The Warriors will shake things up with several lineup changes Saturday. With so much offensive firepower on the sidelines with injuries, Hield will have a big opportunity to get up a lot of shots Saturday.

Hield received plenty of looks from beyond the arc Thursday night, but he was unable to capitalize. Even so, Hield could continue to see key minutes off the bench if Jimmy Butler (knee) misses more time.

Even so, the veteran sharpshooter remains a hit-or-miss fantasy option, having has averaged 8.7 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 20.7 minutes per game over his last seven outings.

The 20 points were a season high for Hield, who continues to struggle with his consistency. He's drained at least three three-pointers in three of the last five games, but he managed a total of just two points in the other two contests combined. The veteran guard is averaging a career-worst 7.6 points and 1.4 threes in 17.7 minutes a game as part of the Warriors' second unit, but his recent ceiling performances suggest Hield might be finding a groove.

Hield ended Friday's 127-123 loss to the Trail Blazers with zero points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt), one rebound and one steal in 16 minutes.

Hield failed to score for the second time this season, another in a long line of underwhelming performances. He has tallied double digits only five times thus far, and is averaging 6.9 points through his first 18 games. He holds little to no value in fantasy, outside of limited streaming appeal.

His fantasy appeal is limited to deeper formats unless his minutes trend up.

With Stephen Curry managing just three points all night, Hield was tasked with picking up the slack to keep the Warriors in this game. The veteran sharpshooter put together a valiant effort with his six triples being his second-highest mark of the season. Unfortunately for his fantasy managers, Hield failed to contribute much in other areas of the game. Although he's shooting a solid 38.2 percent from beyond the arc since the All-Star break, he's averaging just 9.9 points per game in that same span, making him an unreliable fantasy option.

Hield ended Sunday's 148-106 win over the Spurs with 19 points (8-12 FG, 3-6 3Pt), five rebounds, four assists and three steals in 25 minutes.

Hield was one of several Warriors who stood out in this huge win over the Spurs, and he was particularly efficient with his shooting across the board. Hield has scored in double digits in four of his last six outings coming off the bench, but his upside will be limited as long as he remains in a second-unit role. He might be worth targeting as a streaming flier in some formats, but it's risky to start him on a regular basis.

Hield racked up eight points (1-4 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 5-5 FT), five rebounds, four assists and one steal across 19 minutes during Thursday's 117-114 victory over Toronto.

With Stephen Curry dealing with a pelvis injury that will force him to miss the beginning of Golden State's road trip, Hield could have more opportunities coming his way. He's been trending up in recent weeks, averaging 10.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.0 steals and 2.4 three-pointers in 20.3 minutes per contest.

Hield was a non-factor in the win, an all too familiar trend this season. After a solid start to his career in Golden State, Hield has been unable to deliver consistent production. In fact, he has now scored double-digits only six times in the past 14 games. Through 67 games played, he is averaging 11.4 points per game, his lowest mark since his rookie season back in 2016-17.

Hield finished with 20 points (7-10 FG, 6-9 3Pt), two rebounds, seven assists, one block and two steals in 25 minutes during Monday's 130-120 victory over the Trail Blazers.

This was the 10th game of the season with at least 20 points from Hield. His production has been all over the place, however, making him a volatile fantasy option. Over his last 10 games, Hield has averaged 11.5 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 0.9 steals and 2.2 three-pointers.

Hield posted 22 points (8-14 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one steal over 31 minutes in Monday's 119-101 win over Charlotte.

Hield put on a show Monday coming off the bench, leading all Golden State players in scoring and threes made while finishing just north of 30 points on the second unit. Hield has connected on five or more threes in 10 contests, doing so for the sixth time when coming off the bench. He has now tallied 20 or more points on nine occasions.

Hield contributed 16 points (6-11 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 0-1 FT), two rebounds, one assist and two steals in 20 minutes during Tuesday's 128-92 win over the Hornets.

Hield only played 20 minutes in the decisive win,., but the sharpshooting guard delivered from deep with four three-pointers in the contest. The Warriors emptied the bench once the game was well in hand, and options further down the depth chart were a major reason for Hield's decreased usage.

Hield chipped in 22 points (8-11 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds, two assists and one steal in 26 minutes during Friday's 132-108 victory over Sacramento.

Hield is hard to stop when his perimeter shot is dialed in, and the Warriors were happy to ride his hot hand on the way to aa decisive victory. The sharpshooter logged 12 starting appearances before being replaced by Brandin Podziemski in the first unit earlier in the week. While he only scored two points in his first game after the demotion, he came alive and delivered on a night where many other role players stepped forward.

Hield finished second behind Tyler Herro in the NBA 3-Point Contest after scoring 23 points in the final round.

Hield set the tone in the first round with 31 points, which tied Warriors teammate Stephen Curry's record from the 2021 competition. However, Hield missed his first seven shot attempts in the final round wasn't able to overcome his slow start, ultimately losing by a single point and falling short from capturing his second 3-Point Contest victory. Hield is shooting 36.3 percent from three on 7.0 3PA/G this season, though that number has dropped to 31.8 percent since the beginning of January.

It was a solid effort by Hield, but he continues to get sporadic playing time in Golden State's starting lineup recently. The veteran sharpshooter has failed to reach the 20-minute marker in four of his last nine contests, during which he's averaging 9.7 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 0.8 steals and 2.1 threes. As a result, Hield is likely to remain a volatile fantasy option on a nightly basis, and it's possible the incoming Jimmy Butler takes his place in the Warriors' first unit once he's ready to make his team debut.

Hield is also beginning to find his rhythm from beyond the arc again -- he's drained multiple threes in five straight games, averaging 14.6 points, 4.0 boards, 3.2 assists, 3.0 treys and 1.8 steals over that stretch.

Hield won't start in Wednesday's game against the Timberwolves.

Even with Draymond Green out with an illness Wednesday, Hield will cede a spot in Golden State's starting lineup to Gui Santos, who's making his first career start.

Getting his second straight start for the shorthanded Warriors, Hield tied for the team lead in scoring with Pat Spencer while draining multiple threes for the third straight contest. Hield has played 24 or more minutes in four of the last five games, scoring in double digits each time and averaging 15.3 points, 4.8 boards, 4.0 assists and 3.5 threes in 28.9 minutes.

Making just his third start of the season with Andrew Wiggins (ankle) in street clothes, Hield posted his best scoring effort in over a month and snapped out of a shooting slump that had seen him score in single digits in three straight games while going just 3-for-14 (21.4 percent) from beyond the arc. The seven made threes Sunday also tied his season high, a mark he set back on Oct. 29. Wiggins isn't expected to miss much time, but Hield's inconsistency would make him a risky fantasy option even if he did remain in the starting five for another game or two.

The three three-pointers made in this game allowed Hield to surpass Joe Johnson for 19th on the NBA's all-time list for three-pointers made. Hield continues to make a huge impact off the bench for Golden State, scoring in double digits in all but one of his last six contests, but it's not a secret that his numbers have regressed considerably when compared to the figures he posted in the first few weeks of the campaign. Even with this expected regression, Hield remains a capable fantasy performer in most formats as long as he's knocking down threes on a steady basis.

The veteran wing led his team in scoring on a night when six different Warriors produced double-digit points. The 30 minutes represented Hield's biggest workload since Nov. 2, but he's seen as few as 19 minutes in a game this month as his role remains inconsistent. Through 12 contests to begin his Golden State tenure, Hield is averaging 17.7 points, 4.0 boards, 3.8 threes, 1.9 assists and 0.8 steals in 25.0 minutes a game, on what would be career-best shooting of 49.4 percent from the floor and 46.9 percent from long distance.

Hield closed Tuesday's 120-117 victory over the Mavericks with 14 points (6-13 FG, 2-8 3Pt), one rebound and two steals over 21 minutes.

Hield is an offensive catalyst-in-waiting who will sometimes have to take a back seat when the first unit is playing well. Stephen Curry has been unstoppable over the past two games, and Hield's ability to get going is indirectly ted to Curry's minutes. Still, Hield is a great three-point source for category leagues and will rarely dip below 20 minutes of court time.

