Scores first career touchdown
Flournoy caught both of his targets for 12 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 27-17 loss to the Cardinals.
ANALYSIS
Flournoy's touchdown was his first of the season and the first of his career. The second-year wideout played 45 of the Cowboys' 67 offensive snaps, operating as the No. 3 wide receiver behind both CeeDee Lamb (59) and George Pickens (61). Though Flournoy's 69 percent snap share matched a season high, his target share still left much to be desired. Since Lamb returned to action in Week 7, the 26-year-old Flournoy has failed to see more than two targets in a contest. With such limited usage, the Southeast Missouri State product should remain off the fantasy radar as Dallas heads into their Week 10 bye. Next up for the Cowboys is a road matchup against the Raiders in Week 11.

Meager role in Week 8
Flournoy finished with a seven-yard reception on two targets while playing 34 of the Cowboys' 74 snaps on offense in Sunday's 44-24 loss to the Broncos.
ANALYSIS
Flournoy has predictably seen his opportunities in the Dallas passing attack take a huge downturn following CeeDee Lamb's return to action in Week 7 following a three-game absence due to an ankle injury. With Lamb in the fold for the past two contests, Flournoy has been sharing the No. 3 receiver role with Jalen Tolbert and KaVontae Turpin and has tallied just one reception.

Bumped down depth chart
Flournoy didn't see a target and played just 28 percent (19 of 67) of the offensive snaps for the Cowboys in Sunday's 44-22 win over the Commanders.
ANALYSIS
The return of CeeDee Lamb from an ankle injury cost Flournoy his route to fantasy value, as both Jalen Tolbert (49 percent of the offensive snaps) and KaVontae Turpin (30 percent) were on the field more often, although that duo combined for only two catches on three targets for 33 yards. The Dallas passing game is dominated by Lamb, George Pickens and tight end Jake Ferguson, and as long as they stay healthy, Flournoy and the rest of the depth wideouts figure to see very little target volume.

Can't follow up on breakout
Flournoy recorded three receptions on six targets for 30 yards in Sunday's 30-27 loss to the Panthers. He added one rush for three yards.
ANALYSIS
Flournoy maintained a role in the Dallas pass-catching corps with both CeeDee Lamb (ankle) and KaVontae Turpin (foot). He couldn't follow up in his breakout Week 5 performance, but Flournoy managed to finish third on the team in both targets and yards. He appears to be the preferred option over Jalen Tolbert in the offense, but Flournoy is likely to be rendered irrelevant for fantasy purposes as the Cowboys' wide receivers get healthier.

Busts out for 114 yards in win
Flournoy caught six of nine targets for 114 yards in Sunday's 37-22 win over the Jets. He added 10 rushing yards on two carries.
ANALYSIS
With both CeeDee Lamb (ankle) and KaVontae Turpin (foot) both unavailable, Flournoy stepped up to lead the Cowboys in receiving yards while topping the century mark for the first time in his career -- in fact, the second-year wideout's previous high was only 41 yards. It's not yet clear whether either Lamb or Turpin, or both, will be able to return in Week 6 against the Panthers, but Flournoy made a strong case Sunday to move up to the WR4 or even WR3 spot in the Dallas offense.

Three touches on SNF
Flournoy caught both his targets for 14 yards and added 12 rushing yards on his only carry in Sunday's 40-40 overtime tie against the Packers.
ANALYSIS
With CeeDee Lamb (ankle) sidelined, Flournoy played 16 snaps on offense and saw multiple targets for a second straight game. Lamb has avoided being placed on IR so far despite a high-ankle sprain, but his absence is expected to last multiple weeks, meaning Flournoy should retain a role in the Cowboys' passing game for a Week 5 tilt against the Jets.

Makes first grabs of 2025
Flournoy caught two of three targets for 21 yards in Sunday's loss to the Bears.
ANALYSIS
CeeDee Lamb (ankle) was knocked out of the game early, giving Flournoy an opportunity to get his first targets, and make his first receptions, of the season. Lamb seems to have avoided a serious injury, but if he ends up sitting out a Week 4 clash with the Packers. Flournoy could have some appeal in deep PPR formats or as a DFS punt play.

Signs with 53-man roster
Flournoy signed with the Cowboys' 53-man roster Saturday, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Flournoy was elevated from the practice squad for the Week 1 loss to the Eagles, when he played 14 special-teams snaps. The 2024 sixth-round pick isn't expected to play much on offense in the Week 2 matchup versus the Giants.

Goes back to practice squad
Flournoy reverted to Dallas' practice squad Friday, per the NFL's transaction log.
ANALYSIS
Flournoy played 14 snaps on special teams after the Cowboys elevated him for their season opener at Philadelphia, but now he'll head back to the practice squad until further notice. Dallas has just four healthy wide receivers on its active roster, so it wouldn't be shocking if they considered elevating Flournoy from the practice squad again in Week 2 versus the Giants.

Elevated for season opener
Flournoy was elevated from the practice squad ahead of Thursday's game against the Eagles.
ANALYSIS
If Flournoy suits up for Thursday's season opener, he could contribute on special teams and provide depth at wide receiver. Flournoy had just 10 catches for 102 yards in 11 regular-season games as a rookie in 2024.

Back with Dallas on practice squad
The Cowboys have signed Flournoy to their practice squad, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Flournoy was unable to make the Cowboys' initial 53-man roster, but he cleared waivers and will remain in the Dallas organization as wideout depth. The 2024 sixth-round draft pick got into 11 regular-season games with the Cowboys as a rookie last year, tallying 10 catches on 14 targets for 102 yards.

