No targets despite WR injuries
Miller did not log a target over 20 snaps in the Buccaneers' 23-3 win over the Saints on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Despite the absences of Mike Evans (IR, collarbone/concussion) and Chris Godwin (fibula), Miller wasn't able to draw a single target from Baker Mayfield, who attempted only 24 passes on the afternoon. Miller has just a 2-34-1 receiving line on four targets across eight games this season, and with Godwin likely able to return following the Week 9 bye, the former has virtually no fantasy value for the foreseeable future.

Solid gain on one catch
Miller secured his only target for 14 yards in the Buccaneers' 24-9 loss to the Lions on Monday night.
ANALYSIS
Miller logged nine snaps on offense, as Chris Godwin's (fibula) absence and Mike Evans' in-game injuries -- a broken collarbone and concussion -- opened some opportunities down the Buccaneers' receiver depth chart. While Evans and Godwin are both already ruled out for Sunday's Week 8 road matchup against the Saints, Miller looks likely to remain in a fairly insignificant reserve role.

No stats in Week 3 win
Miller failed to bring in his only target over 18 snaps in the Buccaneers' Week 3 win over the Jets, but he could be in line for a bigger role in Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Eagles in the wake of Mike Evans missing the last two days of practice due to a hamstring injury, per Brianna Dix of the team's official site.
ANALYSIS
Miller had flashed with a 20-yard touchdown reception on his one catch during the Week 2 Monday night win over the Texans, but he couldn't break the stat sheet against New York. However, this Sunday's Week 4 clash with the Eagles could see Miller have some level of relevance, as even if Chris Godwin (ankle) does make his season debut as a de facto No. 1 receiver in Evans' presumed absence, he could be on a snap limit. Consequently, Miller could share No. 4 receiver duties with rookie Tez Johnson in what could be a pass-heavy gameplan for Tampa Bay. During Evans' Week 8-10 absence last season, Miller posted a 5-31-1 on 11 targets while logging 112 snaps during that span.

Gets into end zone Monday
Miller secured his only target for a 20-yard touchdown in the Buccaneers' 20-19 win over the Texans on Monday night.
ANALYSIS
Miller was in on 18 of 80 snaps from scrimmage and made good use of his one opportunity, coming down with a Baker Mayfield scoring strike along the back right of the end zone in the first quarter. The Furman product now has three touchdown receptions on 13 career NFL catches, but as the Buccaneers' receiver corps gets healthier in coming weeks with the anticipated season debuts of Chris Godwin (ankle) and Jalen McMillan (IR-neck), Miller will find snaps, targets and perhaps even active status hard to come by.
Sep 9, 2025
No catches over nine snaps
Miller failed to bring in his only target in the Buccaneers' 23-20 win over the Falcons on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
The reserve wideout logged just nine snaps, placing him ahead of only Tez Johnson (eight snaps) and Kameron Johnson (one snaps) in terms of the Bucs' wide receivers. Miller has sure hands and has proven a savvy route runner in the past, but he'd need multiple injuries in front of him to garner any fantasy relevance.

Two catches in preseason finale
Miller brought in two of three targets for 18 yards in the Buccaneers' 23-19 preseason loss to the Bills on Saturday night.
ANALYSIS
Miller recorded multiple catches for the third time in as many preseason games. The 25-year-old had a busy exhibition slate that saw him generate a 10-95 receiving line on 13 targets, but the Buccaneers' deep receiver depth chart may prove hard to crack come final cuts.

Leads air attack in preseason win
Miller secured six of seven targets for 66 yards in the Buccaneers' 29-7 preseason win over the Titans on Saturday night.
ANALYSIS
Miller comfortably led the Buccaneers in receptions, receiving yards and targets, making a strong preseason-opening case for securing a spot on the latter portion of the wide receiver depth chart for another season. The third-year pro wasted no time making an impact, recording a trio of 11-yard receptions during Tampa Bay's second possession and adding a 21-yard grab on the next drive, all while working with the night's starting QB, Kyle Trask. Miller will still have a significant uphill battle to garner meaningful snaps whenever the top quartet of Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Emeka Egbuka and Jalen McMillan are healthy, but Miller's reliable routes and hands could put him over the top if he's on the bubble come the end of preseason.

First catches of career in '24
Miller brought in 12 of 20 targets for 128 yards and two touchdowns across 11 regular-season games in 2024.
ANALYSIS
The second-year undrafted free agent's stats were the first of his career after he played just two snaps from scrimmage during his one regular-season appearance as a rookie in 2023. Miller recorded multiple catches on three separate occasions and also had a 39-yard grab on his first NFL catch in Week 6. Miller should have a good opportunity of sticking on the roster as a reserve option again in 2025, considering he's under contract for a mere $960,000.

