Giddey has lacked consistency when it comes to his scoring numbers, but he'll be valuable in fantasy as long as he can continue putting up stats across several categories. He's averaging 12.5 points, 6.9 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 0.7 steals per game over his last 10 contests.

Giddey notched 12 points (4-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), eight rebounds, four assists and one steal over 27 minutes during Saturday's 112-100 victory over Orlando.

Giddey couldn't replicate the triple-double he accomplished against the Trail Blazers on Thursday, but he delivered another impressive outing on both ends of the court in this one. Even though his scoring figures have been inconsistent, it's worth noting that Giddey has reached the 10-point plateau in six of his last nine outings. Over that nine-game stretch, he's averaging 13.3 points, 7.1 rebounds and 5.7 assists per contest.

Giddey amassed 13 points (5-5 FG, 3-3 FT), 10 rebounds, 12 assists and three blocks across 22 minutes during Thursday's 139-77 victory over Portland.

Giddey had one of the most efficient performances the NBA has seen in recent memory, as he didn't miss a single shot from the field, posted a triple-double and also recorded three blocks in just 22 minutes. The Trail Blazers' passive approach on defense certainly played a part in Giddey's inflated stat line, but this is the perfect example of the versatile contributions the Australian guard can deliver on a regular basis. He's averaging 12.5 points, 6.4 rebounds and 5.6 assists per game over his last 10 appearances.

Giddey posted 23 points (8-14 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), eight rebounds and six assists in 27 minutes during Tuesday's 127-123 victory over the Celtics.

Giddey delivered his best scoring mark of the season when the Thunder needed him the most, but he also contributed in other categories and posted solid figures in the rebounds and assists categories. Giddey has always been a player known for his ability to fill the stat sheet, and that ability was on full display Tuesday. He's averaging 13.3 points, 6.5 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game over his last 10 appearances, meaning he's not likely to continue hovering around the 20-point mark for an extended stretch.

Despite the quality outing, Giddey's fantasy value continues to trend downward. He hasn't played 30-plus minutes since Nov. 3, averaging 11.0 points, 5.9 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.1 steals in 24.8 minutes over his last 18 appearances.

Giddey offered very little outside of his six assists, another in a string of disappointing games. He has not played more than 30 minutes in almost a month, often riding the bench to close games. He is well outside the top 200 in nine-category leagues, making him someone to consider dropping. While he should able to pick things up at some point, it does appear as though the Thunder might be comfortable using him sparingly when the game is on the line.

One of the most versatile players in the league and someone who can fill the stat sheet with ease every time he steps on the court, Giddey is averaging 11.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.0 steals per game across his last 10 contests.

The NBA announced Friday that it's looking into allegations that Giddey had an improper relationship with an underage girl, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

The allegations were made on social media earlier in the week, but Giddey and coach Mark Daigneault declined to comment on the situation following Friday's practice. "I understand the question obviously, but there's no further comment right now," Giddey said. "Personal matter, and I have no comment on it," Daigneault said. "And that'll be my comment on anything related."

Giddey had six points (3-6 FG), four rebounds, five assists and one steal in 23 minutes during Sunday's 134-91 victory over the Trail Blazers.

Giddey had scored in double figures in five consecutive games leading up to Sunday's matchup, but he didn't play as much of a role on the scoreboard during the blowout victory. However, he remained relatively consistent in rebounds and assists. Over 10 appearances in November, he's averaged 12.6 points, 5.8 rebounds and 4.8 assists in 26.9 minutes per game.

The third-year guard ended a shooting slump from three-point range that had seen Giddey go 0-for-9 over his prior six games. His production is down to begin the season as the Thunder's starting five adjusts to the addition of Chet Holmgren, but Giddey's usage rate has actually ticked up to a career-high 25.6 percent, suggesting his numbers will improve if his efficiency can return to its usual level -- his .486 true shooting percentage is far below the .533 mark he posted in 2022-23.

Giddey notched 10 points (5-12 FG, 0-1 3Pt), six rebounds, 10 assists, two blocks and two steals across 32 minutes during Sunday's 111-99 victory over the Suns.

Giddey dished out a season-high 10 assists and recorded his first double-double of the campaign. The versatile guard's numbers are down across the board, but he's still a key contributor for an upstart Thunder squad. When he's played at least 28 minutes this season, Giddey has averaged 16.0 points, 6.6 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 1.6 steals-plus-blocks per game.

Giddey produced 13 points (6-10 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five assists and four rebounds across 26 minutes during Friday's 105-98 loss to the Kings.

Although Giddey improved on his sour eight-point efforts against Atlanta and Cleveland, his scoring downturn adversely affects the Thunder's ability to close out games. Although he relied on secondary numbers to help take care of the Hawks and Cavaliers, the team will continue to falter if they can't find adequate support for Shai-Gilgeous Alexander, who is taking on too much responsibility.

