He has been picking up his assist numbers as well, averaging 5.8 dimes per game since the break as opposed to 4.5 prior to the All-Star Game.

Sexton accumulated 25 points (12-19 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, seven assists and two steals in 30 minutes during Wednesday's 119-107 loss to Oklahoma City.

Playing his third straight game as part of the second unit, Sexton led the Jazz in scoring while producing 20-plus for the seventh time in the last eight contests. He didn't get much help though, as only two other Utah players even scored in double digits. Over that eight-game stretch, Sexton is averaging 22.8 points, 6.0 assists, 3.4 boards, 2.5 threes and 1.0 steals while shooting 52.6 percent from the floor and 45.5 percent (20-for-44) from beyond the arc, and the shift to the bench hasn't impacted his usage or efficiency. Once Jordan Clarkson (groin) gets healthy though, Sexton could move back into the starting five.

Sexton ended Monday's 114-104 loss to the Timberwolves with 24 points (9-17 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 1-1 FT), one rebound and two assists in 37 minutes.

Sexton led all players in Monday's contest in threes made while leading Utah in scoring and posting a team-high minute total to boost the team offensively in a losing effort. Sexton has tallied 25 or more points in 13 games this season, his first such performance while coming off the bench. He matched a season high in threes made, also doing so March 6 against Chicago.

Sexton finished Saturday's 119-100 loss to Minnesota with 22 points (9-16 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds, 10 assists and one steal over 31 minutes.

Sexton came off the bench for the first time since Dec. 11, leading all players in Saturday's contest in assists while pacing the Jazz in scoring and shots made in a 20-point, 10-assists showcase. Sexton has handed out 10 or more assists in four games this season, his first while coming off the bench. In those four contests, he has added 20 or more points on three occasions.

Sexton is not in the starting lineup to face the Timberwolves on Saturday, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.

Sexton will move to the bench for the first time since Dec. 11, as the coaching staff will play Keyonte George and Kris Dunn together in the backcourt. Sexton is averaging 12.7 points, 3.2 assists and 2.7 rebounds per game when coming off the bench this season.

Sexton closed Friday's 124-122 win over the Hawks with 21 points (9-16 FG, 3-6 3Pt), four rebounds, six assists and two steals in 31 minutes.

The 25-year-old guard continues to roll. Sexton has scored in double digits in 18 straight games dating back to Jan. 30, and over 10 contests since the All-Star break he's averaging 20.3 points, 5.6 assists, 2.8 boards, 2.2 threes and 1.6 steals. With rookie Keyonte George seizing the starting point guard job, Sexton is settling into the two-guard role that's a better fit for his skills.

Sexton closed with 24 points (7-17 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 5-6 FT), four rebounds and seven assists across 35 minutes during Wednesday's 119-117 loss to the Bulls.

Sexton reached the 20-point plateau for the third time across his last five games, and he continues to deliver instant offense for the Jazz every time he steps on the hardwood. He's finally settled in a starting role and is having a strong season both as a scorer and playmaker. Through his last 10 appearances, Sexton is averaging 22.0 points, 5.8 assists, 2.5 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game.

Sexton accumulated 29 points (11-19 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), three rebounds, seven assists and two steals in 34 minutes during Monday's 127-115 victory over the Wizards.

The shorthanded Jazz got little production from anyone except Sexton, Jordan Clarkson and John Collins -- no other member of the team scored more than 10 points -- but it was enough. Sexton has scored in double digits in 14 straight games, a stretch in which the 25-year-old guard is averaging 20.9 points, 5.6 assists, 2.1 boards, 2.1 threes and 1.1 steals while shooting 50.3 percent from the floor and 47.6 percent from beyond the arc.

Sexton ended with 22 points (8-16 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 3-5 FT), one rebound, three assists and six steals over 29 minutes during Tuesday's 124-97 loss to the Hawks.

The 25-year-old guard led Utah in scoring on the night as he provided at least 14 points for the 11th straight game. Sexton is averaging 20.5 points, 5.7 assists, 2.1 boards, 2.1 threes and 1.1 steals over that stretch while shooting 46.0 percent from long distance, and while the Jazz have committed to a youth movement coming out of the All-Star break with both Keyonte George and Taylor Hendricks in the starting five, Sexton's usage appears to be secure.

Sexton accumulated 16 points (4-9 FG, 8-8 FT), two rebounds, 10 assists and four steals over 27 minutes during Sunday's 128-109 win over the Spurs.

