steal in 24 minutes during Monday's 125-85 loss to the Celtics.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins had a nightmare showing from the field, but it was an off night for pretty much the entire team. Wiggins was coming off an impressive three game-stretch with 25.0 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.3 steals and 3.3 three-pointers, so his fantasy managers can just chalk this up as an off night.
Jan 19, 2025
Scores team-high 31 points
Wiggins provided 31 points (12-22 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 3-6 FT), 11 rebounds, four assists, two blocks and one steal across 35 minutes during Saturday's 122-114 victory over the Wizards.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is perhaps going through his most productive stretch of the campaign and has looked excellent since returning from a two-game absence due to a personal situation. He's reached the 20-point mark in his last three outings, a span in which he's shooting 47.1 percent from the floor and 37 percent from beyond the arc. Wiggins could continue to have a big role on offense if Stephen Curry (ankle) is sidelined for Monday's game against the Celtics.
Jan 16, 2025
Hits for 24 in Minnesota
Wiggins chipped in 24 points (6-16 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 10-12 FT), five rebounds, two assists and two steals in 35 minutes during Wednesday's 116-115 win over the Timberwolves.
ANALYSIS
The veteran forward has looked a little more focused after missing a couple games last week to attend to a personal matter. Wiggins has scored at least 20 points and drained multiple threes in both games since his return, something he'd done only once in seven contests prior to his absence.
Jan 14, 2025
Drops 20 against hometown club
Wiggins finished with 20 points (6-13 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 4-6 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one steal over 35 minutes during Monday's 104-101 loss to Toronto.
ANALYSIS
Making his return from a two-game absence to attend to a personal matter, Wiggins looks amped up for a game in his home town, as the Canadian scored 20-plus points for only the second time in his last eight appearances. While he's struggled to maintain a consistent level of production over the last month or so, Wiggins did extend his streak of games with at least one three-pointer to 24 on Monday, a stretch which dates back to Nov. 15.
Jan 12, 2025
Practices Sunday, will play Monday
Coach Steve Kerr said Sunday that Wiggins (personal) was present at practice and will play in Monday's matchup against Toronto, Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.com reports.

Jan 9, 2025
Unavailable vs. Pacers
Wiggins (personal) won't play Friday against Indiana, Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will not travel with the team to Indiana, and the team was quick to rule him out following Thursday's matchup with Detroit. Buddy Hield drew the start at small froward in Wiggins' place Thursday and will be a candidate to do so again Friday.
Jan 9, 2025
Out for Thursday
Wiggins (personal) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Pistons.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has only missed four games this season for the Warriors, but he will miss a fifth Thursday in Detroit for personal reasons. The veteran forward has played well this season, bouncing back from arguably the worst year of his career during the 2023-24 campaign with Golden State.
Jan 6, 2025
Drops 18 points in defeat
Wiggins logged 18 points (7-13 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT), four rebounds and one assist over 26 minutes during Sunday's 129-99 loss to the Kings.
ANALYSIS
Jonathan Kuminga (ankle) is expected to miss significant time, which is good news for fantasy managers who depend on Wiggins for production. Kuminga's absence should open up more scoring opportunities for Wiggins, who's made strides after a brief slump at the end of the month. Next to Draymond Green, Wiggins is Golden State's best defender, and he was able to curb some of Sacramento's production by harassing DeMar DeRozan throughout the game.
Jan 5, 2025
Season-high four steals in win
Wiggins had 24 points (9-17 FG, 3-10 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds, three assists and four steals across 36 minutes during Saturday's 121-113 victory over the Grizzlies.
ANALYSIS

Jan 4, 2025
Good to go Saturday
Wiggins (hamstring) is in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Grizzlies, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been working through tightness in his right hamstring as of late. It won't prevent him from playing Saturday, and he should have a larger role in the offense due to the absence of Stephen Curry (knee). Wiggins has averaged 11.8 points, 6.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.4 blocks across 30.2 minutes per game over his last five outings.
Jan 3, 2025
Probable for Saturday
Wiggins (hamstring) has been listed as probable for Saturday's game against the Grizzlies.
ANALYSIS

Jan 2, 2025

Dec 26, 2024
Double-double in Christmas loss
Wiggins racked up 21 points (8-19 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 12 rebounds, three assists and one block in 35 minutes during Wednesday's 115-113 loss to the Lakers.
ANALYSIS
It's the second double-double of the season for Wiggins, with the other coming back on Oct. 25. The veteran forward has put his rough 2023-24 campaign behind him, and over five contests since a two-game absence earlier this month due to an ankle injury, Wiggins is averaging 18.8 points, 4.4 boards, 2.8 threes, 2.4 assists, 1.0 blocks and 0.8 steals while shooting 42.4 percent (14-for-33) from long distance.

ANALYSIS
Wiggins had a decent stat line Monday, but his struggles from three-point range can't go overlooked. That said, it might have been just a one time thing. The veteran forward has surpassed the 15-point mark in three of his last four games since returning to the hardwood following a right ankle injury, shooting 46.6 percent from the field and 42.3 percent from three in that span.
Dec 20, 2024
Pops for 19 on Thursday
Wiggins ended with 19 points (6-11 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT) and one rebound in 21 minutes during Thursday's 144-93 loss to Memphis.
ANALYSIS
The veteran forward was the only Golden State starter to produce more than five points on the night in a dreadful overall showing for the team. Wiggins missed a couple games last week with an ankle injury, but he's otherwise been one of the Warriors' most reliable players over the last month, scoring in double digits in 13 straight games while averaging 19.9 points, 3.9 boards, 2.8 threes, 2.2 assists and 0.9 steals while shooting 49.3 percent from beyond the arc.
Dec 16, 2024

Wiggins will miss a second straight contest due to the issue, and his absence should open up opportunities for Gary Payton, Lindy Waters and Kyle Anderson. His next chance to play will come Dec. 19 at Memphis.
Dec 11, 2024
Deemed GTD
Wiggins (ankle) will go through pregame warmups before a determination on his availability for Wednesday's game against Houston is made, Ben DuBose of USA Today reports.