Giddey ended Monday's 126-117 victory over the Hawks with eight points (4-13 FG), seven rebounds and four assists in 27 minutes.

Giddey failed to score in double figures for the third time this season. He is off to a slow start compared to last year but remains a focal point of a Thunder squad that's vying for playoff contention. Through seven games, Giddey is averaging 12.7 points, 6.0 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 0.4 steals in 28.6 minutes per game, which are all slightly lower marks than his 2022-23 numbers.

Giddey finished Monday's 124-112 victory over the Pistons with 21 points (9-18 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-5 FT), seven rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal over 28 minutes.

One of the best rebounding guards in the league and a player who can fill the stat sheet on any given night, Giddey was impressive in this one and delivered solid numbers across the board. The lack of consistency as a scorer hurts his upside a bit, however, as Giddey has either notched 16 or more points, or nine or less, in his four games thus far.

Giddey accumulated nine points (4-13 FG, 1-2 3Pt), two rebounds, three assists and one steal across 22 minutes during Sunday's 128-95 loss to Denver.

Giddey posted 16 points during Wednesday's regular-season opener against Chicago, but he's been held to single-digit scoring totals in his last two appearances while shooting just 23.8 percent from the floor during that time. The 21-year-old also saw decreased playing time Sunday since the Thunder were being blown out. Despite his discouraging performances in back-to-back matchups, Giddey will likely have better days ahead after averaging 16.6 points, 7.9 rebounds and 6.2 assists in 31.2 minutes per game last year.

The Thunder exercised Giddey's third-year contract option Saturday, Joe Mussatto of The Oklahoman reports.

Giddey is now locked up for the next two years and is set to earn $8.3 million during the 2024-25 season. The guard took a noticeable step forward in terms of scoring during the 2022-23 campaign, averaging 16.6 points, 7.9 rebounds, 6.2 assists and 0.8 steals over 76 games.

However, he was unable to come close to duplicating that performance Friday, shooting a miserable 2-for-13 from the field and making less of an impact on the boards and as a distributor as well. Despite the sour conclusion to his season, Giddey showed promising growth in his second NBA campaign, upping his field-goal rate over six notches to a solid 48.2 percent. He nearly broke into the top 100 in nine-category fantasy leagues due to his ability to contribute across three categories, averaging 16.6 points, 7.9 boards and 6.2 dimes per contest during the regular season.

Giddey finished with 31 points (11-22 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 6-7 FT), nine rebounds, 10 assists and one block over 42 minutes during Wednesday's 123-118 play-in game victory over the Pelicans.

Giddey was brilliant in the win, matching his best performance of the season with 31 points, coming one rebound shy of a triple-double. The Aussie had a consistent and productive second season with the Thunder, notching a perfect attendance record after missing the first six games of the season. In 76 appearances, Giddey averaged career numbers in points (16.6) and rebounds (7.9) and shot 48.2 percent from the floor.

Giddey (rest) isn't listed on the Thunder's injury report ahead of Wednesday's game against the Pelicans.

Giddey took a seat for Sunday's regular-season finale due to rest purposes, but as expected, he'll be back in the mix for the Thunder's Play-In Tournament matchup versus New Orleans. Giddey came up just one rebound and two assists shy of a triple-double Sunday night. His nine boards and eight dimes each led the team. The second-year guard is averaging 16.6 points, 7.9 rebounds and 6.2 assists in 74 appearances this season.

Giddey registered 21 points (9-19 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-4 FT), seven rebounds and four assists in 33 minutes during Friday's 121-117 loss to the Pacers.

Giddey has taken on an expanded scoring role lately, averaging 22.8 points on 19.2 shots across the past five matchups compared to 16.1 points on 14.4 shots in his 68 prior appearances. That's partially due to two absences from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, but Giddey has been extra aggressive even when SGA has been available. Giddey is also posting 10.0 rebounds and 6.6 assists per game during this run.

Giddey ended with 31 points (14-22 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-4 FT), 10 rebounds, nine assists and one block over 34 minutes during Tuesday's 137-134 loss to the Hornets.

With Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (ankle) out, Giddey saw increased playmaking opportunities and took advantage with one of his best overall performances of the campaign. The second-year wing connected on a season-high 14 field-goal attempts en route to a career-high 31 points and dished out a team-high nine assists. He also led the team in rebounds, falling one short of his fourth triple-double this season. Across 15 March appearances, Giddey has averaged 18.3 points, 8.9 rebounds and 7.5 assists, so even though his usage will take a bit of a hit when Gilgeous-Alexander returns, Giddey has still been playing superb ball of late and is a must-start in all formats.

Giddey produced 17 points (7-12 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 0-1 FT), 11 rebounds, six assists, two blocks and one steal over 35 minutes during Sunday's 118-112 victory over Portland.