Cut by Dallas
The Cowboys waived Flournoy on Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
ANALYSIS
Flournoy appeared in 11 regular-season games last season and caught 10 balls for 102 yards on 14 targets. The second-year wideout posted a 7-92-0 receiving line on 13 targets this preseason.
Aug 23, 2025
Four grabs against Falcons
Flournoy caught four of five targets for 45 yards in Friday's 31-13 preseason win over Atlanta.
ANALYSIS
The 2024 sixth-round pick led the Cowboys in catches and receiving yards on the night, making one last positive impression before the team's initial 53-man roster gets set. With Jonathan Mingo (knee) likely to begin the season on IR, Flournoy is competing for the team's No. 5 wideout spot against Jalen Brooks and rookie UDFA Traeshon Holden.

Gets late audition as rookie
Flournoy caught 10 of 14 passes for 102 yards over 11 regular-season games in 2024.
ANALYSIS
Taken in the sixth round of the 2024 Draft as something of a developmental project, Flournoy didn't make his NFL debut until Week 5. The Southeast Missouri State product saw half of his 14 targets over the final three games while CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) was in the process of being shut down for the season, and Flournoy made a modest impact with a 6-58-0 line. He'll head into 2025 competing for depth snaps at WR with the likes of Jalen Brooks and Jonathan Mingo.
Dec 25, 2024
Three catches against Tampa Bay
Flournoy caught all three of his targets for 41 yards in Sunday's 26-24 win over the Buccaneers.
ANALYSIS
Flournoy's three receptions and 41 receiving yards were both season highs for the rookie. The 25-year-old wideout played 40 percent of the Cowboys' offensive snaps Sunday, his second-highest snap share of the season. With the Cowboys out of playoff contention, its possible that Dallas could want to get an extended look at the Southeast Missouri State product before the end of the season. Flournoy will look to build off his Week 16 performance when the Cowboys visit the Eagles in Week 17, though he should remain off the fantasy radar in that matchup.
Dec 15, 2024
Healthy scratch Sunday
Flournoy (coach's decision) is listed as inactive Sunday in Carolina.
ANALYSIS
This marks Flournoy's second healthy scratch since Week 5, but both of them have occurred over the last three games. The rookie sixth-round pick has so far accounted for four catches (on seven targets) for 44 yards and no touchdowns in eight appearances.

Serves as No. 3 receiver in Week 11
Flournoy played 54 of the Cowboys' 83 snaps on offense and finished with two catches for 19 yards on three targets in Monday's 34-10 loss to the Texans.
ANALYSIS
With Dallas making Jalen Brooks a healthy inactive for Week 11, Flournoy stepped in as the Cowboys' new No. 3 receiver and made his first NFL start alongside wideouts CeeDee Lamb and Jalen Tolbert. Even with quarterback Cooper Rush dropping back 60 times on the night while the Cowboys trailed by double digits for most of the contest, Flournoy was unable to carve out much volume in the passing game. The rookie sixth-round pick will be a candidate to see his snaps reduced once Brandin Cooks (knee) is deemed ready to return from injured reserve.

Hauls in catch in Sunday's loss
Flournoy caught one of two targets for 13 yards in Sunday's loss to the Falcons.
ANALYSIS
The 2024 sixth-round pick hauled in his second career reception late in the fourth quarter with Cooper Rush under center for the Cowboys in place of Dak Prescott (hamstring). CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) also came out of Sunday's loss at less than 100 percent, and if the team's top wideout is sidelined for a Week 10 clash with the Eagles, Flournoy could be line for career-high volume.
Oct 14, 2024
Makes first NFL catch
Flournoy caught his only target for 12 yards in Sunday's loss to the Lions.
ANALYSIS
The 2024 sixth-round pick made his first career catch in the third quarter with Dallas down 37-9, but Flournoy then fumbled it over to Detroit and didn't see another target. Snaps have opened up at wide receiver with Brandin Cooks (knee) on IR, but as yet Flournoy hasn't been able to claim much of a role, and Sunday's fumble won't do him any favors heading into the Cowboys' Week 7 bye.
Sep 8, 2024
Debut delayed
Flournoy (coach's decision) is inactive Sunday against the Browns, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Flournoy, who is listed as No. 6 on the Cowboys' wide receiver depth chart will be the odd man out from their receiving corps Week 1. The 24-year-old was selected in the sixth round by Dallas in the 2024 Draft and he'll now look to Week 2 against the Saints for his next opportunity to suit up.
Aug 26, 2024
Shows nose for end zone
Flournoy caught all three of his targets for 30 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's preseason loss to the Chargers.
ANALYSIS
The 2024 sixth-round pick hauled in a TD in each of the last two preseason games, which may have been enough to lock him into a spot on the 53-man roster. Flournoy isn't likely to see much volume in the regular season, but with CeeDee Lamb still holding out and Brandin Cooks (knee) banged up, Dallas' depth at wideout could be tested early in the year.

Dealing with knee issue
Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy said Sunday that Flournoy is day-to-day with a knee injury, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.
ANALYSIS
McCarthy added that Flournoy issue is not "classified as anything serious," according to Nicole Hutchison of the Cowboys' official team site. The 6-foot-1 wide receiver out of Southeast Missouri State was selected in the sixth round after a dazzling performance as the 2024 NFL Combine, and he'll likely compete for one of the final spots in Dallas' receiver room this training camp. Top wideout Ceedee Lamb is also holding out of training camp while awaiting a contract extension, so Flournoy's asbsence should open up some valuable opportunities for other fringe roster players like Racey McMath and Jalen Moreno-Cropper.