Back to reserve role in Week 18
Miller logged eight snaps on offense and did not see a target during the Buccaneers' 27-19 win over the Saints on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Miller had filled the No. 3 receiver role in Week 17 against the Panthers with Sterling Shepard sidelined due to hamstring and foot injuries, and he'd also recorded a key late fourth-quarter touchdown grab in a narrow Week 16 loss to the Cowboys. However, with Shepard back in uniform Sunday, Miller didn't have any offensive highlights, going without a catch for the first time since Week 14. The undrafted Furman product finished his second season with his first 12 NFL receptions, which he took for for 128 yards and a pair of touchdowns, across 11 games. Miller is likely to remain in a deep reserve and special-teams role during the upcoming postseason.

Fills No. 3 receiver role Sunday
Miller secured two of four targets for 26 yards in the Buccaneers' 48-14 win over the Panthers on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Miller operated as the No. 3 receiver Sunday with Sterling Shepard sidelined due to hamstring and foot injuries, and the Furman product fittingly finished with 43 snaps (56%), just behind starters Mike Evans (48, 62%) and Jalen McMillan (53, 69%). Miller turned in a modest line overall but managed to record multiple catches for a second straight game, and he figures to reprise his role in a Week 18 home matchup versus the Saints if Shepard remains sidelined.
Dec 24, 2024
Catches late TD in loss
Miller secured both targets for 17 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers' 26-24 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday night.
ANALYSIS
Miller played on 33 snaps (46 percent), but he had only one catch on the night when he got wide open near the back of the end zone for a 13-yard strike from Baker Mayfield that narrowed the Cowboys' deficit to two points. The scoring grab also gave Miller multiple catches for the second time on the season, but he exclusively remains an option for those in very deep leagues and a DFS dart throw heading into a Week 17 home matchup against the Panthers.
Dec 17, 2024
One catch in Week 15 win
Miller brought in his only target for one yard in the Buccaneers' 40-17 win over the Chargers on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Miller logged 15 snaps (21 percent), his most since Week 12, and recorded his first catch since that game as well. However, with Mike Evans, Jalen McMillan and Sterling Shepard healthy firmly entrenched as the top three options at wide receiver and the Trey Palmer-Rakim Jarrett duo seemingly ahead of him as well most weeks, Miller has no fantasy value for the foreseeable future.
Dec 11, 2024
Clear from concussion check
Miller (head) isn't listed on Tampa Bay's injury report Wednesday, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Miller was evaluated for a concussion near the end of Sunday's game against Las Vegas, but he appears to have come out clean given his lack of a designation on the first practice report of this week. Miller should thus be fine to resume his regular role as a depth wideout while also working on special teams Sunday versus the Chargers.
Dec 8, 2024
Exits game Sunday
Miller is being evaluated for a concussion, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Miller exited the game in the fourth quarter and is now questionable to return. If he ends up being unable to return, Rakim Jarrett could see an uptick in playing time.
Nov 26, 2024
Back to reduced role Sunday
Miller brought in his only target for 14 yards in the Buccaneers' 30-7 win over the Giants on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Miller saw a precipitous drop in playing time with Mike Evans and Jalen McMillan returning to action from their respective hamstring injuries. The Furman product went from a season-high 50 snaps in Week 10 against the 49ers to a season-low 15 (23 percent) on Sunday, but it appears the Buccaneers may continue to keep six wide receivers active on occasion down the stretch as they did against the Giants. In such an instance, Miller, who's now posted at least one catch in five straight games, would figure to continue garnering active status and working as a No. 5 or No. 6 receiver.
Nov 11, 2024
One catch in Week 10 loss
Miller secured one of three targets for 11 yards in the Buccaneers' 23-20 loss to the 49ers on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
Miller was once again active with Mike Evans (hamstring) still out and Jalen McMillan available but not playing any snaps. Miller logged a robust 52 snaps (85 percent), but as his final line substantiates, he couldn't make much of an impact. The Furman product now has at least one reception in four consecutive games, but with both Evans and McMillan thought to have a good chance of suiting up following the Week 11 bye, Miller's days on the active roster may be numbered.
Nov 6, 2024
Notches first career TD
Miller played 34 of the Buccaneers' 55 snaps on offense and finished with one catch for a one-yard reception on three targets in Monday's 30-24 overtime loss to the Chiefs.
ANALYSIS
Miller finished second among Tampa Bay receivers in snap share, though he benefited from Jalen McMillan (hamstring) and Mike Evans (hamstring) both being inactive for the contest. Evans will remain out for Sunday's game against the 49ers, but McMillan's potential return could result in a downturn in playing time for Miller, whose short-yardage score salvaged an otherwise uninspiring receiving line in Monday's win. Through three appearances this season, Miller has played 94 total snaps but has produced just five receptions for 59 yards on nine targets.