ANALYSIS
Wiggins didn't have his best shooting performance in this loss to the Spurs, but he found a way to remain productive, which has been the case for him in recent contests. Wiggins has scored at least 20 points in four games in a row, which represents his longest streak this season, and he'll aim to keep the streak alive in a favorable matchup against the Nets on Monday.
Nov 23, 2024
Scores season-high 30 points
Wiggins closed with 30 points (9-14 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 9-9 FT), three rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal over 28 minutes during Friday's 112-108 win over the Pelicans.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins came through time and time again when the Warriors needed him the most, and he notched a season-high scoring mark while lifting the Warriors to victory Friday. Wiggins has scored at least 22 points in his last three appearances, and there's no doubt the Warriors are a more dangerous team when the veteran Canadian forward is scoring at a high rate. He's averaging 16.5 points per game over his last 10 appearances.
Nov 21, 2024
Goes for 27 points Wednesday
Wiggins provided 27 points (12-17 FG, 3-6 3Pt), seven rebounds, four assists and two blocks across 30 minutes during Wednesday's 120-97 win over Atlanta.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins delivered one of his best scoring performances in 2024-25, finishing just two points shy of tying his season-high mark. The lack of consistency in Wiggins' numbers has been frustrating for fantasy managers, but he's scored over 20 points in his last two games, so the signs are trending in the right direction it seems. Wiggins is averaging 15.0 points per game while shooting 44.3 percent from the field since the beginning of November, however, so there's room for him to continue improving.
Nov 19, 2024
Scores 22 points Monday
Wiggins finished with 22 points (7-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 6-8 FT), three rebounds and one block over 29 minutes during Monday's 102-99 loss to the Clippers.
ANALYSIS
Stephen Curry led the way for the Warriors in scoring, but Wiggins certainly made his presence felt with an efficient performance. Wiggins reached the 20-point mark for the first time since Oct. 27, when he also achieved that mark against the Clippers, but for the most part, his fantasy output has been disappointing. He's averaging just 13.5 points per game while shooting 39.3 percent from the field since the beginning of November.
Nov 12, 2024
Good to go against Dallas
Wiggins (back) is available for Tuesday's game versus the Mavericks.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been upgraded from questionable to available Tuesday despite dealing with a lower back strain. Wiggins is averaging 13.0 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.0 steals in 27.2 minutes across his last five appearances.
Nov 11, 2024
Game-time call Tuesday
Wiggins is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Mavericks due to a low back strain.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins missed time earlier in the month due to the same injury, so it appears he hasn't been able to completely get over the issue. The Warriors are sure to monitor his status closely as he goes through morning shootaround and pregame warmups. Moses Moody, Buddy Hield and Jonathan Kuminga would take on more prominent roles if Wiggins is ultimately ruled out.
Nov 11, 2024
Strong showing Sunday
Wiggins posted 18 points (6-14 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 4-6 FT), eight rebounds, five assists, one block and three steals over 35 minutes during Sunday's 127-116 win over the Thunder.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins bounced back from a subpar showing in the loss to the Cavaliers on Friday, and he has reached the 15-point mark in three of his last five appearances. However, the inconsistencies and the lack of efficiency have limited Wiggins' upside of late. He's averaging 13.0 points per game while shooting just 36.4 percent from the field since the beginning of November.
Nov 5, 2024
Poor shooting in Monday's win
Wiggins contributed five points (1-9 FG, 0-6 3Pt, 3-4 FT), four rebounds, two assists and two blocks in 18 minutes during Monday's 125-112 win over the Wizards.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins suited up for a second straight game after missing back-to-back contests against the Pelicans due to a back issue. While he was solid in his return to action Saturday, posting 15 points, three rebounds, two assists and a steal in 31 minutes during a win over Houston, the veteran struggled to generate anything Monday and was held to only 18 minutes. Buddy Hield (28) and Jonathan Kuminga (25) both saw more minutes than Wiggins off the bench.
Nov 4, 2024
Good to go
Wiggins (back) is available for Monday's game against the Wizards.
ANALYSIS
As expected, Wiggins has been upgraded from probable to available and will make his second straight appearance after missing two games. On Saturday against the Rockets, Wiggins posted 15 points (3-9 FG), three rebounds, two assists and a steal in 31 minutes. The Warriors are getting Stephen Curry (ankle) back Monday night, so that likely means less usage but better floor spacing for Wiggins.
Nov 3, 2024
Probable for Monday
Wiggins is probable for Monday's game against the Wizards due to a right low back strain.
ANALYSIS
The back strain caused Wiggins to miss two straight games before he returned to action Saturday against the Rockets, posting 15 points (3-9 FG), three rebounds, two assists and one steal in 31 minutes. He'll likely remain a regular on the injury report, but barring a setback, Wiggins should continue to play through the back issue.
Nov 1, 2024
Will return Saturday
Coach Steve Kerr said Friday that Wiggins (back) will return to the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Rockets, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins missed a back-to-back set against the Pelicans due to a back issue but will return to action Saturday for the shorthanded Warriors, who remain without Stephen Curry (ankle) and De'Anthony Melton (back). Over his first three appearances, Wiggins has averaged 19.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.0 blocks in 25.0 minutes.
Nov 1, 2024
Probable for Saturday
Wiggins (back) is probable for Saturday's game versus the Rockets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is dealing with a lower back strain that held him out of two-straight matchups. However, the 29-year-old is progressing toward a return to game action, and he will likely give it a go as the club is still without Stephen Curry (ankle) and De'Anthony Melton (back) for Saturday.
Oct 30, 2024
Out Wednesday
Wiggins (back) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against New Orleans, Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
ANALYSIS
A lower back strain will sideline Wiggins for his second consecutive contest. Lindy Waters is coming off of 21-point effort in his absence, while the quartet of Brandin Podziemski, Moses Moody, Buddy Hield and Jonathan Kuminga will also shoulder additional load in the offense.
Oct 30, 2024
Officially a game-time decision
Wiggins (back) is a game-time decision for Wednesday's game against New Orleans, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is dealing with back tightness, and a decision on his status will be made following his pregame warm-up routine. Stephen Curry (ankle) and De'Anthony Melton are already unavailable for Golden State on Wednesday.
Oct 29, 2024
Questionable for Wednesday
Coach Steve Kerr said Tuesday that Wiggins (back), who is out for Tuesday's game against the Pelicans, is questionable for Wednesday's rematch against the Pelicans, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Kerr added that Wiggins' injury is not expected to be a long-term setback, and he has a chance to return to game action Wednesday. If the 29-year-old misses additional time, the Warriors will likely take an extended look at Moses Moody, Buddy Hield and Gary Payton.
Oct 29, 2024
Officially ruled out
Wiggins (back) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Pelicans.
ANALYSIS
As expected, Wiggins won't play in the first half of Golden State's back-to-back set and should be considered questionable, at best, for Wednesday's rematch against New Orleans. With Stephen Curry (ankle) and De'Anthony Melton (back) also sidelined, Buddy Hield, Brandin Podziemski, Moses Moody and Kyle Anderson are all candidates for increased roles.
Oct 29, 2024
Unlikely to play Tuesday
Coach Steve Kerr said Wiggins (back), who's listed as questionable, is unlikely to play Tuesday against the Pelicans.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is considered day-to-day due to a lower back strain, but it sounds like he'll miss at least one game. Stephen Curry (ankle) and De'Anthony Melton (back) have already been ruled out for Golden State's upcoming back-to-back set against New Orleans, so Buddy Hield, Brandin Podziemski, Moses Moody and Kyle Anderson are all candidates for increased workloads.
Oct 28, 2024
Listed as questionable
Wiggins (back) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Pelicans.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is dealing with a lower back strain, but he's considered day-to-day. With Stephen Curry (ankle) and De'Anthony Melton (back) slated to miss the next two games, Wiggins could see a heavy bump in usage if he gets the green light to play through his back issue.
Oct 28, 2024
Leads Warriors in scoring
Wiggins had 29 points (11-15 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 2-3 FT), three rebounds, one block and one steal in 29 minutes during Sunday's 112-104 loss to the Clippers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins led the Warriors in scoring, and this could be a recurring situation if Stephen Curry (ankle) is forced to miss time. Wiggins has reached the 20-point mark in two of his first three outings this season, and he's bound for an uptick in his usage rate in the coming games as one of the few proven scoring weapons in the Warriors roster.
Oct 24, 2024
Posts 20 points in opener
Wiggins accumulated 20 points (8-15 FG, 4-7 3Pt), four rebounds and two assists in 23 minutes during Wednesday's 139-104 victory over the Trail Blazers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has to feel like his job is in jeopardy after the team acquired Buddy Hield, De'Anthony Melton and Kyle Anderson in the offseason. To stay with the first unit, he'll need to have nights like he had Wednesday. He successfully dodged a destined decrease in playing time when the team locked in Jonathan Kuminga at the wing, and a big reason for keeping Wiggins on the court is his defensive skill set, which is a hallmark of his game.
Oct 14, 2024
Expected to play Tuesday
Wiggins (illness) will be available to play in Tuesday's preseason game against the Lakers, Monte Poole of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
ANALYSIS
This will be Wiggins' first taste of preseason action, barring any setbacks. In Wiggins' absence, the Warriors have been giving Moses Moody an extended look, and he's made the most of his opportunities. Wiggins is likely to have restrictions Tuesday evening.
Oct 13, 2024
Out Sunday, will play Tuesday
Wiggins will likely return to play Tuesday against the Lakers, Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been dealing with an illness lately but will return to action Tuesday, according to head coach Steve Kerr. It would not be surprising to see Wiggins on a minutes restriction as he is eased back into play.
Oct 10, 2024
Out Friday, doubtful Sunday
Coach Steve Kerr said Thursday that Wiggins (illness) won't play in Friday's preseason game versus the Kings and is unlikely to suit up for Sunday's preseason matchup with Detroit, Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
ANALYSIS
Despite fully returning to practice, Wiggins will likely miss Golden State's first four preseason outings while recovering from an illness. However, there is no indication that Wiggins will be unavailable once the regular season rolls around.
Oct 8, 2024
Won't play Wednesday
Wiggins (illness) won't play in Wednesday's preseason game against the Kings, Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins logged a full practice Tuesday but still isn't ready for game action. Johnson added that Wiggins' availability for Friday's rematch against the Kings and Sunday's contest versus the Pistons are also in jeopardy.
Oct 7, 2024
Back at practice
Wiggins (illness) participated in Monday's practice session, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins missed all of training camp due to an illness, but he was able to return to practice Wednesday, though he did not participate in the live-action part of the session. He may be restricted during the preseason, but Andrews reports that Wiggins is expected to be back by the start of the regular season. Across 71 games (59 starts) during the 2023-24 season, Wiggins averaged a career-low 13.2 points along with 4.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists across 27.0 minutes per game.
Oct 3, 2024
Won't play in preseason opener
Wiggins (illness) didn't practice Thursday and has been ruled out of Saturday's preseason opener against the Clippers, head coach Steve Kerr told Sam Gordon of the San Francisco Chronicle.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins hasn't been able to practice for three days in a row and was spotted wearing a mask while watching his teammates from the sidelines. His next chance to play will come against the Kings on Wednesday, though it's unclear if he'll be able to return to practice by that time.
Oct 1, 2024
Doesn't practice Tuesday
Wiggins didn't participate in Tuesday's practice due to an illness, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was the only Warrior unable to participate in Tuesday's practice. With the departure of Klay Thompson, Wiggins is now expected to take on a larger offensive role in 2024-25. His first chance to take the floor this season is Saturday's preseason opener against the Clippers.
Sep 30, 2024
Expected to shoot more 3s
Coach Steve Kerr said Monday he'd like Wiggins to shoot about six three-pointers per game, Kerith Burke of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
ANALYSIS
With Klay Thompson out of the picture, the Warriors will turn to other sources for offensive production, especially from deep. Wiggins attempted 6.1 three-pointers per game in 2022-23, but that number dropped to 3.6 last season, his lowest mark since 2016-17. Kerr also said he hopes Wiggins will seize the opportunity ahead of him and emerge as the Warriors' No. 2 scoring option behind Stephen Curry.
Jun 28, 2024
Won't play for Canada at Olympics
Wiggins won't play for Canada during the 2024 Paris Olympics, Doug Smith of the Toronto Star reports.
ANALYSIS
Per Smith, the Warriors are actively trying to trade Wiggins to clear up cap room, presumably to acquire Paul George, and they don't want Wiggins to get hurt playing in the Olympics. John Hollinger of The Athletic relays there could also be an already existing injury for Wiggins, but nothing has been reported. Wiggins missed 11 games during the 2023-24 season, including back-to-back absences at the beginning of April due to a sprained ankle.
Apr 14, 2024
Productive in 20 minutes Sunday
Wiggins provided 19 points (6-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 5-6 FT), four rebounds, three assists and two steals across 20 minutes during Sunday's 123-116 win over the Jazz.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins had a strong showing despite his limited minutes, and he'll head into the Play-In matchup against the Kings having scored 15 or more points in each of his last four appearances. He's reached that plateau in 27 different contests during the regular season.
Apr 9, 2024
Available against Lakers
Wiggins (ankle) is available for Tuesday's game against the Lakers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will shed his probable tag, as expected. The forward is averaging 16.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.0 three-pointers in two April appearances.
Apr 8, 2024
Likely available Tuesday
Wiggins (ankle) is probable for Tuesday's game against the Lakers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will likely return to action Tuesday following a two-game absence due to a left ankle sprain. Over his last 13 appearances (all starts), Wiggins has averaged 15.2 points, 5.9 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.2 steals-plus-blocks in 28.2 minutes per game.
Apr 7, 2024
Will not play Sunday
Wiggins (ankle) is out for Sunday's game against the Jazz, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was initially listed as questionable to play Sunday, but the veteran forward has been ruled out, as the Warriors are not going to risk him. Wiggins' next chance to play will come against the Lakers on Tuesday.
Apr 6, 2024
Questionable for Sunday
Wiggins (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Jazz.
ANALYSIS
The Warriors could be very shorthanded Sunday. Stephen Curry is resting, and Jonathan Kuminga (knee) is questionable. If Wiggins is forced to miss a second straight contest, Moses Moody could see a healthy workload and would be on the streaming radar.
Apr 5, 2024
Won't play Friday
Wiggins (ankle) will not play Friday against Dallas, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is dealing with ankle soreness after leaving Thursday's game against Houston early, so it sounds like he's day-to-day. The good news for the Warriors is that Jonathan Kuminga (knee) is warming up to play, so he could soak up most of Wiggins' minutes.
Apr 5, 2024
Questionable for Friday
Wiggins (ankle) is questionable for Friday's game against Dallas.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins tweaked his ankle during Thursday's win over the Rockets, forcing him to miss the fourth quarter. He's been diagnosed with ankle soreness, and it's unclear whether he'll be available for the second half of the back-to-back set. If Wiggins is sidelined, Gary Payton (ankle) and Moses Moody could see increased run.
Apr 4, 2024
Tweaks ankle Thursday
Warriors coach Steve Kerr said Wiggins tweaked his ankle during Thursday's 133-110 win over Houston. He finished with 10 points (3-8 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one turnover in 23 minutes.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins missed the entire fourth quarter after tweaking his ankle in the third quarter, but Kerr didn't disclose many details regarding the severity. For now, fantasy managers can consider Wiggins questionable to face Dallas on Friday. In addition to Wiggins, Jonathan Kuminga's (knee) status remains in the air.
Apr 3, 2024
Carries Warriors to win Tuesday
Wiggins finished with 23 points (8-16 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 33 minutes during Tuesday's 104-100 win over the Mavericks.
ANALYSIS
The Warriors needed Wiggins to step his game up Tuesday as Stephen Curry was having an off night as a shooter, and he fully delivered, leading the Warriors in scoring and filling out the stat sheet in a tight win Tuesday. Wiggins is ending the season on a strong note and has reached the 20-point mark in three of his last four games.
Mar 29, 2024
Dishes eight dimes vs. Charlotte
Wiggins logged 20 points (7-17 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 4-5 FT), eight rebounds, eight assists, one block and two steals in 35 minutes during Friday's 115-97 win over the Hornets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins' eight dimes Friday matched a season high he set Jan. 12 against the Bulls, and he finished second on the team in assists to Chris Paul. Wiggins has now scored 20-plus points in each of his last two games and has averaged 17.5 points on 49.4 percent shooting (including 41.4 percent from three), 6.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.2 blocks over 29.5 minutes per game over his last six contests.
Mar 21, 2024
Double-double in Wednesday's win
Wiggins totaled 22 points (9-14 FG, 4-6 3Pt), 10 rebounds, three assists and one block in 29 minutes during Wednesday's 137-116 victory over Memphis.
ANALYSIS
It's the third double-double of the season for Wiggins, one short of his career high. It was his best scoring effort since Jan. 30, when he hit for 23 points against the Sixers, and the 29-year-old forward may be getting his legs back under him again. Over the last six games, Wiggins is averaging 14.8 points, 6.5 boards, 1.8 threes and 1.3 assists in 27.8 minutes a contest while shooting 44.0 percent (11-for-25) from beyond the arc.
Mar 11, 2024
Back with starting five
Wiggins is starting at small forward Monday against the Spurs, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was assigned to a bench role for Saturday's matchup with the Spurs, but the team has decided to roll with a different starting lineup after falling 126-113. Wiggins, Jonathan Kuminga and Draymond Green will make up the frontcourt Monday night.
Mar 9, 2024
Won't start against Spurs
Wiggins is not in the starting lineup to face the Spurs on Saturday, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will come off the bench this time due to tactical reasons, as the Warriors will start Trayce Jackson-Davis at center to add some much-needed size near the rim. Wiggins could have a fair share of offensive touches alongside Klay Thompson in the second unit.
Mar 7, 2024
Limited minutes in return
Wiggins (personal) played 14 minutes in Wednesday's 125-90 win over the Bucks, finishing with three points (1-5 FG, 1-2 3Pt), two rebounds, two assists and one steal.
ANALYSIS
Though he took back in his spot in the starting five from Moses Moody in his return from a four-game absence, Wiggins' playing time was capped, in part due to the blowout along with the fact that head coach Steve Kerr implemented an 11-man rotation on the night. Wiggins should get an uptick in minutes Thursday against the Bulls, but he and the Warriors' other key players sans Stephen Curry could have more limited playing-time ceilings while Kerr gravitates toward bigger rotations. Before his recent absence, Wiggins had posted averages of 13.5 points (on 50.4 percent shooting from the field), 4.5 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.7 three-pointers, 1.1 steals and 0.7 blocks in 27.3 minutes over his 11 appearances in February. That level of production, while solid if unspectacular, in addition to concerns about his playing-time outlook moving forward renders Wiggins more of a fringe option in 12-team category leagues.
Mar 5, 2024
Will play Wednesday
Coach Steve Kerr said Tuesday that Wiggins (personal) will play Wednesday versus the Bucks, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Following a four-game stretch away from the team, Wiggins returned to Golden State's facility Tuesday and logged a full practice. Kerr said Wiggins will likely start Wednesday's matchup, but his minute load hasn't been decided yet. Before his absence, Wiggins scored in double figures in nine straight games (all starts), averaging 15.3 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.2 steals in 27.9 minutes during that stretch.
Mar 5, 2024
Returning to team activities soon
Wiggins (personal) returned to San Francisco on Tuesday and will begin ramping up team activities with Golden State this week, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports. He was present at Tuesday's practice, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has missed the Warriors' past four contests while tending to a serious family matter. His status is unclear for a back-to-back set against Milwaukee and Chicago on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively, but thankfully the 29-year-old's return appears imminent.
Mar 2, 2024
Remains away from team
Wiggins (personal) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Celtics.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins doesn't have a return timeline while he's away from the team attending to a personal matter. Moses Moody continues to garner an increased role in Wiggins' absence, while the latter's next chance to suit up will come Wednesday versus the Bucks.
Mar 1, 2024
Remains out against Toronto
Wiggins (personal) won't play in Friday's game versus the Raptors.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss his third straight game Friday due to personal reasons. Moses Moody should continue to star in his absence. While there is no timetable for Wiggins' return, his next chance to suit up is Sunday's matchup with Boston.
Feb 29, 2024
Taking leave of absence
Wiggins (personal), who has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Knicks, is taking a leave of absence from the Warriors and doesn't have a clear return date, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will sit out a second consecutive game, and coach Steve Kerr said before Thursday's game that he isn't sure when the 29-year-old will be back with the team. Wiggins was unavailable for the final 25 games of the regular season last year while tending to a personal matter, but it's unclear how long his current leave of absence will last. Moses Moody handled an increased role for Golden State on Tuesday and should continue to see additional playing time in Wiggins' absence.
Feb 28, 2024
Won't play Thursday
Wiggins (personal) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Knicks.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss his second straight game for personal reasons, and it's currently unclear if he'll be back with the team in time for Friday's matchup with the Raptors. Moses Moody could be headed for another spot-start Thursday and there will be more minutes available for Gary Payton.
Feb 27, 2024
Out Tuesday
Wiggins has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Wizards due to personal reasons.
ANALYSIS
The Warriors are 7-2 in their last nine games, and Wiggins has averaged 15.3 points on 53.5 percent shooting, 4.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.2 steals in 27.9 minutes during that stretch. His absence should open up more minutes for Gary Payton, Lester Quinones and Moses Moody, while Wiggins' next chance to suit up will come Thursday in New York.
Feb 16, 2024
Efficient in victory
Wiggins notched 19 points (7-12 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds and two assists over 29 minutes during Thursday's 140-137 win over the Jazz.
ANALYSIS
Thursday's win over Utah marked Wiggins' sixth straight game scoring double-digit points. However, the 28-year-old forward registered more turnovers (three) than assists (two). After greatly improving his outside shot in his last three years in Golden State, Wiggins is shooting just 34.2 percent from three in 2023-24.
Feb 8, 2024
Available for Thursday
Wiggins (ankle) is available for Thursday's game against the Pacers.
ANALYSIS
There was never much doubt about Wiggins' status heading into Thursday's game, as he was "probable" on the injury report, but now we have official confirmation that he'll be out there.
Feb 8, 2024
Probable for Thursday
Wiggins (ankle) is probable for Thursday's game against the Pacers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins continues to deal with a left ankle contusion but will likely be able to suit up for a second consecutive matchup Thursday. In his return from a one-game absence Wednesday against Philadelphia, he tallied 21 points, 10 rebounds, an assist, a steal and a block in 23 minutes.
Feb 8, 2024
Logs second double-double of season
Wiggins closed with 21 points (9-14 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal over 23 minutes during Wednesday's 127-104 win over the 76ers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was really struggling coming into Wednesday, averaging 5.5 points on 28.6 percent shooting over his first two contests in February before sitting with an ankle injury Monday. The veteran forward was able to return against Philadelphia and registered one of his best games of the season, leading the Warriors in both points and rebounds in just 23 minutes of action. Wiggins had been showing some signs of life prior to the aforementioned two-game slump, finishing January with five straight double-digit scoring games and averaging 18.0 points, 4.8 boards, 2.6 assists, 1.2 blocks and 1.0 steals over 34.0 minutes during that span. Perhaps Wednesday's strong effort will put him back on that track, but it may not be wise for fantasy managers to count on that happening, as Wiggins has struggled with inconsistency throughout the campaign and is on pace for career-worst averages of 12.4 points and 1.5 dimes per game.
Feb 7, 2024
Available for Wednesday
Wiggins (ankle) is available for Wednesday's game against the 76ers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is back in action after missing one game, so he should see his usual minutes as a starter Wednesday evening. His return will likely result in Brandin Podziemski heading back to the second unit and Moses Moody could drop from the rotation entirely.
Feb 6, 2024
Trending in right direction
Wiggins (foot) is probable for Wednesday's game against Philadelphia, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins exited Saturday's loss to Atlanta after 19 minutes due to a foot sprain, but he's on the right track to return to action after missing just one contest. The Warriors welcomed back Moses Moody from a calf injury Monday, while Gary Payton (hamstring) is day-to-day -- putting the squad on the brim of full health.
Feb 5, 2024
Downgraded to out
Wiggins (ankle) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Nets, Tim Bontemps of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
As expected, Wiggins has been downgraded from doubtful to out while dealing with a sore left ankle. Brandin Podziemski should be the primary beneficiary of Wiggins' absence, though Moses Moody is cleared to make his return from a nine-game absence Monday and could absorb some wing minutes.
Feb 4, 2024
Likely to sit out Monday
Wiggins is listed as doubtful for Monday's game in Brooklyn with a sore left ankle.
ANALYSIS
Though head coach Steve Kerr said after Saturday's 141-134 overtime loss to the Hawks that Wiggins exited the game with a sprained foot, he's officially being listed with an ankle injury heading into Monday's game in Brooklyn. Unless he shows dramatic improvement at morning shootaround Monday, Wiggins will likely be downgraded to out ahead of the game's 7:30 p.m. ET tipoff. Wiggins' expected absence Monday should pave the way for Brandin Podziemski to make a spot start and once again pick up extended minutes alongside Klay Thompson on the wing.
Feb 4, 2024
Diagnosed with sprained foot
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said after Saturday's 141-134 overtime loss to the Hawks that Wiggins was forced out of the game due to a sprained left foot, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins' early exit was previously attributed to a left ankle injury, but after undergoing X-rays -- which returned negative -- the 29-year-old's health concern was classified differently once Kerr had a chance to speak with Warriors director of sports medicine Rick Celebrini. Though the X-rays have cleared Wiggins of any structural damage to his foot, his sprain could still be significant enough to keep him from playing Monday in Brooklyn, and perhaps additional games to follow. The injury is particularly inconvenient timing for Wiggins, who had started to look increasingly comfortable of late and had been averaging 16.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.3 three-pointers, 1.3 blocks and 1.0 steals in 33.3 minutes per game in his six outings prior to Saturday.
Feb 3, 2024
Will not return Saturday
Wiggins will not return to Saturday's game against Atlanta due to a left ankle injury. He finished with two points (1-6 FG, 0-2 3Pt), four rebounds and two blocks in 19 minutes.
ANALYSIS
