Won't return Sunday
Washington (hip) won't return to Sunday's game against the Titans.
ANALYSIS
Washington will thus finish Week 13 with one catch on three targets for 26 yards. The wideout's next chance to see game action will arrive Dec. 7 against the Colts. In his absence for the rest of Sunday's contest, Brian Thomas, Jakobi Meyers, Tim Patrick and Austin Trammell are the Jaguars' available WRs.

Exits Sunday's game
Washington was forced out of Sunday's game against the Titans with a hip injury.
ANALYSIS
Prior to exiting the contest Washington caught one of his three targets for 26 yards. While he's sidelined, Brian Thomas, Jakobi Meyers, Tim Patrick and Austin Trammell are available to handle the Jaguars' WR duties.
Nov 23, 2025
Team-high seven targets in win
Washington secured five of seven targets for 71 yards and one touchdown in Jacksonville's overtime win over Arizona on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Washington didn't see his first target of the game until deep into the second quarter, and he recorded all of his catches and yards after halftime. His seven targets ended up pacing Jacksonville's offense. Washington caught a nine-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter to give the Jaguars a 24-21 lead with 3:47 to play in regulation. It's been a breakout 2025 season for Washington, who has already set career highs in targets (60), catches (35) and yards (421) with his three scores. Washington's fantasy appeal moving forward is largely tied to Brian Thomas' (ankle) availability.
Nov 17, 2025
Targeted twice in blowout win
Washington caught both his targets for 20 yards during Sunday's 35-6 win against the Chargers.
ANALYSIS
The 2023 sixth-round pick entered Sunday's contest with 15 catches for 175 yards and a touchdown over the previous three games, but Washington was minimally involved in the passing game versus Los Angeles despite leading Jacksonville's wideouts with 54 offensive snaps. Quarterback Trevor Lawrence attempted just 22 passes, with Jakobi Meyers being the only pass catcher with more than three receptions or 25 receiving yards. No. 1 wideout Brian Thomas (ankle) was inactive after being labeled questionable, and his impending return should only further reduce Washington's involvement.
Nov 14, 2025
Cleared despite limited practices
Washington (hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chargers.
ANALYSIS
Washington didn't practice Wednesday and was limited both Thursday and Friday, but he has gained clearance to suit up Sunday. He has been targeted at least seven times in each of Jacksonville's last three games, but Washington's usage may dip if the Jaguars get Brian Thomas (ankle) back Sunday. Thomas is listed as questionable.
Nov 13, 2025
Logs limited practice Thursday
Washington (hamstring) was limited in his return to practice Thursday.
ANALYSIS
Washington didn't practice Wednesday, but his return to a limited session Thursday bodes well for his chances of suiting up Sunday against the Chargers. Friday's injury report will reveal whether Washington and/or fellow WR Brian Thomas (ankle, limited) are able to upgrade to full participation, as well as their game status' ahead of Week 11 action.
Nov 13, 2025
Back at practice Thursday
Washington (hamstring) returned to practice Thursday, Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union reports.
ANALYSIS
Washington didn't practice Wednesday, so his return to the field a day later is a positive sign ahead of Sunday's game against the Chargers. Thursday's injury report will reveal the official participation level of Washington, as well as that of fellow WR Brian Thomas (ankle), who was limited Wednesday.
Nov 12, 2025
Misses practice Wednesday
Washington (hamstring) didn't practice Wednesday, Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union reports.
ANALYSIS
Washington, who has logged 26 targets over the Jaguars' last three games, was on the field for 87 percent of his team's Week 10 snaps on offense, but now that he's dealing with a hamstring issue, his status will need to be tracked ahead of this weekend's game against the Chargers. On the plus side for the Jaguars, Brian Thomas, who was inactive this past Sunday, returned to a limited practice Wednesday.
Nov 9, 2025
Finds end zone twice Sunday
Washington caught three of seven targets for 33 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 36-29 loss to the Texans. He added 90 yards and a TD on two punt returns.