Giddey was efficient on the offensive end and contributed in a big way on the boards yet again. He's racked up 28 total rebounds in his last two contests, securing back-to-back double-doubles. Giddey has also tallied at least one steal and one block in his last two appearances.

Giddey contributed 27 points (12-24 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 1-1 FT), 17 rebounds, seven assists, one block and one steal in 39 minutes during Friday's 116-111 loss to the Lakers.

Giddey looked like the best player on the court for OKC on Friday, tying for the team lead in scoring and pacing the club with 17 boards. Both his point and rebound total fell one shy of a career-high mark, and he added seven assists to round out a superb fantasy line. Giddey logged his 26th double-double of the campaign.

Giddey closed Thursday's 127-105 loss to the Clippers with 18 points (8-15 FG, 2-5 3Pt), three rebounds and four assists over 26 minutes.

Giddey opened the contest with a flurry, scoring seven points and dishing two assists within the first six minutes. He didn't notch another point or dime for the remainder of the half, however, as he surprisingly logged just 11 total minutes. Giddey then bounced back enough after halftime to finish with 18 points, though his rebound and assist totals were below his season averages. On a positive note, Giddey drained two triples on five attempts in the contest, marking the first time he has made multiple three-pointers since March 5.

Giddey provided 15 points (7-19 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 0-1 FT), 13 rebounds, 10 assists and two steals over 37 minutes during Tuesday's 121-107 victory over Brooklyn.

Giddey struggled to find his shooting touch in this one, as he knocked down only 36.8 percent of his tries from the field. However, his shot volume continues to be there, now averaging 15.0 field-goal attempts in March (eight games). Giddey has also tallied two triple-doubles this month and continues to show that he can contribute in almost any category on a nightly basis outside of blocks.

Giddey supplied 15 points (6-16 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 11 rebounds, five assists and one steal across 32 minutes in Sunday's 102-90 win over the Spurs.

Though backcourt mate Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (abdomen) sat out for the second time in three games, Giddey didn't see the spike in assists that fantasy managers might have expected, as Jalen Williams (seven dimes) instead paced the Thunder in the category. Giddey still came away with his 24th double-double of the season thanks to his production on the glass, an area where he's stood out throughout his first two seasons in the league. The 20-year-old is averaging exactly 7.8 boards per game for the second year in a row and ranks behind only Luka Doncic (8.6) and Josh Hart (7.9) among all players in the league listed as guards.

Giddey finished Saturday's 110-96 victory over the Pelicans with 19 points (8-12 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-4 FT), seven rebounds and four assists in 33 minutes.

Giddey had another solid all-around showing in a strong double-digit win for the Thunder. He has settled as Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's ideal partner in the backcourt and tends to stuff the stat sheet almost on a regular basis. He's averaging 16.1 points, 7.7 rebounds and 7.7 assists per game over his last 10 contests.

Giddey totaled 10 points (3-12 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 3-3 FT), seven rebounds, five assists and two steals across 23 minutes during Wednesday's 132-101 loss to the Suns.

It was a down night overall for Giddey as the shooting guard went 0-of-7 from the field in the first half before adding 10 points on 3-of-5 shooting over the final two quarters. Despite his offensive struggles, Giddey still managed to lead the Thunder with five assists on the night while also tying Ousmane Dieng and Jeremiah Robinson-Earl for the team lead in rebounds with seven - though just two of those came in the second half. He's now grabbed at least seven rebounds in three straight games and is averaging 11 assists per game in March.

Giddey supplied 17 points (6-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 11 rebounds and 17 assists over 38 minutes during Tuesday's 137-128 victory over Golden State.

Giddey scored only three points in the first half but that's because he was too busy dishing out assists, racking up 10 over the first two quarters. The shooting guard was solid all around after the break, going 5-of-8 from the field for 14 points while adding six boards and another seven dimes. He finished the contest with a game and season-high 17 assists and also notched his third triple-double of his 2022-23 campaign. Giddey has now dished out 10 or more assists in three of four games to begin this month.

Giddey finished Sunday's 129-119 victory over the Jazz with 24 points (10-16 FG, 4-6 3Pt), nine rebounds, nine assists and two steals in 32 minutes.

The return of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was expected to affect Giddey's numbers, but that wasn't the case Sunday, and the versatile guard ended just one rebound and one assist away from recording a triple-double. Giddey has been on a tear in recent weeks and is averaging 16.9 points, 6.9 rebounds, 7.1 assists and 0.9 steals per game since the start of February.

Giddey closed with 18 points (8-17 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, 13 assists, one block and one steal across 32 minutes during Friday's 130-103 victory over Utah.

Giddey started at point guard with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (abdomen, COVID-19) sidelined and thrived as a distributor once again, as he's recorded double-digit assists in back-to-back contests. Giddey is one of the most versatile guards in the league and his stat-filling ability makes him a valuable fantasy asset. He's averaging 16.3 points, 6.7 rebounds and 7.0 assists per game since the start of February.