The Warriors initially deemed him questionable to return after he tweaked his ankle during the second quarter, but the veteran wing will miss the rest of the evening. He should be considered questionable for Monday against the Nets. If Wiggins does miss additional time, the Warriors could turn to Brandin Podziemski and Lester Quinones.
Feb 3, 2024
Questionable to return
Wiggins is questionable to return to Saturday's game against the Hawks due to a left ankle injury, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins collided with Clint Capela at the end of the second quarter and did not take the floor after halftime with Brandin Podziemski starting in his place.
Jan 31, 2024
Wakes up with 23 points
Wiggins supplied 23 points (8-10 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 6-6 FT), five rebounds, four assists, one block and three steals over 38 minutes during Tuesday's 119-107 win over Philadelphia.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins suffered through a slow beginning of the season, but his past two games have offered a glimmer of his former self. The difference has been a lack of hesitation in taking the open shot and taking advantage of open lanes when they present themselves, attributes that have sometimes evaded Wiggins throughout the season. He's also balling out as a defender, with six steals over the past two games.
Jan 28, 2024
Solid showing in Saturday's loss
Wiggins finished with 22 points (8-12 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 3-5 FT), five rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals across 41 minutes before fouling out of Saturday's 145-144 double-overtime loss to the Lakers.
ANALYSIS
The 28-year-old forward had a miserable beginning to the season, but Wiggins may finally be righting the ship. Over six games since returning to the starting lineup, he's averaging 15.2 points, 4.7 boards, 3.0 assists, 1.3 threes and 1.0 blocks while shooting 51.4 percent from the floor. That production's still below the level he'd established over his first few seasons with the Warriors, but Wiggins is at least showing signs of regaining that form over the second half.
Jan 26, 2024
Shows continued improvement in loss
Wiggins accumulated 17 points (6-8 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT), four rebounds and four assists across 31 minutes during Thursday's 134-133 loss to Sacramento.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins posted double-digit scoring for the third consecutive game, which is more representative of his previous production with the Warriors. It's been a mixed bag for Wiggins, who is the target of trade rumors as his usefulness waned throughout November. Although it's hard to ignore his previous contributions, he's only on the cusp of fantasy viability currently.
Jan 16, 2024
Goes for 16 points Monday
Wiggins finished Monday's 116-107 loss to the Grizzlies with 16 points (7-13 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, one assist and two blocks in 31 minutes.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was active on both ends of the court Monday, reaching the 15-point mark for the second time in his last three since returning to the starting lineup, but he also made his presence felt with two blocks. Wiggins' upside changes dramatically when he's in the starting lineup, but overall, his campaign has been disappointing. He's averaging just 9.6 points per game in his last seven starts since the start of December.
Jan 13, 2024
Season-high eight assists
Wiggins amassed 17 points (8-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt), five rebounds, eight assists, one block and one steal over 31 minutes during Friday's 140-131 win over the Bulls.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins returned to the starting lineup Friday, delivering arguably his best all-around performance in the past three weeks. His eight assists marked a season-high, complementing his 17 points. Despite the fact it has been an underwhelming season, Wiggins is likely one of the best waiver wire targets who might be available in standard leagues. If he is floating around on your waiver wire, he is worth grabbing just in case he can build off this performance.
Jan 12, 2024
Back in starting lineup
Wiggins will start at small forward in Friday's game against the Bulls, Shayna Rubin of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will return to the starting unit after getting replaced by Brandin Podziemski for one game. The latter is returning to the bench in favor of the former. Wiggins has averaged 11.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists across 26.4 minutes in 22 games as a starter this season.
Jan 10, 2024
Joins second unit
Wiggins will come off the bench for Wednesday's game against the Pelicans, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Coach Steve Kerr is replacing Wiggins with Brandin Podziemski in the first unit. Wiggins has really struggled next to Jonathan Kuminga, so it's not a surprise to see Kerr stagger those two again. Wiggins has also been in a brutal slump, scoring a combined six points in his last two games.
Jan 8, 2024
Lackluster results as starter
Wiggins finished Sunday's 133-118 loss to Toronto with three points (1-6 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two rebounds and one assist over 17 minutes.
ANALYSIS
The 28-year-old got the first chance at a starting role following Chris Paul's hand injury, but Wiggins struggled to generate much production during Sunday's blowout loss. He was held to a single-digit scoring total for a second consecutive game and was outplayed by Moses Moody, who tallied 21 points and three rebounds in 22 minutes off the bench. It's unclear whether Wiggins will remain in the starting lineup moving forward, and Sunday's performance didn't do much to instill confidence.
Jan 7, 2024
Starting Sunday
Wiggins is starting Sunday's game against Toronto, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was benched by the Warriors in mid-December and has come off the bench in his 10 appearances since then. However, he'll return to the starting lineup Sunday with Chris Paul (hand) facing a multi-week absence. It's unclear whether Wiggins will have a long-term stint in the starting lineup, but it wouldn't be surprising to see him retain a starting role as long as he can perform well.
Jan 3, 2024
Scores 10 points off bench
Wiggins amassed 10 points (4-7 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-3 FT), three rebounds and two steals in 21 minutes during Tuesday's 121-115 win over Orlando.
ANALYSIS
Since missing back-to-back games due to an illness, Wiggins has averaged 14.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.5 blocks in 26.0 minutes per game over his last four appearances. That's not stellar production by any means, but Wiggins is still garnering a solid role despite his relegation to the bench. Wiggins has performed better as a reserve, averaging 13.9 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.8 assists in eight appearances off the bench compared to 12.1 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists as a starter (21 games).
Dec 25, 2023
Will play Monday
Wiggins (illness) will play Monday against the Nuggets, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins missed back-to-back games due to an illness but will return to action versus Denver. However, before his absence, he lost his starting spot to Brandin Podziemski, so Wiggins is expected to operate off the bench. Across four bench appearances this season, Wiggins has averaged 13.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 25.0 minutes per game.
Dec 24, 2023
Iffy Monday
Wiggins (illness) is listed as questionable ahead of Monday's game against the Nuggets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is in jeopardy of missing his third consecutive game due to an illness. The 10th-year pro has recently been moved to the bench, where he is averaging 13.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 25.0 minutes through four games. If he is unable to go, Brandin Podziemski and Moses Moody could be in line for extra minutes.
Dec 23, 2023
Will not play Saturday
Wiggins (illness) will not play in Saturday's game against Portland.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins last played on Dec. 19 and is struggling to shake this illness. His next chance to play will be Monday against the Nuggets. Brandin Podziemski, who is probable with a back issue, is likely to see a heavy workload against Portland.
Dec 23, 2023
Questionable Saturday
Wiggins (illness) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Trail Blazers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins missed Friday's game due to an illness that has his status in question on Saturday. If he is unable to go, Trayce Jackson-Davis and Dario Saric will likely pick up the extra minutes.
Dec 22, 2023
Downgraded to out
Wiggins (illness) won't play in Friday's game against the Wizards, Shayna Rubin of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was a late addition to the injury report Friday and will end up missing the opening leg of a back-to-back set Friday. In his absence, look for Trayce Jackson-Davis and Dario Saric to pick up Wiggins' vacated minutes.
Dec 22, 2023
Late addition to injury report
Wiggins (illness) is listed as questionable for Friday's game versus the Wizards.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was also a late addition to Tuesday's injury report with an illness before being upgraded to available. The 28-year-old forward has come off the bench for Golden State in the last four games.
Dec 19, 2023
Available to play
Wiggins (illness) is available for Tuesday's game against Boston, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was a late addition to the injury report for Golden State, but he and Chris Paul will both attempt to play through their illnesses. Wiggins will come off the bench again Tuesday, but he's carrying some momentum after scoring 25 points across 29 minutes of Sunday's win over Portland.
Dec 19, 2023
Late addition to injury report
Wiggins is listed as questionable for Tuesday's game versus the Celtics due to an illness.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins's late addition to the injury report is a bad sign of his availability for Tuesday's contest. If Wiggins is ruled out, Brandin Podziemski, Moses Moody and Jonathan Kuminga would be candidates to receive increased minutes.
Dec 18, 2023
Lifts bench with 25-point outing
Wiggins recorded 25 points (9-12 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 3-4 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block across 29 minutes in Sunday's 118-114 win over the Trail Blazers.
ANALYSIS
Coming off the bench for the third game in a row while ceding his spot in the starting five to Brandin Podziemski, Wiggins broke out of his funk with a stellar shooting night. The 25 points marked his third-best total of the season, and he supplemented the offense with his second-best rebounding count and a pair of defensive counters. Though Wiggins has still performed well below expectations this season, perhaps the move to the second unit could allow for the 28-year-old to make a return to form. Through his first three games off the bench, Wiggins is averaging 16.0 points (on 56.7 percent shooting), 5.0 rebounds, 1.7 three-pointers, 1.0 assists, 0.7 steals and 0.7 blocks in 25.9 minutes per contest.
Dec 14, 2023
Moves to second unit
Wiggins will move to the bench for Thursday's game against the Clippers, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
The Warriors are 10-13 on the season, and coach Steve Kerr has been hinting at possible lineup changes for several days now. Wiggins is coming off a dud in Tuesday's loss to the Suns, as he played just 15 minutes with three points, four rebounds and one assist. Brandin Podziemski will slide into the starting lineup and will make his case to coach Kerr for a larger role.
Dec 13, 2023
Plays season-low 15 minutes
Wiggins recorded three points (1-7 FG, 1-3 3Pt), four rebounds and one assist across 15 minutes in Tuesday's 119-116 loss to the Suns.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins' already miserable season took another turn for the worse Tuesday, as he saw a season-low minutes load despite the fact that Draymond Green was ejected from the contest with 8:23 remaining in third quarter. Despite the game being closely contested heading into the fourth quarter, head coach Steve Kerr didn't turn to Wiggins at any point over the final 12 minutes, instead relying on the likes of Brandin Podziemski, Trayce Jackson-Davis, Moses Moody and Jonathan Kuminga to fill out minutes at either forward spot. Any hope that Wiggins was turning a corner after a 29-point, 10-rebound eruption in a Nov. 28 loss to the Kings appears to have been extinguished. After missing the ensuing two games with a finger injury, Wiggins has averaged 8.0 points and 4.3 rebounds on 26.7 percent shooting from the field while turning the ball over a total of 10 times in three contests since he returned to the lineup.
Dec 6, 2023
Good to go Wednesday
Wiggins (finger) will start Wednesday's game against the Trail Blazers, Shayna Rubin of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins missed a pair of games with a finger injury, but he'll be back in action Wednesday night, replacing Moses Moody in the first unit. In the five games leading up to his finger injury, Wiggins averaged 18.6 points and 5.0 rebounds across 30.1 minutes.
Dec 5, 2023
Upgraded to probable
Wiggins is considered probable to play Wednesday against Portland, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has missed the Warriors prior two contests due to finger soreness, but he appears to be on the mend after fully practicing and scrimmaging Tuesday. Chris Paul (leg) has also been upgraded to probable following a two-game absence, so Golden State could be at full strength Wednesday with the exception of Gary Payton (calf).
Dec 2, 2023
Out again
Wiggins (finger) will remain sidelined for Saturday's game against the Clippers, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins warmed up pregame before the decision was made for him to sit. However, he appears to be nearing a return from what will be a two-game absence. In his place, Moses Moody and Jonathan Kuminga are the prime candidates to see increased minutes.
Dec 1, 2023
Iffy for Saturday
Wiggins (finger) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Clippers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was a late addition to the injury report Thursday and was ultimately sidelined for the win over the Clippers due to right finger soreness. If Wiggins is sidelined again, Moses Moody figures to draw another start, while Jonathan Kuminga would presumably garner an increased role off the bench.
Nov 30, 2023
Won't play Thursday
Wiggins has been ruled out for Thursday's game versus the Clippers due to right finger soreness.
ANALYSIS
After being a late addition to the injury report, Wiggins will miss his first game of the season Thursday. Moses Moody and Jonathan Kuminga are candidates to receive extended minutes in his absence. Wiggins' next chance to suit up is Saturday's rematch with the Clippers.
Nov 29, 2023
Explodes for 29 points
Wiggins closed with 29 points (11-18 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 10 rebounds and three assists over 36 minutes during Tuesday's 124-123 loss to the Kings.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins had one of his best games of the season, but it wasn't enough to endure the Kings' late rally. Wednesday's game marks the first time Wiggins has scored more than 20 points. It's too early to depend on Wiggins for this kind of output, but a larger sample size that includes similar stat lines can help establish a higher fantasy floor for the veteran.
Nov 23, 2023
Held to 11 points
Wiggins logged 11 points (4-11 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT), four rebounds, one assist and one block in 25 minutes during Wednesday's 123-115 loss to Phoenix.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has struggled on the scoreboard for most of the start of the season, but he showed signs of promise with a 31-point performance against the Thunder on Saturday. However, he's regressed over his last two appearances, averaging just 11.5 points and 5.5 rebounds in 27.5 minutes per game. Wiggins certainly has the talent to turn things around at some points, but he's struggled this season while posting 41.8/23.5/56.3 percent shooting splits.
Nov 19, 2023
Shows signs of busting slump
Wiggins tallied 31 points (12-19 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 2-4 FT), three assists, a steal and a blocked shot over 35 minutes in Saturday's overtime loss to the Thunder.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins appeared to win the game for the Warriors with a clutch go-ahead triple as the clock wound down in the fourth quarter, but Chet Holmgren responded with a three-pointer for OKC to send the game into overtime. Despite that turn of events, this was easily Wiggins' best offensive game of the campaign thus far, as he far surpassed his previous season-high mark in scoring, which had been 17 points. It's been a rough beginning to the campaign for Wiggins, but Saturday's performance could be a launch pad to getting the veteran back on track.
Nov 15, 2023
Underwhelming production continues
Wiggins finished with nine points (4-15 FG, 1-7 3Pt), seven rebounds, three steals and one block in 28 minutes in Tuesday's 104-101 loss to the Timberwolves.
ANALYSIS
With Stephen Curry (knee) sitting out and Klay Thompson and Draymond Green getting ejected just two minutes into Tuesday's contest, Wiggins had as good of an opportunity as any this season to put up numbers. Though he paced the Warriors with a team-high 28.7 percent usage rate, Wiggins was still held under 30 minutes while he continue to languish as a shooter from the field and three-point range. Wiggins saved his night to some degree with the three steals, but fantasy managers drafted him mainly for his solid field-goal percentage, scoring and three-pointers production, and he's falling well short in all three areas so far. He's shooting 39.5 percent overall and averaging 10.4 points and 0.4 triples per game on the season, well down from his 2022-23 percentage and averages (47.3 percent, 17.1 points, 2.4 three-pointers).
Nov 12, 2023
Available Sunday
Wiggins (neck) is available for Sunday's game against the Timberwolves, Shayna Rubin of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was probable for Sunday's matchup due to neck tightness, but the Warriors waited to see how he fared during pregame warmups before determining his status. However, he'll be able to suit up and will attempt to bounce back from a slow start to the season. Over 10 appearances this year, he's averaged 11.0 points and 3.7 rebounds in 26.0 minutes per game.
Nov 12, 2023
Dealing with neck tightness
Wiggins is probable for Sunday's game against the Timberwolves due to left cervical/thoracic tightness.
ANALYSIS
Despite dealing with a tight neck, Wiggins will likely play Sunday. The forward has gotten off to a slow start this season, especially from deep, but he'll keep getting opportunities to bounce back. Across 10 appearances, he's averaging just 11.0 points per game, but he's averaged at least 16.0 points in each of his first nine NBA campaigns.
Nov 12, 2023
Slow start continues
Wiggins accumulated 13 points (6-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 0-2 FT), five rebounds and three assists in 29 minutes during Saturday's 118-110 loss to the Cavaliers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has yet to deliver a game with 20-plus points or more than six rebounds, which have been staples of his Warriors tenure. In previous campaigns, Wiggins has gotten off to a hot start from beyond the arc prior to cooling down the stretch, but he's connecting on just 16.7 percent of 2.4 threes in a career-low 26.0 minutes per game through Golden State's first 10 contests.
Nov 7, 2023
Back-to-back single-digit games
Wiggins produced four points (2-9 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 0-2 FT), six rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal over 22 minutes during Monday's 120-109 win over the Pistons.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has failed to score in double figures in back-to-back games. He at least was able to make some contributions defensively in this one, marking his first defensive stats since Oct. 27. The veteran forward is currently averaging career lows across the board, but he should have better games ahead, as he's unlikely to shoot this poorly (41/18/54 shooting splits) the entire campaign.
Oct 30, 2023
Scores 13 points in win
Wiggins ended Sunday's 106-95 victory over Houston with 13 points (4-10 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-5 FT) in 28 minutes.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins didn't have his best game, but to be fair, the Warriors weren't at their best offensively, either, as they barely surpassed the 100-point mark against a rebuilding Rockets team. Wiggins clearly holds a secondary role on offense in this year's scheme, and the fact that this 13-point output was a season-high mark for him, certainly backs that up.
Oct 25, 2023
Tepid performance in season debut
Wiggins chipped in 10 points (4-12 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-3 FT), one rebound and one block over 27 minutes during Tuesday's 108-104 loss to the Suns.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was mostly a non-factor against the Suns, and Jonathan Kuminga looked better at the four during the loss. Kuminga was in line for more work this season, but Wiggins was projected to hold him off. The scenario is worth monitoring, but Wiggins' role with the first unit is safe for now.
Oct 16, 2023
Puts up 20 points
Wiggins had 20 points (6-11 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 5-7 FT), two rebounds, two assists and a block across 22 minutes in Sunday's 121-115 preseason overtime win over the Kings.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was one of Golden State's go-to players on offense, with most of the regulars taking a breather here, and the veteran responded with a strong effort on both ends of the court. Wiggins is expected to open the 2023-24 season as Golden State's starting small forward and should remain relevant in most fantasy formats due to his scoring prowess alone, even if he plays a secondary role behind the duo of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.
Oct 13, 2023
Slated for increased role Friday
Wiggins will start Friday's preseason game against the Lakers and could play into the 20-minute range, Shayna Rubin of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins scored six points in 14 minutes during the Warriors' preseason opener, but he's slated for an increased role, along with the rest of Golden State's starters, during Friday's rematch versus Los Angeles. Draymond Green (ankle) remains out, so Kevon Looney, Chris Paul, Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry will join Wiggins in the starting lineup for a second straight game.
May 12, 2023
Cleared to play Friday
Wiggins (ribs) has been cleared for Game 6 versus the Lakers on Friday according to ESPN's Kendra Andrews.
ANALYSIS
The Warriors were expecting Wiggins to play after he was initially considered questionable. Wiggins was put through an extended warmup and tested the injury with contact before ultimately getting the green light. Coach Steve Kerr did not mention any specific restrictions, but he did say he will monitor the wing closely.
May 12, 2023
Expected to suit up Friday
Wiggins (ribs) is expected to play in Friday's Game 6 versus the Warriors, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins reportedly plans to go through his pregame routine to determine how his costal cartilage fracture feels prior to Friday's tipoff, so his official status likely won't be revealed until game-time. Wiggins is expected to have difficulty shooting the ball if he's available after shooting 37.5 percent from three on 4.8 attempts across the first games of the series.
May 12, 2023
Participates in shootaround
Wiggins (ribs) went through shoot around Friday ahead of Game 6 versus the Warriors, Mark Medina of NBA.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is still listed as questionable for Game 6 due to a left costal cartilage fracture, but his participation in shootaround is a good sign of his availability. If Wiggins is upgraded to available, he should receive a large workload, as he is averaging 33.4 minutes per game across the first five contests in the series.
May 11, 2023
Questionable for Game 6
Wiggins (left costal cartilage fracture) is questionable for Game 6 versus the Lakers on Friday according to Anthony Slater of The Athletic.
ANALYSIS
This injury is to Wiggins' ribcage but the questionable tag suggests that it's not too serious. Wiggins has been playing a ton of minutes in this series, so a potential absence would be a huge blow for the Warriors. If he's unable to play, the Warriors would have a variety of players who could step up such as Jordan Poole, Donte DiVincenzo and Moses Moody.
May 7, 2023
Team-high nine rebounds in loss
Wiggins produced 16 points (6-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), nine rebounds, four assists and one block over 28 minutes during Saturday's 127-97 loss to the Lakers in Game 3 of the Western Conference Semifinals.
ANALYSIS
Abysmal totals from Draymond Green, JaMychal Green and Kevon Looney forced Wiggins to step up in the paint. Wiggins' nine rebounds matched his second-best total of the season.
Apr 29, 2023
Decent overall stat line
Wiggins racked up 13 points (5-13 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 3-6 FT), seven rebounds, two blocks and two steals in 33 minutes during Friday's 118-99 loss to the Kings in Game 6 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins struggled from a scoring perspective and finished with 13 points in 13 shots, but he delivered a solid all-around stat line despite struggling from the field. Wiggins has emerged as a solid two-way contributor in the series and is averaging 18.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.2 blocks, 1.2 assists and 1.2 steals per game ahead of a series-deciding Game 7 on Sunday.
Apr 20, 2023
Good to go Thursday
Wiggins (shoulder) is good to go for Game 3 against the Kings on Thursday, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was previously carrying a questionable tag due to right shoulder soreness, but the fact that he's getting the green light before warmups is a great sign. Wiggins could see an expanded role on both sides of the floor with Draymond Green suspended for Thursday's contest.
Apr 19, 2023
Status uncertain Thursday
Wiggins is questionable for Game 3 against the Kings on Thursday due to right shoulder soreness.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has played in Golden State's last two contests after a lengthy absence due to personal reasons, but a shoulder injury could keep him out of Game 3. Donte DiVincenzo, Anthony Lamb, Gary Payton and Jordan Poole are all candidates to receive extended minutes if he's unable to suit up.
Apr 18, 2023
Mixed results in loss
Wiggins produced 22 points (9-19 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds and one steal over 39 minutes during Monday's 114-106 loss to the Kings in Game 2 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins finished second on the team in scoring behind Stephen Curry, but he struggled to find any rhythm from deep. After a long hiatus from game action, the versatile forward has been able to play heavy minutes in each of the first two games of the opening-round series, but he's shooting just 18.8 percent from deep.
Apr 17, 2023
Starting Monday
Wiggins will start Game 2 of the Western Conference Playoff First Round, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is back in Golden State's starting lineup after coming off the bench during his first game back action Saturday. The 28-year-old finished with 17 points (7-16 FG, 1-8 3Pt, 2-4 FT), three rebounds, one assist and four blocks over 28 minutes in his first contest since February. With Wiggins back starting, Donte DiVincenzo figures to return back to his role off the bench.
Apr 16, 2023
Solid in return to action
Wiggins closed with 17 points (7-16 FG, 1-8 3Pt, 2-4 FT), three rebounds, one assist and four blocks across 28 minutes during Saturday's 126-123 loss to Sacramento in Game 1 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins returned and looked every bit his old self after missing 25 games. The only missing element from his game was his perimeter shot, as he shot only 1-of-8 beyond the arc. The Warriors' defense suffered greatly during Wiggins' absence, and the team finished the season 13-12 without his contribution. Wiggins' return will give the team much-needed defensive punch in the playoffs.
Apr 15, 2023
Coming off bench for Game 1
Wiggins won't start in Game 1 of the Western Conference Playoff First Round against the Kings on Saturday.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins hasn't played since Feb. 13 due to personal issues but was cleared to play ahead of the playoffs. Considering his lengthy absence, the Warriors will keep Wiggins with the second unit and likely limit him to around 20-25 minutes. It's unclear how long he will remain with the reserves, but he should be considered a risky fantasy option given his unclear workload and potential rust.
Apr 13, 2023
Cleared to play Saturday
Wiggins (personal) has been cleared to play in Game 1 of the Western Conference First Round against the Kings on Saturday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins hasn't appeared in a game since Feb. 13, but he's ramped up his conditioning recently, and coach Steve Kerr said the 28-year-old looked "really good" during scrimmages. Despite his availability Saturday, the team is leaning toward Wiggins coming off the bench and playing 20-25 minutes during his first game back in action. Assuming Wiggins operates as a reserve, Jonathan Kuminga and Kevon Looney would be candidates to start in the frontcourt alongside Draymond Green.
Apr 12, 2023
Looking good in scrimmages
Steve Kerr said that Wiggins (personal) has been ramping up his conditioning and has looked "really good" in recent scrimmages, Monte Poole of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
ANALYSIS
Kerr declined to say if Wiggins would be available for Golden State's Game 1 matchup with Sacramento on Saturday, but he's clearly trending in a positive direction. He's been practicing in full for a week now, and he still has another three days to get his conditioning to where it needs to be. If he is able to return for Game 1, Donte DiVincenzo would likely head to the second unit and Jonathan Kuminga's minutes would dip.
Apr 5, 2023
Won't play in final two games
Wiggins will not suit up for the Warriors for their final two regular-season games.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was able to get through full contact, five-on-five work at Wednesday's practice and he "looked good" according to head coach Steve Kerr, but after such a long absence he'll need more time before he's ready to suit up for an NBA game. He should be good to go for Golden State's post-season run, but he won't be helping fantasy teams as the regular season comes to a close. Donte DiVincenzo and Jonathan Kuminga will continue to pick up the slack while Wiggins is out.
Apr 4, 2023
Likely out Friday
Coach Steve Kerr said Tuesday that there is "no way" Wiggins (personal) will play in the next few days, Kendra Andrew of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was on the Warriors' bench Tuesday after missing the previous 22 games due to personal reasons. While he will likely need to log a practice before retaking the floor, it does seem possible for him to do so before the end of the regular season. Wiggins's potential return would likely result in decreased minutes for Donte DiVincenzo.