ANALYSIS
The seven targets led the Jaguars, and while Washington wasn't particularly efficient with the volume, he was on the other end of Trevor Lawrence's only TD pass of the afternoon, a seven-yard toss in the first quarter. Washington's 73-yard punt return to the house in the second quarter was also the second of his career. The third-year wideout has seen 26 targets over the last three games while Travis Hunter (knee) and now Brian Thomas (ankle) are on the shelf, and the addition of Jakobi Meyers hasn't yet impacted Washington's volume. That could change as Meyers gets acclimated to his new offense and once Thomas is able to return, but if those things take longer than expected, Washington should be busy again in Week 11 against the Chargers.
Nov 7, 2025
Could be busy in Thomas' absence
Washington could see additional opportunities Sunday against the Texans, as Brian Thomas (ankle) has been ruled out.
ANALYSIS
The Jaguars will be without both Thomas and Travis Hunter (knee), with the latter on injured reserve. Washington has drawn at least nine targets three times this season, including each of the past two games. He and Dyami Brown, who cleared concussion protocol Friday, are set to lead Jacksonville's receiving corps, along with Tuesday's trade acquisition Jakobi Meyers.
Nov 3, 2025
Leading receiver in OT win
Washington corralled eight of nine targets for 90 yards in Sunday's 30-29 overtime win over Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Washington led the Jaguars in receiving Sunday with Travis Hunter (knee) being placed on injured reserve this week. It also helped that starter Brian Thomas (ankle) left the contest late in the fourth quarter, but most of Washington's production came with Thomas still active. Expect the 23-year-old to continue seeing extended run for as long as Hunter remains out. Washington's value could inflate further if Thomas is also unable to suit up against the Texans next Sunday.
Oct 19, 2025
Four grabs against Rams
Washington caught four of 10 targets for 52 yards in Sunday's 35-7 loss to the Rams. He added 10 rushing yards on three carries.
ANALYSIS
It's the second time this season Washington saw double-digit targets, after he posted an 4-34-0 line on 11 targets in Week 3. The third-year wideout's increased role Sunday came as Brian Thomas (shoulder) missed time in the second half while the Jaguars tried to mount a comeback, but Washington's inability to capitalize on the two times this year he's seen elevated volume doesn't offer a lot of optimism for his fantasy value, even if Thomas is still sidelined after the team's Week 8 bye.
Oct 13, 2025
Two receptions Week 6
Washington secured two of four targets for 29 yards during Sunday's 20-12 loss against the Seahawks.
ANALYSIS
The 2023 sixth-round pick finished second on the team in receiving yards, but that's not saying much given that Brian Thomas was the only Jacksonville pass catcher to eclipse 30 yards. Washington was fairly involved in the passing game across Weeks 2 and 3 with nine catches for 110 yards, but over the past three games he has just four receptions for 45 yards and a touchdown.
Oct 7, 2025
Catches TD in win over Kansas City
Washington caught two of three targets for 16 yards and one touchdown in the Jaguars' win over the Chiefs on Monday night.
ANALYSIS
With Dyami Brown (shoulder) back from injury, Washington's offensive snaps were cut in a big way. After playing 85 percent of the snaps in Week 4, Washington was in on just 26 percent of the plays Monday. He made his playing time count, however, as Washington secured a three-yard touchdown from Trevor Lawrence in the second quarter. Washington owns an 11-126-1 receiving line on 21 targets through five games.
Sep 29, 2025
No catches on two targets Sunday
Washington failed to secure either of his two targets Sunday, but he returned a punt 87 yards for a touchdown in a 26-21 win over San Francisco.
ANALYSIS
Washington failed to reproduce the whopping 11 targets he garnered in last week's win over Houston, finishing with just two against the 49ers. While he failed to make an impact in the passing game, the 23-year-old left his mark on the contest when he took his only punt return back 87 yards for a touchdown. Washington's inconsistent usage on offense makes him impossible to trust in standard formats heading into next Monday's road tilt against Kansas City.
Sep 22, 2025
Draws double-digit targets
Washington secured four of 11 targets for 34 yards during Sunday's 17-10 win over the Texans.
ANALYSIS
Washington paced Jacksonville's receivers in targets versus Houston while playing a season-high 71 percent of offensive snaps, and in Week 2 against the Bengals he led the team with 76 receiving yards. Part of Washington's involvement has presumably come due to the recent heavy workload of rookie Travis Hunter on defense, and No. 3 receiver Dyami Brown (shoulder) was also forced off the field early Sunday. Washington could again stare down a path to expanded opportunities Week 4 against the 49ers, which would put him on the fantasy radar as a sneaky flex option.