Hield closed Monday's 125-112 victory over the Wizards with 20 points (7-14 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 3-4 FT), five rebounds, two assists, one block and two steals across 28 minutes.

Hield has scored at least 20 points in four straight games and six times through seven appearances. Enter Hield, who is extremely comfortable in a sixth-man role. Once Stephen Curry (ankle) and Andrew Wiggins (back) return, that's where Hield will be for most of the season. As the first man off the bench, his sharpshooting skills will bridge the scoring gap, especially when Curry takes a break.

Hield will come off the bench during Wednesday's game against the Pelicans, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.

Through three games this season, Hield has posted averages of 19.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 4.3 three-pointers.

Despite coming off the bench, Hield has led the Warriors in scoring in each of the first two games of the 2024-25 regular season. After going 5-for-7 from three in the Warriors' regular-season opener against the Trail Blazers on Wednesday, Hield followed that up with an even better outing Friday and has so far eased any doubt of the concerns over Golden State's prowess from deep following the departure of Klay Thompson.

Hield brings his sharpshooting skills to the Bay Area, and there's little question that his addition will be a great benefit to the Warriors. The veteran could emerge as one of the best sixth men in the league if his role crystallizes as many expect, and he'll provide solid relief with a second unit that should have no problem contending with Klay Thompson's departure.

The Warriors agreed to a sign-and-trade with the 76ers for Hield in exchange for a 2031 second-round pick Thursday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

After the departure of Klay Thompson, Hield will likely compete with Brandin Podziemski for the starting job next to Stephen Curry in the Warriors' backcourt. In 2023-24, Hield averaged 12.1 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 25.7 minutes across 84 combined appearances for the Pacers and 76ers. The 31-year-old guard has proven to be one of the most lethal outside shooters in the NBA, as his 1,322 three-pointers made since 2019-20 rank first in the league.

Hield amassed 20 points (6-10 FG, 6-9 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds and one assist over 21 minutes during Thursday's 118-115 loss to the Knicks in Game 6 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Hield went scoreless in two of the first three games of the series and was a DNP-CD in Games 4 and 5, but he provided a lift with his scoring off the bench in Game 6, particularly when the Sixers were in a complicated spot during the second and third quarters. Hield struggled in the series, but this 20-point effort will be a reminder of what he can do when he's given a consistent role on offense, regardless if it's as a starter or off the bench.

Hield barely touched the floor in the win, continuing his rapid fall from grace. He is basically an afterthought at this point, despite the fact the 76ers are not loaded with reliable talent. At this point, it appears as though he will need an offseason move to have any chance of being a fantasy asset next season.

Hield notched seven points (3-8 FG, 1-5 3Pt), six assists and one rebound in 18 minutes during Wednesday's 105-104 Play-In Game win over the Heat.

Since Philadelphia acquired Hield on Feb. 8, the sharpshooter has averaged 12.0 points, 3.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 0.8 steals in 25.5 minutes on 38.4 percent from deep. Hield has struggled to live up to his usual standards in April, as he's averaged 9.5 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 19.8 minutes, shooting just 35.2 percent from the field and 34.8 percent from three.

Hield isn't starting Sunday's game against the Spurs, Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com reports.

Unless he is moved during the offseason, Hield could find himself undrafted in a lot of leagues next year.

Hield ended with 17 points (7-11 FG, 3-7 3Pt), three rebounds, one assist and one block across 26 minutes off the bench during Wednesday's 108-107 loss to the Clippers.

It was Hield's best scoring effort since he poured in 22 points against the Heat on Feb. 14, the last game before the All-Star break. The 31-year-old guard has started only one of the Sixers' last 10 games, and Hield has averaged 10.5 points, 2.9 boards, 2.0 threes and 1.9 assists over that stretch while seeing 22.4 minutes a contest.

Hield (ankle) isn't on the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Clippers, Ky Carlin of USA Today reports.

Hield accumulated 14 points (5-15 FG, 4-9 3Pt), two rebounds, six assists, one block and one steal in 33 minutes during Thursday's 110-96 loss to the Knicks.

Hield finished with more shot attempts than points scored, and that's the most telling stat of his performance against New York. Hield joined the 76ers before the trade deadline to bolster the team's outside shooting, and he's been successful in that regard, making 44.9 percent of his three-point attempts since completing the trade.

Hield ended with 22 points (8-15 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds, 10 assists and two steals in 44 minutes during Wednesday's 109-104 loss to Miami.

Wednesday's performance was the first time Hield has recorded a double-double since Feb. 3, 2023. He's fit in seamlessly with the 76ers since being acquired at the trade deadline and has started in all four games with Philadelphia. In that span, Hield has averaged 22.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, 7.5 assists and 1.8 steals on 52.3 percent shooting (including 45.0 percent from three) while playing 39.0 minutes per game.

Hield fouled out of Monday's 123-121 win over the Cavaliers after recording 24 points (9-13 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, eight assists and one steal across 36 minutes.

Hield has compiled 47 points across two contests with Philadelphia thus far. He's flashing the strong activity and uptick in facilitation that he displayed when he was initially traded to Indiana -- signifying that he can provide versatile production when needed to fill a larger role. Hield's stock is on the rise.

Hield provided 23 points (9-16 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, six assists and four steals over 36 minutes during Saturday's 119-113 win over Washington.

It's only been two games since joining the 76ers via trade, but Hield has been impressive since leaving Indiana and joining Philadelphia, scoring at least 20 points in both contests. This is the first time he has accomplished that feat since a back-to-back set on Nov. 21 and Nov. 22. Hield should remain in the starting lineup for the Sixers and is expected to hold a prominent role as a scoring threat, particularly with Joel Embiid (knee) out of the picture for the foreseeable future.

Hield hit the ground running in his debut for the 76ers, scoring 20 points in a team-high 40 minutes. While he may or may not remain in the starting lineup once the team is fully healthy, he is worth rostering for the foreseeable future if you need points and threes.

Hield is starting Friday's game against Atlanta.

Hield supplied 25 points (8-13 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 5-5 FT), four rebounds, three assists, three blocks and one steal over 26 minutes during Wednesday's 144-113 win over the Hornets.

Hield's efficient shooting helped him record his second-most points in a game this year while also recording a season-high three blocks. Since being inserted into the starting lineup on Nov. 21, Hield is averaging 14.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.0 steals in 28.1 minutes across 14 appearances.

Hield accumulated 16 points (6-9 FG, 4-7 3Pt), four rebounds, two assists and one steal over 31 minutes during Monday's 131-123 victory over the Pistons.

Hield notched his eighth game with 15-plus points, and his fifth such game since entering the starting lineup. Hield's efficiency has helped compensate for modest volume of late, as he's averaging 10.7 shots per game over his last seven contests. Overall, his shooting is paying dividends in the starting lineup, as Hield has the Pacers' fourth-best offensive net rating, earning a plus-6.3 differential through 21 total appearances.

Hield produced 21 points (7-11 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 3-4 FT), two rebounds, two assists and two steals in 32 minutes during Monday's 122-112 win over the Celtics.

Hield's role with the Pacers has solidified while youngsters like Bennedict Mathurin have continued to struggle with unremarkable results. The career sharpshooter is Indiana's best deep threat, and he'll continue to yield excellent results beyond the arc as long as he remains in the starting lineup.

Hield registered 18 points (6-10 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT) and four rebounds over 28 minutes during Friday's 136-113 victory over the Pistons.

Hield has been trusted into a starting role and has performed above the most optimistic expectations, scoring at least 18 points in each contest and shooting 66.7 percent from three-point range. While those numbers are not sustainable over a long-term scenario, Hield has done enough to remain in the starting unit for the foreseeable future.

Hield amassed 31 points (12-17 FG, 7-12 3Pt), two rebounds, five assists, one block and two steals in 35 minutes during Wednesday's 132-131 loss to the Raptors.