The Jazz seem content with having two ball-handlers, as Sexton continues to share the floor with Keyonte George for large stretches of the game. Sexton has been terrific in February, posting averages of 20.2 points, 5.9 assists, 2.1 rebounds and 2.0 three-pointers on 49.2 percent shooting from the field and 45.0 percent from beyond the arc.

Sexton ended with 35 points (10-18 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 12-13 FT), three rebounds, nine assists, one block and one steal across 34 minutes during Thursday's 140-137 loss to the Warriors.

Sextons' 12-of-13 shooting from the charity stripe tied his season highs in free-throw makes and attempts. The 24-year-old guard also led Utah in assists during Thursday's narrow loss to Golden State. Sexton has been scorching the nets from deep as of late, converting 42.9 percent of his 4.9 three-point attempts per contest across his last 10 appearances.

Sexton logged 18 points (8-15 FG, 2-5 3Pt), three assists and two blocks across 26 minutes during Wednesday's 138-122 loss to the Lakers.

Sexton led all Jazz players in scoring while connecting on a pair of threes and adding a trio of assists along with a pair of blocks in a well-rounded performance in a losing effort. Sexton has tallied 18 or more points in seven of his last 10 outings, including in three straight contests for Utah.

Sexton ended Monday's 129-107 loss to Golden State with 22 points (9-15 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-4 FT), six rebounds and five assists in 26 minutes.

Sexton was efficient from the field and also delivered decent numbers in the rebounding and passing categories, rounding out another solid display for the veteran. Sexton has scored in double digits in each of his five outings in February, averaging 19.2 points and 5.2 assists per game in that span.

Sexton ended with 19 points (7-15 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-6 FT), four rebounds, eight assists and one block in 24 minutes during Thursday's 129-115 loss to the Suns.

Sexton posted his highest assist total over his past six games and finished third on Utah in scoring in defeat. The sixth-year guard is on pace for a career-best mark with 4.5 dimes per contest this season, giving a boost to what had previously been a mostly one-dimensional fantasy profile. Sexton has also improved his scoring average from 14.3 points last season to 17.5 points during the current campaign.

Sexton finished Thursday's 127-124 loss to Philadelphia with 22 points (8-14 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), one rebound, six assists, one block and one steal in 25 minutes.

The 25-year-old guard continues to be productive. Since moving into the starting lineup in mid-December, Sexton has delivered 20 or more points in 20 of 27 games, averaging 21.6 points, 5.5 assists, 2.5 boards, 1.9 threes and 0.9 steals while shooting 50.6 percent from the floor and 42.0 percent from beyond the arc.

Sexton ended with 22 points (7-13 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 6-8 FT), three rebounds and seven assists over 28 minutes during Tuesday's 118-103 loss to New York.

The Jazz lost for the fifth time in their last seven games, but Sexton has continued to play well despite the team's struggles. He's reached the 22-point mark in five of those seven appearances while also putting up solid numbers as a playmaker since he's now gone 10 straight outings with five or more assists. During that 10-game stretch, Sexton is averaging 22.1 points, 6.7 assists and 2.7 rebounds per contest.

Sexton closed with 22 points (9-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-3 FT), three rebounds, seven assists and one block in 24 minutes during Tuesday's 153-124 loss to the Pelicans.

Although the Jazz were unable to keep up with New Orleans on Wednesday, Sexton put together an efficient performance from the floor while also matching his third-highest assist total of the season. He's now scored at least 20 points in seven consecutive outings, averaging 25.7 points, 5.4 assists and 2.6 rebounds in 27.3 minutes per game.

Sexton amassed 31 points (10-19 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 7-10 FT), one rebound, seven assists and one steal across 34 minutes during Thursday's 134-129 loss to the Thunder.

The Jazz came up short in the second half and couldn't complete a comeback against the Thunder, but Sexton notched an impressive stat line while ending three dimes away from a triple-double. The 31-point outing was also his best scoring mark of the season, and his second straight game reaching the 30-point plateau.

The NBA postponed Wednesday's game between the Warriors and Jazz due to a serious medical situation within Golden State's organization, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Warriors assistant coach Dejan Milojevic needed to be hospitalized Tuesday night after a health episode occurred during a team dinner. It's unclear when the game will be made up, but Utah's next scheduled game is Thursday versus the Thunder.

Sexton racked up 30 points (11-17 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), three rebounds and five assists across 24 minutes during Monday's 132-105 win over the Pacers.