Sep 15, 2025
Leads team in receiving
Washington secured all five of his targets for 76 yards during Jacksonville's 31-27 loss to Cincinnati on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Washington wasn't targeted in Week 1, but he led the Jaguars in receiving yards in a Week 2 loss that saw Brian Thomas turn 12 targets into just four catches for 49 yards, with rookie Travis Hunter limited to just three grabs for 22 yards on six targets. It was No. 3 man Dyami Brown who scored the only one of Trever Lawrence's three touchdowns to go to a wide receiver. Washington's production came on just a 24 percent snap share on offense, but his workload could increase after such a strong showing.
Sep 9, 2025
No targets Week 1
Washington didn't receive a target and returned one punt for seven yards during Sunday's 26-10 win against the Panthers.
ANALYSIS
The 2023 sixth-round pick played 17 of 66 offensive snaps but wasn't involved in the passing game in the season opener. Washington took a step forward in 2024 with 32 catches for 390 yards and three touchdowns, but he isn't likely to deliver much production this year while working as Jacksonville's No. 4 wideout behind Brian Thomas, Travis Hunter and Dyami Brown.
Aug 7, 2025
Ready for Year 3 leap?
Jaguars offensive coordinator Grant Udinski said Wednesday that Washington has impressed throughout training camp and been "a guy who can win consistently against man coverage and match coverage," John Oehser of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Udinski praised the versatility Washington has displayed entering Year 3, saying he "can plug and play at different spots and go and execute a wide route tree." Washington himself expressed excitement about his possible utilization in new head coach Liam Coen's scheme, saying "I know I can be more than just a slot and it's exciting to be out on the outside and make plays and be just as effective on the outside as I am in the slot." Consistent targets could be difficult for the 2023 sixth-round pick to earn behind Brian Thomas and WR/CB Travis Hunter, and especially given that new No. 3 receiver Dyami Brown has also reportedly put together a strong camp, per John Shipley of SI.com. That makes it difficult to project much room for Washington's production to grow, even if he does take a step forward as a playmaker, but Washington could still climb onto the fantasy radar in deeper formats.
Jan 6, 2025
Finds end zone in finale
Washington caught two of four targets for 15 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 26-23 loss to the Colts.
ANALYSIS
The 2023 sixth-round pick had a quiet day overall but found the end zone in the fourth quarter on a nine-yard pass from Mac Jones. Washington didn't see much action early in the season but took on a larger role due to injuries in the receiving corps, and he finished the campaign with 32 receptions for 390 yards and three touchdowns. Rookie Brian Thomas ended the season as Jacksonville's only consistent producer in the passing game, and Washington is unlikely to enter training camp as much more than the team's third or fourth wideout.
Dec 30, 2024
Two key catches in win
Washington recorded three receptions on three targets for 31 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 20-13 win over the Titans.
ANALYSIS
Brian Thomas remained the only pass catcher in Jacksonville to see significant volume in the game, with Washington finishing second on the team in targets. Washington did deliver a pair of key catches, the first being an impressive, leaping two-yard touchdown in the back of the end zone early in the second quarter. He then recorded a 24-yard gain that helped get the Jaguars in position for a game-clinching touchdown in the final quarter. Washington has done a solid job stepping up in a depleted Jaguars' receiving corps, having topped 50 receiving yards and/or finding the end zone in four of his last five games.
Dec 23, 2024
Works as secondary option
Washington caught all six of his targets for 54 yards in Sunday's 19-14 loss to the Raiders.
ANALYSIS
The 22-year-old and Brian Thomas (nine catches for 132 yards) were the only Jacksonville pass catchers to tally more than two receptions on a day when quarterback Mac Jones completed a pass to nine different players. Washington was targeted once in the red zone and earned a pass interference call, which set up a goal-line touchdown for Tank Bigsby. Washington has 17 catches for 226 yards and one touchdown across the past four games and should continue to operate as the Jaguars No. 2 wideout down the stretch.
Dec 16, 2024
Totals 54 yards in loss
Washington caught three of six targets for 54 yards during Sunday's 32-25 loss to the Jets.