Hield has had limited scoring output for most of the season, but he's joined the starting lineup in his last two appearances and has posted his two highest scoring totals of the year while shooting 72.2 percent from beyond the arc. Despite Hield's lackluster results earlier this year, he's been dominant as a starter, so it certainly seems possible that he retains that role.

Hield will join the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against Atlanta.

This is a bit of a surprise, as Hield has been ice cold with a combined five points in his previous two games. Hield and Aaron Nesmith are replacing Bennedict Mathurin and Obi Toppin in the first unit, though it remains to be seen if this is a permanent switch.

Hield finished Sunday's 128-116 loss to Orlando with three points (1-4 FG, 1-4 3Pt), one rebound and two assists over 15 minutes.

Hield scored in double figures in nine of his first 10 appearances of the season, but he's now been held to single-digit scoring totals in back-to-back matchups. His overall production is down from last year in most areas to begin the 2023-24 campaign, as he's averaging 11.3 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 22.8 minutes per game, and his recent performances have been discouraging.

Hield totaled two points (1-5 FG, 0-3 3Pt), two rebounds, one assist and one steal across 29 minutes during Tuesday's 132-126 victory over Philadelphia.

Hield scored in double figures in nine of his first 10 appearances of the year, but he had his worst scoring performance of the young season during Tuesday's narrow victory. He failed to hit a three-pointer for the first time this season and saw decreased numbers in multiple categories despite playing 29 minutes. Hield has had serviceable production for the Pacers this year, and Tuesday's performance seems to be an outlier.

Hield registered 16 points (6-13 FG, 4-8 3Pt), four rebounds and three assists over 21 minutes in Sunday's 137-126 loss to the 76ers.

Hield has scored in double-digits in all but one game this season and has played at least 21 minutes in his last seven games. He's been the main scoring option off the bench for the Pacers -- particularly when Haliburton is off the floor. Hield has seen his three-point shooting drop to 37.3 percent entering tonight's game, but he'll continue to be a threat from beyond the arc.

Hield has now posted back-to-back 19 point games, but the energy is atypical compared to his previous seasons in Indiana. Coming off the bench and taking a supplemental role to the Pacers' youth development at times, Hield is averaging just 13.4 points per game after averaging 17.5 through the first seven contests of last season. He could be on the rise, however.

Hield closed with seven points (3-8 FG, 1-4 3Pt), four rebounds, five assists and one steal over 24 minutes during Wednesday's 155-104 loss to the Celtics.

Hield scored in double figures in his first three appearances of the season but fell just short of the mark during Wednesday's blowout loss. However, he remained productive in rebounds and assists and is now averaging 10.5 points, 4.5 assists and 3.0 rebounds in 21.8 minutes per game this season.

Hield registered 14 points (5-9 FG, 4-7 3Pt), five assists, two rebounds, one steal and one block in 25 minutes in Wednesday's 143-120 win over the Wizards.

Hield came off the bench during the preseason with the Pacers electing to start Bennedict Mathurin at shooting guard. Hield played just one less minute than Mathurin, shot more efficiently than the latter and tied with newcomer Bruce Brown for the best plus/minus on the team with plus-15. Hield could be a dark horse candidate for the 6MOTY award if he's able to shoot efficiently coming off the bench during the regular season.

Hield finished Monday's preseason win over Atlanta with 11 points (3-10 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 2-3 FT), five assists and three rebounds in 21 minutes.

Hield has primarily been a starter for most of his career, but it's worth noting that Indiana has brought him off the bench in each of its first three exhibition contests, while Bennedict Mathurin has started at shooting guard. With Opening Night just a week away, the situation will be something to monitor. If Hield does, indeed, move to a reserve role, it could hurt his overall upside, but he'd likely still see more than enough minutes to remain a high-end producer of three-pointers for fantasy managers in roto leagues. Last month, it was reported that Hield is on the trade block after failing to reach a contract extension agreement with the Pacers, so a mid-season move is very possible, if not likely.

Shams Charania of The Athletic reports that contract extensions between Hield and the Pacers have stalled, so Indiana has begun trade conversations.

Hield started 73 of 80 games for Indiana last season, averaging 16.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.2 steals in 31.0 minutes per game. He shot 42.5 percent from deep, the second-highest mark of his career. However, the Pacers added Bruce Brown, Jarace Walker and Obi Toppin to their wing group this offseason, and it appears Hield is the odd man out. Hield has one year remaining on the four-year, $94 million extension he signed with the Kings in 2019.

Hield had 13 points (5-12 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three rebounds, five assists and two steals across 24 minutes during Friday's 121-117 win over the Thunder.

Hield's return from a two-game absence didn't yield any exceptional results, but it wasn't bad either. Hield notched five of his 13 points early in the fourth quarter to give the Pacers a bit of an offensive boost, but he wasn't part of the team's late-game equation. Hield appears bound to play off the bench the remainder of the way after starting the first 73 contests of the season, but that amounts to just four more games at this point.

Hield (illness) isn't on the injury report for Friday's game versus the Thunder.

Hield appears good to go Friday after missing the previous two games with a non-COVID illness. His return will likely result in decreased minutes Bennedict Mathurin and Jordan Nwora.

Hield should still play a healthy minute total and could actually be counted on more heavily for scoring in the second unit, so it remains to be seen how the role change will affect his fantasy value.

Hield closed with 20 points (8-11 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, six assists and two steals over 34 minutes during Thursday's 139-123 victory over the Bucks.

Hield bounced back from a seven-point performance last time out to notch his first 20-point outing since March 2. The sharpshooter also dished out at least six assists for just the sixth time this season and recorded multiple steals for the third time over his past four appearances. As long as Tyrese Haliburton (knee), Bennedict Mathurin (ankle) and Chris Duarte (ankle) are sidelined, Hield figures to continue garnering increased offensive usage.

Hield (foot) is available Thursday against the Bucks, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Hield was questionable ahead of Thursday's matchup but will be able to suit up despite his sore left foot. He's been held to single-digit scoring totals in two of his last five appearances and has averaged 13.0 points and 7.2 rebounds in 27.2 minutes per game during that time.

Despite a sore left foot, Hield played 22 minutes against the Pistons on Monday, though he scored just seven points on 3-for-12 shooting. Indiana's injury report is lengthy, so fantasy managers should check in before tipoff to see who may be in line for bigger roles if Hield sits out.

Hield was questionable for Monday's matchup due to a sore left foot, but he'll be able to suit up against the Pistons. He's scored at least 15 points in four of his last five appearances and has averaged 17.0 points and 6.4 rebounds in 29.6 minutes per game during that time.

However, if he is forced to join Tyrese Haliburton (foot), T.J. McConnell (back) and Myles Turner (back) on the sidelines, that would open up a ton of opportunity for Chris Duarte.

Hield finished Saturday's 121-115 victory over Detroit with 17 points (7-15 FG, 3-8 3Pt), eight rebounds, two assists and two steals over 27 minutes.

Hield fell right in-line with his season average of 17.3 points per game. He's been especially consistent over his last three contests, averaging 16.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.3 steals per game.

Hield notched 27 points (12-17 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, four assists and three steals across 34 minutes during Thursday's 110-99 loss to San Antonio.

Hield had his shot working in this one and ended the evening with his best scoring performance since Feb. 15. The Oklahoma product also continues to showcase his quick hands on the defensive end, as he's racked up three steals in two of his last three matchups.

Hield ended with 10 points (1-2 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 7-9 FT), five rebounds, four assists and one steal over 28 minutes during Tuesday's 124-122 victory over the Mavericks.

Hield's point totals have had extreme variance recently, producing as many as 27 and as little as eight in the last five games. Hield did reach double figures thanks to seven made free throws. But his value comes from three-point shooting, and Hield hit just one triple Tuesday. It was the only time the 30-year-old didn't make multiple threes in a game in February. Hield still leads the NBA in made three pointers, and he is hitting at 42.6 percent.

Hield registered 27 points (8-12 FG, 6-10 3Pt, 5-5 FT), four rebounds and one assist over 28 minutes during Wednesday's 117-113 victory over Chicago.

