Lands on injury report
Bryant (foot) turned in a limited practice Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Bryant played 100 percent of defensive snaps in Week 11 against the Rams, so it's unclear when he suffered the injury. It's positive that he was still able to practice, though his participation for the next few days will be worth monitoring.

Makes five tackles Monday
Bryant recorded five solo tackles, including one for a loss, in Monday's 27-19 win over the Texans.
ANALYSIS
The safety also played on all 75 defensive snaps, the sixth time in seven games he's played on every defensive snap this season. Bryant has 35 tackles (28 solo) and four pass breakups, including two interceptions, through seven contests.

Leads team in tackles Sunday
Bryant recorded eight tackles (seven solo) during Sunday's 38-35 loss versus the Buccaneers.
ANALYSIS
Bryant played all 58 of Seattle's defensive snaps in Week 5, and he tallied eight stops for the second time in 2025. He's on pace for a career year in that category, but he's still not on the IDP radar in most formats ahead of a Week 6 matchup at Jacksonville.

Picks off another pass Thursday
Bryant recorded an interception during Thursday's 23-20 win at Arizona.
ANALYSIS
Bryant was on the field for all 67 of the Seahawks' defensive snaps in Week 4, and quarterback Kyler Murray barely ever threw in his direction. One of the few times he did though, Bryant settled under an overthrown ball in the middle of the field for his second interception of the season (although he did ultimately fumble the ball back to the Cardinals). His prowess in coverage continues to limit his tackle opportunities and hurt his value as an IDP asset.

Solid performance in loss
Bryant logged seven tackles (six solo) in Seattle's loss versus the 49ers on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Bryant had a solid outing despite the loss as he finished fourth on the team in tackles. The 26-year-old will like to match his success from a season ago in the new campaign, where he racked up 73 tackles (48 solo) and three interceptions across 17 games played.

Impresses in new role
Bryant recorded 73 tackles (48 solo), six pass breakups and three interceptions, including a pick-six, across 17 games during 2024.
ANALYSIS
Bryant entered the 2025 season as a special-teams player and a backup defensive back, but he ended up starting in Week 7 and never looked back, starting the final 11 games. The 2022 fourth-round pick mostly played cornerback in college, but his transition to a full-time safety role looks complete. Bryant may need to battle to retain the role in 2025 depending on the Seahawks' offseason moves.

Eight tackles vs. Green Bay
Bryant registered eight tackles (seven solo) during the Seahawks' 30-13 loss to the Packers this past Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Bryant was the second-leading tackler for the Seahawks in Week 15 behind Ernest Jones (11). After being limited to special teams work at the beginning of the regular season, Bryant has played in every single defensive snap over the Seahawks' last seven games, and over that span he has registered 38 tackles (27 solo), four pass defenses (including one interception and a pick-six) and one forced fumble.
Dec 11, 2024
Intercepts pass in win
Bryant recorded four tackles, an interception and a forced fumble in Sunday's 30-18 win over the Cardinals.

Past illness
Bryant (illness) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday's matchup against the 49ers, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Bryant popped up on the Seahawks' injury report Thursday as a limited participant due to an illness; however, it now appears that won't stop him from suiting up in Week 11's divisional matchup. Expect the third-year safety to start alongside Julian Love in the Seahawks' secondary Sunday.