Giddey amassed 22 points (10-17 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-3 FT), nine rebounds and 11 assists over 34 minutes during Wednesday's 123-117 loss to the Lakers.

Giddey attempted to pick up the slack for OKC with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (ankle/abdomen/health and safety protocols) missing his fourth straight contest, and the former fared well with his highest scoring effort since mid-January. Giddey also led the team with 11 assists and finished second with nine boards, falling just short of what would have been his third triple-double of the season. It was a strong bounce-back effort for the 20-year-old after he posted a tepid 8/6/5 line over 19 minutes the previous night versus Sacramento.

Giddey had seven points (3-14 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds and five assists across 24 minutes during Friday's 124-115 loss to the Suns.

Giddey had a woeful shooting performance and tied his lowest scoring output of the season despite attempting 14 shots, although his fantasy performance still had a silver lining with his contributions in the rebounds and assists categories. Giddey is known for being a player that can contribute on both ends of the court, but that won't matter much if he struggles to score on a regular basis.

Giddey supplied 18 points (8-23 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 11 rebounds, three assists and two steals across 38 minutes during Thursday's 120-119 overtime loss to the Jazz.

Giddey isn't yet a reliable perimeter shooter, but he's nonetheless made dramatic strides on the offensive end in his second season, raising his true shooting percentage nearly six points from his rookie year. The uptick in offensive efficiency hasn't come with any downturn in his contributions in the assists and rebounds categories, where he continues to put up strong numbers with regularity.

Giddey registered 14 points (6-11 FG, 2-2 3Pt), 12 rebounds, nine assists, two steals and one block over 25 minutes in an exhibition 112-101 win against the Nuggets on Monday.

Giddey was outstanding in OKC's preseason opener, finishing third on the team with 14 points and leading all players with 12 boards and nine dimes. The performance was a reminder of the all-around skill set Giddey displayed as a rookie last season, when he tallied four triple-doubles and averaged 12.5 points, 7.8 rebounds and 6.4 assists across 54 contests. Giddey told news.com.au "The body's feeling good, ready to go" following a hip injury that caused the second-year guard to miss the last month and a half of the 2021-22 season.

This is another positive development in Giddey's recovery process, after participating in five games of Summer League with a stat line of 12.8 points, 8.8 assists and 6.2 rebounds. The 19-year-old is expected enter the season at full health and should maintain his status as the Thunder's second offensive option behind Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, considering Chet Holmgren (foot) has been ruled out for the entirety of the season. With 54 games under his belt, look for Giddey to build upon an impressive rookie season and establish himself as a critical piece of a rebuilding Oklahoma City roster.

Giddey (not injury related) won't play in Oklahoma City's remaining Summer League games, Joe Mussatto of The Oklahoman reports.

Giddey suffered a hip injury in February that caused him to miss the remainder of the 2021-22 season, but he was able to return to the court for Summer League where he's performed well in the five games he's appeared in. The 19-year-old averaged 12.8 points, 8.8 assists and 6.2 rebounds per contest this summer prior to being shut down, and he even recorded a triple-double against the Grizzlies on July 6. There's plenty to be optimistic about as the young guard enters his second year in the league.

Given the Thunder's status as a tanking team, there won't be any rush to get Giddey back on the floor, but he's a major part of the franchise's future, so they shouldn't have too much motivation to hold him out.

Coach Mark Daigneault won't have an update on Giddey's (hip) injury for a "couple of weeks," Rylan Stiles of BricktownBuckets.com reports.

Given that many fantasy seasons in late March, this could effectively spell the end of Giddey's debut fantasy campaign. He's been out since Feb. 25, and the Thunder have no reason to rush the rookie back. In his continued absence, more minutes should remain available for Tre Mann, Aaron Wiggins (ankle) and other backcourt options. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has also been on a tear in Giddey's absence.

Giddey (hip), who was ruled out ahead of Monday's game against the Kings, appears likely to miss additional time, Joe Mussatto of The Oklahoman reports. "It could be a minute," head coach Mark Daigneault said, regarding the length of Giddey's absence. "[Giddey] is not day-to-day."

With that, fantasy managers should conservatively plan for Giddey to miss Wednesday's game in Denver, though Daigneault's comments suggest the star rookie is in danger of missing Oklahoma City's entire four-game week. Tre Mann drew a second consecutive start out of the backcourt Monday with Giddey sidelined.

Giddey was a late addition to Friday's injury report, and as is usually the case with late additions, he was sidelined for the second half of the Thunders' back-to-back. Based on Daigneault's comments, the rookie may be looking at an extended absence, but until there's further clarification, fantasy managers should continue to monitor Giddey on a game-by-game basis. In his absence, Aaron Wiggins and Tre Mann should once again see increased run.