Coming off of his worst shooting performance of the calendar year, Hield bounced back in a big way Wednesday. He led all pacers with 27 points, while knocking down six shots from beyond the arc. His final three pointer of the game broke Reggie Miller's single season record for three-pointers made as an Indiana Pacer. Hield has now attempted 10+ three pointers in five consecutive contests, and his ability to get hot from downtown fuels his fantasy value.

Hield had 14 points (5-12 FG, 4-11 3Pt), two rebounds and two assists across 27 minutes during Friday's 117-104 loss to Phoenix.

Hield only made four of his 11 three-point attempts, and as a streaky shooter who lives and dies at the three-point line, Hield continues to produce value as a long-range threat even if he doesn't do much in other categories. Over his last six games, Hield is averaging 16.2 points per game while shooting 44 percent from three-point range and 47.3 percent from the field.

Hield notched 29 points (10-18 FG, 6-12 3Pt, 3-3 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in 37 minutes during Wednesday's 116-111 loss to the Heat.

It's the veteran wing's best scoring effort since he poured in 31 against the Knicks on Jan. 11. Hield has been dialed in more often than not lately, scoring more than 20 points in five of the last nine games and averaging 18.6 points, 5.9 boards, 4.2 threes, 3.0 assists and 2.2 steals over that stretch while shooting a blistering 46.9 percent from beyond the arc.

Hield amassed 21 points (8-15 FG, 5-9 3Pt), 10 rebounds, six assists and two steals in 37 minutes during Friday's 107-104 victory over Sacramento.

Hield recorded his third double-double of the season, adding two steals for good measure. Typically reliant on his scoring, Hield has actually been a pest on the defensive end over the past two weeks. He has now secured double-digit steals in six of his past seven games, putting up top-20 value in that time. He won't be this good all season but based on what we have seen from him in a Pacers uniform, he should be able to maintain top-50 value ROS.

Hield registered 22 points (8-13 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists and three steals over 36 minutes during Friday's 141-131 loss to the Bucks.

Hield unsurprisingly did damage from deep in Friday's loss, and he scored 15 of his 22 points from beyond the arc. He hasn't been shy from downtown over his last four contests, as he's averaging 5.0 made triples on 10.5 attempts and has knocked them down at a 47.6 percent clip over this stretch.

Hield closed Wednesday's 126-120 loss to the Magic with 21 points (7-13 FG, 6-10 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, five assists and four steals in 39 minutes.

Hield was in the zone over the first two quarters, knocking down six of seven field goal attempts, including all five attempts from three, for 17 points. Things didn't go so well in the second half, however, as the shooting guard went just 1-of-6 from the field for another four points as the Pacers fell to Orlando on the road. Despite the rough second half, he still shot 53.8 percent from the field in the contest and connected on six three-pointers, which tied Garry Harris for a game high. Hield has now scored at least 20 points in two of his last three contests and has recorded four steals in two straight.

Hield posted 19 points (5-14 FG, 4-11 3Pt, 5-5 FT), five rebounds, four assists, three blocks and four steals across 39 minutes during Tuesday's 116-110 win over the Bulls.

Held wasn't particularly efficient from the floor during Tuesday's victory, but he had plenty of shot volume and scored at least 19 points for a second consecutive game. The 30-year-old also contributed in other areas, and his four steals and three blocks both marked his highest totals of the season. He's scored in double figures in all but one of his appearances in which he's played at least 30 minutes, averaging 19.6 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.2 steals in 34.5 minutes per game over 36 such outings.

Hield finished with 22 points (7-17 FG, 5-12 3Pt, 3-4 FT), eight rebounds, two assists and two steals across 36 minutes in Saturday's 112-107 loss to the Suns.

After being limited to a combined 12 points on 4-for-10 shooting from the field while handling light minutes loads over his previous two games, Hield saw his playing time ramp back up Saturday while the Pacers were able to stay more competitive following a pair of blowouts. The 30-year-old has been hurt by playing without backcourt mate Tyrese Haliburton (knee/elbow) the past six games, with the absence of Haliburton having thus far resulted in more minutes and usage for players like T.J. McConnell, Andrew Nembhard and Bennedict Mathurin rather than allowing Hield to take on more offensive responsibility.

Hield ended Wednesday's 126-106 loss to the Thunder with three points (1-4 FG, 1-4 3Pt), two rebounds and three assists in 19 minutes.

The Pacers as a whole struggled Wednesday, starting the game down 17-1. None of the Pacers' starters saw more than 27 minutes (Andrew Nembhard), as coach Rick Carlisle was fine emptying the bench. Indiana is struggling in Tyrese Haliburton's (knee, elbow) absence, losing all four games that he's missed consecutively. Hield is averaging just 11.0 points on 33.3 percent shooting during this stretch.

Hield ended Wednesday's 119-113 loss to New York with 31 points (11-20 FG, 7-15 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds and one steal over 32 minutes.

Hield looked impressive all night long and carried the Pacers in a game where they lost their starting point guard, Tyrese Haliburton, to a knee injury. The loss of Haliburton might result in Hield handling a bigger workload on offense, though he's been excellent of late after averaging 21.0 points per game across his last 10 appearances.

Hield ended with 24 points (9-22 FG, 6-14 3Pt), nine rebounds, six assists, one block and two steals across 41 minutes during Wednesday's 129-126 overtime loss to Philadelphia.

Hield had a fairly quiet first half with six points on 2-of-6 shooting from the field, though he did add five assists. The Pacers guard turned things up in the second half, going 7-of-15 from the field, including 4-of-9 from three, for 18 points while grabbing eight rebounds between the second half and overtime. Hield led Indiana in scoring with 24 points and has now recorded 20 or more points in four of his last seven contests.

Hield registered 19 points (7-11 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds and four assists in 30 minutes during Monday's 122-114 victory over the Raptors.

The veteran wing continues to provide the Pacers with consistent offense and a dangerous threat from downtown. Hield has drained multiple three-pointers in 16 straight games, averaging 19.6 points, 5.3 boards, 4.4 threes and 2.8 assists over that stretch while shooting 52,5 percent from the floor and a blistering 52.6 percent from beyond the arc.

Hield provided 25 points (10-14 FG, 5-6 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists and two steals over 33 minutes during Thursday's 135-126 win over the Cavaliers.

Hield was nearly perfect from beyond the arc in Thursday's victory, scoring 15 of his 25 points from deep while also contributing across the board. The Oklahoma product has been scorching hot from three throughout the month of December, as he's averaging 4.2 made threes per contest at a clip of 52.5 percent over 15 appearances.

Hield ended with 28 points (11-16 FG, 6-7 3Pt), nine rebounds and two assists across 30 minutes during Tuesday's 129-114 win over the Hawks.

Hield was extremely sharp from the field and deadly from beyond the arc, but that is being a trend of late. The rebounding output was nice and the fact that he's active on defense and on the glass boosts his value, but ultimately, Hield is valuable in fantasy for what he can do as a scorer and as a shooter. He's averaging 18.7 points per game while shooting an impressive 54.5 percent from three-point range over his last 10 contests.

Hield produced 21 points (7-15 FG, 7-11 3Pt), five rebounds and two assists in 35 minutes during Friday's 111-108 win over Miami.

All of Hield's points came from behind the arc Friday. The 29-year-old guard continues to be one of the best fantasy options for three-point production, as he is shooting 49.4 percent on 8.7 attempts over his last 10 games.

Hield notched 23 points (9-16 FG, 5-10 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists and one steal in 27 minutes before fouling out of Sunday's 109-106 loss to New York.

Hield did his usual damage from beyond the arc in this one, scoring 15 of his 23 points from deep. He's drilled three or more triples in nine straight contests, averaging 20.3 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.9 assists during this stretch.

Hield notched 19 points (8-16 FG, 3-7 3Pt), nine rebounds and two assists over 36 minutes during Monday's 87-82 loss to the Heat.

Hield led Indiana in scoring, finishing one rebound shy of a double-double. Hield has tallied at least 15 points and eight rebounds in seven games this year.

