Kansas City placed Robinson (foot) on its injured reserve list Monday.
ANALYSIS

Signs with Kansas City
Robinson agreed to a contract with the Chiefs on Friday, Ed Easton Jr. of USA Today Chiefs Wire reports.
ANALYSIS
Robinson has appeared in 16 career regular-season games for the Raiders, recording 1.5 sacks among his 13 tackles (seven solo). The 6-foot-5 defensive end will compete for a roster spot in camp with the Chiefs. Robinson was suspended for the final three games of the 2024 season for violating the NFL's Substances of Abuse Policy, but he has finished serving that suspension.

Suspension lifted
Robinson had his three-game suspension lifted by the NFL on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
ANALYSIS
Robinson was suspended by the NFL for three games in mid-December due to violating the league's Substances of Abuse Policy. That caused him to miss the final three games of the regular season, and he'll enter the 2025 offseason as a restricted free agent.

Suspended three games
Robinson (hand) has been suspended for three games for violating the NFL's Substances of Abuse Policy, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Robinson will now be forced to miss the remainder of the regular season as he serves his suspension. The defensive lineman will finish his second season with the Raiders having produced five total tackles (two solo), including 0.5 sacks, while also adding a pass defensed over 10 games.

In line to play Sunday
Robinson (hand) does not carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game versus the Panthers, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Despite having dealt with a hand issue during the week, Robinson appears to be at full strength for Week 3. He projects to resume his starting role at defensive end opposite Maxx Crosby on Sunday.

Impressive in OTAs
Robinson has been performing well during OTAs, Ed Kracz and John McMullen of Sports Illustrated reports.
ANALYSIS
Robinson spent most of last season on the Eagles' practice squad or on injured reserve with an ankle injury. The 2021 fourth-round pick was picked up by the Eagles in 2022 after being released by the Vikings. There was no rushing allowed during these OTA sessions, but the report notes that Robinson could carve himself a role at defensive end for the upcoming season.

Placed on injured reserve
Robinson (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Saturday.
ANALYSIS
Robinson has spent much of the season either on the Eagles' practice squad or on injured reserve due to an ankle injury. As a result, he has yet to appear in a game. Robinson will be eligible to return for a potential Super Bowl matchup.

Sidelined Week 18
Robinson (ankle) will not play in Sunday's game against the Giants, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
ANALYSIS
Robinson was a limited participant during practice Thursday due to an ankle injury, and he'll sit out the regular-season finale after sitting out Friday's sessions. With Philadelphia already locked into a playoff berth, the second-year defensive end will look to work his way back into practice ahead of next week's wild-card round.
Dec 18, 2022
Sidelined again
Robinson (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bears.
ANALYSIS
Robinson, who joined Philadelphia's active roster from injured reserve Dec. 6, is now slated to wait at least one more week to make his NFL debut now that it's been revealed that he won't suit up versus Chicago this weekend. Brandon Graham and Josh Sweat should each handle a hefty workload Sunday, while the 2021 fourth-rounder's next chance to take the field now comes Week 16 in Dallas.

Won't play despite recent progress
Robinson (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Giants.
ANALYSIS
Although Philadelphia signed Robinson back to their active roster from injured reserve Tuesday, he'll ultimately have to wait at least one more week to make his NFL debut. With both Robert Quinn (knee) and Derek Barnett (knee) currently on injured reserve, Brandon Graham and Josh Sweat will once again have their work cut out for them in Week 14.

Officially back with 53-man roster
The Eagles signed Robinson to their active roster from injured reserve Tuesday.
ANALYSIS
Robinson has been unavailable dating back to Oct. 15 when Philadelphia placed him on injured reserve with an ankle issue. After being given a designation to return back to the team's active roster in mid-November, the 263-pounder was finally signed Tuesday, allowing him to play in Sunday's game against the Giants if needed.
Nov 16, 2022
Designated to return from IR
Robinson (ankle) has been designated to return from injured reserve and will return to practice Wednesday.
ANALYSIS
With the move, Philadelphia will open a 21-day window for Robinson to be added to the active roster. However, if he isn't, the second-year defensive end will revert back to IR for the remainder of the campaign.
Oct 16, 2022
Placed on IR
The Eagles placed Robinson on injured reserve Saturday with an ankle injury.
ANALYSIS
Robinson was off the Eagles' Week 6 injury report until Friday, when he showed up as a limited participant in practice due to the ankle issue. The late-week addition implies that Robinson suffered the injury in practice, and though he's without a concrete timeline for a return, he'll now have to miss at least four games. The 24-year-old had been inactive for every game since the Eagles signed him off the Vikings' practice squad in mid-September.
Sep 13, 2022
Signs with Eagles
Philadelphia signed Robinson from Minnesota's practice squad Tuesday.
ANALYSIS
The Eagles are scrambling for reps on the edge of their defensive line after starter Derek Barnett (ACL) was ruled out for the season. Robinson missed all of his rookie season after being selected in the fourth round in the 2021 Draft, so he's probably not very polished, but he does have the athletic tools to potentially make an impact in a reserve role at defensive end (6-foot-5, 263 lbs., 4.69-second 40 yard dash).
Aug 30, 2022
Waived by Vikings
Robinson was waived by the Vikings on Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
ANALYSIS
Robinson has been dealt a bad hand since being drafted in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft, missing his entire rookie campaign with a leg injury and now he will be looking for a new opportunity outside of Minnesota. The defensive end possesses an elite 6-foot-5 frame and another squad will most certainly give him a shot.

Showing potential during offseason
Vikings linebacker coach Mike Smith said during an OTA press conference that he's excited about Robinson's (leg) potential in 2022, Ben Goessling of the Star Tribune reports.
ANALYSIS
Robinson spent his entire rookie campaign on injured reserve, but now that he's healthy, he's looking to carve out a major role in Year 2. The 2021 fourth-round pick didn't stand out in college -- eight sacks in four seasons -- but has all the tools to be better in the NFL than he was at Florida State.
Aug 23, 2021
Placed on injured reserve
Robinson was placed on injured reserve Monday with a lower body injury, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
ANALYSIS
Robinson watched practice Monday with a wrap on his leg, according to the Star Tribune. He'll miss at least three weeks of the regular season as a result. The 2021 fourth-round draft pick was set to add depth at defensive end.
May 1, 2021
Links up with Vikes
The Vikings selected Robinson in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft, 134th overall.
ANALYSIS
Robinson gives even more athleticism to a front seven that already features Anthony Barr, Danielle Hunter and Eric Kendricks. The Florida State product is 6-foot-5 with 35.25-inch arms and can scoot at that size, putting down a 4.69 in the 40-yard dash. His production didn't stand out with eight sacks in four seasons, but the tools are there to be better in the NFL than he was in college.