The Jazz dominated the Pacers on Monday, and Sexton not only played a prominent role in the win but also delivered one of his most efficient performances of the campaign. He tied a season-high mark in field goals made, and he also reached the 30-point mark for the first time in 2023-24. Sexton has been on a tear of late, averaging 20.7 points per game and shooting 54.8 percent from the field since the beginning of January.

Sexton chipped in 27 points (8-13 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 10-10 FT), four rebounds and five assists in 28 minutes during Saturday's 132-125 victory over the Lakers.

The hits keep coming for Sexton, who has been a critical piece of Utah's recent success. He's currenty enjoying an excellent January, averaging 19.5 points, 5.1 assists and 2.1 rebounds through the first eight games of the year.

Sexton amassed 20 points (5-10 FG, 3-3 3Pt, 7-8 FT), two rebounds, five assists and two steals over 20 minutes during Friday's 145-113 win over the Raptors.

Sexton was dialed in during the blowout, and his total would have been much higher were it not for the lopsided total, which compelled the Jazz to empty the bench. Former starter Keyonte George scored nine points in garbage time and could be a candidate to run alongside Sexton if Kris Dunn continues to struggle. In any case, Sexton's resurgent play has all but cemented his starting gig in the backcourt.

Although Sexton's assist totals have fluctuated since assuming a starting role, the five-year vet continues to put up solid numbers. He's started off January on the right foot, averaging 18.2 points, 5.2 assists, 1.8 rebounds and 1.0 steals over the first six games of 2024.

Sexton recorded 19 points (8-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt), three assists and one steal over 18 minutes during Monday's 132-116 victory over the Bucks.

Sexton has been extremely good since moving to a starting role in mid-December, scoring over 15 points in all but two of his last 15 contests and shooting at a high clip since he's making 50.7 percent of his shots from the floor. The Jazz will keep Sexton in the starting lineup going forward regardless of whether he's deployed as a point guard or shooting guard.

Sexton tallied 22 points (9-14 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT), three rebounds and 10 assists over 27 minutes during Saturday's 120-109 win over the 76ers.

Sexton registered his first double-double of the season, and his 10 assists were his most in a game since since Nov. 23 against the Pistons when he dished out 12 dimes. Sexton has been more productive on offense since entering the starting lineup for Jordan Clarkson on Dec. 13. In that span of 14 games, Sexton is averaging 21.4 points on 49.8 percent shooting, 2.7 rebounds and 4.9 assists over 28.7 minutes per game.

Sexton provided 22 points (8-14 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 5-6 FT), two rebounds, five assists and one steal over 26 minutes during Saturday's 117-109 victory over the Heat.

Sexton led the Jazz in scoring and was the team's only starter with more than 12 points in the win. Most of his production came in the first half, when he put up 16 points on 8-of-14 shooting. This was Sexton's third straight game with at least 20 points, and he finished December with per-game averages of 21.1 points, 4.3 assists, 3.1 rebounds, 1.5 three-pointers and 0.9 steals over 14 contests.

Sexton registered 26 points (8-17 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 7-9 FT), five rebounds and three assists across 30 minutes during Thursday's 112-105 loss to the Pelicans.

Sexton has embraced his opportunity in the starting lineup and is doing an excellent job, scoring at least 20 points in seven of his nine starts and being efficient on both ends of the court. Through this nine-game span, Sexton is averaging 23.2 points, 4.4 assists and 3.0 rebounds per game while shooting 49.7 percent from the field and 40 percent from three-point range.

Sexton chipped in 20 points (8-10 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-5 FT), three rebounds, six assists, one block and one steal in 29 minutes during Tuesday's 130-118 victory over San Antonio.

Sexton only missed two shots throughout the game -- both from beyond the arc, which isn't one of his strongest areas -- and delivered a strong all-around effort as the Jazz cruised to victory over the Spurs on the road. Sexton has been spectacular as a starter for the Jazz, reaching the 20-point plateau in six of eight games while also averaging 4.6 assists per outing in that span.

Sexton registered 20 points (7-17 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 3-4 FT), three rebounds, two assists and one block across 34 minutes during Wednesday's 124-116 loss to the Cavaliers.