Hield finished with 28 points (12-19 FG, 4-10 3Pt), two rebounds, four assists, one block and three steals in 35 minutes during Friday's 121-111 win over the Wizards.

Hield went 8-for-9 from the field in the first half and scored 19 of his 28 points. Following a rough nine-game stretch where he scored just 13.4 points per game and made only 34.5 percent of his shots, Hield has been much better over the last four games and is averaging 23.3 points while making 50.0 percent of his tries since Dec. 4. With three steals Fridays, he recording 1.1 steals per game, tied for the most of his career.

Hield closed Wednesday's 121-115 loss to the Timberwolves with 26 points (9-15 FG, 7-11 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one steal across 37 minutes.

Hield matched his highest scoring total of the season during Wednesday's defeat, but he failed to do much on the boards after totaling 20 rebounds over the last two matchups. The 29-year-old has garnered plenty of playing time over his last three appearances and has averaged 21.7 points, 7.7 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 38.3 minutes per game during that time.

Hield supplied 17 points (6-19 FG, 4-13 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, five assists and one steal in 40 minutes during Monday's 112-104 win over the Warriors.

Hield's shooting performance was only so-so, but his shot volume and secondary numbers got him to a respectable fantasy total. Monday's stat line represented a second excellent result after faltering against the Jazz last week.

Hield notched 22 points (8-17 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 11 rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal in 38 minutes during Sunday's 116-100 loss to the Trail Blazers.

Hield recorded a double-double just for the second time this season, and the 11-rebound haul represented a season-high mark for him. He also scored more than 20 points for the first time since Nov. 25, and while he is quite valuable across all fantasy formats, managers need to know there is also a lot of inconsistency on his performances from a game-to-game basis.

Hield finished with six points (2-8 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), one assist and one steal over 25 minutes during Friday's 139-119 loss to the Jazz.

Hield has been mostly solid for Indiana this season, but he couldn't get things going Friday and tied his season-low mark with just six points. The sharpshooter did manage to extend his streak of games with a three-pointer to 22 to begin the campaign, but that's unlikely to appease his fantasy managers given his almost complete lack of contributions elsewhere. Hield came into the contest averaging 17.0 points and 2.5 triples over his previous four games, so there's no reason to panic after one miserable showing.

Hield accumulated 26 points (9-15 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 3-3 FT), three rebounds, three assists and three steals over 39 minutes during Friday's 128-117 win over Brooklyn.

Hield erupted from a 4-for-21 cold spell from beyond the arc Friday, en route to leading Indiana in scoring. Hield had failed to shoot over 42.0 percent from the field in any of his last five contests, but Friday showcases his ability to heat up instantly.

Hield totaled nine points (3-13 FG, 1-10 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds and one steal in 22 minutes during Monday's 123-102 victory over the Magic.

Hield has knocked down just 30.2 percent of his attempts from the field and 30.8 percent from deep over the last four games. His shooting from beyond the arc hit a new low in this one, with Hield managing just one make on double-digit attempts, marking the first time he hasn't made multiple shots from three-point range this season. He should remain a regular in the rotation but doesn't provide nearly as much fantasy value when he's not consistently knocking down shots.

HIeld tallied ten points (3-15 FG, 3-13 3PT, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block across 33 minutes in Friday's 99-91 victory over the Rockets.

Hield could not get anything going in Friday's victory and his three point percentage on the year has dipped slightly below 40 percent as a result. There is no reason to think it was anything other than an off night, and will look to get things back on track in Saturday's game against the Magic.

Hield registered 19 points (5-13 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 6-6 FT), two rebounds, four assists, one block and two steals in 31 minutes during Wednesday's 125-113 victory over the Hornets.

Hield scored just two points in the first quarter, both of which came at the free-throw line while also dishing out assists to Tyrese Haliburton and Myles Turner for easy buckets. The Pacers forward got it going in the third quarter, however, going 3-of-5 from the field and 2-of-2 from three for eight points while also recording a steal off a bad pass from Mason Plumlee. Hield also shot a season-high six free throws on the night, making all of them, and he's now scored 19 or more points in five of his last six games

Hield closed with 22 points (8-15 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 1-2 FT), eight rebounds, two assists and one block across 28 minutes during Saturday's 118-104 win over the Raptors.

Hield sealed the game with a flurry of points down the stretch, capping what was another strong performance. He currently sits inside the top 40 in standard leagues, despite producing nothing out of the ordinary. He has his at least five triples in six games this season and should continue firing away from deep on a nightly basis.

Hield supplied 20 points (6-16 FG, 5-13 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, three assists, two blocks and two steals over 36 minutes during Monday's 129-122 win over the Pelicans.

Hield didn't have his best shooting performance against the team in which he started his NBA career, but his final stat line was still decent -- he has now scored at least 20 points in each of his last three games and in five of his last six contests. During that six-game span, the veteran shooter is averaging 22.3 points per game while making 49.5 percent of his shots and 44.8 percent of his three-point attempts.

Hield provided 25 points (10-18 FG, 5-12 3Pt), nine rebounds and two steals across 40 minutes during Friday's 101-99 win over the Heat.

Hield has now finished with 20-plus points in back-to-back games, drilling eight triples and collecting 12 rebounds over that brief stretch. The Oklahoma product has been locked in of late and is shooting 51.9 percent from the field and 46.3 percent from downtown over his last five matchups.

Hield chipped in 22 points (8-16 FG, 3-10 3Pt, 3-3 FT), three rebounds, seven assists and two steals over 36 minutes during Monday's 116-109 loss to the Nets.

Hield has surpassed the 20-point plateau in three of his last four contests and is trending in the right direction following an indifferent start to the campaign. The sharpshooting wing has been dialed in from three-point range and has connected on 47.6 percent of his treys across that four-game span as well. He's averaging 17.8 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game while shooting 46.4 percent from the field and 42.7 percent from deep.

Hield amassed 17 points (6-14 FG, 5-11 3Pt), nine rebounds, eight assists and one steal across 38 minutes during Saturday's 125-116 victory over Brooklyn.

Hield was just a few rebounds and assists shy of a triple-double in the win. His performance should give him an even firmer grip on the starting gig. Hield probably has an eye on Bennedict Mathurin, however. The rookie's excellent play is making a big statement, an Hield's role could be compromised if the team elects to give Mathurin more playing time.

Hield finished Wednesday's 124-109 loss to the Bulls with 25 points (8-16 FG, 7-12 3Pt, 2-3 FT), three rebounds and four assists in 32 minutes.

Hield led the Pacers with 25 points including a season-high seven triples, a sight that managers were thrilled to see. It's been an indifferent start to the season for Hield, which shouldn't have been off the radar given the direction of the team. With that said, he is locked in as a starter and should see upwards of 28 minutes on most night, making him one of the more enticing perimeter scorers in fantasy.

Hield racked up 13 points (5-9 FG, 3-6 3Pt), five rebounds, two assists, one block and two steals across 24 minutes during Friday's 137-134 loss to the Spurs.

Hield has shot just 6-for-16 from the field across his last six quarters of play, and while there's no question the veteran can be a deadly scorer and an above-average shooter when he's at his best, that hasn't been the case in the early going of the season. His role as a starter is completely safe for now, though, and he will try to bounce back Saturday at home against another rebuilding team such as the Pistons.

Hield amassed 16 points (6-16 FG, 4-11 3Pt), 10 rebounds and three assists across 32 minutes during Wednesday's 114-107 loss to the Wizards.

Nearly all of Hield's scoring came in the first half on 5-of-9 shooting from the field, including 3-of-6 from three-point range. He also grabbed four rebounds in the first quarter to help the Wizards jump out to a 36-25 lead. The Pacers guard would go on to shoot just 1-of-7 in the second half, though he did collect another five rebounds - three offensive - along with three assists.

Hield scored seven points (3-8 FG, 1-4 3 Pt) with five rebounds, two assists and three steals across 20 minutes in Wednesday's win over the Hornets.