Pops up on injury report Thursday
Bryant was a limited participant in Thursday's practice due to an illness, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Bryant practiced in full Wednesday but appears to have picked up an illness between that session and Thursday's. It's not clear how severe the safety's ailment is, but his ability to practice Thursday -- albeit in a limited fashion -- may be a positive sign of his chance of suiting up Sunday versus San Francisco. Bryant served in a rotational role early in the campaign but has worked as a starter in each of Seattle's past three games.
Oct 21, 2024
Stacks up 11 tackles
Bryant recorded 11 tackles (seven solo) and an interception in Sunday's 34-14 win over the Falcons.
ANALYSIS
With Tre Brown (ankle) and Riq Woolen (ankle) both out of the lineup, Bryant made his first start of the season and capitalized on the opportunity, recording his first career interception. The 2022 fourth-round pick was a frequent starter as a rookie but has been buried on the depth chart since then. He has an intriguing opportunity as long as both Brown and Woolen are out of the lineup.
Feb 1, 2024
Lost in deep cornerback room
Bryant recorded 18 tackles (14 solo) across nine games during the 2023 season.
ANALYSIS
Bryant struggled with a toe injury over the summer and ended up missing eight games with the issue this year. He started two games before aggravating the injury in Week 2, and he never played more than 33 percent of the defensive snaps over the final seven games this year. He'll need to prove his health and his defensive prowess to earn a roster spot in 2024.
Nov 23, 2023
Joins active roster
Bryant (toe) was activated from injured reserve Thursday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Bryant has been practicing with the team and will be eligible to suit up Thursday against the 49ers. Assuming he returns, it should be a boost to Seattle's secondary.
Nov 20, 2023
Designated to return from IR
Bryant (toe) was designated to return from injured reserve Monday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
The nickel cornerback now has a 21-day window in which to practice before he needs to return to the active roster, and he was listed as limited on Monday's estimated injury report, per Boyle. Bryant would have to stay on injured reserve for the rest of the season if he's not activated. The second-year player recorded 11 tackles in two games before being sidelined with the toe injury.
Oct 14, 2023
Lands on IR
Michael-Shawn Dugar of The AthleticThe Seahawks placed Bryant (toe) on injured reserve Saturday, Michael reports.
ANALYSIS
Bryant has missed the last four games while dealing with a toe injury. Now that he's on the Seahawks' injured reserve, Bryant will be forced to sit out the next four games and is eligible to return Week 10 against the Commanders on Nov. 12.
Oct 13, 2023
Out again for Week 6
Bryant (toe) has been ruled out for Sunday's Week 6 game against the Bengals, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Bryant has been sidelined since going down in Week 2. Riq Woolen, Devon Witherspoon and Mike Jackson again figure to handle the bulk of the Seahawks' cornerback snaps against Cincinnati.
Oct 2, 2023
No go for Week 4
Bryant (toe) has been ruled out for Monday's contest with the Giants.
ANALYSIS
Bryant was considered doubtful to play, so his absence comes as no surprise. The cornerback was unable to participate at all at practice this week, but the team will have their bye week in Week 5, so he'll have extra time to get right before Seattle returns to action Oct. 15 at Cincinnati. In the meantime, Kyu Blu Kelly and Mike Jackson are amongst those that will see an increase in workload Monday versus New York.
Sep 30, 2023
Doubtful for Week 4
Bryant (toe) is listed as doubtful for Monday's contest against the Giants, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Bryant missed Week 3 against the Panthers and was unable to participate in practice this week. If he's out for Monday's game, the Seahawks' cornerback depth will be razor thin with Artie Burns (hamstring) and Tre Brown (concussion) ruled out for Week 4. Kyu Blu Kelly, Mike Jackson and Chris Steele will be in line for increased usage behind Devon Witherspoon and Riq Woolen.
Sep 28, 2023
Misses practice Thursday
Bryant (toe) did not participate in the Seahawks' practice Thursday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Bryant missed the team's 37-27 win over the Panthers in Week 3 and he has now remained sidelined at Seattle's first practice of the week. The cornerback will have an extra day to prepare before the Seahawks take on the Giants on Monday Night Football in Week 4.
Sep 22, 2023
Out Week 3
Bryant (toe) will not play in Sunday's matchup with the Panthers, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.
ANALYSIS
Bryant was unable to practice all week due to a toe injury. He will now focus on recovering in time for Week 4. With Riq Woolen (chest) doubtful, Seattle could be stretched a little thin at corner. As a result, Tre Brown, Mike Jackson and Artie Burns are candidates to see increased snaps.