Giddey has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Pacers due to right hip soreness.

Giddey record two points (1-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 0-2 FT), nine rebounds and six assists during Friday's 50-49 loss to Team Isiah during the Rising Stars competition at All-Star Weekend.

Giddey played his typical game during the All-Star festivities, as he finished with team highs in rebounds (nine) and assists (seven). The rookie only took two shots during the contest and finished with just two points, but his two missed free throws certainly loom large as Team Worthy eventually lost by a single point in the Rising Stars new format.

Giddey supplied 17 points (8-18 FG, 1-4 3Pt), 10 rebounds, 10 assists and one steal across 33 minutes during Wednesday's 114-106 loss to the Spurs.

Giddey might have needed 18 shots to score 17 points, but those efficiency issues do not matter much if the rookie continues to deliver these stat lines almost on a daily basis. Firmly entrenched as a core piece of the franchise's future, Giddey has been nothing short of excellent in recent weeks. He's averaging 16.4 points, 8.7 rebounds and 7.9 assists per game while putting up a triple-double in each of his last three contests.

Giddey closed Monday's 127-123 overtime win over the Knicks with 28 points (11-22 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 3-6 FT), 11 rebounds, 12 assists and one steal across 39 minutes.

Giddey has emerged as one of the most versatile rookies in recent memory and recorded a triple-double for the second game in a row. In fact, the promising guard has already recorded five triple-doubles on the season. He will try to extend this sizzling stretch of play when the Thunder take on the Spurs on Wednesday.

Giddey scored 11 points (4-10 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT) while adding 12 rebounds and 10 assists in 33 minutes during Saturday's 106-101 loss to the Bulls.

It was another impressive performance for the rookie, who delivered his second triple-double of the season and his fourth time recording both double-digit boards and dimes. The Thunder are keeping a careful eye on Giddey's workload, but over his last 10 games he's still averaging 14.1 points, 8.7 rebounds and 6.4 assists.

Giddey will be held to approximately 30 minutes going forward, Joe Mussatto of The Oklahoman reports. He finished Monday's game againt the Warriors with 16 points (6-16 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 11 rebounds, seven assists and one steal across 30 minutes.

Giddey saw fewer minutes than Tre Mann (35), Luguentz Dort (38) and Darius Bazley (37) in the loss, and this should continue to be the case at least for the next few games. It sounds as though the Thunder want to keep Giddey from burning out this early in the season, and it's certainly not out of the question for the coaching staff to lift this restriction later on. Ty Jerome and Mann should benefit from a minutes perspective in the meantime.

Giddey supplied 24 points (10-19 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-5 FT), four rebounds and eight assists in 38 minutes during Saturday's 113-103 loss to Sacramento.

Giddey led Oklahoma City in scoring in the contest, posting a career-best point total in the process. The rookie also led the team in assists. Giddey has emerged as an exciting multi-category asset in fantasy, as he is averaging 12.0 points, 7.5 boards, 6.1 dimes and 1.0 seals across 47 games this season.

Giddey totaled 16 points (7-15 FG, 2-6 3Pt), seven rebounds, three assists and one steal in 36 minutes during Friday's 96-93 victory over the Trail Blazers.

Giddey helped propel the Thunder to a third straight victory and scored in double figures for the fourth straight game. With Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (ankle) sidelined, Giddey has emerged as OKC's primary initiator, and he holds averages of 14.8 points, 9.0 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 1.0 steals over the last four contests. He does have 16 turnovers during that span, however.

Giddey supplied 14 points (5-12 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 12 rebounds, four assists and one block over 33 minutes during Monday's 98-81 win over the Trail Blazers.

Giddey was the only player to collect double-digit boards in the contest, and he finished with his second straight double-double. The 19-year-old has posted 11 double-doubles on the campaign, tops among all rookies. Giddey finishes January with per-game averages of 13.3 points, 8.6 boards, 6.1 assists, 1.4 three-pointers and 1.0 steals on the month, and he should have even greater opportunity to thrive at the start of February with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (ankle) expected to be out through the All-Star break.

Giddey finished with eight points (3-12 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, three assists and two steals over 34 minutes before fouling out of Saturday's 94-87 loss to Cleveland.

Giddey put in 34 minutes of work but ended up with his worst scoring total of the month in the defeat. He shot an abysmal 25 percent from the floor and was 1-of-6 from three-point range. The Thunder depend on Giddey, as their second-best scoring option behind Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, and while this blip on the radar is worthy of some concern, Giddey's line is an outlier among his other performances this season.

Giddey provided nine points (4-16 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 11 rebounds and eight assists in 33 minutes during Wednesday's 118-96 loss to the Spurs.