Apr 3, 2023
Out Tuesday
Wiggins (personal) has officially been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Thunder.
ANALYSIS
While Wiggins will not play, he is expected to be in attendance for Tuesday's home game, and there's a chance he'll return to the floor for one of Golden State's final two regular season games. However, considering he hasn't played since Feb. 13, he'll likely be eased back into things, so it's unlikely he'll make a major difference in standard fantasy leagues.
Apr 3, 2023
Unlikely to play Tuesday
Wiggins (personal) is unlikely to play Tuesday against the Thunder, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins plans to attend Tuesday's matchup against Oklahoma City, but he's unlikely to suit up after missing the last month and a half while tending to a personal matter. Following Tuesday's expected absence, he'll have two more chances to suit up during the regular season, and it's certainly possible he sees some minutes so he can regain some conditioning prior to the postseason.
Apr 3, 2023
Expected back early this week
Wiggins (personal) is expected to rejoin the Warriors early this week, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
A report from earlier Monday suggested that Wiggins could be back before the end of the regular season, and it appears likely that the 28-year-old will have multiple chances to take the court for the Warriors as they compete for playoff positioning down the stretch. Wiggins hasn't suited up since mid-February, so it wouldn't be surprising to see him face a minutes restriction to close out the regular season. However, his return to the court would allow him to build up his conditioning before the Play-In Tournament or playoffs. His first opportunity to suit up this week will be Tuesday against the Thunder, but it's unclear whether he'll be ready to play by then.
Apr 3, 2023
Could return in coming games
Wiggins (personal) could return sometime during the final week of the regular season, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been away from the team over the last several weeks while tending to a personal matter, and the Warriors haven't yet provided a firm timetable for his return. However, the team has hoped that the 28-year-old would be back prior to the playoffs, and he's been training on the side during his absence. The Warriors are in danger of settling for a spot in the Play-In Tournament, and it's possible Wiggins returns to the court sometime during their final three games of the year to get some work in with the team prior to the postseason.
Mar 28, 2023
Remains without target return date
The Warriors list Wiggins (personal) as out for Tuesday's game against the Pelicans.
ANALYSIS
Though Golden State continues to publicly support Wiggins while he remains away from the team to tend to a personal matter, the team hasn't provided any sort of update regarding when or if he might rejoin the team. Given that he hasn't played since shortly before the All-Star break, Wiggins will almost certainly require some time to regain conditioning if he does end up returning to the team. He can safely be ruled out for all three of the Warriors' games this week, and at this stage, Wiggins is looking unlikely to be back during the final week of the regular season.
Mar 11, 2023
Still has no timetable
Wiggins (personal) still has no timetable, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
When asked if Wiggins returning this season was a sure thing, coach Steve Kerr said that's the "hope" and that what he's dealing with is way more important than basketball. With Jonathan Kuminga sidelined with an ankle injury, this will be a chance for guys like JaMychal Green, Andre Iguodala and Patrick Baldwin to step up.
Mar 10, 2023
Still out Saturday
Wiggins (personal) won't play in Saturday's game versus Milwaukee.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss his 11th straight game Saturday while dealing with personal matters. His next opportunity to play is Monday's matchup with Phoenix.
Mar 8, 2023
Out again Thursday
Wiggins (personal) will remain on the inactive list for Thursday's game in Memphis.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been away from the team since Feb. 14 tending to a personal matter, and it's unclear when he'll be able to return to the team. At this juncture in the fantasy season, it's tough to justify holding Wiggins outside of an IR spot. Donte DiVincenzo should continue to start in his absence.
Mar 8, 2023
Won't play against Memphis
Wiggins (personal) is out for Thursday 's game versus the Grizzlies.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins hasn't played since Feb. 13 while dealing with personal matters. Donte DiVincenzo should continue to start in his absence. Wiggins' next chance to suit up is Saturday's matchup versus Milwaukee, although there is no indication of when he'll return.
Mar 6, 2023
Out Tuesday
Wiggins (personal) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Thunder.
ANALYSIS
This will be the ninth straight game on the inactive list for Wiggins, and it remains unclear exactly what he's dealing with or when he'll be back for Golden State. With such little info, it's tough to justify stashing Wiggins without an injury reserve spot if you're going through the fantasy playoffs. Donte DiVincenzo will continue to pick up the slack in his absence.
Mar 4, 2023
Ruled out Sunday
Wiggins (personal) will not play in Sunday's game against the Lakers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss an eighth consecutive contest for personal reasons, which should allow Donte DiVincenzo to earn another start. However, coach Steve Kerr could switch things up with Stephen Curry (lower leg) and Andre Iguodala (hip) likely to return from lengthy absences. Wiggins' next chance to play will come Tuesday in Oklahoma City.
Mar 3, 2023
Still out Friday
Wiggins (personal) won't play in Friday's game versus the Pelicans.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss his seventh straight game Friday while he deals with personal matters. Donte DiVincenzo should continue to start in his absence. Wiggins' next opportunity to play is Sunday's matchup with the Lakers.
Mar 1, 2023
Remains sidelined against Clippers
Wiggins (personal) is out for Thursday's game versus the Clippers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins' absence streak will extend to six games Thursday due to personal reasons. His next chance to suit up is Friday's matchup with New Orleans.
Feb 27, 2023
Still out
Wiggins (personal) has been ruled out for Tuesday's matchup against Portland.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is slated to miss a fifth straight game due to personal reasons. It's unclear when the veteran forward will be able to suit up again, but his next chance to do so will arrive Thursday against the Clippers. Donte DiVincenzo figures to remain in the starting lineup until Wiggins is back in action.
Feb 23, 2023
Without timetable
Wiggins (personal) is without a timetable for return, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Coach Steve Kerr shared that Wiggins is away from the team dealing with a family issue. With the Warriors playing both Thursday and Friday, it's possible that Wiggins misses both games. Expect Donte DiVincenzo, Anthony Lamb and Jonathan Kuminga to all see increased minutes until Wiggins is able to return.
Feb 22, 2023
Officially out
Wiggins (personal) has been ruled out for Thursday's matchup against the Lakers.
ANALYSIS
As expected, Wiggins will remain sidelined following the All-Star break to deal with a personal matter. Thursday's matchup is the front half of a back-to-back set, and it's currently unclear if he'll return to the team ahead of Friday's contest versus the Rockets. With Stephen Curry (lower leg) also out, Donte DiVincenzo figures to draw another start in Wiggins' absence, while Anthony Lamb and Jonathan Kuminga are candidates for increased run off the bench.
Feb 21, 2023
Still away from Warriors
Wiggins (personal) was not with the Warriors for Tuesday's practice and is unlikely to play Thursday against the Lakers according to Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is tending to a family matter and appears likely to miss a second straight game. Donte DiVincenzo started in Wiggins' absence on Feb. 14 and scored 10 points with four assists and two three-pointers, while Anthony Lamb played 25 minutes off the bench and finished with eight points, three assists and two rebounds.
Feb 14, 2023
Out Tuesday for personal reasons
Wiggins has been ruled out for Tuesday's matchup against the Clippers due to personal reasons, Andrew Schlecht of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
The timing of Wiggins' absence is unfortunate, as he's coming off one of his best games of the season and has scored in double figures in four straight contests. In his stead, Donte DiVincenzo, Moses Moody, Jonathan Kuminga and JaMychal Green (wrist) are all candidates for increased roles. Wiggins' next chance to suit up will come after the All-Star break on Feb. 23 against the Lakers.
Feb 14, 2023
Explodes for 29 points in win
Wiggins posted 29 points (12-22 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds and four assists in 39 minutes during Monday's 135-126 victory over the Wizards.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was aggressive early and often en route to his highest-scoring output since recording a season-high 36 points against the Rockets on Dec. 3. He suffered a groin injury during the 120-101 win over Houston that sidelined him for a month, and he'd been struggling since then, posting just 13.1 points on 39.9 percent shooting over 14 appearances until Monday's offensive explosion. Wiggins appears to be trending in the right direction and is averaging 19.3 points on 50 percent shooting over his last four appearances. He's also posting 6.3 boards, 3.3 assists and 1.3 steals during that stretch, which are all above his season averages. As long as Stephen Curry (leg) remains sidelined, the Warriors will need more these types of performances from Wiggins to stay relevant in the congested Western Conference standings.
Feb 13, 2023
Good to go
Wiggins (sprained right ankle) is good to go for Monday against the Wizards.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been playing heavy minutes but will power through the questionable tag Monday night. Keep in mind that this is the front end of a back-to-back set, so Wiggins may end up resting Tuesday against the Clippers.
Feb 12, 2023
Listed questionable Monday
Wiggins is questionable for Monday's game against Washington due to a sprained right ankle.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins apparently picked up the injury during Saturday's loss to the Lakers, which he finished with 12 points, five rebounds and one assist in 31 minutes. The Warriors are entering a back-to-back set, so it wouldn't be surprising if the team opts to hold him out Monday on a precautionary basis.
Feb 7, 2023
All-around effort Monday
Wiggins accumulated 18 points (8-15 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal over 32 minutes during Monday's 141-114 victory over the Thunder.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins hasn't been the same player since returning from a lengthy absence due to a groin injury, averaging just 12.8 points and 4.3 rebounds over 30.2 minutes per game after posting 19.1 points and 5.1 boards over 32.7 minutes per game in the 22 appearances prior to the injury. He at least showed a glimpse of what he can do in Monday's affair, and the hope is that he can round back into form moving forward.
Jan 30, 2023
Nice two-way effort in return
Wiggins provided 15 points (7-13 FG, 1-4 3Pt), four rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal over 32 minutes during Monday's 128-120 victory over the Thunder.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins missed two games (illness) but returned to the starting lineup Monday night, scoring 15 points on 13 shot attempts. He added some solid defensive stats as well, including two more blocks and a steal. On nights when he doesn't have to shoulder much of the scoring load, the veteran forward can still be counted on to add value in the defensive categories. In the month of January, he's averaging 1.3 steals and 1.3 blocks per game.
Jan 29, 2023
Will return Monday
Wiggins (illness) is available for Monday's matchup against the Thunder.
ANALYSIS
As expected, Wiggins will return to action Monday following a two-game absence due to a non-COVID illness. The veteran forward was able to log a full practice Sunday, but it's possible he'll see a limited role against the Thunder while he attempts his regain his game conditioning.
Jan 29, 2023
Should return Monday
Wiggins (illness) practiced fully Sunday and is probable for Monday's game at Oklahoma City, C.J. Holmes of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins sat out the past two games due to a non-COVID-19 illness, but his return to practice bodes well for his chances of playing Monday. The 27-year-old has played in only one of the past four games as he's also dealt with foot soreness.
Jan 27, 2023
Downgraded to out
Wiggins (illness) has been ruled out for Friday's game against Toronto.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss a second straight game due to an illness. His next chance to suit up will come Monday in Oklahoma City. Jonathan Kuminga figures to draw another start in Wiggins' absence.
Jan 26, 2023
Termed questionable Friday
Wiggins (illness) is considered questionable for Friday's game versus the Raptors.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was unable to suit up Wednesday because of the bug and doesn't appear to be over it yet either. The team should clarify his status at some point on game day, with Jonathan Kuminga likely lining up for another start if he can't go.
Jan 25, 2023
Ruled out Wednesday
Wiggins (illness) has been downgraded to out Wednesday against the Grizzlies.
ANALYSIS
The fact that Wiggins was a late addition to the injury report was not a good sign, so his absence shouldn't surprise many fantasy managers. Jonathan Kuminga or Kevon Looney might move into the starting lineup.
Jan 25, 2023
Questionable to play Wednesday
Wiggins has been downgraded to questionable Wednesday against the Grizzlies due to a non-COVID illness.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been a late addition to the injury report, and now it's uncertain whether he'll play against Memphis, though the fact that he's questionable with only a few hours left before the 10 p.m. ET tip-off isn't an encouraging sign. If Wiggins can't go, then Jonathan Kuminga or Kevon Looney might enter the starting lineup.
Jan 21, 2023
Not listed in injury report
Wiggins (foot) is not listed in the injury report ahead of Sunday's game against the Nets.
ANALYSIS
The forward missed Friday's game against the Cavaliers due to left foot soreness, but he wasn't included in the injury report before facing the Nets, meaning he should be able to handle his regular workload Sunday. Wiggins is averaging 13.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.3 blocks per game in January.
Jan 20, 2023
Sitting out Friday
Wiggins will not play Friday against the Cavaliers due to left foot soreness.
ANALYSIS
Despite the listing, this is likely primarily a rest night for Wiggins and most of the regulars in the starting five on the second night of a back-to-back set. He joins Stephen Curry (hip), Klay Thompson (Achilles) and Draymond Green (toe) as the regular starters who will take a seat Friday, leaving a bounty of minutes available for the remainder who will take the floor. Look for Wiggins to rejoin the action Sunday against the Nets.
Jan 9, 2023
Scores 12 in loss
Wiggins posted 12 points (4-12 FG, 2-7 3Pt), three rebounds, one steal and three turnovers over 19 minutes in Saturday's 115-101 home loss to the Magic.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was understandably rusty in his first game back after a 15-game absence (illness, groin). In fact, the entire Golden State squad delivered a clunker. The Warriors shot 37.5 percent from the field and committed 16 turnovers versus 26 assists. The encouraging sign is that Wiggins was able to play 19 minutes and is ideally healthy for a lengthy run. Prior to the absence, Wiggins was on pace for career-highs in shooting percentage (50.5 percent), made-threes per game (3.0) and steals per games (1.3).
Jan 7, 2023
Starting, on minutes limit
Wiggins (illness) will start Saturday's game against the Magic and is on an unspecified minutes limit, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins' return following a 15-game absence will push Donte DiVincenzo back to the bench. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect Wiggins to be himself for a few games while he gets back into the flow of things, but he has the potential to take on extra offense while Stephen Curry (shoulder) remains shelved. In 32.8 minutes per game, Wiggins is averaging 19.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.4 steals.
Jan 6, 2023
Likely to play against Orlando
Wiggins (illness) is listed as probable for Saturday's game versus the Warriors.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is expected to rejoin the lineup Saturday after missing the previous 15 games with a strained right adductor and a non-COVID illness. The 27-year-old forward will likely be eased back into the rotation, and it is unclear if he will resume his starting spot initially. However, Wiggins' return will likely result in decreased playing time for Donte DiVincenzo, Jonathan Kuminga, Ty Jerome and Anthony Lamb.
Jan 6, 2023
Could return Saturday
Wiggins (illness) practiced fully Friday and could play Saturday against the Magic, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was cleared to return to live practices Wednesday, and coach Steve Kerr indicated after Friday's practice session that the small forward could return to game action during the Warriors' home game against the Magic on Saturday. Wiggins has missed the last 15 games due to a strained right adductor followed by a non-COVID illness, so it wouldn't be surprising to see him face a minutes restriction if he's cleared to play against Orlando.
Jan 4, 2023
Cleared for practice
Wiggins (illness) has been cleared to return to live practices in order to improve his fitness and will re-evaluated later this week.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss his 15th straight game Wednesday due to a strained right adductor and now a non-COVID illness. While he could be available for Saturday's matchup with the Magic, the Warriors may give him time to work back up his conditioning.
Jan 3, 2023
Remains out Wednesday
Wiggins (illness) won't play in Wednesday's game against Detroit.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss yet another matchup with an illness. The forward hasn't played since posting 36 points, five rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block in 36 minutes against the Rockets on Dec. 3.
Jan 1, 2023
Out once again
Wiggins (illness) will remain out for Monday's game against Atlanta.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins missed a few weeks with a groin injury, but lately it's been a non-COVID illness that's kept him on the sideline. The hope is that the veteran, who hasn't played since Dec. 3, is able to return at some point this week, though the Warriors have only three games on their ledger, so Wiggins is best kept on the bench in most weekly lineup leagues.
Dec 29, 2022
Officially out
Wiggins (illness) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Trail Blazers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was tabbed as doubtful earlier in the day, and he's now been downgraded to out. Expect Done DiVincenzo (knee), Anthony Lamb and Moses Moody to see more opportunities with Wiggins sidelined.
Dec 29, 2022
Likely to remain out Friday
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said that Wiggins (illness) is doubtful to play in the team's next game Friday against the Trail Blazers, Kerith Burke of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
ANALYSIS
Kerr touched on Wiggins' status following Wednesday's 112-107 win over the Jazz. Wiggins, who had missed the Warriors' previous 10 games heading into the week due to a right groin strain, has since been cleared from the injury, only to fall victim to a non-COVID-19-related illness. His absence streak has now reached 12 after sitting out both ends of the Warriors' Tuesday/Wednesday back-to-back set, and Wiggins now looks set to miss another contest while he works to regain conditioning following his bout with the illness. Since the Warriors have off Thursday and aren't practicing in advance of Friday's game, Wiggins will likely need to put in a workout Saturday and/or Sunday before he's potentially cleared to return to action Monday against the Hawks.
Dec 27, 2022
Will miss next two games
Wiggins (groin) has been cleared to play but won't be available in Tuesday's game versus Charlotte or Wednesday's matchup with the Jazz due to a non-COVID illness, Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has recovered from a groin injury that has kept him out the last 11 games but will miss the next two contests with an illness. His next chance to return is Friday's matchup with Portland.
Dec 26, 2022
Won't play Tuesday
Wiggins (groin) won't play Tuesday against Charlotte.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will be held out for a 11th straight matchup while tending to a right groin sprain. The forward will presumably be deemed questionable heading into the second game of the Warriors' back-to-back Wednesday versus Utah.
Dec 24, 2022
Won't play on Christmas
Wiggins (groin) is out Sunday against the Grizzlies, Madeline Kenney of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
ANALYSIS
There was some optimism that Wiggins could return for Christmas Day, but that won't be the case. Still, he should return soon and will be a much-needed boost for a Warriors team missing Stephen Curry (shoulder).
Dec 23, 2022
Practices, questionable to return
Wiggins (groin) is questionable to play in Sunday's game versus the Grizzlies after practicing Friday, Monte Poole of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has missed the last nine games due to a right groin strain. However, his participation in practice is a good indication that he may be available for his target return date of Sunday's matchup with the Grizzlies. If Wiggins doesn't play Christmas Day, Donte DiVincenzo (illness) and Moses Moody will likely continue to see extended minutes.
Dec 18, 2022
Likely out through Christmas
Head coach Steve Kerr said Saturday that Wiggins (groin), who sat out Sunday's 126-110 win in Toronto, is unlikely to play in the final two games of the Warriors' road trip Tuesday against the Knicks or Wednesday against the Nets, Madeline Kenney of The San Jose Mercury News reports. "With a groin, if you re-aggravate it, now you're talking weeks. And so we're gonna be cautious," Kerr said.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins' absence Sunday was his seventh in a row due to the right groin strain he suffered Dec. 3. The Warriors will presumably re-evaluate Wiggins when they return from the road trip, potentially putting a return to action Christmas Day against the Grizzlies in the forecast if he shows improvement over the next few days. Until Wiggins returns, Donte DiVincenzo will likely continue to occupy a starting role on the wing.
Dec 17, 2022
Not facing Toronto
Wiggins (groin) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raptors.
ANALYSIS
The fact that Wiggins is practicing is a step in the right direction, but the veteran forward is still not ready to return to the hardwood. The absence against the Raptors represents his seventh straight absence, and now his next chance to play will come against the Knicks next Tuesday. This is a huge blow for the Warriors offensively considering that Stephen Curry (shoulder) is out as well.
Dec 15, 2022
Good to practice, still out
The Warriors Marc J. Spears of ESPN.com Wiggins (groin) to return to practice Thursday and his return to play will be determined his continued progress.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is still listed as out Friday due to a right groin strain. However, it does appear that his six-game absence will end soon, with his next chance to return being Sunday's matchup with Toronto.
Dec 15, 2022
Won't play Friday
Wiggins (groin) is out for Friday's matchup with the 76ers, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss his sixth straight game Friday due to a right groin strain. Jonathan Kuminga and Anthony Lamb should continue to see extended minutes in his absence. Wiggins' next chance to suit up is Sunday's game contest versus the Raptors.
Dec 12, 2022
Set to miss at least two more games
Wiggins (groin) will be unavailable for games Tuesday against Milwaukee and Wednesday against Indiana, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has already missed the last three games due to his right groin strain, and he was re-evaluated Monday. While he's making good progress in his recovery, he'll be unavailable for at least two more matchups before being re-evaluated again Thursday. His next chance to suit up will be Friday against the 76ers.
Dec 7, 2022
Out at least two more games
Wiggins (groin) will sit out Wednesday against Utah, as well as Saturday against Boston, Eric Walden of the Salt Lake Tribune reports.
ANALYSIS
The Warriors had already ruled Wiggins out of Wednesday's contest, so the news here is that coach Steve Kerr revealed the wing will also miss Saturday's showdown with the East-leading Celtics. Wiggins also missed Monday's loss to the Pacers after sustaining a strained right groin during the Warriors' win over Houston on Saturday. Looking beyond the Boston game, Wiggins should be considered day-to-day before the Warriors head out on a six-game Eastern Conference road trip that begins Tuesday (Dec. 13) at Milwaukee.
Dec 6, 2022
Remains out Wednesday
Wiggins (groin) won't play in Wednesday's matchup with the Jazz.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss his second straight game due to a right adductor strain. Moses Moody and Jonathan Kuminga should see extended minutes in his absence. Wiggins will have an extra to recover before Saturday's game against the Celtics.
Dec 5, 2022
Ruled out Monday
Wiggins (groin) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Pacers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is dealing with a right adductor strain after posting a season-high 36 minutes Saturday against the Rockets, and he'll be unavailable for at least one game. Anthony Lamb, Moses Moody and Donte DiVincenzo will likely see increased workloads during Monday's matchup.
Dec 4, 2022
Questionable for Monday
Wiggins is questionable for Monday's game against the Pacers with right adductor tightness.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins erupted for a season-high 36 points during Saturday's win over the Rockets, but he apparently tweaked something in his groin. Jordan Poole (ankle) is also questionable for Golden State, though Klay Thompson (Achilles) isn't listed on the injury report.
Dec 4, 2022
Explodes for season-high 36 points
Wiggins racked up 36 points (14-19 FG, 8-10 3Pt, 0-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists, one block and two steals across 34 minutes during Saturday's 120-101 victory over Houston.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins did as he pleased in the blowout victory, putting a hapless Rockets squad to the sword. Despite what has been a mediocre last week, Wiggins remains one of the bargains of the season thus far, currently putting up top-30 value. Having found a home in Golden State, the former number one pick is finally letting his numbers do the talking. While there could be a decline coming at some point, he is firming as a solid mid-round option the rest of the way.
Nov 26, 2022
Solid all around in win
Wiggins totaled 20 points (8-20 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-1 FT), nine rebounds, five assists, one block and three steals in 34 minutes during Friday's 129-118 win over Utah.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins reached the 20-point mark for the fourth consecutive game, scoring eight points in the first quarter on 3-of-5 shooting while also going 2-of-3 from beyond the arc as the Warriors jumped out to an early 14-point lead. The Golden State forward only made three of 10 shots in the second half for another eight points but did add two steals and four rebounds, three of which came on the offensive end. Wiggins finished with three steals on the night for the second straight game while his five assists matched a season high.
Nov 24, 2022
Paces Warriors with 31 points
Wiggins provided 31 points (12-18 FG, 6-10 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, two assists, one block and three steals in 32 minutes during Wednesday's 124-107 win over the Clippers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins caught fire from the field in the contest, tying a season high with six triples and going 12-for-18 overall. His previous performance with six three-pointers came in his previous contest, when he scored 22 points against Houston on Nov. 20. Wiggins' performance was his first of 30-plus points this season, and he's now scored at least 20 points in three straight games.
Nov 21, 2022
Ruled out Monday
Wiggins (rest) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Pelicans, Kendra Andrews of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is one of several Warriors who will sit out the second half of a back-to-back Monday. It's only the second game that Wiggins will be forced to miss this season, while Anthony Lamb, Moses Moody and Donte DiVincenzo are candidates to see increased playing time against New Orleans.
Nov 21, 2022
Questionable on B2B
Wiggins (rest) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Pelicans, Pelicans writer Jim Eichenhofer reports.
ANALYSIS
The Warriors have already announced that they'll hold Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green out of action, but there's a chance both Wiggins and Kevin Looney could be active on the second night of a back-to-back. Thus far this season, Wiggins has only missed one game. Ironically, it came against the Pelicans back on Nov. 4 on the second leg of a back-to-back. Look for confirmation on Wiggins' status closer to tip.
Nov 21, 2022
Puts up 22 points in tight win
Wiggins provided 22 points (8-16 FG, 6-11 3Pt), five rebounds and two steals across 37 minutes during Sunday's 127-120 win over the Rockets.
ANALYSIS
Even though Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson stole the show after scoring a combined 74 points (25-43 FG, 17-27 3Pt, 7-9 FT), Wiggins' effort can't be overlooked since he delivered at least 20 points for the fifth time over his last seven appearances. Even though he should be operating as Golden State's third-best scoring threat behind the Splash Brothers, Wiggins is posting his best offensive output since joining the Warriors from a percentages perspective. He's putting up 18.4 points per game but has been very efficient, hitting 49.3 percent of his shots and 41.9 percent of his three-point attempts.
Nov 14, 2022
Goes for 26 points Sunday
Wiggins finished Sunday's 122-115 loss to the Kings with 26 points (10-18 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 3-4 FT), four rebounds, two assists and two steals across 34 minutes.
ANALYSIS
Despite another loss, Wiggins put together another productive evening, continuing what has been a strong start to the season. He is currently the 20th-ranked player in 12-team leagues, above and beyond what anyone had hoped for coming into the season. While second-round production might be unsustainable, there is a very real chance he is able to put together the best season of his career, meaning he could end up being a sneaky draft-day steal.

