The severity of Awuzie's injury remains unclear, but there's not yet any reason to worry about his regular-season availability. With Jourdan Lewis (ankle) still not practicing and in a walking boot, however, the Cowboys will be forced to practice with a depleted cornerback group as long as Awuzie remains sidelined.

With Diggs, Anthony Brown, Jourdan Lewis, fourth-round pick Reggie Robinson and a number of other depth options available at CB, however, Awuzie's versatility could be put to the test in 2020.