With Jordan Clarkson (thigh) and Keyonte George (foot) both in street clothes, Sexton made his fifth straight start and scored 20 or more points for the sixth straight contest. The former Cavalier is averaging 24.7 points, 3.7 assists, 3.2 boards and 2.3 threes over that stretch while shooting 51.0 percent from the floor, and Sexton should remain a strong fantasy option at least until Clarkson is ready to rejoin the lineup.

Sexton contributed 27 points (6-17 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 12-13 FT), three rebounds and six assists across 35 minutes during Monday's 125-108 win over the Nets.

Sexton tied with Talen Horton-Tucker for the team lead in scoring, with both guards putting up an identical 27/6/3 line. Horton-Tucker was by far the more efficient shooter, however, making 11 of 19 shots as opposed to Sexton's 6-for-17 mark. Still, the latter was able to make up for his shooting woes by getting to the line often and converting all but one of his 13 free-throw tries. Sexton has had an up-and-down campaign, but he's been hot over his past five games, scoring at least 20 points in each contest over that span, including at least 26 in each of his past four outings.

Sexton ended with 28 points (10-18 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 6-7 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one steal in 33 minutes during Saturday's 125-104 loss to Sacramento.

Sexton continued to prove his worth as an offensive linchpin with Jordan Clarkson (thigh) and Keyonte George (foot) sidelined. Despite Saturday's loss, the Jazz look like a more complete team with Sexton in the backcourt, and his excellent play should earn him more time when the backcourt is back to full health.

Sexton ended Thursday's 122-114 win over Portland with 27 points (11-17 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds, four assists and one steal in 32 minutes.

The Jazz were missing a number of key players including Lauri Markkanen (hamstring) and Jordan Clarkson (thigh), but Sexton stepped up and led the team in scoring while producing a season high in points. The 24-year-old guard has dropped at least 20 points in three straight contests, and since the calendar flipped to December, Sexton's averaging 19.7 points, 4.3 assists, 3.3 boards, 1.2 threes and 0.8 steals a game while shooting an impressive 54.5 percent from the floor.

Sexton chipped in 26 points (10-18 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 3-3 FT), four rebounds and seven assists over 30 minutes during Wednesday's 117-113 victory over New York.

Sexton started for Jordan Clarkson (hamstring), but the game script changed drastically when Keyonte George (foot) went down with an injury. George's injury appears to be serious enough that he won't travel with the team for two upcoming road games, so the veteran guard will become a valuable streaming option for at least a week. Although players like Talen Horton-Tucker will benefit from the absence, Sexton is uniquely positioned to have the biggest impact.

Sexton is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Knicks.

Sexton will replace Jordan Clarkson (hamstring) in the starting five Wednesday. Sexton will make his first start of the season and could remain in that role with Clarkson out for at least two weeks.

Despite coming off the bench, Sexton had an impressive outing, and he ended as one of Utah's leading scorers in this 14-point loss. Sexton has scored in double digits in four of his last five outings, and while the bench role limits his upside, he remains a viable fantasy alternative in most slates due to his scoring prowess alone.

Sexton totaled 25 points (9-13 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 7-7 FT), four rebounds and five assists over 30 minutes during Saturday's 118-113 overtime win over Portland.

Sexton fared much better then Ochai Agbaji during Jordan Clarkson's (thigh) absence, an encouraging sign for the veteran guard. Sexton hasn't played with the first unit since going down with a hamstring injury last season, and Keyonte George's solid play has kept him to the second unit for the duration of the 2023-24 campaign. While he still has value in deeper leagues, Sexton's reserve role caps his potential production.

Sexton provided 14 points (4-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 5-5 FT), four assists and three rebounds through 23 minutes in a 101-90 loss to the Timberwolves on Thursday.

Over his last four games, Sexton is averaging 12.5 points, 3.3 assists, 2.5 rebounds and 0.8 steals in 22.8 minutes. While the backup point guard aims to improve his efficiency and consistency, Thursday was a step in the right direction. Regardless of his production, Sexton's overall workload appears to remain the same, and he will continue to lead the second unit for the foreseeable future.

Sexton produced one point (0-5 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two rebounds, two assists and one steal over 11 minutes during Wednesday's 121-105 loss to the Trail Blazers.

Sexton was unable to convert any of his field-goal attempts during Wednesday's matchup, and he couldn't generate enough production in secondary categories to salvage his fantasy production. Despite Wednesday's lackluster stat line, he's scored in double figures in 11 of 15 appearances this year and has averaged 11.7 points, 3.1 assists and 2.6 rebounds in 19.5 minutes per game.