ANALYSIS
The 2023 sixth-round pick was second among Jacksonville's wideouts with an 86 percent snap share and finished third on the team in targets and receiving yards. Quarterback Mac Jones attempted 46 passes on the day, but Brian Thomas and Brenton Strange combined for 26 of those targets. Washington should continue to operate as Jacksonville's No. 2 wide receiver, and he's been moderately involved in the passing game over the past three weeks with 11 receptions for 172 yards and a touchdown.
Dec 9, 2024
Two catches in win
Washington caught both his targets for 15 yards during Sunday's 10-6 win against the Titans.
ANALYSIS
The 22-year-old played 44 of 59 offensive snaps Sunday but wasn't significantly involved in the passing game after breaking out with six catches for 103 yards and a touchdown Week 13 versus Houston. The recent signing of Josh Reynolds brings a bit more depth to Jacksonville's receiving corps, but Washington should still continue to work as the No. 2 wideout. However, he can't be relied upon as a consistent fantasy producer with Mac Jones under center for the Jaguars, as evidenced by the past two weeks.
Dec 6, 2024
Ready for Sunday
Washington (shoulder) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest in Tennessee.
ANALYSIS
Washington showed up on the Jaguars' Week 14 practice report Thursday as limited due to a shoulder injury and maintained that activity level Friday, per Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site. However, the issue won't impact Washington from being available this weekend. Prior to his 6-103-1 performance on 12 targets this past Sunday against the Texans, he had a cumulative 10-118-0 line on 18 targets through the first 11 games of the campaign, so it may be difficult for Washington to replicate the most recent fruitful outing.
Dec 5, 2024
Added to injury report
Washington (shoulder) was limited at practice Thursday.
ANALYSIS
Washington practiced fully Wednesday, so his limitations one day later are notable. Friday's injury report will clarify whether the wideout's shoulder issue is anything that could impact his status for Sunday's game against the Titans. Washington is coming off a 6/103/1 receiving effort (on 12 targets) in the Jaguars' 23-20 loss to the Texans in Week 13, a game in which he added a two-point conversion.
Dec 2, 2024
Career-best showing Sunday
Washington brought in six of 12 targets for 103 yards and a touchdown and also caught a two-point conversion pass in the Jaguars' 23-20 loss to the Texans on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Washington was the surprise leader in receptions, receiving yards and targets for the Jaguars with figures that all qualified as career highs. The 2023 sixth-round pick's breakout performance isn't necessarily an outlier -- although it may be an uphill battle to fully replicate if Mac Jones remains the starting quarterback in place of Trevor Lawrence (concussion) -- considering Washington is in line for an expanded role for the remainder of the season now that Gabe Davis (knee) has joined Christian Kirk (collarbone) on season-ending injured reserve. Washington next takes aim at the Titans in a Week 14 road clash.
Nov 18, 2024
Another quiet game
Washington caught one of three targets for 10 yards during Sunday's 52-6 loss to Detroit.
ANALYSIS
The 2023 sixth-round pick's 10-yard reception Sunday is his lone catch in two games with Mac Jones under center for the Jaguars. However, Washington should be more involved going forward since Gabe Davis was ruled out for the season due to a torn meniscus, though the fantasy upside will be limited as long as Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) is sidelined.
Nov 11, 2024
No targets Week 10
Washington played 23 offensive snaps and wasn't targeted during Sunday's 12-7 loss to the Vikings.
ANALYSIS
The 22-year-old worked as Jacksonville's No. 3 wideout with Brian Thomas (chest) and Gabe Davis (shoulder) returning from injuries but wasn't involved in the passing game. Washington caught six passes for 87 yards across the previous two games, but the Jaguars' aerial attack doesn't have much upside with Mac Jones under center instead of Trevor Lawrence (shoulder).
Nov 4, 2024
Receives six targets
Washington caught three of six targets for 41 yards and returned one punt for four yards during Sunday's 26-23 loss to Philadelphia.
ANALYSIS
The 2023 sixth-round pick got the start Sunday with Gabe Davis (shoulder) inactive and Christian Kirk (collarbone) on injured reserve, and Washington finished second on the team in receptions, targets and receiving yards. He should continue to see regular playing time even once Davis is healthy, though it's unclear just how involved Washington will be in the passing game.
