Robinson carried the ball 17 times for 84 yards and caught both his targets for four yards in Sunday's 31-25 overtime loss to the Colts.

While the third-year back posted his best rushing yardage total since Week 6, he was denied a much bigger performance as Tyler Allgeier punched in a pair of one-yard TDs in his place. Robinson rushed 12 times for 46 yards and caught eight of 10 targets for 50 yards in Sunday's 24-23 loss to the Patriots.

Robinson didn't get many opportunities on the ground as the Falcons tried to play catch-up with a pass-heavy approach, but he was heavily involved as a receiver out of the backfield. Drake London scored all three of Atlanta's touchdowns while leading the team with nine catches and 118 receiving yards, but all other Falcons pass catchers besides London and Robinson combined for only five receptions and 53 yards. Robinson's versatile skill set should ensure he maintains a prominent role in Week 10 against the Colts in Berlin as he tries to snap a two-game touchdown drought.

Following this season-worst performance, Robinson seemingly has nowhere to go but up in a Week 9 road matchup against the Patriots next Sunday afternoon.

Robinson rushed the ball 14 times for 40 yards in Sunday's 20-10 loss to the 49ers. He added six receptions on eight targets for 52 yards and a touchdown.

Robinson struggled to find room to run, with a long gain on the ground of only eight yards. As a result, he failed to reach 70 yards on the ground for only the second time this season and for the first time since Week 1. However, he continued to excel as a pass catcher, highlighted by a 10-yard touchdown reception halfway through the third quarter. Robinson has at least six receptions in half of his six games this season and now has four total touchdowns for the campaign.

Robinson took 19 carries for 170 yards and a touchdown while adding six receptions (on eight targets) for 68 yards in Monday's 24-14 win over the Bills.

Fresh off of recording a new career high in total yardage (181) in the Falcons' last win, Robinson wasted no time setting a new high-water mark with 238 yards from scrimmage against the Bills. The majority of the fantasy star's production came on the ground this time around, with Monday's 170 rushing yards representing another career best. Robinson is providing a whopping 164.4 combined yards per game for his managers this season. To put that into perspective, the Texas product averaged 111.0 total yards per game over the course of his breakout fantasy campaign in 2024. Robinson's domination of opposing defenses should continue Week 7 against a 49ers defense that will be without star players Fred Warner (ankle) and Nick Bosa (knee).

The 181 scrimmage yards were a career high for Robinson, as he hit the century mark in receiving yards for the second time in four games to begin the season. Robinson has amassed 314 rushing yards and 274 receiving yards through four weeks, earning a well-deserved rest during Atlanta's Week 5 bye before facing the Bills in Week 6.

A field day was expected for the Falcons' ground attack going in, but the Panthers defense completely turned that expectation on its head with a surprisingly dominant performance. Robinson still managed to churn out a solid effort that highlighted both his rushing and receiving acumen, but his workload on the ground was certainly more sparse than it would have been had the Falcons made good on their status as solid favorites. Robinson will next take aim at the Commanders defense when Washington pays Atlanta a visit for Week 4 matchup next Sunday.

As his final line indicates, Robinson was completely stonewalled on the ground by a typically stout Buccaneers run defense. However, the versatile running back made his mark through the air and wasted no time doing so, capping off the game's opening possession with a weaving 50-yard touchdown reception. Robinson would go on to compile exactly that same amount of yardage on his subsequent five receptions, just getting to his second career 100-yard game as a receiver. Better days are naturally ahead for Robinson as a runner as well, and despite the lack of rushing production Sunday, his 18 total touches certainly represent a solid start to his season from a fantasy perspective. Robinson next takes aim at the Vikings defense on road in a Sunday night Week 2 matchup.

Robinson recently said one of his goals this season is to create more explosive runs, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Robinson averaged an impressive 4.8 yards per carry last season, but he produced just one run of longer than 30 yards. According to Ledbetter, 31 players had multiple runs of 30-plus yards last season, and seven different players had five or more. Robinson had just 12 of his 304 carries produce 15-plus yards, as he was one of the running backs least reliant on big plays. He wants to change that headed into his third season. Robinson is a consensus top-five fantasy pick headed into training camp.