Sexton logged 18 points (6-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one steal across 23 minutes during Sunday's 140-137 double-overtime loss to the Suns.

Sexton has settled into a decently sized role with the second unit, though his production has been sporadic. Over the past five games, Sexton is seeing 20.8 minutes per night with averages of 11.8 points, 4.2 assists, 3.4 rebounds, 0.8 steals and 1.0 three-pointers on 40.8 percent shooting from the field.

Sexton contributed 10 points (3-8 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), two rebounds, six assists and one steal in 18 minutes during Friday's 127-121 win over the Grizzlies.

Sexton has now reached double-digit point totals in 8-of-10 games this year. His six assists also tied a season-high. The veteran reserve guard is averaging 12.2 points, 2.1 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 0.9 triples across a career-low 18.8 minutes on the young season.

Sexton ended with 23 points (8-10 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT), three rebounds and six assists across 22 minutes during Wednesday's 133-109 win over Memphis.

The Jazz may have found the winning combination by taking Sexton out of his usual role as a second-unit floor general. Sexton is used to bringing the ball down the court, but he looked superb by leaving the point guard duties to Jordan Clarkson. The blowout of Memphis was quite decisive, and it would not surprise me to see Clarkson and Sexton aligned together in a starting lineup soon.

Sexton (wrist) is available to play Saturday against the Suns.

Sexton has had some ups-and-downs in his first two outings of the season, averaging 11.0 points and 2.0 rebounds across 19.5 minutes of play. He is expected to continue coming off the bench, though the nature of that role limits his upside a bit.

Sexton is probable for Saturday's game versus the Suns due to a right wrist sprain, Eric Walden of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.

Sexton has averaged 11.0 points and 2.0 rebounds in 19.5 minutes across his first two appearances this season. Sexton will likely continue to come off the bench if he's upgraded to available.

Sexton got the start in the preseason finale since the Jazz rested several expected starters, and he made the most of the opportunity, leading the team in scoring and looking extremely efficient from the field. Sexton is likely to open the season as the main backup guard due to his ability to play both positions, but he should have decent fantasy upside in that role if he's able to log around 25 minutes per game on a consistent basis.

Sexton is in the starting lineup for Thursday's preseason matchup against the Kings, David Locke of the Jazz's official website reports.

Sexton gets the nod in the backcourt alongside Talen Horton-Tucker in a game where Utah decided to rest Jordan Clarkson, Lauri Markkanen and other projected starters. Sexton hasn't been at his best in the preseason, however, and he has averaged just 8.0 points per game across four outings.

Sexton notched 16 points (3-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 8-8 FT), a rebound, six assists, a steal and a block across 19 minutes off the bench in Saturday's 138-133 preseason win over the Trail Blazers.

Sexton is battling with Jordan Clarkson for a starting role in the backcourt, and while he came off the bench in this one, he certainly left a good impression here. He delivered single-digit scoring numbers in his first two outings, but this was Sexton's best preseason game so far. He will try to build off this performance when Utah takes on the New Zealand Breakers on Monday at Delta Center.

Sexton is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Trail Blazers, Ben Anderson of KSL News Salt Lake City reports.

Sexton missed the final three games of the season due to a nagging hamstring injury, but that was probably the best decision since Utah has nothing to play for Sunday. Sexton returned from a 18-game absence Tuesday and was limited off the bench, but that didn't stop the Alabama product from making an impact. If Sexton is available on the waiver wire, he's worth a spot on your bench and an occasional start due to his volume with the second unit.

Rookie Kevin Porter Jr. (head) was also forced to leave this game early, pushing Sexton to a season-high 44 minutes of work and a new career-high 30 shots from the field. It is unclear if any of these injured players will be available for Saturday's matchup versus the Nuggets, but if either Garland or Porter Jr. are forced to sit, expect a heavy dose of Sexton once again as the Cavaliers' main guard.

He is putting together a nice season despite the teams' struggles, currently flirting with top-100 numbers in standard formats. The Scoring is obviously his trademark; however, he is quietly adding one steal per game.

Sexton had another stellar night from a scoring perspective and also made a solid contribution in the steals column. He has been much better over the last two months than he was through October, November and December, and the sophomore guard really seems to be hitting his stride.

Sexton finished with 17 points (5-15 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 4-5 FT), nine assists, two rebounds and one steal in 33 minutes during Saturday's loss to the Heat.