Oct 28, 2024
Opening for bigger role
Washington caught three of four targets for 46 yards during Sunday's 30-27 loss to the Packers.
ANALYSIS
The 22-year-old had a 73 percent snap share and delivered his most productive game of the season as the receiving corps dealt with injuries to Brian Thomas (chest), Christian Kirk (collarbone) and Gabe Davis (shoulder). Thomas' and Davis' availability remains up in the air, but Kirk has already been ruled out for the season. Washington should serve as Jacksonville's No. 3 wideout for the rest of the campaign, and he could move further up the depth chart in the immediate term if Thomas or Davis are forced to miss any time. Washington totaled 16 catches for 132 yards and two touchdowns as a rookie in 2023 and should now have a chance to be significantly involved in the offense.
Oct 21, 2024
Takes punt to the house
Washington returned a kickoff for 27 yards and ran back a punt for a 96-yard touchdown in Sunday's 32-16 win against the Patriots.
ANALYSIS
His coaches may not have been thrilled when they saw Washington field a punt from his own four-yard line inside the two-minute warning of the first half, but he quickly allayed any concerns when he brought it all the way to the end zone to put the Jaguars up 21-10. He also tied his season high in offensive snaps Sunday with 21, but he still projects to contribute primarily as a returner versus the Packers in Week 8.
Sep 16, 2024
Minimal involvement Week 2
Washington failed to catch his lone target during Sunday's 18-13 loss to the Bills.
ANALYSIS
The rookie sixth-round pick played 13 of 60 offensive snaps as he once again operated as the Jaguars' No. 4 wide receiver. Gabe Davis, Christian Kirk and Brian Thomas continue to dominate the snaps at wideout for Jacksonville, and Washington is unlikely to have much involvement in the offensive while that trio remains healthy.
Sep 9, 2024
Secures lone target
Washington caught his lone target for three yards and returned two kickoffs for 44 yards during Sunday's 20-17 loss to Miami.
ANALYSIS
The 22-year-old played just seven offensive snaps as Gabe Davis, Brian Thomas and Christian Kirk dominated the wideout reps for Jacksonville in Week 1. Washington saw the field more than fellow reserve wide receivers Devin Duvernay and Tim Jones but won't have any fantasy utility in his current role.
Aug 23, 2024
Four catches in preseason finale
Washington recorded four catches on five targets for 35 yards in Friday's 31-0 preseason win over the Falcons.
ANALYSIS
Washington got the chance to play with Jacksonville's starting unit with Christian Kirk (calf) sidelined. He tallied a pair of receptions from Trevor Lawrence and then remained in the game for a few additional drives as Jacksonville's backups took the field. That's indicative of Washington's status on the depth chart, as he should operate as the fourth wide receiver when Kirk, Gabe Davis and Brian Thomas are all healthy.
Aug 19, 2024
Secures touchdown Saturday
Washington caught all three of his targets for 38 yards during Saturday's preseason game against the Buccaneers.
ANALYSIS
The 22-year-old had a decent rookie campaign as a depth wideout last season, as he finished with 16 catches for 132 yards and two touchdowns in nine games. Washington has likely already secured a place on the season-opening roster, but he's competing with Devin Duvernay for the No. 4 spot on the depth chart. Neither wide receiver is likely to be fantasy relevant to begin the season with Chirstian Kirk (calf), Gabe Davis and first-round rookie Brian Thomas locked in as Jacksonville's top wideouts.
Jun 6, 2024
Stands out during OTAs
Parker has been impressive this spring and is well on his way to earning a roster spot, John Shipley of SI.com reports.
ANALYSIS
The 2023 sixth-round pick didn't play much through the first three months of his rookie season but then got a look as the No. 3 receiver after Christian Kirk suffered a season-ending injury. Washington played at least 25 snaps in each of Jacksonville's final six games, catching 16 of 21 targets for 132 yards and two touchdowns in that stretch. He'll likely enter the upcoming season somewhere between third and fifth on the depth chart at wide receiver, with his initial role partially depending on the development of rookie first-round pick Brian Thomas. Jaguars coach Doug Pederson said Monday that Washington has "had a really good offseason" so far.
Jan 23, 2024
Quiet close to season
Washington caught his lone target for 11 yards Week 18 against the Titans and finished the season with 16 catches for 132 yards and two touchdowns in nine games.