Robinson saved his best for last in terms of the 2024 season, recording a new career high in rushing yards while also scoring a pair of rushing touchdowns for the third consecutive game on runs of three and four yards. Robinson continuously ripped off chunk gains against the Panthers' league-worst run defense, and he'll finish the 2024 campaign with five 100-yard efforts -- all which came from Week 7 on -- and at least 90 rushing yards in six straight contests.

Robinson had clear control of the Falcons' ground game once again, although backfield mate Tyler Allgeier logged 12 carries of his own as part of a run-centric game plan. Robinson eclipsed the 100-yard mark for the fourth time this season in the process with a figure that qualified as a new season high. The second-year back has now encouragingly logged at least 22 carries in three straight contests, and he could potentially put together an even better performance against the Giants' suspect run defense in a Week 16 home matchup.

Robinson rushed 22 times for 92 yards and a touchdown and brought in both targets for nine yards in the Falcons' 42-21 loss to the Vikings on Sunday. He also had a two-point conversion run.

Facing a Vikings defense that had been one of the best in the league at stopping the run, Robinson put together a workman-like effort that saw him grind out 4.2 yards per tote with the second-highest carry total of his career. Robinson also recorded a rushing touchdown for the second consecutive game and fourth time in the last four contests on a 13-yard run late in the third quarter, and he's now eclipsed 90 rushing yards in three of his last four games as well. Robinson's workload pushed him over the 20-carry mark in consecutive games for the first time in his young career, affording him plenty of momentum as the fantasy playoffs begin and he heads into a favorable Week 15 road matchup against the Raiders on Monday night, Dec. 16.

Robinson logged a career-high carry total while eclipsing the 100-yard mark on the ground for the third time this season, including the second time in the last three games. Robinson added his seventh rushing touchdown of the campaign on a two-yard run to open the scoring on the afternoon. Robinson also finished second on the Falcons in receptions, making it a highly productive afternoon in every sense. The second-year star next takes aim at a tough Vikings defense on the road in a Week 14 matchup.

Robinson rushed 12 times for 35 yards and caught all four of his targets for 28 yards in Sunday's 38-6 loss to the Broncos.

Robinson was far from the only Falcon to disappoint in this lopsided loss. His 63 scrimmage yards marked the second-lowest total of Robinson's season and snapped a streak of five consecutive performances with at least 105 total yards. Atlanta's Week 12 bye will offer Robinson a nice opportunity to recharge his batteries after he averaged 21.4 touches over the past five games. He'll look to get back on track in Week 13 against the Chargers.

The timeshare in the Falcons' backfield continues to be a source of consternation for fantasy managers, but Robinson's robust receiving role continues to afford him a solid floor heading into a Week 9 home matchup against the Cowboys.

Robinson enjoyed a true lead-back role despite the lopsided loss, outpacing backfield Tyler Allgeier by 16 carries. Robinson's carry total was actually a season high, and his receiving yardage tally was his third of at least 40 on the campaign. Robinson also recorded his third touchdown in the last two games with a five-yard run just past the midway point of the second quarter, affording him plenty of momentum heading into a key Week 8 road clash against the NFC South rival Buccaneers.

Robinson rushed 15 times for 95 yards and a pair of touchdowns while catching three of four targets for 10 yards in Sunday's 38-20 win over the Panthers.

Robinson scored twice in the first half en route to his best game as a pro in the win over Carolina. The 2023 first-round pick had been averaging 57.0 rushing yards over his previous five contests with just one total touchdown over that span, so Sunday's showing could be the beginning of a hot streak for the talented back. Robinson should be considered a high-end play next Sunday against Seattle and its 27th-ranked rush defense.

The Falcons did take an unusually pass-heavy approach Thursday night -- Kirk Cousins put the ball up 59 times -- so perhaps Robinson will see a larger workload in a highly favorable Week 6 road matchup against the Panthers on Sunday, Oct. 13.

Robinson remains the lead back in Atlanta heading into a pivotal NFC South matchup against the Saints on Sunday.

Robinson once again was kept busy throughout the night, logging just one fewer touch than the 23 he'd recorded in Week 1 against the Steelers. Robinson was more efficient with his rush attempts Monday than he had been against the Steelers in the opener, and he was consistent throughout the night while recording a long run of a modest 19 yards. Robinson's usage under new coordinator Zac Robinson has been encouraging, and he'll undoubtedly play another robust role when the defending champion Chiefs come calling for a Week 3 Sunday night showdown.