Despite a poor shooting performance, Giddey picked up the slack in rebounds and assists and narrowly missed a triple-double. It would have been his second one this season already, as Giddey accomplished the feat against the Mavericks on Jan. 2. The Australian's nine points Wednesday snapped a streak of eight straight games in double figures offensively.

Giddey recorded 11 points (5-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt), 10 rebounds, three assists and one block across 30 minutes during Saturday's 107-102 loss to the Cavaliers.

Giddey has been one of the most productive, versatile rookies this season and has been thriving due to his ability to fill the stat sheet on a regular basis. The rookie has scored in double digits in each of his last seven contests -- his longest streak of the season -- and has four double-doubles in that span.

Giddey contributed 19 points (8-17 FG, 3-11 3Pt), three rebounds, seven assists and one steal across 31 minutes during Thursday's 130-109 win over the Nets.

Giddey's rebound total was his lowest in 16 games, but he made up for the quiet night on the boards by matching his season-high scoring mark. The rookie also dished seven dimes, trailing only Shai Gilgeous-Alexander for the team lead in that category. Giddey continues to impress as an all-around contributor for fantasy managers -- he is posting per-game averages of 11.5 points, 7.3 boards, 6.4 assists, 1.1 three-pointers and 1.1 steals on the campaign.

Giddey notched 18 points (8-15 FG, 2-6 3Pt), six rebounds, eight assists and two steals over 36 minutes during Tuesday's 122-118 loss to the Wizards.

Giddey continues to regularly flirt with triple-doubles, though he has just one on the year. Tuesday's effort was his fifth straight game with at least 10 points, five rebounds and five assists. Plus, it was his best scoring effort since Dec. 20, when he had a career-high 19 points.

Giddey ended with 10 points (3-6 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, five assists and one steal in 30 minutes during Friday's 135-105 loss to the Timberwolves.

After averaging 15.5 points, 14.0 rebounds and 10.0 assists over his last two games, Giddey's performance Friday left fantasy managers wanting more. The rookie first-round pick is averaging 11.1 points, 7.5 rebounds, 6.3 assists and 1.0 steals in 30.4 minutes and has certainly proved to be worthy of more than just streaming consideration.

Giddey provided 14 points (6-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt), 15 rebounds, six assists and one steal across 35 minutes during Wednesday's 98-90 loss to the Timberwolves.

Giddey was coming off a triple-double Sunday against the Mavericks, and he ended just four assists away from repeating that feat for the second game in a row. The rookie out of Australia has been one of the best players for the Thunder this season and is slowly becoming fantasy-relevant due to his ability to fill the stat sheet on a regular basis. Through his last 10 games, Giddey is averaging 12.4 points, 9.5 rebounds, 7.4 assists and 1.2 steals per contest.

Giddey supplied 17 points (7-16 FG, 3-5 3Pt), 13 rebounds, 14 assists and four steals in 36 minutes during Sunday's 95-86 loss to the Mavericks.

Giddey had an excellent performance across the board, as he recorded his first triple-double of the season while making his presence felt on both ends of the court. He now has two double-doubles and one triple-double since the beginning of December and should experience an uptick on his upside with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander sidelined due to the league's health and safety protocols.

Giddey (COVID-19 protocols) has exited protocols and is off the injury report for Sunday against the Mavericks, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Giddey last played Dec. 26, so this was a relatively short stint in protocols for the rookie. He could take on increased usage once available since Shai Gilgeous-Alexander entered protocols Friday. In December, Giddey averaged 11.8 points, 7.1 rebounds and 6.7 assists in 31.5 minutes.

Giddey was placed in the league's health and safety protocols Tuesday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

The rookie is the latest player to enter protocols, joining teammates Tre Mann, Jeremiah Robinson-Earl, Aleksej Pokusevski and Darius Bazley. Given the NBA's updated quarantine policy, Giddey could miss as few as six days, so the hope is that he can return to the team early next week.

Giddey closed with 17 points (7-17 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-3 FT), six rebounds, two assists and one steal across 31 minutes during Thursday's 113-101 loss to the Suns.

The rookie put up another solid line in the loss after dishing out a career-high 11 assists two games ago in Memphis. The Kentucky product is the Thunder's second scoring option behind Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, and although fellow freshman Cade Cunningham continues to steal most of the headlines, Giddey is a strong candidate for Rookie of the Year through the first 30 games of the season.

Giddey provided 19 points (7-16 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 2-6 FT), five rebounds, 11 assists and one steal across 30 minutes during Monday's 102-99 victory over the Grizzlies.

Giddey turned in another intriguing performance Monday, notching a double-double, including a career-high 11 assists. Despite the fact the scoring is not always up to scratch, he certainly knows how to contribute in multiple categories. He isn't one of the bigger names when it comes to rookies but given his consistent role and subsequent production, he has to at least be in the conversation for Rookie of the Year.