ANALYSIS
Washington saw action in just one of Jacksonville's first nine games but was more involved during the second half of the campaign. The rookie sixth-round pick caught six passes for 61 yards and a touchdown against Cincinnati in Week 12 but otherwise wasn't noticeably involved in the passing game. Jacksonville's receiving corps could look different in 2024 with Calvin Ridley set to become a free agent, though Christian Kirk (groin) and Zay Jones remain under contract.
Jan 1, 2024
One catch Week 17
Washington caught his lone target for two yards and returned two punts for 17 yards during Sunday's 26-0 win over the Panthers.
ANALYSIS
The rookie sixth-round pick's 40 percent snap share was his lowest since Week 12 despite the absence of Zay Jones (hamstring). Washington appeared primed for a breakout after he caught six passes for 61 yards and a touchdown Week 13 against Cincinnati, but he has just nine receptions for 60 yards and one score across the past four games.
Dec 25, 2023
Quiet in blowout
Washington caught two of four targets for 19 yards during Sunday's 30-12 loss to the Buccaneers.
ANALYSIS
Washington was unable to get in a groove with either Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) or backup C.J. Beathard, finishing below 20 receiving yards for the second straight game. Tim Jones and Elijah Cooks were similarly involved Sunday, but Calvin Ridley and Evan Engram are likely to remain the lone notable producers in Jackosonville's passing game with Christian Kirk (groin) on injured reserve.
Dec 18, 2023
Just 12 yards in loss
Washington caught four of six targets for 12 yards during Sunday's 23-7 loss to Baltimore.
ANALYSIS
The rookie sixth-round pick tied for third on the team in targets but didn't have any production of substance with a long reception of six yards. Washington played 45 percent of Jacksonville's offensive snaps and worked as the No. 3 wideout, and an increased role could be in store depending on the severity of Zay Jones' hamstring injury.
Dec 11, 2023
Catches another touchdown
Washington caught two of three targets for 27 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 31-27 loss to Cleveland.
ANALYSIS
The 21-year-old secured the second touchdown of his career with a 19-yard reception in the fourth quarter, but he otherwise wasn't significantly involved in the passing game on a day when Trevor Lawrence attempted 50 passes. Washington played 47 of 76 offensive snaps as Jacksonville's No. 3 wideout and should remain in that role going forward with Christian Kirk (groin) on injured reserve.
Dec 5, 2023
Busts out after Kirk injury
Washington caught all six of his targets for 61 yards and a touchdown during Monday's 34-31 loss to the Bengals. He also returned two kickoffs for 51 yards and one punt for no yards.
ANALYSIS
Christian Kirk exited with a groin injury on Jacksonville's first drive, and Washington took advantage of the opportunity. The rookie sixth-round pick didn't have a catch and had played just 12 offensive snaps in his three prior appearances this season, but he played 59 percent of the offensive snaps Monday and was second on the team in receptions. The specifics of Kirk's injury aren't yet known, but if he misses time Washington will likely serve as the Jags' No. 3 wide receiver. Trevor Lawrence also suffered a high-ankle sprain versus Cincinnati, and that injury looms large for the outlook of Jacksonville's offense moving forward.
Nov 18, 2023
Activated for Week 11
The Jaguars activated Washington (knee) from injured reserve Saturday.
ANALYSIS
Washington hurt his knee against the Falcons in Week 4 and was placed on IR soon thereafter. That Week 4 contest has been his only game action of the season, and he logged just one offensive snap and one special-teams snap before getting hurt. Washington doesn't figure to see much action as a receiver upon his return, though he could be immediately featured as a kick and/or punt returner with Jamal Agnew (shoulder) landing on IR on Saturday.
Nov 15, 2023
Returns to practice
Washington (knee) logged a limited practice Wednesday, Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Washington was designated to return from IR earlier Wednesday, so a slow start for his first practice was likely expected. However, he'll probably need to ramp up his activity Thursday and Friday if he'll earn a move back to the 53-man roster and suit up Sunday against the Titans.
Nov 15, 2023
Getting closer to return
Washington (knee) was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday.