Records double-double Monday
Wiggins produced 25 points (10-17 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists, one block and two steals in 40 minutes during Monday's 116-113 victory over the Kings.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was the perfect wingman for Curry in this game, as he scored at an efficient rate and also delivered in other categories -- his 10 rebounds tied a season-high output and also made his presence felt on defense. Wiggins is not going to be Golden State's second go-to player on offense while Klay Thompson remains around, but there's no question he's making the most of his opportunities -- he's scored at least 15 points in three straight contests, and he's done that in all but two outings throughout the entire campaign.
Nov 7, 2022
Available Monday
Wiggins isn't listed on the injury report ahead of Monday's game against the Kings.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was sidelined for Friday's game against the Pelicans due to left foot soreness, but he'll be back in the mix Monday. Across eight appearances, the veteran forward has averaged 15.0 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 27.0 minutes per game.
Nov 4, 2022
Out Friday
Wiggins has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Pelicans due to left foot soreness.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins hasn't been listed on the injury report at any point this season, but it appears he'll get the night off Friday for what is likely just a rest day. Stephen Curry (elbow), Klay Thompson (Achilles) and Draymond Green (back) will also be sidelined against the Pelicans. As a result, Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody should see expanded roles in the Warriors' core players' absences.

Another off shooting night Sunday
Wiggins ended with 10 points (4-15 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal over 25 minutes during Sunday's 128-114 loss to the Pistons.
ANALYSIS
It was a tough back-to-back for Wiggins this weekend as he scored only 10 points in each contest and made just 28.6 percent of his shot attempts. Six of his misses Sunday came from within three feet of the basket. The poor performances lowered his season average to 17.3 points per game.
Oct 28, 2022
Solid double-double in win
Wiggins provided 18 points (5-10 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 6-6 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 37 minutes during Thursday's 123-110 win over the Heat.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins posted his first double-double of the campaign and continues to contribute across the board. The veteran forward started the season with three straight 20-point performances and while he hasn't been able to repeat such feat in each of his last two games, he continues to be a productive player despite holding a secondary role in the Warriors' offensive scheme behind Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.
Oct 23, 2022
Notches another 20-point game
Wiggins closed with 24 points (10-19 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT), five rebounds, one assist, two blocks and three steals over 31 minutes during Sunday's 130-125 win over the Kings.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins reached the 20-point mark once again in Sunday's win, his third straight performance in doing so. Over the first three games, Wiggins is averaging 21.7 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.3 steals in the starting lineup.
Oct 22, 2022
Produces strong stat line Friday
Wiggins produced 23 points (8-17 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 5-7 FT), eight rebounds, three assists, one block and three steals across 37 minutes during Friday's 128-123 loss to the Nuggets.
ANALYSIS
After scoring 20 points in the season opener against the Lakers, Wiggins outdid himself with 23 in the loss Friday. The veteran made just two of eight shots from three-point range but was an efficient 6-for-9 from inside the arc. Wiggins also led Golden State with eight rebounds and tied for the team lead with three steals. He's been impressive through two contests after making his first All-Star team last year.
Oct 19, 2022
Rock solid in season opener
Wiggins accumulated 20 points (8-14 FG, 4-7 3Pt), six rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal in 29 minutes during Tuesday's 123-109 victory over the Lakers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins picked up right where he left off at the end of last season, turning in a balanced performance Tuesday. After failing to live up to the hype early in his career, Wiggins has thrived since joining the Warriors, sliding in as an elite two-way player. His overall ceiling is capped given the fact he is playing alongside the likes of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. However, there is little reason to think he drops off anytime soon, making him a solid top-90 option the rest of the way.
Oct 15, 2022
Agrees to four-year extension
Wiggins and the Warriors agreed to a four-year, $109 million contract extension Saturday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
While Wiggins hasn't become the superstar envisioned when he was picked first overall in 2014, he has made an excellent career for himself. He's now locked into a role with Golden State through the 2026-27 campaign and will slot into his role as a scorer again this season. Wiggins is coming off a career-best 39.3 percent conversion rate from beyond the arc last season and will be counted on to supply a similar output.
Oct 13, 2022
Starting Friday
Wiggins will play and start in Friday's preseason finale against the Nuggets, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins sat out in Tuesday's preseason matchup against the Trail Blazers. The 2014 No.1 pick is not expected to miss any more time and should be good to go for the team's regular-season opener Oct. 18.