Hield scored five of his seven points in the first half on 3-of-8 shooting, but it was on the defensive end where he really made his presence felt. The Pacers guard collected three rebounds in the first quarter and grabbed three steals in the second, two of which came off of bad passes from LaMelo Ball. Hield would later be replaced by Bennedict Mathurin early in the third quarter and would not return as the Pacers continue to give extra rest to their starters before the regular season kicks off.

Hield put up 25 points (11-19 FG, 3-10 3PT), 11 rebouds, five assists, one block and one steal in a 131-122 loss to Philadelphia on Tuesday.

Hield figures to continue garnering a primary offensive role for Indiana down the stretch, which should bode well for his fantasy outlook.

Hield logged 21 points (8-15 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), six rebounds, four assists and two steals over 38 minutes during Sunday's 128-107 win over the Celtics.

Hield has averaged a staggering 39.5 minutes per game across six contests since being acquired by Indiana. Although quiet from beyond the arc Sunday, Hield has among the greenest of lights -- attempting 9.3 triples per game over that same stretch. Hield can be a feast or famine scorer, but he certainly holds value for his categorical contributions. Additionally, his 4.8 assists per game since joining the Pacers is adding to his floor.

Hield paced the Pacers with a team-high 29 points (12-21 FG, 5-9 3PT) to go along with seven rebounds, five assists and one steal across 43 minutes in Friday's 129-125 loss to the Thunder.

Hield is now averaging 21.8 points, 6.2 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 0.6 steals, 0.6 blocks and 3.8 triples across 39.8 minutes in five games since debuting with Indiana. His value has vaulted up as a result of his current role wiht the team. He will look to carry that momentum into Sunday's matchup with the Celtics.

Hield chipped in 36 points (14-20 FG, 8-12 3Pt), two rebounds, four assists and one steal over 37 minutes during Tuesday's 128-119 loss to Milwaukee.

Hield caught fire in the loss, putting up a season-high 36 points including eight triples. In fact, to put this performance into perspective, it was his highest points total since January 2020. He has not been shy since arriving in Indiana, assuming a primary role on the offensive end of the floor. Obviously, he won't be this good every night but given his role, he should clearly be rostered in all formats moving forward.

Hield posted 13 points (6-19 FG, 1-13 3Pt), eight rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal over 40 minutes during Sunday's 129-120 loss to the Timberwolves.

For the second straight game since coming over from Sacramento, Hield crossed the 40-minute threshold -- something he did only four times in 55 appearances this season for the Kings. Chris Duarte (toe) exiting the game in the first quarter certainly helped, but the Pacers appear intent on Hield being a bigger part of the offense, even on nights when he's ice-cold from three-point land. At some point, the Pacers could get Malcolm Brogdon (Achilles) back, but until that happens, Hield should continue to see big minutes alongside fellow new addition Tyrese Haliburton. The eventual return of T.J. Warren (foot) could also impact Hield, though Warren hasn't played in an NBA game since December of 2020.

Hield had 16 points (6-17 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 0-1 FT), nine rebounds and eight assists over 40 minutes during Friday's 120-113 loss to the Cavaliers.

Hield had started just six games for Sacramento to begin the season, but he joined the starting lineup during his debut with the Cavaliers and matched his second-highest minutes total of the season. The 29-year-old came within a rebound of a double-double and flirted with a triple-double with a team-high eight assists. While Hield had a slightly inconsistent role with the Kings, it appears as though he'll have more opportunities to contribute in Cleveland.

Hield will start in Friday's debut for the Pacers against the Cavaliers, James Boyd of The Indianapolis Star reports.

Hield hasn't started a game since Dec. 22, and he'll get the nod in his debut for his new team. It's possible that changes when Malcolm Brogdon (Achilles) is available, but his persistent injury woes could pave the way for Hield to have increased fantasy value down the stretch. In six starts this season, Hield has averaged 17.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.7 steals in 37.3 minutes.

Hield is likely to make his first appearance for his new squad on Friday after being traded from Sacramento on Tuesday. The 29-year-old is in the middle of the worst shooting season of his career shooting just 38.2 percent from the field and 36.9 percent from deep, both career lows. However, Hield may still be able to see a lot of playing time with Malcolm Brogdon still nursing an achilles injury.

Hield was traded to the Pacers on Tuesday, along with Tyrese Haliburton and Tristan Thompson, in exchange for Domantas Sabonis, Jeremy Lamb, Justin Holiday and a future second-round pick, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

While Haliburton and Sabonis are the two headliners, the Kings were able to rid themselves of Hield's salary burden, as he's set to make $21.2 million next season and north of $19.2 million in 2023-24. The sharpshooter remains one of the NBA's best high-volume three-point threats, but he doesn't offer much else -- both in real-life or in fantasy basketball. In 55 appearances for the Kings, Hield averaged 1.4 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.3 made three-pointers while shooting a career-worst 36.8 percent from deep. He'll likely fill a similar role in Indiana -- particularly with both Lamb and Holiday now out of the picture. Hield may even slide into the starting lineup, especially if Malcolm Brogdon (Achilles) continues to miss time.

Hield notched 11 points (4-14 FG, 3-9 3Pt), five rebounds, one assist and one steal in 24 minutes during Tuesday's 128-75 loss to the Celtics.

The fact that Hield was the only double-digit scorer for the Kings in this game speaks volumes of how badly the team struggled on offense, and he wasn't one that could escape from those woes either since he needed 14 shots just to record 11 points. Hield and the entire Kings offense will try to bounce back when facing the Hawks on the road Wednesday.

Hield finished Sunday's 118-112 loss to Houston with 27 points (9-16 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 4-5 FT), five rebounds, two assists and four steals in 30 minutes.

Hield was active defensively and looked comfortable in his sixth man role. While is isn't clear if he'll remain there while Tyrese Haliburton (COVID-19 protocols) is absent, shareholders should be encouraged by Sunday's performance. After a tough December, Hield has rallied across nine January contests, averaging 16.0 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.0 steals per game on a 42.9/44.3/86.7 slash line.

Hield continues to serve as the Kings' first guard off the bench, and he remains one of the league's highest-volume three-point threats. Over the last eight games, Hield is averaging 16.0 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 3.9 made threes (44.3% 3Pt). He could be on the move at the deadline, but even if he's traded, his role shouldn't change dramatically.

Hield led Sacramento reserves in scoring and finished second on the team overall with 19 points. Hield is shooting just 39 percent from the field this season, so efficiency isn't usually his strong point.

Hield closed Tuesday's 122-114 loss to Los Angeles with 26 points (8-18 FG, 7-13 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 33 minutes.

Hield dazzled with seven three-pointers for the second consecutive game. The shooting specialist is usually the first man off the bench and put together two productive games after a scoring drought that plagued him last week.

Hield finished Sunday's 115-113 win over Miami with 26 points (9-18 FG, 7-14 3Pt, 1-1 FT), six rebounds and three assists across 33 minutes.

Hield broke out of his slump in the win, drilling seven triples en route to a team-high 26 points. It's been a wildly inconsistent season thus far for Hield, with his playing time almost completely reliant on his shooting stroke. He generally has enough value to stick around in 12-team formats but is only suited to those managers in need of points and triples.

Hield logged eight points (3-7 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three assists and one steal across 26 minutes during a 112-96 loss Friday versus Dallas.

The Mavericks and Kings played back-to-back games against each other. Hield was awful across both, having 11 points on a 33.3 field goal percentage. The backup will try to do better during 2022 but remains an occasionally appealing fantasy option at best. Hield's recent statistical output -- 10.5 points averaged across his last 11 games off the bench -- indicates his limited upside.

Hield bounced back in a big way after an abysmal two points against Memphis in his previous game. His four-game streak in the starting five ended against Memphis, and he performed aptly as the team's sixth man. Drawing a start doesn't make it break Hield's production much, as he averages almost 30 minutes on the floor as a second-unit player.

Hield logged two points (0-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds and one assist over 24 minutes during Sunday's 127-102 loss to Memphis.