Sexton's efforts to get his teammates involved were encouraging, as the second-year guard's struggled to distribute all season. Though it's a small sample size, Sexton's averaging 5.7 assists per game over his past three contests and has played a pivotal role in both of the Cavaliers' wins during that stretch. If he can continue the recent trend, Sexton's value could tick up throughout the remainder of the year.

Just named to the Rising Stars game during All-Star Weekend in place of the Heat's Tyler Herro (foot), Sexton celebrated by scoring 20 or more points for the eighth time in the last 10 games. The 21-year-old is averaging 22.8 points, 4.2 assists, 2.7 boards, 2.0 threes and 1.2 steals over that stretch, giving him plenty of momentum heading into the second half.

Sexton scored 29 points (11-22 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT) while adding seven assists, two rebounds and a steal in 40 minutes during Monday's 139-134 overtime loss to the Knicks.

The second-year guard continues to roll, scoring at least 20 points for the fifth straight game. Since the beginning of January, Sexton has been arguably the Cavs' most reliable offensive contributor, averaging 23.1 points, 3.3 boards, 3.2 assists, 2.2 threes and 1.1 steals through 18 contests.

Sexton amassed 24 points (9-20 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four assists, three rebounds, two steals and one block in 32 minutes during Tuesday's 125-111 loss to the Pelicans.

Sexton contributed across every category while scoring at least 20 for the 10th time through 15 games in January. He's in the midst of by far his best month thus far this season, and he'll look to finish it off on a high note during Thursday's tilt versus the Raptors.

Sexton went off for 29 points (10-15 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 7-7 FT), four rebounds, four assists and two steals in 37 minutes during Thursday's 124-112 loss to the Wizards.

Sexton was extremely efficient while turning in a well-rounded stat line and scoring at least 25 for the sixth time in the last 11 games. Having gone for 25-plus points only four times through his first 34 appearances this season, it's clear Sexton has raised his level of play of late. Moreover, he was averaging 35.0 minutes per game in January heading into this one after seeing no more than 30.8 per tilt in any prior month here in 2019-20.

Sexton accounted for 17 points (6-20 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, four assists, a steal and a block in 35 minutes during Monday's loss to the Knicks.

While Sexton lead the Cavaliers in points, it was a forgettable game for the 20-year-old guard. He was unable to get much going from the field and halted his streak of 20-plus point performances at three. While Sexton's offered value as a scorer this season with his average of 19.1 points per game, he continues to be unable to provide much in the way of secondary statistical production. His averages of 3.3 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.2 threes and 0.9 steals per game leave a lot to be desired for fantasy owners.

Sexton had 26 points (10-17 FG, 4-6 3PT, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds and two assists in 34 minutes during Saturday's 118-116 loss at Chicago.

Sexton has scored 25 or more points in four of his last five games, and he has made at least 10 shots in each of his last three contests. A volume scorer who can get buckets with ease, Sexton has been performing well of late and is averaging 22.9 points per game while shooting 47.3 percent from the field during January.

Sexton amassed 28 points (11-25 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 3-3 FT), six assists and four rebounds in 37 minutes during Friday's 113-109 loss to the Grizzlies.

Sexton matched his season-high with six assists, adding 28 points in another impressive offensive display. He has now scored at least 20 points in seven of his past nine games, a stretch that sees him putting up top-80 production. He has an uncanny knack of being able to get to the basket and the Cavaliers are going to roll with him most nights, even in the less competitive games.

Sexton had 25 points (9-18 FG, 4-7 3PT, 3-4 FT), three rebounds and one assist in 34 minutes during Saturday's 111-103 win at Denver.

Sexton has scored 20 or more points in seven of his last 10 games, and he is averaging 22.0 points per game while shooting 46.7 percent from the field during that stretch. He has settled as one of Cleveland's go-to guys on offense, and he should remain on that role Monday ahead of a tough away matchup at the Lakers.

Sexton put up 19 points (9-19 FG, 1-2 3Pt) in a 115-112 overtime victory over the Pistons on Thursday, adding six rebounds, two steals, two blocks and one assist in 40 minutes of playing time.

Sexton's scoring has been solid over his previous eight outings, posting 22.0 points per game. He's also shot 83.8 percent from the line in that span. However, the lack of reliable supporting stats have held the 21-year old's value back. Putting up 3.1 boards, 2.3 assists and 0.9 threes per game on the season going into this contest, it's difficult to trust Sexton as anything more than a source of points.