Posts 10 points in win
Wiggins compiled 10 points (4-9 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-3 FT), a rebound and three assists in 16 minutes of a 104-95 preseason win Sunday over Washington in Japan.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has looked a bit rusty in the first two preseason games, going 2-for-9 from behind the arc. He's played 16 minutes in both contests and combined to score 15 points. The 27-year-old made his first All-Star team last season -- he averaged 17.2 points and 4.5 rebounds in 73 games -- and looks to repeat that performance as Golden State aims to defend its title.

Performance of a champion
Wiggins notched 18 points (7-18 FG, 4-9 3Pt), six rebounds, five assists, three blocks and four steals across 44 minutes during Thursday's 103-90 victory over the Celtics in Game 6 of the NBA Finals.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was vital to the Warriors winning the series -- playing excellent defense on Jayson Tatum and stuffing the stat sheet throughout the finals. He averaged 18.3 points, 8.8 rebounds,2.2 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.5 blocks in a whopping 39.2 minutes per game. The 27-year-old will now enter the final season of his contract as a central and endeared piece of Golden State's roster.

Leads Warriors to Game 5 victory
Wiggins dominated with 26 points (12-23 FG, 0-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 13 rebounds, two assists, one block and two steals across 43 minutes during Monday's 104-94 victory over the Celtics in Game 5 of the NBA Finals.
ANALYSIS
In a game that saw Warriors star Stephen Curry go without a made three-pointer for the first time in any contest since 2018, Golden State was able to pull out the critical win thanks largely to Wiggins' superb performance. The veteran forward led the team with 26 points and 13 boards, posting his second straight double-double and sixth of the postseason. Despite missing all six of his attempts from beyond the arc, Wiggins posted his second-highest scoring performance of the playoffs. He has been a big factor thus far in the Finals, averaging 18.4 points, 9.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.4 triples, 1.2 steals and 1.2 blocks through five contests.

Drops 20 points in loss
Wiggins ended Thursday's 120-108 loss to Boston in Game 1 of the NBA Finals with 20 points (8-15 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, three blocks and one steal in 35 minutes.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins put together an efficient scoring effort in his first NBA Finals game, and he ranked second on the Warriors with 20 points in the contest. The forward also swatted three shots -- tying his high mark in the postseason -- but Golden State was unable to pull out a victory. Wiggins has been a key contributor for the Warriors throughout the playoffs, averaging 16.1 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1.5 three-pointers and 1.0 blocks across 17 games.
May 27, 2022
Double-doubles in win
Wiggins posted 18 points (7-16 FG, 0-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists and one steal in 40 minutes during Thursday's 120-110 victory over Dallas in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins struggled from deep, but he was inefficient from inside the arc en route to 18 points and added 10 rebounds en route to his second double-double of the Western Conference Finals and his fourth of the playoffs. Across 16 postseason contests, he's averaged 15.8 points, 7.0 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 33.2 minutes per game.
May 23, 2022
Steps up with 27 points in Game 3
Wiggins provided 27 points (11-20 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 4-5 FT), 11 rebounds and three assists over 40 minutes during Sunday's 109-100 victory over the Mavericks in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins' strong postseason run continued Sunday with his best game yet. The bouncy wing set a new playoff career high with 27 points, while his 11 boards matched his total from Game 6 against Memphis in Round 2. Six of Wiggins' rebounds came on the offensive end, helping Golden State out-rebound Dallas 47 to 33 for the game. The highlight of the night was a Wiggins poster dunk over Luka Doncic midway through the fourth quarter. Initially, the play was ruled a charge on Wiggins, but after a Steve Kerr challenge the foul was overturned.
May 22, 2022
'Good to go' for Game 3
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said Wiggins (ankle) participated in the team's morning shootaround and is "good to go" for Sunday's Game 3 in Dallas, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was listed as questionable after tweaking his left ankle during Wednesday's comeback win in Game 2. However, the All-Star forward was never really in doubt of missing the critical Game 3. Wiggins has put pressure on Luka Doncic on both ends of the floor during the first two matchups of the Western Conference Finals and figures to continue playing a major role for Warriors throughout the series.
May 21, 2022
Questionable for Game 3
Wiggins is questionable for Sunday's Game 3 against the Mavericks due to left ankle soreness.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been a key contributor for the Warriors lately, averaging 17.7 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.7 blocks and 1.0 steals in 38.0 minutes across the past three games. If he's forced to miss his first game of the postseason, more minutes could be in store for Otto Porter and Jonathan Kuminga.
May 19, 2022
Plays key role in Game 1 win
Wiggins recorded 19 points (8-17 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 0-2 FT), five rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal across 35 minutes during Wednesday's 112-87 win over Dallas in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins finished tied for second on the Warriors with 19 points in the victory, and he played strong defense on Luka Doncic to help hold the star point guard to just 20 points on 6-for-18 shooting. This was Wiggins' highest playoff scoring effort since he totaled 20 points in Game 4 of the first round against Denver. He's averaging 14.9 points across 12 postseason contests overall.
May 10, 2022
Puts up double-double in win
Wiggins totaled 17 points (7-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal over 39 minutes during Monday's 101-98 win over Memphis.
ANALYSIS
In a game during which Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson combined to shoot just 16-for-45 (35.6 percent) from the field, Wiggins provided an efficient 7-for-13 mark and finished second on the team with 17 points. He also grabbed 10 boards to finish with his first double-double of the postseason. Wiggins has been remarkably consistent in the series against Memphis, scoring exactly 17 points on three occasions and 16 in the other contest.
May 4, 2022
Provides solid interior support
Wiggins provided 16 points (6-16 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 3-4 FT), nine rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in 38 minutes during Tuesday's 106-101 loss to Memphis.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins' highlight was a thunderous dunk over two defenders, just one example of how he has adjusted his game in the postseason. He's always been a notable defender in his pro career, and thanks to the new-look offense for the Warriors, his 6-7 frame has forced him into a more prominent role in the frontcourt alongside Draymond Green. The result has been a dramatic rebound increase for Wiggins, who was averaging seven rebounds per game in the playoffs prior to Game 2. His seasonal average is only 4.3 rebounds per game, a significant uptick for the veteran.
May 1, 2022
Scores 17 with eight boards
Wiggins supplied 17 points (6-14 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 4-7 FT), eight rebounds and one assist over 34 minutes during Sunday's 117-116 victory over the Grizzlies.
ANALYSIS
While Stephen Curry (24 points) and Jordan Poole (31 points) paced the Warriors on offense, Wiggins came through with some key baskets and offered his usual complementary production as the fourth option behind Curry, Poole and Klay Thompson (15 points). Save for a down Game 3 against Denver in Round 1, Wiggins has notched at least 12 points, five rebounds and one made three in each of Golden State's playoff games thus far.
Apr 17, 2022
Just misses double-double
Wiggins had 16 points (6-11 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), nine rebounds, two assists and one steal in 29 minutes during Saturday's 123-107 victory over Denver.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins missed the Warriors' final game of the regular season due to back tightness, but he returned to the starting unit for Golden State's first playoff contest. The All-Star forward performed well in the win, leading the team in rebounds while shooting 6-for-11 from the field and committing just one turnover. Wiggins isn't among the flashiest players on the Warriors, but he has provided steady production throughout the season and will likely continue to be an important part of the team's game plan throughout the playoffs.
Apr 16, 2022
Off injury report
Wiggins (back) is not on the injury report for Saturday's Game 1 against the Nuggets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins sat out the regular-season finale due to back tightness, but the time off allowed him to heal ahead of Game 1. Since March, he's averaged 15.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.1 steals in 32.7 minutes.
Apr 10, 2022
Out Sunday due to back tightness
Wiggins has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Pelicans due to low-back tightness.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will sit out the regular-season finale after scoring double figures in 10 of his last 11 appearances. In his absence, Moses Moody, Damion Lee and Juan Toscano-Anderson are candidates for increased roles.
Apr 4, 2022
Scores 25 to lead win over Kings
Wiggins provided 25 points (8-16 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 5-6 FT), five rebounds, five assists and one steal across 36 minutes during Sunday's 109-90 victory over Sacramento.
ANALYSIS
With Stephen Curry (foot) still sidelined and Klay Thompson resting, Wiggins took center stage in the Golden State offense, leading the team in scoring, shot attempts and free throw attempts in his 36 minutes of action. While he's far from the most exciting player to manage in fantasy, Wiggins is putting a bow on another consistent season across the board. While his free throw shooting has become an issue (career-low 64.3% FT), he enters the final week of the season averaging 17.2 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.1 steals and 2.1 threes per game. Most importantly, Wiggins has topped 70 games played for the seventh time in eight NBA seasons.
Mar 28, 2022
All-Star Wiggins returns
Wiggins finished Sunday's 123-115 loss to the Wizards with 23 points (8-14 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 7-10 FT), two rebounds and one steal in 35 minutes.
ANALYSIS
Sunday marked Wiggins' highest scoring output since late January -- a span denoting sizable falloff in production compared to his early-season form. Shooting just 41.6 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from beyond the arc, Wiggins has averaged 14.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists in 20 games since the beginning of February. However, he'll look to carry his current momentum into Monday's duel with Memphis.
Mar 22, 2022
Playing Tuesday
Wiggins (knee) will play Tuesday against the Magic.
ANALYSIS
As expected, Wiggins will play despite a bruised left knee. In seven March appearances, he's averaged 14.4 points, 6.7 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.1 blocks in 33.3 minutes.
Mar 21, 2022
Back on injury report
Wiggins is listed as probable for Tuesday's game against Orlando due to a left knee contusion.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins missed two contests one week ago due to an illness, but after returning to action Sunday against the Spurs, his name is back on the injury report. Despite this, it appears the Warriors expect him to be able to go Tuesday evening.
Mar 21, 2022
Scores 16 in return from illness
Wiggins registered 16 points (5-13 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 6-9 FT), eight rebounds, two assists and two steals across 33 minutes during Sunday's 110-108 loss to San Antonio.
ANALYSIS
Making his return to the lineup following a two-game absence, Wiggins picked up where he left off, posting a well-rounded stat line and working his way to the free throw line nine times -- his second-highest figure of the season. Since the All-Star break (nine games), Wiggins is up to 14.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.7 steals, 1.0 blocks and 1.7 threes per game.
Mar 19, 2022
Will return Sunday
Wiggins (illness) will play in Sunday's game against the Spurs, C.J. Holmes of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is set to rejoin the lineup following a two-game absence due to a non-COVID illness. With Stephen Curry (foot) out, Wiggins could take on a bigger role offensively going forward. He's averaging 17.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.1 steals over 31.8 minutes per game this season.
Mar 18, 2022
Questionable for Sunday
Wiggins (illness) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Spurs, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has missed the last two games due to a non-COVID-19 illness, but he was able to practice Friday and could be on track to return Sunday against San Antonio. The 26-year-old is averaging 17.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.1 steals across 31.8 minutes per game this season, and he might see a bigger role offensively with Stephen Curry (foot) sidelined.
Mar 16, 2022
Out again Wednesday
Wiggins (illness) won't play Wednesday against the Celtics, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was unable to practice Tuesday and will be sidelined for the second straight game due to a non-COVID-19 illness. Nemanja Bjelica is also out Wednesday for the same reason, leaving Jordan Poole, Moses Moody, and Otto Porter in line for increased run.
Mar 15, 2022
Doesn't practice Tuesday
Wiggins (illness) didn't practice Tuesday but is considered questionable for Wednesday's contest against the Celtics, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was sidelined for Monday's win over the Wizards due to the aliment and is in jeopardy of missing a second straight game. In his absence Monday, Jordan Poole entered the starting lineup, while Moses Moody saw an increased role off the bench. Both players figure to see similar roles if Wiggins is ruled out again.
Mar 14, 2022
Won't go Monday
Wiggins (illness) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Washington, John Dickinson of 95.7 The Game San Francisco reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss Monday's matchup while recovering from an illness, likely leaving the door open for Otto Porter, Moses Moody and Damion Lee to see an increased workload. Wiggins will be considered day-to-day moving forward.
Mar 14, 2022
Dealing with illness
Wiggins is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Wizards due to a non-COVID illness.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is a new addition to the report, and the Warriors will monitor his status over the next several hours before coming to an official decision. If Wiggins is ultimately ruled out, fantasy managers in weekly leagues may need to consider pulling him from their lineups, as the Warriors have only two additional games (Wednesday vs. BOS; Sunday vs. SAN) on their schedule this week.
Mar 13, 2022
Supplies 21 in Saturday's win
Wiggins had 21 points (8-16 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, four assists and two blocks in 36 minutes during Saturday's 122-109 win over Milwaukee.
ANALYSIS
It's the first time since Jan. 31 that Wiggins has reached 20 points in a game, although he did score in double digits in 12 of 14 contests in between. He remains a solid complementary option to the more explosive scorers in the Golden State lineup, averaging 13.9 points, 4.6 boards, 3.1 assists, 2.0 threes, 1.3 steals and 1.0 blocks since the beginning of February.
Mar 9, 2022
Logs first double-double of season
Wiggins finished with 14 points (6-14 FG, 2-5 3Pt), 11 rebounds, three assists and three blocks in 31 minutes during Tuesday's 112-97 victory over the Clippers.
ANALYSIS
One would assume that Wiggins had recorded a double-double by now, but Tuesday marked his first of the season. He led the Warriors in rebounding in the victory and was accurate enough to collect another double-digit scoring total.
Mar 8, 2022
Will play Tuesday
Wiggins (rest) is available for Tuesday's contest against the Clippers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins, Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson all sat out Monday's contest due to rest but all three will be available for the second half of the Warriors' back-to-back. Since the All-Star break (nine games), Wiggins has averaged 14.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.7 steals in 32.4 minutes.
Mar 6, 2022
Will sit Monday on back-to-back
Wiggins (rest) will not play in Monday's game against the Nuggets, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
All three of Wiggins, Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry will stay back in San Francisco while the team makes the trip to Denver for Monday's contest, which is a rescheduled game from earlier in the season. Expect Wiggins to be back in the lineup Tuesday against the Clippers. He finished Saturday's loss to the Lakers with 14 points (6-15 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 0-2 FT), five rebounds, four assists and three steals in 32 minutes.
Mar 2, 2022
Poor shooting effort in loss
Wiggins racked up 12 points (5-13 FG, 2-6 3Pt), seven rebounds, four assists, two blocks and one steal in 30 minutes during Tuesday's 129-114 loss to Minnesota.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins struggled badly from the field and didn't have his best game, needing 13 shots just to score 12 points, though at least he found a way to deliver in other categories across the board. That versatility has been huge for Wiggins this season, but there's no question his scoring figures are suffering. He has surpassed the 15-point mark just twice over his last 10 games, averaging 13.6 points per game and shooting just 41.5 percent from the field in that span.
Feb 25, 2022
Quiet despite blowout victory
Wiggins closed Thursday's 132-95 victory over the Trail Blazers with 10 points (4-13 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 0-2 FT), three rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals over 26 minutes.
ANALYSIS
With eight Warriors supplying double-digit scoring, a large outing from Wiggins wasn't needed. However, Wiggins missed multiple open shots and continued his subpar February. Averaging just 13.7 points on a 43.2/39.5/50.0 percent shooting slash over his past eight games, shareholders will hope he emerges from the lull in the near future.
Feb 11, 2022
Fills stat sheet in defeat
Wiggins had 15 points (6-13 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), seven rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal in 36 minutes during Thursday's 116-114 loss to the Knicks.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins didn't struggle that much with his shot even though he needed 13 field goals just to score 15 points, but he still compensated for that slightly subpar scoring output with strong figures across the board. Wiggins has become a far more versatile player this season and the stats back that up. He's averaging 16.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.0 blocks per game over his last 10 contests.
Feb 4, 2022
Returns to lineup, scores 12 points
Wiggins closed with 12 points (5-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt), one rebound and four assists in 28 minutes during Thursday's 126-114 win over the Kings.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins missed Tuesday's win over the Spurs because of left knee soreness, but he was back in the starting lineup Thursday and logged 28 minutes. The recently named All-Star deferred mostly to teammates Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry on offense, though he extended his run of scoring double-digit points in all 48 games in which he has played this season. Wiggins failed to register a defensive stat for the first time in six games, however.
Feb 2, 2022
Available Thursday
Wiggins (knee) is available for Thursday's tilt against the Kings.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins, along with Stephen Curry (toe), will return following a one-game absence. In January, the surprising All-Star starter averaged 17.5 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.3 steals in 32.8 minutes.
Feb 1, 2022
Won't play Tuesday
The Warriors list Wiggins as out for Tuesday's contest against the Spurs due to left knee soreness.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins tallied 23 points (8-14 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, three assists, two blocks and two steals in 34 minutes during Monday's victory over the Rockets, but he will be sidelined for the second half of the Warriors' back-to-back. He will be joined by Stephen Curry (toe), Klay Thompson (rest) and Draymond Green (back), so in their absences, Golden State's reserves -- led by Jordan Poole -- will have to step up against San Antonio.
Feb 1, 2022
Drops full stat line in win
Wiggins ended Monday's 122-108 victory over the Rockets with 23 points (8-14 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, three assists, two blocks and two steals in 34 minutes.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins contributed in every significant category in the victory. He was forced to pick up the slack amid Otto Porter's (foot) absence in a starting lineup that is already missing Draymond Green (back). While Wiggins continues to play well, the return of Klay Thompson has curbed his production somewhat. In the 13 games since Thompson's return, he's averaged 16.4 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.6 assists, which are all below his seasonal average.