Giddey finished with eight points (4-14 FG, 0-1 3Pt), 18 rebounds and 10 assists across 32 minutes Saturday in the Thunder's 104-103 win over the Clippers.

The rebound total was a new career high for the rookie, who previously snared 12 boards on two occasions earlier in the season. Though poor shooting from the field prevented him from securing a triple-double, Giddey's multi-category production more so than his scoring output is what has made him a valuable commodity for fantasy managers. Through his first 26 NBA games, Giddey is averaging 7.2 rebounds, 6.0 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.6 blocks.

Giddey supplied 17 points (8-18 FG, 1-5 3Pt), nine rebounds, seven assists and one steal over 37 minutes during Wednesday's 113-110 loss to the Pelicans.

While the Thunder lost on a last-second heave by Devonte' Graham, it was another strong performance for the No. 6 overall pick, who's scored in double figures in 10 of his last 12 games. His field goal percentage remains the biggest drag on his fantasy value, but Giddey is offering consistent production as a scorer, passer, rebounder and defender (1.6 combined steals/blocks per game) while approaching 1.0 made three-pointer per game.

Giddey racked up 12 points (5-12 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, seven assists and one steal across 32 minutes during Friday's 116-95 loss to the Lakers.

The Thunder might have lost against the Lakers, but Giddey had a strong performance and was able to leave his mark on both ends of the court. His three-point shooting was off, but that shouldn't be a surprise since he's making just 25.9 percent of his treys to date. Either way, the rookie out of Australia certainly impressed once again. He's now scored at least 12 points in each of his last three contests.

Giddey will start Monday's game against the Pistons, Andrew Schlecht of The Athletic reports.

As expected, the rookie will be back in the mix after missing a pair of games with a non-COVID illness. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (concussion) will also return for OKC, so both Tre Mann and Ty Jerome, who started Thursday's record-setting loss at Memphis, will head back to the bench.

Giddey (illness) is available against the Pistons on Monday.

The Thunder released their injury report, and Giddey was not on it. His omission indicates he will return after sitting out two games because of a non-COVID illness. Giddey averaged 10.2 points, 7.7 rebounds and 5.9 assists across 14 matchups during November.

Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault confirmed that Giddey (illness) practiced for the second straight day Sunday and is no longer positive for the flu, but the rookie is still experiencing some symptoms, Nick Crain of SI.com reports.

Giddey and center Derrick Favors have missed multiple games due to their illnesses, but both look on track to return to the lineup at some point during the upcoming week. Whether that happens in Monday's game against the Pistons or at some point later in the week will likely be determined based on where Giddey stands from a conditioning standpoint following the Thunder's shootaround early Monday. Meanwhile, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander took part in non-contact work Sunday but still hasn't cleared the concussion protocol, so Giddey could be needed to handle more playmaking duties for the Thunder if he suits up Monday and if Gilgeous-Alexander misses a second straight contest.

Giddey (illness) practiced Saturday, Steve McGehee of News 9 Oklahoma City reports.

The rookie has missed the past two games due to an illness, which included the Thunder's history-making 152-79 loss to the Grizzlies. Giddey had been on a nice seven-game stretch where he was averaging 12.9 points, 8.1 rebounds and 5.1 assists in 30.6 minutes. He should tentatively be considered questionable for Monday's action against the Pistons.

Giddey (illness) will not play Wednesday against Houston.

The good news is Giddey did not test positive for COVID-19, but he could still miss a game or two as the Thunder head into a Wednesday/Thursday back-to-back set. The rookie is coming off of a rough shooting night Monday against the Rockets, when he posted just two points on 1-of-9 shooting (0-5 3Pt) to go with seven assists, five boards, one steal and two blocks.

Giddey posted two points (1-9 FG, 0-5 3Pt), five rebounds, seven assists, two blocks and one steal in 25 minutes during Monday's 102-89 loss to the Rockets.

Giddey finished with a horrific night offensively, as the guard managed just one field-goal attempt across nine tries and missed all of his takes from three. However, Giddey picked up the slack and contributed well in rebounds and assists. It was his fourth straight matchup with at least five rebounds and four assists. Currently, Giddey leads the Thunder in rebounds and assists.

Giddey chipped in 15 points (6-13 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), seven rebounds, eight assists, two blocks and one steal in 31 minutes during Monday's 113-101 loss to Atlanta.

Giddey tied a team-high during the Thunder loss, as the forward reached the 14-point mark for a fourth straight game. The rookie also nearly finished with his first career triple-double, ultimately needing just three more rebounds and two more assists. Giddey has currently posted three double-doubles this season.

Giddey logged 14 points (6-12 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-4 FT), 12 rebounds and four assists in 32 minutes during Friday's 96-89 loss to Milwaukee.