Hield moved back to the bench after starting four games in a row over the last two weeks, but he struggled massively and delivered what will probably end up being one of his worst games of the campaign since he missed all three of his field goals while putting up a season-low two points. Hield is one of the most streaky scorers in the league, however, and he shouldn't struggle for an extended period of time. He might be ready to bounce back when the Kings take on the Thunder on Tuesday.

Hield will not be in the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Grizzlies, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports.

Hield had started each of the last four games with De'Aaron Fox in the league's health and safety protocols. With Fox back in action Sunday night, Hield will move back to the bench. The 28-year-old provides good value in scoring categories but not much elsewhere. He's averaging 16.1 points, four rebounds and 2.1 assists in 29.7 minutes per game this season.

Hield started for the third straight contest since De'Aaron Fox was moved into COVID-19 protocols. Hield has flourished in the role, posting per-game averages of 20.7 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 5.7 three-pointers and 2.7 steals over that span. With 119 made treys on the season, Hield can tie his name to Stephen Curry (154 triples) as the only players who have surpassed 100 three-pointers this season through Monday's games.

Hield finished Sunday's 121-114 victory over the Spurs with 29 points (10-18 FG, 7-9 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, four assists and one steal across 40 minutes.

Making his second straight start as the Kings deal with some injury and COVID-related absences, Hield set a new season high in scoring while tying his season high in minutes played. The Oklahoma product is once again among the league-leaders in made threes, but he entered the night hitting "only" 3.5 per game -- down from 4.0 last season. That number has been on the rise of late, as Hield has piled up 23 made threes over his last five games alone.

Hield accumulated 21 points (7-13 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, two blocks and two steals over 28 minutes during Saturday's 117-103 loss to the Cavaliers.

Hield was a dominant scoring presence once again and carried the team offensively despite coming off the bench, which has been his role all season long. The veteran guard reached the 20-point mark for the first time in his last seven appearances, and while his shooting percentages have been poor so far, he is still in line to average at least 15 points per game for the fourth straight season.

Hield closed with 15 points (6-19 FG, 2-10 3Pt, 1-1 FT), six rebounds, one assist and two steals in 31 minutes during Friday's 124-123 loss to the Hornets.

Hield wasn't very efficient from the floor in Friday's matchup, as he converted just 31.6 percent of his field-goal attempts while making 20 percent of his attempts from beyond the arc. However, he had plenty of shot volume and tied for the highest scoring total among the Kings' bench players. Hield had scored in double figures in 20 of 21 games to begin the season but has now been held to single-digit scoring totals in three of his last five appearances.

Hield provided 22 points (6-15 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 5-6 FT), four rebounds and one block in 30 minutes during Wednesday's 125-121 win over the Trail Blazers.

Hield came off the bench but played more minutes than all but one of Sacramento's starters in the contest. That was partly due to the early exit of Harrison Barnes due to a foot injury and De'Aaron Fox (ejection), but Hield also earned his time on the court by leading all Kings scorers with 22 points. Most of the sharpshooter's point total came by way of five three-pointers, and Hield trails only Stephen Curry in total treys converted on the season.

Hield accumulated 21 points (7-15 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 2-2 FT), nine rebounds and two assists in 31 minutes during Monday's 102-94 loss to Philadelphia.

Hield trailed only De'Aaron Fox (23 points) for high-scoring honors among Kings players Monday, and he converted five of the team's seven three-pointers in the loss. Hield also tied for the team lead with nine rebounds. He has come off the bench in all but two games this season, but Hield's 16.8 points and 4.2 three-pointers per contest are narrowly superior to the marks he posted as a full-time starter last season.

Hield added 22 points (8-14 FG, 6-10 3Pt), two rebounds, two assists and one steal during Monday's win over the Pistons.

Coming off the bench after two straight starts didn't slow down the former Oklahoma standout. Hield drilled six threes en route to a team high offensively, as this was also the guard's fifth time reaching the 20-point mark. Hield has converted six or more threes in four different matchups this season and is currently shooting 39.4 percent from deep.

Hield played 30 minutes in Monday's loss to Phoenix, tallying 14 points (5-16 FG, 3-11 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, two assists and a blocked shot.

Tyrese Haliburton was unable to play due to a back injury, and the Kings elected to move Hield into the starting lineup in his place. Hield struggled with his shot throughout the contest, and he ultimately logged about the same amount of court time as he has throughout the campaign as a reserve. Despite moving to a sixth-man role this season, Hield is enjoying a strong campaign overall, posting per-game averages of 17.4 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.8 assists. His 48 three-pointers trail only Stephen Curry's 52 for top honors in the NBA.

Hield has reached the 20-point mark in three of his last four games and is enjoying a strong start to the campaign as a scorer off the bench for the Kings -- which is the same role he had last season. He's being efficient as well, as he's shooting an impressive 44 percent from three-point range while attempting a whopping 10 treys per tilt.

Hield finished with 26 points (8-17 FG, 7-11 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, two steals, two blocks and one rebound in 27 minutes during Wednesday's 110-107 victory over the Suns.

Hield drained seven triples as the Kings edged out the Suns on the back of a Harrison Barnes buzzer-beater. Despite coming off the bench, Hield has been able to remain an elite source of perimeter scoring on most nights. The four defensive counters were an added bonus in this one and may have put the icing on what could very well be his best all-around performance of the season.

Hield notched 24 points (9-21 FG, 6-15 3Pt), seven rebounds and an assist across 26 minutes off the bench in Friday's loss against the Jazz.

Hield will maintain the same role he had last season as an excellent scoring threat off the bench, and he has started the campaign with two straight outings of at least 15 points. Considering he averaged 16.6 points per game last season, Hield should be counted on for instant offense off the bench on a regular basis -- even if he doesn't offer a lot of value in other categories outside scoring.

Hield rested in Monday's exhibition matchup, but he should be available for Thursday's preseason finale against the Lakers. The 28-year-old has taken on a reserve role for most of the preseason, while Tyrese Haliburton has served as a starter.

Kings coach Luke Walton held Hield along with Marvin Bagley out of practice Friday as they're both dealing with sore knees. For fantasy purposes, Hield is perennially among the league leagues in made three-pointers, and he also offers decent rebounding and assists production to go with a solid free throw percentage.

His dead-eye shooting helped him lead the team in scoring, and that will often be the case when the Oklahoma product is running hot from downtown.

Hield is converting at an unsustainably low 36.4 percent clip from two-point range this season, more than 10 percentage points below his career rate.

He is hitting 40.4 percent from three-point range in 2020-21, a figure that would rank as his second-best career mark.

Also notable through 18 games this season has been Hield's improved defensive stats, as he's averaging 1.0 steals per game for the first time since the 2017-2018 campaign.

Hield and the Kings will not play Sunday and Monday against the Grizzlies after the games were postponed, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

When asked Tuesday if Hield will start at shooting guard, coach Luke Walton was non-committal, Sports 1140 KHTK in Sacramento reports. "We got a lot of new faces here," Walton said. "We have to continue to look at what is going to be best for our team."

It's not exactly the most encouraging quote from Walton who had his run-ins with Hield last season. Even with Bogdan Bogdanovic out of the picture, it appears as though Walton may consider using Hield off the bench, though if that's the case, it's unclear who would start ahead of him. The Kings are relatively thin in the backcourt outside of Hield and De'Aaron Fox, so the top candidates would be Cory Joseph or Tyrese Haliburton, the 12th overall pick in November's NBA Draft.

While De'Aaron Fox and Bogdan Bogdanovic had little trouble exploiting a disjointed Spurs defense in their first game back from the break, combining for 63 points, Hield couldn't get his shot to fall and his cold spell played a large role in the Kings dropping a game they could ill afford to lose. The 27-year-old will need to regain his focus quickly if the team is going to stay afloat in the Western Conference playoff chase.

Hield scored 17 points (7-16 FG, 3-10 3Pt) while adding eight rebounds and four assists in 27 minutes off the bench during Monday's scrimmage against the Clippers.