Tops Warriors in scoring Saturday
Wiggins ended Saturday's 110-106 win over Brooklyn with 24 points (10-18 FG, 4-8 3Pt), eight rebounds, two assists, two blocks and three steals across 37 minutes.
ANALYSIS
Neither Stephen Curry nor Klay Thompson was able to break the 20-point mark in the win, leaving Wiggins to pace the team with 24 points. The veteran forward outproduced his sharpshooting teammates with a squad-best four three-pointers and rounded out the impressive stat line with eight boards, three steals and two blocks. The recently named All-Star starter is averaging 17.2 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 2.3 three-pointers and 1.3 steals in January.
Jan 28, 2022
Marks All-Star nod with 19 points
Wiggins provided 19 points (7-12 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 0-2 FT), five rebounds, four assists, two blocks and one steal in 36 minutes during Thursday's 124-115 victory over Minnesota.
ANALYSIS
After being named to the All-Star Game for the first time in his career earlier in the day, Wiggins celebrated the occasion with a strong all-around performance against the club for whom he played his first five-plus NBA seasons. The 6-foot-7 forward was one of three Warriors (along with Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson) to knock down at least five three-pointers, and he collected two of the team's three blocked shots in the victory. Wiggins isn't as spectacular as his Splash Brother teammates, but he has been a steady scorer for Golden State throughout the campaign, notching double-digit points in each of his 45 games.
Jan 21, 2022
Officially available Friday
Wiggins (foot) is available for Friday's game against the Rockets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was questionable for Friday's matchup, but he'll be able to play through his left foot soreness. The 26-year-old has averaged 15.8 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 30.2 minutes per game across his last five appearances.
Jan 21, 2022
Trending towards available
Coach Steve Kerr thinks Wiggins (foot) will be able to give it a go in Friday's matchup with the Rockets, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has not officially been given the green light, but he appears to be trending in that direction. Official clarification on his status should come closer to tip-off.
Jan 21, 2022
Questionable with sore foot
Wiggins is questionable for Friday's game against the Rockets with a sore left foot.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins presumably picked up the injury during Thursday's loss to the Pacers, when he had 11 points (5-15 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 0-1 FT), four rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block in 38 minutes. Otto Porter, Jonathan Kuminga and Damion Lee should see more run if Wiggins is unable to play Friday.
Jan 14, 2022
Leads Warriors in loss
Wiggins racked up 16 points (6-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, one assist and one block in 28 minutes during Thursday's 118-99 loss to Milwaukee.
ANALYSIS
The entire Golden State offense struggled in this game and Wiggins surprisingly ended as the team's leading scorer over the likes of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, two players that struggled massively from the field. Wiggins has reached the 20-point mark just once over his last five contests, however, and he's averaging 17.7 points per game -- albeit shooting 40 percent from deep -- since the start of January.
Jan 5, 2022
Scores 17 points in loss
Wiggins produced 17 points (7-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-4 FT), three rebounds, two assists, one block and two steals across 32 minutes during Wednesday's 99-82 loss to the Mavericks.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was the leading scorer for the Warriors, who, as a team, managed to record a season low in points during their loss. Wiggins has safely reached double figures offensively in every matchup so far this season and is averaging a steady 19.1 points across 33 outings this year. The former Kansas Jayhawk will look extended the streak to 34 consecutive outings in double digits during the second game of a back-to-back Thursday against the Pelicans.
Jan 4, 2022
Pours in 22 points
Wiggins recorded 22 points (8-13 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), six rebounds, four assists and two steals in 34 minutes during Monday's 115-108 victory over Miami.
ANALYSIS
We should expect to see some shuffling in the Warriors' lineup soon, and it could end up helping Wiggins' totals significantly. Klay Thompson's imminent return will take some pressure off Wiggins and could result in some better looks at high-percentage shots. Although listed as the team's small forward, Wiggins has done a lot of work at the perimeter this season, and with Thompson back, Wiggins won't need to shore up the backcourt any longer.
Dec 30, 2021
Thursday's game postponed
Wiggins and the Warriors will not play Thursday against the Nuggets, as the game has been postponed, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
The Nuggets don't have eight available players. The Warriors next play Saturday against the Jazz.
Dec 29, 2021
Nice performance in return
Wiggins recorded 21 points (8-20 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT), eight rebounds, two steals, one block and one assist in 32 minutes during Tuesday's 89-86 loss to the Nuggets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins made his first appearance since Dec. 17 after clearing protocols. He picked up right where he left off with a nice two-way performance. It was his third game of the year with at least 20 points, two steals and one block.
Dec 27, 2021
Active Tuesday
Wiggins (COVID-19) is available to play Tuesday against Denver.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has reportedly cleared COVID-19 protocols and will thus be able to return to action for the first time since Dec. 17. Across 29 games played with the Warriors this year, Wiggins is averaging 18.7 points and 4.5 rebounds per game.
Dec 19, 2021
Latest to land in protocols
Wiggins has entered the NBA's health and safety protocols, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
A sore left knee kept Wiggins out of Saturday's game against Toronto, so he was already on the injury report, but he's now likely looking at a multi-game absence as the Warriors head into a three-game week that includes a Christmas Day showdown against the Suns. Thus far, the Warriors haven't been hit as hard by COVID-19 as some other teams, but Jordan Poole entered the league's protocols on Friday, so both he and Wiggins will not be available to begin Week 10.
Dec 18, 2021
Unavailable Saturday
Wiggins won't play Saturday against the Raptors due to left knee soreness, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was quite productive in Friday's 111-107 win over the Celtics, as he recorded 27 points (11-20 FG, 5-7 3Pt), six rebounds, two assists, a steal and a block in 36 minutes. However, he apparently sustained a knee injury and will be one of several starters who won't play Saturday. Damion Lee, Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody should see additional playing time against Toronto.
Dec 13, 2021
Average performance in win
Wiggins accumulated 15 points (7-15 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds, one assist, three blocks and one steal across 34 minutes during Monday's 102-100 win over the Pacers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins failed to knock down any of his three attempts from three, his first time without a made triple since Nov. 30 against the Suns. However, he did set a new season-high in blocks on the night. Wiggins is averaging 17.8 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.2 assists through six games in December.
Dec 9, 2021
Mediocre bight in win
Wiggins totaled 14 points (4-9 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four rebounds, two assists and one steal in 33 minutes during Wednesday's 104-94 win over the Trail Blazers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins played well enough, but he's matched excellent totals with some clunkers over the past two weeks. He's also seen a slight dip in ancillary categories over the past week, Wiggins' job will never be at risk, and fantasy managers still need to hand onto him in hopes for an upward swing.
Dec 7, 2021
Sets career high with eight triples
Wiggins notched 28 points (9-17 FG, 8-10 3Pt, 2-4 FT), three rebounds, three assists and one steal over 30 minutes during Monday's 126-95 win over the Magic.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins did his best Stephen Curry impression in the blowout win, and he actually outpaced his superstar teammate by hitting eight three-pointers to Curry's seven. The trey total was a career high for Wiggins, and he needed only 10 attempts from beyond the arc to accomplish the feat. The veteran wasn't much of a three-point shooter early in his career, but he has made great strides in the category as his career has progressed and is averaging 2.2 triples while shooting a career-best 41.6 percent from deep this season.
Dec 1, 2021
Plays 33 minutes despite injury
Wiggins totaled 10 points (4-12 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-3 FT), three rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 33 minutes during Tuesday's 104-96 loss to the Suns.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins looked hobbled in the loss, a clear sign his back injury was taking a toll. The fact he was able to play at all does bode well for his immediate future. That being said, the medical staff could very well opt to play it safe given their record, meaning those invested in Wiggins might want to just keep an eye on the injury report ahead of Friday's rematch.
Nov 30, 2021
Good to go Tuesday
Wiggins (back) will play Tuesday against the Suns, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was dealing with back spasms but felt good after a pregame workout. Over the past five games, he's averaged 23.0 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocks in 34.8 minutes.
Nov 30, 2021
Dealing with back spasms
Wiggins is questionable for Tuesday's contest at Phoenix due to back spasms.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was a late addition to the injury report, which is never a good sign, and back spasms are always a concerning issue. So, it's likely that the Warriors will be without their starting small forward for Tuesday's clash with the Suns. The Kansas product has been a steady producer for Golden State this season, averaging 19.0 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists across 30.2 minutes per game. If he is unavailable, then Otto Porter and Gary Payton would likely both be candidates to join the starting lineup.
Nov 28, 2021
Grabs seven and blocks two shots
Wiggins totaled 12 points (4-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-6 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal in 36 minutes during Sunday's 105-90 win over the Clippers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has recorded double-digit point totals in every game this season, and he's also made a significant rebound contribution while the Clippers continue a small-ball approach. The Warriors managed an 18-2 record without much help inside, but at 6-7, Wiggins has added much-needed size and speed to the interior.
Nov 27, 2021
Scores 25 in win
Wiggins had 25 points (10-16 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one steal across 34 minutes during Friday's 118-103 win over Portland.
ANALYSIS
After an up-and-down start to the season, Wiggins has found a groove of late, putting up 25.8 points, 5.5 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 3.0 threes over his last four games. At this point in his career, Wiggins is who he is, but for fantasy purposes he's a valuable source of efficient points, rebounds and threes with decent defensive contributions.
Nov 22, 2021
Drops 32 points Sunday
Wiggins closed with 32 points (12-20 FG, 6-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one block in 33 minutes during Sunday's 119-104 victory over the Raptors.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins had shot just 11.1 percent from beyond the arc across his last two appearances, but he bounced back Sunday and converted 75 percent of his attempts from long range. The 26-year-old has scored 25-plus points in four of the last seven games and has averaged 24.0 points and 4.3 rebounds in 29.9 minutes per contest during that time.
Nov 20, 2021
Productive against Detroit
Wiggins ended Friday's 105-102 victory over the Pistons with 27 points (9-19 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 8-11 FT), five rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals across 37 minutes.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was one of two Warriors to top 20 points Friday as he helped to lead the team to the narrow victory. He's scored 20-plus points in three of the last six games and has averaged 22.7 points and 4.0 rebounds in 29.3 minutes per contest across that span.
Nov 18, 2021
Below-average showing in win
Wiggins accumulated 12 points (5-11 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two assists and one block over 24 minutes during Thursday's 104-89 victory against the Cavaliers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins couldn't find his stroke from beyond the arc in this one, and as a result, he tied his season-low in points on the young campaign. It also didn't help that Stephen Curry stole the show with his 40-point performance. However, Wiggins is averaging 18.7 points through nine contests in November and is a threat to drop 20-plus points on any given night.
Nov 16, 2021
Scores efficient 19 in win
Wiggins had 19 points (7-11 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds, one assist and one block in 22 minutes during Tuesday's 117-99 win at Brooklyn.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins played a season-low 22 minutes with Golden State taking control during the third quarter, which limited his production in other categories despite another strong scoring effort. The 26-year-old has averaged 24.3 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.0 steals while shooting 59.4 percent from the field during that stretch.
Nov 14, 2021
Paces Warriors in scoring
Wiggins contributed 28 points (12-19 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-3 FT), six rebounds and two assists across 32 minutes during Sunday's 106-102 loss to the Hornets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins shot just 33.3 percent from the floor in Friday's win over Chicago, but he bounced back Sunday and topped 25 points for the second time in the last three games. Across those three appearances, the 26-year-old has averaged 26.0 points and 5.7 rebounds in 31.0 minutes per contest.
Nov 11, 2021
Goes off for 35 points Wednesday
Wiggins tallied 35 points (14-19 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four rebounds and two steals over 32 minutes in Monday's 123-110 win over Minnesota.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins rode a red-hot hand throughout the contest, as he missed only five of his 19 field-goal attempts and was a perfect 9-for-9 en route to 22 first-half points. The veteran led Golden State in scoring, outpacing Stephen Curry, who registered 25 points of his own. Wiggins has registered double-digit points in every game in which he has played so far this season.
Nov 8, 2021
Productive in scoring column
Wiggins totaled 16 points (4-11 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 7-8 FT), three rebounds and two assists in 30 minutes during Sunday's 120-107 win over the Rockets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been quite consistent across the last five games, and he remained productive on the scoreboard despite shooting just 36.4 percent from the floor in Sunday's win. The 26-year-old has averaged 15.2 points and 3.6 rebounds in 29.4 minutes per game across the last five contests.
Oct 29, 2021
Continues consistent play
Wiggins posted 16 points (7-15 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, an assist, a steal and a blocked shot across 37 minutes in Thursday's 104-101 OT loss to the Grizzlies.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins' 2021 season has a bright outlook. Wiggins is once again a critical component in Steve Kerr's system, and the departure of Kelly Oubre puts even more responsibility on the Kansas product's shoulders. He's scored in double digits all five games this season.
Oct 26, 2021
Scores 21 in win
Wiggins provided 21 points (9-17 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 3-5 FT), four rebounds, three assists, three steals and a block in 31 minutes on Tuesday, as the Warriors beat the Thunder 106-98.
ANALYSIS
Despite failing to hit a three, Wiggins was efficient offensively. He was also active defensively, recording multiple steals for the first time in his previous 13 contests. Wiggins is having a solid start and the eventual return of Klay Thompson (achilles) would open the interior further for Wiggins. His next game will come Thursday versus the Grizzlies.
Oct 22, 2021
Contributes 17 points in win
Wiggins totaled 17 points (6-15 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, three assists, one steal and one blocked shot over 31 minutes Thursday in a 115-113 victory versus the Clippers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins -- and the rest of the Warriors -- took a back seat to Stephen Curry, who poured in 45 points in the narrow victory. However, Wiggins served as a useful sidekick, ranking second on the team in scoring and knocking down a trio of triples. Through two contests, the 26-year-old is posting per-game averages of 14.5 points, 6.5 boards and 2.0 assists while knocking down 2.5 three-pointers per contest.
Oct 19, 2021
Will have minutes restriction
Wiggins will have a minutes restriction for Tuesday's opener against the Lakers, Marcus Thompson of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
The Warriors will take it easy with both Wiggins and Draymond Green as both players are still in need of some conditioning work as the regular season gets underway. Wiggins was also battling a minor knee issue at the end of the preseason, but he's not listed on the injury report, so that doesn't appear to be a concern. Despite the unspecified minutes restriction, Wiggins will start at small forward Tuesday.
Oct 12, 2021
Not on injury report
Wiggins (knee) is not on the injury report ahead of Tuesday's game against the Lakers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was held out of Friday's game due to soreness in his knee, but it was never considered anything of great concern. Barring a late decision to rest the veteran, expect him to be available Tuesday night.
Oct 9, 2021
Knee is 'fine'
Wiggins (knee) is "fine" and is likely to play Tuesday against the Lakers, Nick Friedell of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was dealing with a sore knee, so he got Friday's game off against the Lakers. He should be back in action Tuesday.
Oct 8, 2021
Ruled out Friday
Wiggins (knee) won't play in Friday's preseason contest against the Lakers, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins didn't practice Thursday, so his status for Friday's game is no surprise. The 26-year-old forward's absence will allow some of the Warriors' younger players to get extended run against the Lakers.
Oct 7, 2021
Might not play Friday
Wiggins didn't practice Thursday due to "nicks and bruises" and may not play Friday against the Lakers, Nick Friedell of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was recently vaccinated, which is the more important recent news for the starting wing. Still, if he's out Friday, more minutes will be available for the team's young bench options.
Oct 3, 2021
Confirms he's vaccinated
Wiggins has been vaccinated and will therefore be eligible to play in all games this season, Shams Charania of The Athleticreports.
ANALYSIS
The veteran wing was one of several high-profile players whose vaccine status was in question earlier in the week, but Wiggins has apparently changed his mind and decided to get the vaccine. Had he not done so, Wiggins would have been barred from playing in any Warriors home games due to San Francisco's local vaccine mandates. This is a significant development both for the Warriors and for Wiggins' fantasy stock, as this should quell any concerns that he could miss a large portion of the season.
Oct 2, 2021
Dealing with illness
Wiggins was "under the weather" and not at Saturday's practice, Connor Letourneau of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
ANALYSIS
No specifics were given regarding Wiggins' illness. The main concern for fantasy managers still has to be that Wiggins hasn't yet received the COVID-19 vaccine. If that continues to be the case, he won't be able to play in home games.
Sep 23, 2021
Concerns over vaccination status
The Warriors are concerned about Wiggins' availability to begin the season due to his vaccination status, Rusty Simmons of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
ANALYSIS
While the NBA, itself, is not requiring players to be vaccinated against the coronavirus, certain local jurisdictions require vaccinations to enter an arena. San Francisco, where the Warriors play their home games, happens to be one of those jurisdictions, so it's possible Wiggins -- should he fail to get the vaccine -- could be barred from participating in home games. It's possible Wiggins could be granted a religious or medical exemption, but if that fails, the Warriors could be without their second-leading scorer from last season. Simmons reports that the team recently brought in a local doctor to speak with Wiggins, but the forward "remains unmoved in his decision against vaccination." For now, the hope is that he'll change his mind before the regular-season opener, but this will be a situation for fantasy managers to monitor throughout draft season.
May 22, 2021
Double-doubles Friday
Wiggins registered 22 points (10-22 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists and two blocks across 44 minutes in Friday's overtime loss against the Grizzlies.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins surpassed the 20-point plateau in each of his last four appearances of the season and finished the campaign as the Warriors' second-best scoring threat behind Stephen Curry, although he was very inconsistent at times and had a few poor shooting performances down the stretch. The seven-year veteran had a down year compared to last season, though, and he finishes the campaign averaging 18.6 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 0.9 steals across 33.3 minutes per game.
May 20, 2021
Scores 21 points in loss
Wiggins mustered 21 points (10-18 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three rebounds, two assists and a block across 39 minutes in Wednesday's loss to the Lakers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has now scored at least 20 points in three games in a row while shooting the ball accurately -- he's converted 62.1 percent of his attempts from the field in that stretch, though that figure is unsustainable for a volume-based shooter like Wiggins who has averaged 14.9 shots per game during the entire campaign. Expect him to be one of the Warriors' main scoring threats for Friday's pivotal matchup against the Grizzlies.
May 17, 2021
Double-doubles in return
Wiggins posted 21 points (9-16 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds, a steal and a block across 37 minutes in Sunday's win over the Grizzlies.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins didn't play in the previous but made a big impact in the regular-season finale, as he posted a double-double while also scoring at least 20 points for the sixth time over his last nine appearances. The small forward should be one of the Warriors' go-to players on offense for the upcoming play-in matchup against the Lakers.
May 15, 2021
Good to go Sunday
Wiggins (knee) isn't listed on the injury report for Sunday's game versus Memphis.
ANALYSIS
The 26-year-old sat out Friday along with Stephen Curry (tailbone) and Draymond Green (finger), but the trio is ready to go for the final game of the regular season Sunday. Wiggins has averaged 22.8 points, 5.6 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 34.2 minutes across his past five games.
May 14, 2021
Unavailable Friday
Wiggins (knee) will sit Friday against the Pelicans, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins will miss Friday's game alongside Stephen Curry (tailbone) and Draymond Green (finger). Expect Kent Bazemore and Juan Toscano-Anderson to have a more important role scoring-wise for the Warriors.
May 13, 2021
Questionable Friday
Wiggins (knee) is listed as questionable for Friday's game against New Orleans.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins joins Stephen Curry (tailbone), Draymond Green (finger) and Mychal Mulder (knee) as Golden State players who have a 50-50 chance to play Friday. Wiggins has been on fire lately, averaging 22.8 points on 50.5 percent shooting, 5.6 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.2 triples per game over the last five outings.
May 12, 2021
Leads Warriors with 38 points
Wiggins went off for 38 points (17-24 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT) and added seven rebounds, three assists and a steal across 40 minutes in Tuesday's 122-116 win over Phoenix.
ANALYSIS
Teammate Stephen Curry atypically struggled with his shot in the contest, but Wiggins picked up the slack with 38 points on an ultra-efficient 17-of-24 from the field. He finished just two points shy of his season-high scoring effort and added seven boards. Wiggins has been a big part of Golden State's offense this season, averaging 18.6 points per contest and registering a career-best 47.6 field-goal percentage.
May 7, 2021
Continues run of production
Wiggins provided 18 points (7-18 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, four assists and a steal across 32 minutes in Thursday's 118-97 win over the Thunder.
ANALYSIS
The absence of fellow former Kansas Jayhawk Kelly Oubre has allowed Wiggins to put up some impressive stat lines over the past couple of weeks. The month of May has been kind to him thus far, with averages of 22,5 points, 4,8 assists, 2.3 rebounds and 1.5 blocks over four games. Although he's clearly second fiddle in the Warriors' backcourt, the veteran is helping to solidify their playoff chances with excellent two-way production.
May 5, 2021
Another 26-point effort
Wiggins registered 26 points (10-21 FG, 5-10 3Pt, 1-1 FT), six rebounds, three assists and two blocks across 39 minutes in Tuesday's loss at New Orleans.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins scored 26 points for the second straight game and has now reached the 20-point plateau in four contests in a row. He's in line to hold a bigger role on offense during the final weeks of the regular season with Kelly Oubre (wrist) sidelined, and he's averaging 19.8 points across 37.3 minutes per game over his last 10 appearances.
May 3, 2021
Scores 26 points in win
Wiggins tallied 26 points (10-19 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four rebounds, two blocks and one steal in 38 minutes during Monday's 123-108 win over the Pelicans.
ANALYSIS
The 26-year-old has now scored 20-plus points three straight games, a span in which he's averaging 24.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.3 three-pointers and 2.0 blocks while shooting 54.7 percent from the field. The seventh-year guard has played 30-plus minutes over his past 15 games and he'll look to keep it going efficiency-wise Tuesday on the road against the Pelicans.
May 3, 2021
Cleared to play vs. Pels
Wiggins (knee) will be available for Monday's game against New Orleans, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was questionable due to a sore knee, but he'll play through the ailment as he continues his run of not missing a single game this season. The wing has stepped it up on the defensive end of late, logging two blocks apiece in each of his last three games.
May 2, 2021
Questionable Monday
Wiggins is questionable for Monday's game against the Pelicans due to right knee soreness.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins played 34 minutes in Saturday's win over the Rockets and recorded 20 points, two rebounds, two assists and two blocks. If he's unable to play Monday, Jordan Poole, Mychal Mulder and Kent Bazemore could see increased run for the Warriors.
Apr 29, 2021
Scores 27 points Thursday
Wiggins closed with 27 points (11-20 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT), four rebounds, three assists and two blocks in 38 minutes during Thursday's 126-114 loss to the Timberwolves.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins found his rhythm on the offensive end in the loss, putting up 27 points on good efficiency. With Kelly Oubre (wrist) back on the sideline, the Warriors are going to need Wiggins to step up on both ends of the floor and so he could be in for a nice finish to the regular season.
Apr 22, 2021
Rough shooting in loss
Wiggins posted 14 points (5-20 FG, 0-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four rebounds and three steals in 38 minutes during Wednesday's 118-114 loss to the Wizards.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins went cold from distance, with Wednesday marking his first game without a made three since April 9. It was also the first time he's made fewer than six field goals since April 6. That said, Wiggins has been solid this month. In 12 appearances, he's averaged 17.6 points on 14.8 shots, 4.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.0 blocks in 35.3 minutes.
Apr 19, 2021
Double-doubles in win
Wiggins contributed 16 points (6-11 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-5 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists and two blocks over 42 minutes during Monday's 107-96 win over the 76ers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been highly efficient shooting the ball over his last seven games, converting on 52.4 percent of his shots. For the season, Wiggins is enjoying a career year shooting both overall (47.7 percent) and from distance (38.9 percent) but has seen a decline in rebounds and assists from last year.
Apr 16, 2021
Efficient 23 in win
Wiggins collected 23 points (9-16 FG, 5-8 3Pt), six rebounds and six assists in a 119-101 victory over the Cavaliers on Thursday.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins had a strong offensive performance, scoring 20-plus points with five-plus rebounds and five-plus assists for the first time this season. The forward has seen a slight increase in scoring opportunities recently with Kelly Oubre (wrist) missing the last four contests. Wiggins has scored 15-plus points in five consecutive games and shot at a 51.9 percent clip over that span.
Apr 10, 2021
Posts solid stat line Friday
Wiggins tallied 15 points (7-13 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 1-4 FT), seven rebounds, six assists and three steals across 36 minutes Friday in a loss to Washington.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins missed all five of his shots from beyond the arc but still finished 7-for-13 from the field. He helped fantasy managers who roster him by chipping in across multiple categories and finishing with zero turnovers. Wiggins has played well since returning from the All-Star break, posting per-game averages of 20.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.7 three-pointers and 1.3 steals while shooting 49.3 percent from the field over 15 games.
Apr 2, 2021
Scores 15 in blowout loss
Wiggins scored 15 points (5-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT) while adding four rebounds and two assists in Friday's loss to the Raptors.
ANALYSIS
It was a forgetful night all around for the Warriors who had nearly as many turnovers (21) as made field goals (26). Though Wiggins led the Warriors in scoring Friday, his streak of four straight games scoring 20 or more points came to an end. On the plus side, Wiggins has made better than 50 percent of his field goals in four of his last five outings.
Apr 2, 2021
Produces across the board in loss
Wiggins tallied 23 points (7-16 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 4-6 FT), eight rebounds, four assists, three blocks and one steal in 35 minutes during Thursday's loss to the Heat.
ANALYSIS
The 25-year-old has now scored 20-plus points in four straight games, a span in which he's averaged 24.7 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 3.7 three-pointers and 1.5 blocks. The seventh-year forward has been on fire lately, and he should continue providing high-end production in points, rebounds, three-pointers and field-goal percentage along with decent assists and blocks the rest of the way for the 10th-seeded Warriors.
Mar 30, 2021
Extends sizzling scoring streak
Wiggins posted 21 points (8-15 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five assists, three rebounds, two steals and a block across 35 minutes in Monday's win over the Bulls.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been on fire of late and posted his third straight game with at least 20 points, a plateau he's reached in five of his last six appearances as well. He's been at his best since the All-Star break, averaging 22.5 points per game while shooting 51.3 percent from the field and 55.6 percent from three-point range over his last 10 appearances.
Mar 27, 2021
Another big scoring night
Wiggins scored 29 points (10-19 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 5-7 FT) to go along with seven rebounds, three assists and two blocks across 33 minutes in Friday's loss to the Hawks.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins continues to stand out in the absence of Stephen Curry (tailbone), as he's averaged 25.8 points and 18 field-goal attempts across the five games Curry has been sidelined. Much of that damage has come from three-point range, and Wiggins has now knocked down multiple threes in eight straight contests. Wiggins' contributions on the defensive end of the floor shouldn't be counted on going forward, as the pair of blocks were his first since March 15.
Mar 26, 2021
Scores team-high 26 points
Wiggins compiled 26 points (10-18 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 10 rebounds and four assists across 34 minutes in Thursday's 141-119 loss to the Kings.
ANALYSIS
It stands to reason that Wiggins would benefit from Stephen Curry's absence, and so far, the numbers have verified that assumption. Across the four games where Curry was absent, Wiggins averaged 25 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.5 steals. These numbers exceed his 2021 season averages and exceed seasonal averages from every year of his pro career. The difference is especially vast in total rebounds, where he is blowing all of his previous seasonal averages out of the water.
Mar 24, 2021
Scores 14 in loss
Wiggins recorded 14 points (6-15 FG, 2-3 3Pt), two rebounds and one assist in a 108-98 loss to the 76ers on Tuesday.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was able to make multiple threes for the sixth consecutive game but wasn't terribly effective on his two-point attempts. The forward has shot the ball at an impressive 57.6 percent clip from three over his last six games, which has been key with Stephen Curry (tailbone) missing the team's last three contests. Curry is expected to miss some additional time so look for Wiggins to continue to see more opportunities on offense.
Mar 21, 2021
Continues solid play without Curry
Wiggins posted 20 points (4-14 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 10-12 FT), nine rebounds, two assists and two steals across 35 minutes in Saturday's 111-103 loss to the Grizzlies.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was able to jumpstart his offensive engine upon the loss of Stephen Curry. Wiggins has distinguished himself as a shutdown defender over his seven-year career, and his ability to combine secondary totals with ample offensive production has been a bonus for the Warriors. His contribution comes in handy as the Warriors make a run for the playoffs, and he should see increased opportunity as long as Curry is out.
Mar 20, 2021
Goes off for 40 in win
Wiggins erupted for 40 points (14-24 FG, 6-11 3Pt, 6-9 FT), eight rebounds, four assists and four steals in Friday's win over Memphis.
ANALYSIS
With Stephen Curry (tailbone) sidelined, Wiggins put the Warriors' offense on his back, notching new season highs in points, field goals made, field goal attempts, free throws made, three-pointers made and steals. The game will likely be a major outlier for the notorious underachiever, but his value will remain elevated so long as Curry -- who is expected to remain out Saturday -- is out of the lineup.
Mar 14, 2021
Drops season-high 28 points
Wiggins totaled 28 points (12-16 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds, three steals and two assists across 38 minutes Sunday in the win over the Jazz.
ANALYSIS
Sunday was the first time in 10 games Wiggins hit the 20-point mark. His 28 points were the most he's scored in a game this season while his three steals matched a season high. For the month of March, Wiggins is averaging 18.3 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.3 steals per game.
Mar 4, 2021
Scores 14 in loss
Wiggins had 14 points (5-12 FG, 2-6 3Pt), five rebounds and three assists in Wednesday's loss to Portland.
ANALYSIS
It was somewhat of a bounceback game for Wiggins, who had just three points on five shots against the Lakers on Sunday, but he wasn't overly effective in a team-high 37 minutes. Wiggins is a decent source of scoring (17.1 PPG) and rebounding (4.5 RPG) -- and he's averaging a career-high 1.1 blocks per game -- but his assists are down this season (2.1 APG) and he's averaging under 1.0 steal per game for the second consecutive year.
Feb 28, 2021
Held to season-low three points
Wiggins was held to a season-low three points (1-5 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT) to go with two rebounds and two steals in Sunday's loss to the Lakers.
ANALYSIS
The Warriors were blitzed early and never recovered. They trailed by 29 at halftime, prompting Steve Kerr to pull back on his starters' minutes in the second half. As a result, Wiggins established new season lows in points and minutes (22), while adding minimal fantasy production elsewhere.
Feb 25, 2021
Puts up 15 points in win
Wiggins generated 15 points (5-13 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 5-6 FT), four assists, two steals and a rebound across 33 minutes in Wednesday's 111-107 win over the Pacers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins' numbers have hovered around the 15-point range over the past several games. Although his totals earlier in the season have illustrated his upside, a breakout game for the guard has been elusive. Behind Draymond Green, he's arguably the best defensive player on the team, but his prowess on that side of the ball doesn't always result in impressive fantasy numbers.
Feb 23, 2021
Scores 16 in victory
Wiggins scored 16 points (6-13 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 3-5 FT) to go along with five rebounds, one assist and one block in the Warriors' 114-106 victory over the Knicks on Tuesday.
ANALYSIS
While Stephen Curry will always be option number-one, Wiggins has proven himself as a consistent secondary option for Golden State. The forward has recorded double-digit point totals in every game this season leading to averages of 17.6 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game. In his age-25 season, he is also shooting a career-high 47.0 percent from the field and a career high 36.1 percent from three.
Feb 21, 2021
Puts up 19 points in loss
Wiggins recorded 19 points (8-15 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, four assists and a steal across 33 minutes in Saturday's loss against the Hornets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins could've handled a bigger role on offense with Stephen Curry (illness) sidelined, but his workload and output remained steady despite the absence of the star point guard. Wiggins pushed his streak of games with at least 15 points to six outings, and he should be one of the Warriors' top scoring threats once again Tuesday at New York, but such will be the case especially if Curry remains out.
Feb 19, 2021
Drops 16 points in loss
Wiggins went for 16 points (7-15 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, two assists and two steals across 32 minutes during the Warriors' 124-120 loss Friday to the Magic.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was right on par with his season averages in points, rebounds, assists, field goal percentage and minutes. The one area of concern has been turnovers as he has coughed the ball up 20 times in his last five outings.
Feb 18, 2021
Scores 23 with six turnovers
Wiggins had 23 points (8-16 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 3-4 FT), eight rebounds and six turnovers in Wednesday night's overtime win over Miami.
ANALYSIS
The 23 points tied for Wiggins' second-highest output of the season, and his eight rebounds were his most in any game since Jan. 21. The six turnovers but a damper on his final line, however, and Wiggins failed to record a single assist for the first time in 10 games.
Feb 16, 2021
Fills stat sheet Monday
Wiggins registered 15 points (5-13 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-3 FT), four rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block across 30 minutes in Monday's win over the Cavaliers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has been finding ways to contribute on both ends of the court on a steady basis, and while his scoring numbers have been slightly below the expectations, he's been getting the job done of late. Through his last five appearances, he is averaging 15.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.8 steals and 1.4 blocks per game while shooting 43.3 percent from the field.
Feb 14, 2021
Struggles from deep continue
Wiggins had 17 points (7-15 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 2-4 FT), three rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks in 33 minutes during Saturday's 134-117 loss to Brooklyn.
ANALYSIS
The 25-year-old was shooting 40.6 percent on three-point attempts through the end of January, but over the past seven contest he's shooting 25.0 percent on 5.1 attempts per game. Wiggins will look to get back on track from deep Monday versus the Cavaliers.
Feb 12, 2021
Puts up 21 points in victory
Wiggins recorded 21 points (8-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-5 FT), seven rebounds, three assists and three blocked shots across 34 minutes in Thursday's 111-104 win over the Magic.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins delivered an efficient and well-rounded performance in the win, which is an encouraging sign when you consider the two-game slump he endured this week. He's well-placed as the second-best threat for Golden State, and his well-regarded defensive skills are extremely valuable to the team. His defensive numbers can save his stat line when his shooting goes cold.
Feb 9, 2021
Struggles from field in loss
Wiggins had 11 points (4-12 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), five rebounds, four assists, two steals and a block across 39 minutes in Monday's loss against the Spurs.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins struggled badly from the field and only 33 percent of his attempts, needing 12 shots just to end with 11 points. He contributed nicely in other areas of the game, however, but Wiggins' best source of value lies on what he can do scoring the rock, and he has been underwhelming at times in that particular category. In fact, this was Wiggins' worst scoring output of the current campaign.
Feb 4, 2021
Scores 18 points in win
Wiggins scored 18 points (7-18 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-5 FT) and added three rebounds, two assists and one block in the Warriors' 147-116 win over the Mavericks on Thursday.
ANALYSIS
After a one for ten start from the field Thursday, Wiggins was able to turn it around making six out of his next eight shots. Despite his streaky shooting, the Warriors were a plus-15 with Wiggins on the floor. The forward will look to have a better start shooting the basketball Saturday in a rematch with Dallas.
Jan 31, 2021
Produces 20 points in win
Wiggins collected 20 points (8-17 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds and three assists in Saturday's blowout victory over the Pistons.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins also notched a steal and a block, marking the 14th game this season in which the wingman has swatted at least one shot. He has scored in double figures in every game during the campaign and is averaging 17.9 points per contest along with a career-high 1.5 blocked shots in his first season with the Warriors.
Jan 29, 2021
Scores 16 points in loss
Wiggins registered 16 points (6-11 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds and an assist across 28 minutes in Thursday's loss against the Suns.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins might have ended as Golden State's second-highest scorer with 16 points, but he also posted a plus/minus of minus-18, a figure that ranked as the second-worst mark in the team only behind Stephen Curry's minus-23. Wiggins has struggled with consistency all season long and Thursday's game was no different at times, but he seems to be trending in the right direction with three straight games of 15-plus points and a 55.8 percent from the field during that span.
Jan 26, 2021
Big defensive effort vs. former team
Wiggins finished with 23 points (10-19 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, three steals and three blocks across 30 minutes Monday in the Warriors' 130-108 win over the Timberwolves.
ANALYSIS
Fantasy managers roster Wiggins mainly for his consistent scoring and three-point production, but he's also been a pleasant surprise in terms of defensive stats during his first full season with Golden State. He swatted three shots for the second game in a row, boosting his season-long average to a career-best 1.6 blocks per contest. The steals production looks less sustainable, however; coming into Monday, Wiggins had only recorded six thefts in the Warriors' first 16 games of the campaign.
Jan 22, 2021
Solid effort in loss to Knicks
Wiggins tallied 17 points (6-13 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-5 FT), nine rebounds, two assists and a blocked shot in a loss to the Knicks on Thursday.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins trailed only Stephen Curry among Warriors players in both scoring and shot attempts in the game, registering double-digit points for the 15th straight contest to begin the campaign. The wingman has a steady floor but limited ceiling in terms of point production, as he has scored no less than 12 points but surpassed the 20-point mark only three times thus far in 2020-21. Wiggins is also chipping in 5.0 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game.
Jan 21, 2021
Shakes off knee concern
Wiggins (knee) played 31 minutes and tallied 18 points (7-12 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 1-3 FT), seven rebounds and three assists Wednesday in the Warriors' 121-99 win over the Spurs.
ANALYSIS
Listed as questionable heading into the day with the knee concern, Wiggins gained clearance ahead of opening tip and ended up seeing a relatively normal workload. As usual, he was a solid source of secondary scoring behind Stephen Curry, but the increased blocks production Wiggins showed earlier this month was missing. After swatting nine shots between Jan. 10 and 12 games against the Raptors and Pacers, respectively, Wiggins has recorded only one block over the subsequent three contests.
Jan 20, 2021
Good to go Wednesday
Wiggins (knee) will play Wednesday against the Spurs, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
The 25-year-old was originally considered questionable with the knee injury before being upgraded to probable, and he's ready to play Wednesday versus San Antonio. Wiggins had a rough start to the season from the field, but over the past 10 games he's averaging 18.7 points on 48.3 percent shooting, including 40.4 percent from deep.
Jan 20, 2021
On track to play Wednesday
Wiggins (knee) is expected to play Wednesday against the Spurs but is still a game-time decision, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
The 25-year-old took part in Wednesday morning's shootaround and appears poised to suit up, but he needs to be officially cleared after going through warmups. Wiggins should take up his usual post in the starting five, if available.
Jan 19, 2021
Dealing with knee soreness
Wiggins is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Spurs with a sore right knee.
ANALYSIS
The 25-year-old apparently picked up the injury during Monday's win over the Lakers, when he had 18 points (7-11 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 1-3 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one steal in 32 minutes. Damion Lee and Kent Bazemore could have increased roles if Wiggins is unable to suit up Wednesday.
Jan 15, 2021
Slight scoring regression in loss
Wiggins totaled 16 points (7-16 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, three assists and a blocked shot across 36 minutes in Thursday's 114-104 loss to the Nuggets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins failed to meet industry projections on Thursday, and his poor shooting from beyond the arc was a primary culprit. Still, Wiggins will continue to be the second-best scoring option for the Warriors behind Stephen Curry. He'll also help prop up the team's defense in the backcourt. The 6-7 off-guard has recorded 10 blocked shots over the past three games.
Jan 13, 2021
Stuffs stat sheet against Pacers
Wiggins had 22 points (7-17 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 4-7 FT), seven rebounds, five blocks and three assists in Tuesday's 104-95 loss to the Pacers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins and Stephen Curry both shot 7-of-17, but the former scored more threes and free throws to lead Golden State on Tuesday. Wiggins' most surprising stat was the five blocks, which marked a career high. He is holding his own so far with averages of 19.1 points and 2.3 blocks through eight previous games.
Jan 10, 2021
Leads the way with 17
Wiggins (foot) went for 17 points (7-17 FG, 3-10 3Pt), four assists, four blocks and two rebounds over 34 minutes in the 106-105 win over the Raptors on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
After dealing with a sore foot that landed him on the injury report, Wiggins went out and played the second-most minutes on the team, only behind Stephen Curry. Things started out great as he Wiggins made his first three shots from behind the arc, but missed his final seven attempts. After starting the season with two straight games of scoring less than 15 points, he has now gone for 15 or more in eight straight.
Jan 10, 2021
Available against Raptors
Wiggins (foot) is active for Sunday's game against the Raptors, Blake Murphy of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Coach Steve Kerr upgraded Wiggins to probable ahead of Sunday's matchup, and he'll officially be available for the matchup against Toronto. The 25-year-old should serve as a starter once again Sunday after averaging 17.4 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.4 assists over 31.6 minutes per game across the past five contests.
Jan 10, 2021
Upgraded to probable
Wiggins (foot) has been upgraded to probable for Sunday's matchup against Toronto, Monte Poole of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
ANALYSIS
A sore right foot initially landed Wiggins on the injury report as questionable, but it looks like he's trending in the right direction as game-time approaches. Wiggins had 16 points, six rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in his last outing Friday against the Clippers. Over his last five contests, he's shooting 50.8 percent from the field and 38.1 percent from three.
Jan 9, 2021
Officially questionable for Sunday
Wiggins (quad) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Raptors.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins continues to be bothered by a quadriceps injury. If he sits out Sunday, Damion Lee, Jordan Poole, Mychal Mulder and Kent Bazemore are all candidates to see extra minutes.
Jan 9, 2021
Likely to play Sunday
Wiggins (quadriceps) didn't practice Saturday but is likely to play Sunday against Toronto, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is still nursing the quad injury he picked up a couple days ago. His absence at practice though was likely an action to give the forward some more time to rest and recover. Nevertheless, Wiggins is likely to play in Sunday's matchup barring any major setbacks.
Jan 8, 2021
Active against Clippers
Wiggins (quadriceps) is active for Friday's game against the Clippers, Wes Goldberg of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was a game-time decision for Friday's contest, but he tested things out before the game and will be able to play. He's averaging 18.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.3 assists over 32.3 minutes per game over the past three matchups.
Jan 8, 2021
Questionable Friday
Wiggins is questionable for Friday's game against the Clippers due to a left quadriceps contusion.
ANALYSIS
If Wiggins is sidelined for the Warriors, coach Steve Kerr will have to dig into a thin bench. That would likely lead to more minutes for Damion Lee, Mychal Mulder and Kent Bazemore.
Jan 7, 2021
Avoids injury report
Wiggins (undisclosed) is not listed on Thursday's injury report.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was a partial participant in practice Thursday for undisclosed reasons, but his status for Friday's game against the Clippers doesn't appear to be in any danger. He's averaged 18.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.0 blocks in 32.3 minutes over Golden State's last three games.
Jan 7, 2021
Probable vs. Clippers
Wiggins is probable for Friday's game against the Clippers, Nick Friedell of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was a partial participant in Thursday's practice for undisclosed reasons, but it doesn't sound like we should be worried about him missing Friday's rematch against the Clippers. Over the past three games, he's averaging 18.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.0 blocks in 32.3 minutes.
Jan 7, 2021
Scores 19 points in loss
Wiggins scored 19 points (8-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT) and dished three assists in Wednesday's loss to the Clippers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was efficient from the field and tied for the team lead with 19 points on a night during which superstar teammate Stephen Curry (ankle) struggled with his shot. However, Wiggins contributed little besides scoring, which tempered his production from a fantasy perspective. On the season, the wingman is posting per-game averages of 17.8 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.4 assists.
Jan 3, 2021
Scores 21 points against Portland
Wiggins finished with 21 points (8-16 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 4-7 FT) seven boards, two assists, and two blocks in 35 minutes of a 137-122 win against Portland on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins continues to quietly put up solid numbers in Golden State, filling in as the second scoring option on the team with Klay Thompson (knee) out and Draymond Green (foot) still limited after returning to action. While capable of piling on the points, Wiggins is an inefficient shooter, but he's managed to make up for it with a large volume of shots thus far this season. He'll face the Kings on Monday.
Jan 2, 2021
Productive against Trail Blazers
Wiggins tallied 15 points (5-12 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-7 FT), four rebounds, two blocks and one assist over 33 minutes in Friday's 123-98 loss to Portland.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was dominant over the past two games and cooled off slightly in Friday's loss, but he was still relatively effective against the Trail Blazers, finishing second on the team in scoring. He only converted on one shot from beyond the arc Friday after draining five long-range shots Tuesday, but he'll get another chance to face Portland on Sunday.
Dec 29, 2020
Eclipses 20 points in win
Wiggins scored 27 points (9-19 FG, 5-8 3PT, 4-4 FT) to go with seven rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one steal across 38 minutes in a 116-106 win over Detroit on Tuesday.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins paced the Warriors in scoring for much of the game as he scored more than 20 points for the first time this young season. The forward found a rhythm in the fourth quarter as he scored 13 points from the field. Wiggins finally got comfortable from deep in the contest as well, more than doubling his season total for three-pointers made.
Dec 27, 2020
Sniffs double-double
Wiggins registered 19 points (6-15 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 5-6 FT), nine rebounds, four assists and a block across 36 minutes in Sunday's win over the Bulls.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has scored in double digits in each of his first three games this season, but he has struggled from the field and Sunday's game wasn't any different. The scoring-first forward is averaging 14.7 points per game but is shooting just 32.6 percent from the field through his first three outings, so it's clear he needs to improve his shooting percentages sooner than later.
Dec 17, 2020
Scores 19 points against Kings
Wiggins chipped in with 19 points (7-15 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, three assists, three blocks and a steal across 31 minutes in Thursday's 113-109 preseason win over the Kings.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was quite accurate from the field and showed a clear improvement from his Dec. 15 effort against the Kings, when he finished with 12 points but made just four of his 12 shots. Klay Thompson (Achilles) will miss the entire season, which means Wiggins will be in line for a bigger role as a secondary offensive option behind Stephen Curry for Golden State.
Dec 16, 2020
Struggles with shot in loss
Wiggins produced 12 points (4-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), four assists, three blocked shots and two steals in Tuesday's 114-113 loss to the Kings.
ANALYSIS
Although Wiggins displayed his reliable defensive skills in the preseason loss, his jump shot proved to be a bit rusty. Wiggins has reason to celebrate as the much-anticipated return of Steph Curry is now matched by a reunion of sorts with former Kansas Jayhawk Kelly Oubre. Although they never played together in Lawrence, they share a friendship and are both ready to give the offense a much-needed shot in the arm.
Mar 6, 2020
Nears double-double
Wiggins went for 21 points (9-20 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 0-1 FT), nine rebounds, two assists and one block in 37 minutes during Thursday's 121-113 loss against the Raptors.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has topped the 20-point mark in three straight games and should remain a reliable scoring threat for the Warriors, although his numbers might decrease a bit with the return of Stephen Curry. The star forward is averaging 20.2 points per game in his first 10 outings with Golden State.
Mar 4, 2020
Dishes out 10 assists
Wiggins registered 22 points (9-16 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 2-4 FT), 10 assists, five rebounds, one steal and one block in 34 minutes during Tuesday's 116-100 win at Denver.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has never been much of a passing threat throughout his career, but this was the second time he registered double-digit assists this season. He has racked up 17 assists in his last three games, and the star forward is averaging 22.0 points and 5.7 dimes per game in that stretch.
Mar 2, 2020
Full line in loss to Wizards
Wiggins scored 27 points (9-19 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 8-11 FT) to go along with six rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks in 35 minutes during Sunday's 124-110 loss against the Wizards.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has always been a reliable scorer and he continues to shine in that role since he was traded to the Warriors in February, as he is averaging 19.9 points per game in 45.2 shooting from the field since debuting for Golden State back in Feb. 8. He should remain one of Golden State's main scoring threat during the final weeks of the regular season.