Giddey has two double-doubles this season and both have come in back-to-back contests. The first-round pick has quickly settled himself as a starter for the Thunder and while he's still raw around the edges, he's found ways to produce. Through 15 games, the Australian big man is averaging 9.7 points and 7.3 rebounds across 29.5 minutes per game.

Giddey provided 14 points (7-14 FG, 0-2 3Pt), 11 rebounds, two assists and one block across 34 minutes during Wednesday's 101-89 victory over the Rockets.

Giddey finally found some rhythm on the offensive end of the floor, scoring in double-digits for just the second time this month. His peripheral production keeps his fantasy value afloat even when his shot isn't dropping, and so nights like this are an added bonus. The young rookie should absolutely be rostered in all 12-team leagues, and knowing what we know about the Thunder's trajectory, his value could continue to increase as the season progresses.

Giddey closed with seven points (3-10 FG, 1-3 3Pt), 12 rebounds, nine assists and one steal in 31 minutes during Wednesday's 108-100 victory over the Pelicans.

It was another well-rounded performance for the young Aussie, falling just short of a triple-double. Despite his inconsistent offensive production, Giddey has been a reliable source of just about everything else. The Thunder are heavily invested at this point and so he is going to be out on the court as much as humanly possible. If this is his fantasy floor, his ceiling could be a lot of fun.

Giddey finished Monday's loss to the Clippers with 15 points (6-15 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven assists, five rebounds, two steals and two blocked shots over 35 minutes.

The rookie made his mark across the stat sheet in the loss, leading OKC with seven dimes and tying for second on the team in scoring while posting helpful defensive stats. Giddey has played over 30 minutes in three of his past five contests and appears to be taking on a playmaking role in the Thunder's offense, as he is averaging 6.8 assists over that span. Giddey's additional contributions of 13.8 points, 5.6 boards and 1.8 steals over the five-game stretch have helped him gain traction as a fantasy asset, and he should be given plenty of opportunity to continue to develop for the rebuilding Thunder as the campaign unfolds.

Giddey mustered 18 points (7-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 10 assists, two rebounds and a steal across 32 minutes in Wednesday's win over the Lakers.

This was Giddey's first double-double in The Association, and the first-round pick in this year's draft has delivered some solid performances of late while starting in each of the Thunder's first five games. He has scored at least 18 points in two of his last three appearances while also posting strong rebounding numbers and decent passing figures. He is averaging 10.8 points, 6.2 rebounds and 5.6 assists per tilt thus far.

Giddey accumulated seven points (3-10 FG, 1-3 3Pt), nine rebounds, four assists, a steal and a block in 27 minutes on Tuesday, as the Thunder fell to the Warriors 106-98.

The 6' 8" Giddey is consistently making an impact on the glass, recording at least eight rebounds in three of four games. There will be growing pains for the 19-year-old, but the Thunder are seemingly willing to let him learn on the fly. Giddey and the Thunder return to the court Wednesday against the Lakers.

Giddey finished Sunday's loss to the 76ers with 19 points (8-13 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-3 FT), eight rebounds, seven assists and four steals.

After two lackluster showings to begin his NBA career, Giddey had easily his best game yet, putting up a well-rounded stat line in 34 minutes of action. Like most rookies, Giddey's production will be difficult to predict night-to-night, but the good news for fantasy managers is that the No. 6 pick in 2021 has already locked down a starting spot on a team willing to give its young players an extra-long leash.

Giddey managed just six points (2-6 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four assists, two rebounds, one steal and one block in 20 minutes during Friday's 124-91 loss to Houston.

Giddey is going to have to get used to losing it appears, after the Thunder were comprehensively beaten once again. It has been a rough start to his NBA career and for those who drafted the young Aussie, patience is almost certainly going to be required. His peripheral production should be enough to keep him relevant but if you are looking for high volume output, you may need to focus elsewhere.

Giddey managed just four points (2-7 FG), 10 rebounds and three assists in 29 minutes during Wednesday's 107-86 loss to the Jazz.

After an impressive preseason, Giddey came crashing back to earth against the Jazz. While he did manage double-digit rebounds, the offense was sketchy and his defensive production was non-existent. Of course, nights like this are to be expected from a player so young and the Jazz are typically an elite defensive unit. Despite this poor performance, Giddey remains worth rostering in 12-team leagues.

Giddey finished Wednesday's preseason game against Denver with 14 points (6-10 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one steal.

The No. 6 overall pick continued his strong preseason play, this time leading the Thunder in minutes (32) as he continues to get acclimated to the NBA game. The Thunder are yet to officially reveal their Opening Night lineup, but it looks as though Giddey will have a good chance to start alongside Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Luguentz Dort.

Giddey finished Monday's preseason opener against Charlotte with 18 points (8-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 0-1 FT), seven rebounds, three assists and two turnovers.

In his first NBA action since departing Summer League with a sprained ankle, Giddey was extremely impressive in a team-high 29 minutes of action.
