Former Patriots tight end and future Hall-of-Famer, Rob Gronkowski, now has his very own online slot, and FanDuel has its exclusive rights!

It’s been a little over a year since Rob Gronkowski announced he was going back to work, only not on the gridiron but with online gaming giant, FanDuel. And it was only a few months after that news broke that Gronkowski would attempt a 25-yard field goal called the Kick of Destiny which, if successful, would have had his new employer paying out $10 million in bonus money split amongst those who made a $5 bet on Super Bowl LVII.
Gronk missed the kick but FanDuel has recently announced another marketing campaign with the affable big man as the focal point. It’s called Gronk’s Touchdown Treasures Megaways, which debuted shortly before Christmas in the iGaming markets of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
FanDuel has exclusive rights to the new slot featuring Gronk’s name, image, likeness, and even his voice. The man himself made the announcement on X, formerly known as Twitter. The wild symbols’ graphic is a sun-glassed picture of Gronk while getting three championship rings in one spin will get you your free spins.
You won’t find cherries, oranges, or any other fruits spinning on this slot. Instead, those graphics are replaced by cleats, helmets, and footballs, which maintain the football theme from the first pull to the last. The game can be played for as little as a dime a spin or as much as $20 a rattle.
The return to player (RTP) percentage is a relatively modest 94.72%, but those who want to see Gronk in action on a slot machine will digitally “pull” the slot and hope they can make a score on FanDuel’s newest slot offering.
Partnership Agreement
Technology company Evolution and gaming goliath FanDuel have been collaborating since 2020 but drew up an enhanced agreement in the middle of 2022 that has spawned several products for FanDuel, with the most recent being Gronk’s Touchdown Treasures Megaways.
Evolution is also providing live dealer games to FanDuel in any market in which FanDuel has an iGaming presence. The enhanced agreement was greeted with enthusiasm by both parties whose spokesmen reflected those sentiments.