Robinson had a disappointing day from an efficiency perspective, but there was still good news in terms of his usage. He accounted for 18 of Atlanta's 21 carries out of the team's backfield and also led the team in targets. Robinson's 23 touches matched his career high, a mark he reached only two times in his rookie campaign.

Robinson and most of Atlanta's other key players aren't in uniform for Saturday's preseason game in Baltimore, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports.

The list of players sitting out also includes QBs Kirk Cousins and Michael Penix, RB Tyler Allgeier, WRs Drake London, Darnell Mooney, KhaDarel Hodge and Ray-Ray McCloud and TEs Kyle Pitts, Charlie Woerner and Ross Dwelley.

Robinson is among the key Falcons' skill players not in line to play in Friday's preseason opener against the Dolphins, Tori McElhaney of the team's official site reports.

Catching passes from Cousins, who will need to first recover from his Achilles injury, will alone provide a boost to Robinson's prospects, but if the Falcons can finally field a more legitimate passing game with Drake London, Kyle Pitts and new face Darnell Mooney, that two-dimensional offense will help keep defenses honest. Robinson and teammate Tyler Allgeier faced 8-plus defenders in the box 20.6 and 30.7 percent of the time last year, respectively, metrics that will stand to decline if Cousins manages to threaten opposing secondaries downfield more efficiently than Desmond Ridder and Taylor Heinicke did. Robinson will be a popular breakout candidate for the 2024 campaign, with the tantalizing promise of an Atlanta offense finally headlined by competent quarterback play.

Robinson rushed 15 times for 75 yards and brought in three of four targets for 11 yards in the Falcons' 37-17 loss to the Bears on Sunday.

Robinson put together an efficient performance on the ground, crossing the 70-yard threshold for the second straight game. The rookie's carry total was also his highest since Week 13, but he went without a touchdown for the fourth straight contest. Backfield mate Tyler Allgeier logged 10 fewer carries but scored on an impressive 75-yard reception, so the two backs will continue to share the workload to a certain degree in the Week 18 finale against the Saints.

Robinson rushed 12 times for 72 yards and secured seven of 10 targets for 50 yards in the Falcons' 29-10 win over the Colts on Sunday.

Robinson led the Falcons in rushing attempts and yards, as well as receptions, receiving yards and targets, making him the unofficial team MVP on the afternoon. The explosive rookie's productive day was an especially welcome sight for fantasy managers that were placing faith in him following his tally of 14 total yards in Week 15 against the Panthers. Robinson will aim to build on the impressive afternoon against the Bears on the road in Week 17.

Robinson rushed seven times for 11 yards and brought in one target for three yards in the Falcons' 9-7 loss to the Panthers on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.

Robinson's day was as dreary as his final line implies, with the rookie producing his lowest yardage output on the ground since Week 7 against the Buccaneers (three yards). Robinson's sparse usage was especially disappointing in the context of the fact it came on the heels of six straight double-digit rush-attempt tallies and three consecutive games with multiple receptions. Robinson's fumble was also critical, considering it came at Atlanta's own 21-yard line late in the third quarter and led to a Panthers field goal. While backfield mate Tyler Allgeier doubled up Robinson in carries Sunday, it would seem likely the first-round pick reclaims a larger share of the work on the ground in a Week 16 home matchup against the Colts on Christmas Eve.

Robinson rushed 10 times for 34 yards and a touchdown and secured five of seven targets for 54 yards in the Falcons' 29-25 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.

Robinson logged just one more carry than backfield mate Tyler Allgeier, but he was the only one of the two to get into the end zone. The rookie did so on a three-yard run early in the fourth quarter, which served as Robinson's fourth rushing score of the season overall. Robinson has found running room hard to come by in the last two games, however, netting just 87 yards on 28 carries in that span. The rookie does have multiple receptions in three straight contests, however, and he'll draw a matchup potentially favorable to resurgence on the ground when the Falcons do battle with the Panthers on the road in Week 15.

Robinson rushed 18 times for 53 yards and caught three of five targets for 26 yards in Sunday's 13-8 win over the Jets.