Sep 20, 2023
Doesn't practice Wednesday
Bryant (toe) did not participate in Wednesday's practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
The Seahawks' slot corner, Bryant has recorded 11 tackles through two games to open the season. Bryant has given up 10 catches on 13 targets in his coverage and has a date with Adam Thielen lined up for Sunday's Week 3 contest against the Panthers if Bryant is able to get over the toe issue in time.
Aug 14, 2023
Getting work at safety
Bryant started at safety during Friday's preseason win over the Vikings, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Bryant also lined up in the box and impressed head coach Pete Carroll with his ability to make reads and cover ground. Carroll thinks that safety will "be a good spot for [Bryant]". The Cincinnati product came into the league as a cornerback, so there may be some growing pains. However, Bryant could get an immediate opportunity to start if Jamal Adams (quadriceps), who is still on the PUP list, isn't ready for Week 1. Julian Love is Bryant's main competition for the role.
Jul 27, 2023
Back at practice
Bryant, who dealt with a toe injury last month, is participating in training camp practices, Gregg Bell of The News Tribune reports.
ANALYSIS
Bryant had 70 tackles, four pass breakups, four forced fumbles and two sacks in 17 games last season. Now that he's past the injury, the 2022 fourth-round pick will look to cement his role as a nickel defensive back against slot receivers, which was his primary job as a rookie last season.
Jun 8, 2023
Sidelined with toe injury
Head coach Pete Carroll noted Thursday that Bryant is dealing with a toe injury, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Bryant had a productive rookie season in 2022, posting 70 tackles, two sacks and four forced fumbles. He's been sidelined in practice of late due to his toe issue, but Carroll indicated that Bryant is not expected to undergo surgery.
Jan 20, 2023
Stacks up 70 tackles
Bryant posted 70 tackles (52 solo), four pass breakups, four forced fumbles and two sacks across 17 regular-season games in the 2022 season.
ANALYSIS
Bryant started six games and averaged 43 defensive snaps per contest. He was quite successful even in the slightly limited role, and he was tied for third in the league with four forced fumbles. The fourth-round rookie struggled in coverage, but that is typical for a rookie. He improved immensely as a tackler this year, too, so he'll have that working in his favor as he makes his pitch for a full-time starting role in Seattle in 2023.
Aug 30, 2022
Wins nickel corner role
Bryant is expected to start the 2022 season as the Seahawks' starting nickel corner, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
The Seahawks traded Ugo Amadi to the Eagles earlier in August and cut both Marquise Brown -- a 2019 second-round pick -- and Justin Coleman on Tuesday. Those three players were the only other corners that consistently took slot reps. Bryant may have a short leash, but he has impressed during training camp and the preseason to secure the starting job.
Aug 15, 2022
Handling nickel corner duties
Bryant handled some reps at nickel cornerback during Saturday's 32-25 preseason loss to the Steelers, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Bryant had some mishaps during the exhibition game. He allowed rookie wideout George Pickens to beat him on a go route for a 26-yard touchdown, and he missed an open-field tackle that led to a big gain. However, the rookie cornerback seemed to get better as the game went along, both as a tackler and in coverage. Winning the nickel job may be his quickest way onto the field, especially following news that Ugo Amadi -- a contender for the nickel corner role -- has been traded to the Eagles, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
Aug 2, 2022
Turning heads at training camp
Bryant has impressed the coaching staff so far at training camp, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports. "Really sharp in his attention to detail," defensive coordinator Clint Hurtt said. "Good football sense and awareness for a young football player."
ANALYSIS
Bryant has showcased his ball tracking ability during the early portion of training camp, as he has broken up multiple passes against much larger receivers. The coaching staff is taking notice, too. However, Bryant is still showing flashes that he's a rookie, so the fourth-rounder may need some refining before he takes over a starting job in Seattle. He certainly has the tools and instincts to secure the role in due time, though.

Punches ticket for Seattle
The Seahawks selected Bryant in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft, 109th overall.
ANALYSIS
Bryant joins the Seahawks after five seasons at Cincinnati, where he played across from Ahmad Gardner, who went fourth overall to the Jets. Bryant performed well in his final season, earning First Team All-American honors while recording 46 tackles, a team-high 14 pass breakups and three interceptions. The Seahawks' secondary is wide open, so Bryant could compete for a starting job right away.
