In turn, Gano will kick for the Giants in Sunday's game against the Bengals. The 33-year-old was perfect over the last eight games, as he connected on all 18 field-goal attempts, including four from beyond 50 yards, and all 14 extra-point tries.

Gano's (illness) availability for a Week 12 contest against the Bengals remains hopeful after Giants coach Joe Judge expressed more optimism Friday, Paul Schwartz of the New York Post reports.