Cleared to play Saturday
Wiggins (back) is available for Saturday's game against the Suns.
ANALYSIS
As expected, Wiggins will make his return following a one-game absence due to back spasms. Over his past five appearances, he's averaging 18.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.6 blocks in 32.4 minutes.
Feb 28, 2020
Likely to play Saturday vs. Suns
Wiggins (back) is probable for Saturday's game against the Suns.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was a late scratch for Thursday's loss to the Lakers due to back spasms, but he should be able to make a return Saturday. Over his past five appearances, he's averaging 18.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.6 blocks in 32.4 minutes.
Feb 27, 2020
Won't play Thursday
Wiggins won't play in Thursday's contest against the Lakers due to an upper back injury.
ANALYSIS
The Warriors are likely playing it safe their their new forward, as Wiggins was a late scratch Thursday after experiencing apparent back spasms before tipoff. Though not formally announced at the moment, Eric Paschall will presumably start and could likely see increased run with Wiggins sidelined.
Feb 26, 2020
Scores 16 points in defeat
Wiggins chipped in with 16 points (6-14 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT) and one assist in 31 minutes during Tuesday's 112-94 loss against the Kings.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has topped the 15-point mark in five of his first six games with the Warriors and as things stand now, he should be the team's primary go-to guy on offense -- at least until Stephen Curry returns to action. The former Timberwolves star is averaging 19.2 points per game while shooting 48.3 percent from the field since being traded to Golden State.
Feb 24, 2020
No longer on injury report
Wiggins (leg) isn't on the injury report for Tuesday's game against Sacramento.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was previously deemed questionable for Tuesday's matchup due to a leg contusion, though it now appears the issue is no longer a factor. He's averaging 19.8 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists over his last five contests.
Feb 24, 2020
Questionable for Tuesday
Wiggins is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Kings with a leg contusion, Nick Friedell of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins apparently picked up the injury during Sunday's loss to the Pelicans, during which he tallied eight points -- on just 3-of-16 from the field -- 10 rebounds, four assists, two blocks and a steal in 34 minutes. He'll likely test the issue out during Tuesday's pregame activities before a final determination is made regarding his availability.
Feb 21, 2020
Leads team with 22 points
Wiggins posted 22 points (10-17 FG, 2-4 3Pt), three rebounds, two blocked shots and a steal across 29 minutes in Thursday's 135-105 loss to the Rockets.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is going to be the go-to guy in San Fran for the next few weeks, but he will still play a significant role when Steph Curry rejoins the team in early March as expected. With Curry's return imminent, the Warriors were smart to send Russell packing and acquire a playmaker like Wiggins, who is a much better fit to fill the enormous gap left by Kevin Durant's departure and Klay Thompson's ACL injury. The move to Golden State is an improvement for Wiggins owners, as he now has the opportunity to be the marquee guy on a young team that needs a veteran presence.
Feb 13, 2020
Defense on show Wednesday
Wiggins totaled 27 points (9-14 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 6-6 FT), five assists, four rebounds, four blocks and two steals in 34 minutes during Wednesday's 112-106 loss to the Suns.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins blocked a career-high four shots Wednesday, continuing to fill the boxscore for his new team. His supporting numbers have certainly been a nice welcome surprise for those with shares in Wiggins, although given what we have seen throughout his career, they are unlikely to stick. Looking ahead, Wiggins should be able to flirt with top-100 value and there is scope for him to climb into the top-70.
Feb 11, 2020
Poor shooting performance in loss
Wiggins went for 18 points (6-14 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 4-6 FT), four assists and two rebounds in 34 minutes during Monday's 113-101 loss against the Heat.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins should be Golden State's go-to guy on offense moving forward until Stephen Curry (hand) returns to action, something that could happen as soon as the first week of March. The former Timberwolves star has racked up 42 points, seven assists and five steals in his first two games as a Warriors while shooting 53.8 percent from the field and 45.5 percent from three-point range.
Feb 9, 2020
Shines in new team debut
Wiggins finished with 24 points (8-12 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 5-9 FT), five steals, three assists, two rebounds and a block across 31 minutes Saturday in the Warriors' 125-120 defeat against the Lakers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins delivered an excellent two-way performance, scoring eight of his last nine field-goals and swiping a season-best five steals (three on LeBron James). But the new Warrior's debut wasn't entirely perfect, considering his free-throw shooting and turnovers (four) are inadequate compared to his past season averages (71.3 percent and 2.6 turnovers). Regardless, no Karl-Anthony Towns nor other elite scoring options mean Wiggins should see a more significant amount of available scoring opportunities until Stephen Curry (hand) returns from injury.
Feb 8, 2020
Debuting for Warriors vs. Lakers
Wiggins will make his Warriors debut Saturday against the Lakers, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Until Stephen Curry (hand) returns, Wiggins should function as the team's primary scoring option. It may take some time for Wiggins to adjust to a new offense, but there should be no shortage of opportunities for him to handle the ball and fire up shots. We should learn more on how coach Steve Kerr plans to utilize Wiggins going forward during Saturday's contest.
Feb 7, 2020
Could debut Saturday
Wiggins (not injury related) could make his Warriors debut Saturday against the Lakers, Nick Friedell of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins is flying into San Francisco on Friday night and still has to pass his physical. Despite the hurdles, it's still possible he's able to suit up. More information may arrive following Saturday's morning shootaround.
Feb 6, 2020
Dealt to Warriors
Wiggins -- along with a 2021 protected first-round pick and a 2022 second-round pick -- was traded Thursday from the Timberwolves to the Warriors in exchange for D'Angelo Russell, Jacob Evans and Omari Spellman.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins' contract -- he's owed over $93.8 million over the following three seasons -- has been denounced as one of the worst in the league, and the Timberwolves had to attach two draft picks to the deal as a result. For Wiggins, it's possible a change of scenery will help facilitate his development. He showed improved play for portions of this season, averaging an efficient 27.1 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.1 assists in November, but that's slipped recently. He'll presumably enter the starting lineup for Golden State and should occupy a significant role given the limited weapons available for the time being.
Feb 5, 2020
Fills it up in loss
Wiggins dropped 25 points (9-20 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 4-6 FT), seven rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block in 36 minutes during Wednesday's loss to the Hawks.
ANALYSIS
In addition to teammate Robert Covington, who was recently shipped to Houston, Wiggins was another Timberwolves name that surfaced in trade rumors - namely partnered with the Warriors' potential return package for D'Angelo Russell. That trade has reportedly stalled recently. However, a trade to a situation like Golden State's could benefit Wiggins for this season, as their scoring options aren't exactly top-notch outside of Russell. Wiggins hasn't played quite to the level he did in the early parts of the season, but he's still sitting at the best overall fantasy value of his career, although he's fallen outside the top 150 over the past couple of months. A trade would obviously impact his value, but a deal is far from imminent. Conversely, if the Timberwolves were to keep Wiggins while also bringing in another big-time contributor, Wiggins' usage would take a hit. Fantasy owners have to just wait and see what the trade deadline holds less than 12 hours from now.
Feb 4, 2020
Struggles massively in loss
Wiggins registered 10 points (3-11 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 4-6 FT), six rebounds, five assists, one steal and one block in 35 minutes during Monday's 113-109 loss at Sacramento.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was one of the league's elite scoring threats during the first weeks of the season and while he's had some notable scoring outputs from time to time, he has been plagued by inconsistencies over the last few weeks. Since the beginning of January, Wiggins has failed to reach the 20-point threshold nine times -- including each of he last two games -- and the tendencies aren't encouraging. He averaged 24.8 points per game until the end of December, but that figure has been reduced to "only" 18.2 points per game since the beginning of 2020.
Jan 28, 2020
Teases triple-double in loss
Wiggins ended with 36 points (13-21 FG, 7-11 3Pt, 3-6 FT), nine rebounds, eight assists and one block in 43 minutes during Monday's 133-129 loss to the Kings.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins was fantastic Monday, flirting with a triple-double in the narrow loss. The Timberwolves blew a 25-point lead, eventually succumbing in overtime. Wiggins is only the 120th ranked player over the past two weeks, as he looks to regain the form he showed early in the season. He remains a must-roster player, although those with shares in Wiggins should not be expecting performances such as this every night.
Jan 25, 2020
Scores 22 in defeat
Wiggins had 22 points (8-18 FG, 4-11 3Pt, 2-4 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one steal in 34 minutes during Saturday's loss to the Thunder.
ANALYSIS
In the first game of this back-to-back set, Wiggins dropped 28 points on 57.9 percent shooting. This second outing didn't go quite as well, but Wiggins still scored the second-most of any Timberwolves player. He was looking like a draft-day steal through the first couple of months of the season, putting up 25.2 points, 5.1 boards, 3.2 assists, 2.3 triples and 1.2 blocks per game on his way to top 80 value in that span. Unfortunately, the soon-to-be 25-year old experienced a flatline since then, dropping out of the top 200 completely over the last month of play, with only his 17.8 points and 4.5 assists per game holding him from falling even further in that time frame. All fantasy owners can do is hope that his recent drop in production is just a lengthy slump.
Jan 25, 2020
Drops 28 in loss
Wiggins accounted for 28 points (11-19 FG, 3-7 3PT, 3-4 FT), three assists, five rebounds and one steal across 33 minutes in Friday's 131-124 loss to Houston.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has now scored at least 25 in back-to-back games for the first time since missing four games with an illness in late December and early January. The 24-year-old has gone on several streaks of high-scoring games this season, and this could be the beginning of another one with the Kansas product now seemingly back at full-strength.
Jan 23, 2020
Flirts with double-double in loss
Wiggins totaled 25 points (10-19 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 1-6 FT), nine assists, five rebounds and a steal across 35 minutes in Wednesday's 117-110 loss to Chicago.
ANALYSIS
After an off-game following his triple-double against Toronto, Wiggins rebounded with another strong stat line. Wiggins has toiled through a mediocre January and hasn't looked the same since his four-game absence at the end of December. Wiggins will try to keep the resurgence going Friday against the Rockets.
Jan 21, 2020
Scores 15 in loss
Wiggins had 15 points (6-17 FG, 1-7 3PT, 2-2 FT) in Monday's loss to Denver.
ANALYSIS
Two nights after notching his first career triple-double, Wiggins came back down to earth Monday, as he struggled from beyond the arc, hitting just one of his seven attempts. Over his last nine games, Wiggins is shooting just 25.5 percent from downtown on more than five attempts per game.
Jan 18, 2020
Notches triple-double in loss
Wiggins scored 18 points (6-14 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 5-6 FT) in a loss to the Raptors on Saturday, adding 11 assists, 10 rebounds and one steal in 36 minutes.
ANALYSIS
After a surprisingly hot start to the season that saw Wiggins post unexpected per-game numbers of 25.6 points, 5.3 bobards, 3.6 assists, 2.3 triples and 1.0 blocks on his way to mid-round value, the soon-to-be 25-year old's production had dropped off a cliff through the last month of play, falling completely off the standard league radar. This outing was a breath of fresh air for the fantasy hopefuls who have held onto him. Although we shouldn't expect his playing time to increase much more than the 34.6minutes per game he's seeing now, the trade of Jeff Teague could potentially bost Wiggins' value if he sees more ball-handling duties, like the 11-assist triple-double he managed to post in this one. Robert Covington's name has also surfaced in serious trade talks recently, paving a theoretical path to even more responsibility for Wiggins if Covington gets dealt away. If he's not owned, Wiggins is at least worth an add to the watch list as trade deadline season picks up.
Jan 17, 2020
Scores 22, hands out four dimes
Wiggins went for 22 points (9-17 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-3 FT), four assists and two rebounds in 34 minutes during Friday's 116-114 loss to the Pacers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins amassed nearly as many turnovers (three) as assists while barely making a dent in the boards department. He has cooled off considerably after a scorching hot start to the season, though Wiggins is still maintaining career-high per-game averages in rebounding, dimes, threes and blocks through 33 appearances.
Jan 14, 2020
Struggles in loss
Wiggins had 10 points (4-12 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one board, three assists, one block and one steal in 31 minutes in a loss to the Thunder on Monday.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins had an off-night shooting, failing to make a single 3-point shot. It's been a rough stretch lately, as he's just 7-25 from the field and 1-10 from deep in his last two games. He'll look to turn things around Wednesday against Indiana.
Jan 10, 2020
Dishes out eight dimes
Wiggins had 23 points (9-15 FG, 2-4 3PT, 3-6 FT), eight assists and three rebounds in 26 minutes during Thursday's 116-102 win over the Blazers.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has topped the 20-point mark in three of his last six games, and he is taking a bigger responsibility on offense due to the absence of Karl-Anthony Towns due to injury. Wiggins is never going to be a high-volume scorer, but he has been doing enough to remain productive and he is also adding a decent number of assists to his game on a nightly basis. He has four or more dimes in three of his last four contests and is averaging a career-high 3.4 per game this term.
Jan 8, 2020
Scores 15 points
Wiggins had 15 points (6-13 FG, 3-8 3PT), four rebounds, two assists and one block in 33 minutes during Tuesday's 119-112 loss at Memphis.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins has posted back-to-back 15-point performances after a four-game absence, but he has shot just 37.5 percent from the field in those two contests. He should remain one of Minnesota's main scoring assets moving forward especially if Karl-Anthony Towns remains sidelined due to injury.
Dec 28, 2019
Questionable with illness
Wiggins has been added to the injury report as questionable ahead of Saturday's game against the Cavaliers due to an illness, Kyle Ratke of the Timberwolves' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Wiggins' final status will likely depend on how he is feeling closer to tip-off. Jarrett Culver and Jeff Teague would presumably be the prime beneficiaries in terms of minutes and usage should he ultimately be unable to give it a go.