ANALYSIS
Washington will now have a 21-day window to practice with the team before he needs to be moved to the 53-man roster. However, if he can prove himself ready to play, he can suit up as soon as Sunday against the Titans. With Jamal Agnew (shoulder) and Zay Jones (knee) statuses in question for Week 11, Washington could have a role in the offense and at least regain return duties on special teams if he is active for the matchup.
Oct 7, 2023
Moved to IR
The Jaguars placed Washington (knee) on injured reserve Saturday.
ANALYSIS
Washington had already been ruled out for Sunday's contest against Buffalo due to a right knee injury, and he'll now need to sit out at least four games before he's able to get back on the field. The rookie wideout saw just one offensive snap and one special-teams snap in his NFL debut Week 4 versus Atlanta.
Oct 6, 2023
Out for Week 5
Washington (knee) is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bills.
ANALYSIS
Washington was a healthy scratch for Jacksonville's first three games of the season, and he injured his right knee in his NFL debut Week 4. The rookie's next chance to play will come Week 6 versus the Colts, though he could be a healthy inactive again if Jamal Agnew (quadriceps) is back on the field at that time.
Oct 4, 2023
Logs DNP
Washington (knee) was a non-participant during practice Friday, Mia O'Brien of 1010 XL 92.5 FM Jacksonville reports.
ANALYSIS
Washington still hasn't recovered from the injury suffered in Sunday's win over the Falcons. The rookie receiver had been a healthy scratch in the team's previous three games, but he was filling in for Jamal Agnew who was out with a quadriceps injury. Even if Washington returns to full health in time for Jacksonville's Week 5 matchup with Buffalo, he could find himself inactive again if Agenew can play.
Oct 2, 2023
Expected to miss time
Washington (knee) is unlikely to play Week 5 against the Bills, Mark Long of the Associated Press reports.
ANALYSIS
Washington suffered the injury in Sunday's win over the Falcons, which was the sixth-round rookie's NFL debut, as he filled in for Jamal Agnew (quad) who was inactive. It's unclear if Washington is in danger of missing time beyond that, but Agnew is expected to return against Buffalo.
Oct 1, 2023
Iffy to return due to knee injury
Washington suffered a right knee injury in Sunday's game against the Falcons and is questionable to return, Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Washington, a rookie sixth-round pick out of Penn State, was active Sunday for the first time in his NFL career because the Jaguars are without two receivers in Zay Jones (knee) and Jamal Agnew (quad). The 21-year-old didn't draw a target and returned one punt for five yards before exiting with the injury. Christian Kirk is expected to handle punt-return duties if Washington is unable to check back into the contest.
Sep 10, 2023
Won't play Sunday
Washington (coach's decision) is inactive Sunday against the Colts.
ANALYSIS
Parker was recently the subject of trade rumors with the depth Jacksonville has at receiver after getting selected in the sixth round of the 2023 Draft. Although he remains on the team, he'll be sidelined for Week 1. His next chance to suit up will be Week 2 against the Chiefs.
Aug 31, 2023
Never on trading block
Jacksonville's general manager Trent Baalke indicated Thursday that "(Parker) was never on the trade block. We were never actively shopping him," John Shipley of SI.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Baalke later admitted a few teams did reach out about Washington's status, however no offers were made that moved the needle. The Jaguars are deep at receiver heading into the season, which leaves the team's sixth round draft pick relatively buried on the depth chart. He will have plenty of time to continue acclimating to the playbook going forward, but it remains to be seen how big of a role, if any, he will have when the season kicks off.

Finds end zone with lone catch
Washington recorded one reception on two targets for 15 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 25-7 preseason win over the Lions. He added one rush for -1 yards.
ANALYSIS
Washington was on the field to start the game and was targeted on the first pass attempt from CJ Beathard. His more impactful effort came just before halftime, when he caught a short pass to the left prior to shedding a tackle and turning upfield for a 15-yard score. Washington also handled punt returns, which could be his primary contribution to begin the regular season.

Drafted by Jags
The Jaguars selected Washington in the sixth round of the NFL Draft, 185th overall.
ANALYSIS
Washington had a very productive three-year career at Penn State, which began his freshman season when he recorded 36 receptions for 489 yards and six touchdowns. He battled injuries in his junior year, which could have played a role in his slide down the board. Washington also isn't overly athletic, but he lands in an interesting spot and could immediately serve as Jacksonville's fourth or fifth wide receiver.