The fourth year off-guard has settled in as a major part of the Kings' backcourt, averaging a career-high 3.8 three-pointers per game before the shutdown. Hield's ability to create his own offense against potentially rusty defenders makes him a player to watch once the league resumes play.

Hield recorded 19 points (8-16 FG, 3-10 3Pt), five rebounds, a steal and an assist across 24 minutes in Wednesday's 104-98 scrimmage loss to the Heat.

Hield is the type of player that's destined to excel in the restart. If you buy into the COVID-19 intangibles, players who can create their own shot in space should see a slight uptick in production, and Hield's role as the off-guard is a perfect example. The absence of De'Aaron Fox and Harrison Barnes also contributed to his boosted stat line, but he's still expected to log his 30-plus minutes per game once the season restarts.

What's remarkable about the record is that it was achieved without a significant contribution from De"Aaron Fox, and that's a great indicator of the Kings' depth and ability to excel without their marquee point guard.

Hield put on a solid performance Sunday, but his workload continues to drop, which remains a concern. Across the past six games, Hield is seeing just 23.5 minutes per contest, resulting in averages of 15.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.3 steals.

Hield has scored 15 or more points in all but two games since moving to the bench in Jan. 24, and there's no question the streaky shooting guard has embraced his new role with the second unit. Hield is averaging 20.6 points per game on 48.4 percent shooting from deep since his role in the rotation changed 13 games ago.

Hield wasn't as sharp as from long distance as he was in the 3-Point Shootout during All-Star Weekend, but he made up for it with a perfect night from the free-throw line. The move to the bench hasn't hurt his production much, as he has at least 20 points in four of his last five contests.

Hield defeated the Suns' Devin Booker, 27-26, Saturday in the final round of the Mountain Dew 3-Point Shootout at All-Star Weekend in Chicago.

The competition went down to Hield's 108th and final attempt of the night, with the Kings sharpshooter sinking his last shot to claim a narrow win over Booker. Hield earned his spot in the All-Star event by knocking down a career-high 3.8 triples per game at a 38.5 percent clip through his 54 appearances this season.

Hield accounted for 22 points (8-21 FG, 4-12 3Pt, 2-2 FT), nine assists, one rebound and one steal in 31 minutes during Wednesday's loss to Dallas.

In what amounted to a disappointing all-around outing for the Kings, Hield managed to be a bright spot, eclipsing 20 points and dishing out a career-high nine assists. He's taken on his newly found role with the reserves in stride, averaging 22.2 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 29.1 minutes per game across 10 contests.

Hield notched 31 points (11-17 FG, 9-10 3Pt), six rebounds, five assists and two steals in 32 minutes during Saturday's 122-102 win over the Spurs.

Hield continues to make a huge impact off the bench, but the biggest area of improvement has been his shooting percentages. Since moving to the bench eight games ago, Hield has been making 52.8 percent of his shots and 51.8 percent of his three-point attempts. That should be enough reason to keep trusting him as a reliable scoring threat for the Kings even if he's not likely to return to the starting unit anytime soon.

Hield tallied 21 points (7-16 FG, 5-13 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds and five assists in 36 minutes during Friday's 105-97 win over the Heat.

Hield topped the 20-point mark for the fourth time in seven games since he was moved to the bench, and his numbers have improved considerably. He is averaging 22.0 points per game while shooting 50.9 percent from the field during that stretch, as opposed to 17.3 points per game and 43.1 percent shooting in his previous seven starts. Considering his rate of success, Hield should remain as the Kings' leading scorer off the bench although that shoudn't affect his fantasy upside moving forward.

Hield gathered 16 points (6-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-3 FT), three assists, two rebounds and one steal in 20 minutes off the bench during Monday's 113-109 win over the Timberwolves.

Hield moved to the bench six games ago due to his shooting struggles, but those problems seem to be on the rear view of late. The star shooting guard is averaging 22.2 points in 26.7 minutes per game while shooting 52.2 percent from the field and 48.4 percent from three-point range since he was moved to the bench. He should remain as a solid fantasy contributor despite his role in the rotation.

Hield totaled 19 points (7-14 FG, 5-11 3Pt), seven rebounds, an assist and a steal across 26 minutes in Thursday's 124-103 win over the Clippers.

After starting most of the season, Hied has moved to the bench as the Kings opted to go with Bogdan Bogdanovic in the starting five over the past four games. To say that Hield is responding well to a reserve role would be an understatement. Not only did he put up a career-best 42 points three games ago, but his four-game bench tenure yielding an average of 23.8 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game, crushing his season averages in almost every category. While Bogdanovic has the starting job for now, Hield should still see close to 30 minutes of court time and is in no danger of a severe drop-off in production.

Hield amassed 42 points (14-24 FG, 9-14 3Pt, 5-5 FT), five rebounds and three assists in 38 minutes during Monday's 133-129 victory over the Timberwolves.

Hield was the catalyst in a miraculous comeback, scoring 20 points in the fourth quarter as the Kings stormed home in Minnesota. Despite moving to the bench, Hield had continued to score the basketball efficiently and is the 34th ranked player over the past two weeks. It is unclear whether the move is going to be permanent but whatever the case, Hield should remain a solid top-50 player moving forward.

Hield had 21 points (7-12 FG, 5-9 3PT, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, one assist and one block in 23 minutes off the bench during Friday's 98-81 win at Chicago.

Hield moved to the bench for the first time this season and it seems the move paid off as he shot more than 50 percent from the field for the second time Dec. 15. That said, the talented shooting guard is still making just 43.4 percent of his field goal attempts. Even though he is a natural volume scorer, there's no question he needs to improve his efficiency moving forward. He should remain out of the starting five ahead of Monday's matchup at Minnesota.

Hield will come off the bench Friday against Chicago, Jason Jones of The Athletic reports.

Hield has struggled to find consistency with his shot of late, converting on just 42.7 percent of his field goals and 28 percent of his attempts from downtown over his last five games, despite averaging 17.8 points over that stretch. The Kings will elect to shake up the starting five by inserting Bogdan Bogdanovic into the starting shooting guard spot.

Hield put up only 14 points for the second time in his last three games, his lowest totals since he scored 10 Dec. 23 against the Rockets. The Oklahoma product has been particularly cold from three-point range of late, making just 16 of his 57 attempts from beyond the arc, or 28.1 percent over his last six games.

Hield finished with 20 points (7-19 FG, 5-17 3Pt, 1-1 FT), seven rebounds, seven assists, three steals and two blocks in 43 minutes Monday in the Kings' 118-113 overtime loss to the Heat.

Poor shooting from the field and three-point range aside, Hield's outing was otherwise about as good as fantasy managers could have expected from a counting-stats perspective. His contributions in three-point makes, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks all either tied or surpassed his previous best in each category in the Kings' last six games. As a result, he shouldn't be expected to come close to replicate this sort of all-around line with much regularity, though he'll remain an elite source for scoring and triples.

Hield had 16 points (7-14 FG, 2-6 3PT), five rebounds, five assists and three steals in 38 minutes during Monday's 114-112 loss against Orlando.

Hield has scored exactly 16 points in each of his last three games and he seems to have turned a corner from an efficiency point of view -- he is making 46.3 percent of his field goals during that span, but he shot just 35.1 percent overall during the prior 10 contests. At the very least he keeps producing, and Hield should remain fantasy relevant as long as he can keep scoring regardless of his shooting percentages.

Hield had 16 points (7-16 FG, 2-7 3Pt), five rebounds and four assists in 34 minutes during Friday's 127-106 loss to the Bucks.

A stingy Bucks defense forced the Oklahoma product into tough shots all night, resulting in a reasonable yet dull 16 points from the 20.3 point-averaging guard. Stat lines with an underwhelming amount of scoring do hinder the values of pure shooters like Hield, so fantasy owners will hope he can get back on track to hit 20-plus points on future opponents.

Hield popped up on the injury report after he turned his ankle in the season opening loss to the Suns on Wednesday, but after full participation in Friday's morning shootaround, the sharp shooter will be good to go against Portland. Expect Hield to be a full go.