Oct 28, 2024
Three receptions in reserve role
Miller brought in three of five targets for 19 yards in the Buccaneers' 31-26 loss to the Falcons on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
The Furman product was in on 30 snaps (41 percent), appearing on the fourth-most plays from scrimmage in the Buccaneers' short-handed receiving corps. Miller has shown well with his limited opportunities across his two regular-season appearances this season, and the fact Mike Evans (hamstring) will remain out through the Week 11 bye and Chris Godwin (IR-ankle) is out for the rest of the regular season should continue affording the second-year wideout opportunity to remain on the 53- man roster.
Oct 23, 2024
Moves to active roster
Miller was signed to the Buccaneers' 53-man roster from their practice squad Wednesday, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Miller suited up Week 6 against the Saints and will now likely see more opportunities in the weeks ahead. With Mike Evans (hamstring) expected to miss at least three games and Chris Godwin (ankle) expected to miss the rest of the season, there are plenty of opportunities up for grabs in Tampa Bay's receiving corps.
Oct 14, 2024
Lands back on practice squad
Miller reverted to Tampa Bay's practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
ANALYSIS
Miller was elevated off the practice squad ahead of Sunday's Week 6 win over New Orleans and logged 32 of the the team's 77 offensive snaps in the contest. The wideout caught his only target for a 39-yard gain on a drive that ended with a Tampa Bay touchdown. Miller's elevation was his first of the campaign, so he can be elevated twice more before the Buccaneers would need to sign him to the 53-man roster in order for him to suit up.
Oct 12, 2024
Moves up to active roster for Week 6
The Buccaneers elevated Miller from their practice squad to their active roster Saturday, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Miller is getting his first elevation of the campaign with fellow wideouts Trey Palmer (concussion) and Kameron Johnson (ankle) already ruled out for Sunday's game against New Orleans. Jalen McMillan is also questionable for the contest due to a hamstring issue. Miller played in one contest with Tampa Bay last year, logging two offensive snaps without any targets and 12 special-teams snaps versus Carolina in Week 13.
Aug 29, 2024
Brought back by Tampa
Miller signed with the Buccaneers' practice squad Thursday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Miller failed to make the Buccaneers' initial 53-man roster Tuesday, but he's now been brought back as a practice squad player. The Furman product appeared in one game for the Buccaneers last season, recording no stats while playing 14 total snaps (two offensive and 12 on special teams).
Aug 27, 2024
Waived by Tampa Bay
Miller was waived by the Buccaneers on Tuesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
The wide receiver signed a reserve/future contract with the Bucs in January after spending 2023 on the team's practice squad. Miller did appear in one regular-season game last year, playing on 12 special-teams snaps and two offensive snaps.
Aug 12, 2024
Leads pass catchers in opener
Miller secured three of five targets for 42 yards in the Buccaneers' 17-14 preseason loss to the Bengals on Saturday night.
ANALYSIS
The second-year pro set the pace for the Buccaneers in receptions and receiving yards while sharing the team lead in targets. Miller was on the practice squad in 2023 but did log two snaps from scrimmage and 12 special-teams snaps in one regular-season game, and his current push to land a deep reserve receiver spot certainly got off to a strong start with Saturday's performance. However, Miller will have to continue standing out to have any chance of that occurring, considering he has formidable competition in the form of Rakim Jarrett, among others.
Jan 23, 2024
Remains to team
Miller signed a reserve/future contract with the Buccaneers on Tuesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Miller joined the Bucs as an undrafted free agent out of Furman and ultimately found his way on the team's practice squad. He was elevated to the active roster for one contest, which was Week 13 against the Panthers, but he did not record any counting stats. He'll now have an opportunity to carve out a larger role with the team next season.
Dec 4, 2023
Reverts to practice squad
Miller reverted to Tampa Bay's practice squad Monday.
ANALYSIS
Miller was elevated ahead of Sunday's win over the Panthers as Chris Godwin (neck) was questionable. As Godwin ended up being fully healthy, Miller saw the field for just a total of 14 snaps and didn't record any stats.
Dec 2, 2023
Elevated ahead of Sunday's contest
Tampa Bay elevated Miller to its active roster Saturday.
ANALYSIS
The 23-year-old wideout was elevated to the Buccaneers' active roster alongside David Moore on Saturday, making it seem as if the team could be preparing to be without Chris Godwin (neck) in Sunday's affair. Miller has yet to appear in an NFL game, but he has been with Tampa Bay's practice squad since late August.
Aug 30, 2023
Back with Bucs
Miller is signing with the Buccaneers' practice squad Wednesday, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.
ANALYSIS
Miller was waived by the Buccaneers on Tuesday but will link up with the team's practice squad a day later. He was undrafted out of Furman this spring but will be in the mix to join the active roster if Tampa Bay needs additional receiving depth at some point.