Robinson had just six rushing yards on eight first-half carries but found more running room in the second half as New York's defense wore down. Tyler Allgeier and Cordarrelle Patterson combined for 37 yards on 13 rushing attempts, so Robinson continues to face competition for touches despite being the most effective running back in the Falcons' run-heavy offense. Nonetheless, Robinson has averaged 18.7 rushing attempts over the past three games and topped 50 rushing yards in five consecutive games. He should remain the top option in Atlanta's busy backfield in Week 14 against the Buccaneers.

Robinson rushed 16 times for 91 yards and a touchdown and secured three of six target for 32 yards and another score in the Falcons' 24-15 win over the Saints on Sunday.

Robinson led the Falcons in rush attempts and rushing yards while also recording his third rushing touchdown and fifth score overall on a 10-yard run in the second quarter. He then added a a key 26-yard touchdown grab early in the fourth quarter, his third score through the air as well. The rookie now has back-to-back 90-plus-yard rushing tallies for the first time in his nascent career, which, when combined with the 38 total carries he's managed in that span, sends him into a Week 13 road matchup against the Jets with no shortage of momentum.

Robinson carried the ball 22 times for 95 yards and a touchdown and caught one of two targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 25-23 loss to the Cardinals.

It's the first time since Week 4 that the rookie RB has recorded over 100 scrimmage yards, and his five-yard score in the second quarter was only his second rushing TD of the season and fourth trip to the end zone overall. Robinson's usage has been strangely erratic and not in line with the draft capital used to land him as the eighth overall pick in 2023, but with the Falcons on bye next week, the coaching staff could get a chance to reassess the backfield workload heading into a Week 12 clash with the Saints.

Robinson rushed the ball 11 times for 51 yards and also lost a fumble in Sunday's 31-28 loss to the Vikings. He added two catches on four targets for eight yards.

Robinson had six carries at halftime as opposed to only three for Tyler Allgeier. That usage flipped when Robinson lost a fumble late in the third quarter, and he found himself on the bench for Atlanta's next two possessions. When he was on the field, Robinson didn't record many big plays, but he consistently picked up several yards per carry. Despite being selected eighth overall in the 2023 NFL Draft, Robinson has seen fewer than 15 carries in all but one game in his rookie campaign.

Robinson rushed the ball 11 times for 62 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-23 loss to the Titans. He was targeted five times but did not record a reception.

After receiving only one carry in Week 7 due to an illness, Robinson led the Atlanta backfield with 11 carries. Even with relatively limited opportunity, he made his mark on the game with a long gain of 25 yards as well as a touchdown run of 13 yards -- the first rushing score of his career. With the performance, Robinson topped 50 rushing yards for the second time in his last six games.

Robinson (illness) wasn't listed on the Falcons' first Week 8 practice report Wednesday, Scott Bair of the team's official site reports.

Robinson was the subject of some angst in the fantasy realm for his lack of usage this past Sunday at Tampa Bay, but an illness was chalked up as the reason for one carry and no targets on 11 offensive snaps. He told D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution after Wednesday's session that he was a full participant, which came to pass. Robinson thus is poised to return to the workload that he handled for the first six weeks of the season (17.7 touches per game) Sunday at Tennessee.

Coach Arthur Smith said Wednesday that Robinson (illness) will participate in practice, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports.

Robinson only handled one touch during the Falcons' 16-13 win over the Buccaneers in Week 7 after alerting the coaching staff he "wasn't feeling like himself" during pregame warmups, but he's not expected to be hampered in any capacity during Sunday's road matchup against the Titans. The rookie first-round pick hasn't missed a practice all season, and it appears likely that he'll be listed as a full participant on Wednesday's injury report.

The Falcons leaned more heavily on Tyler Allgeier and Cordarrelle Patterson as a result, but whatever ailment was bothering Robinson on Sunday isn't expected to be anything that follows him into the upcoming week. Robinson seemingly has a good chance to turn in a full practice when the Falcons begin Week 8 prep Wednesday.

Robinson rushed 13 times for 37 yards and caught five of eight targets for 43 yards during Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Commanders.

Robinson and Tyler Allgeier each saw 13 rushing attempts, but the latter was slightly more efficient, totaling 51 yards. The rookie was still able to somewhat salvage his fantasy production by finishing second on the team in targets, receptions and receiving yards behind Drake London. Robinson's dual-threat ability has been on display to start the campaign, tallying 26 catches for 189 yards and two scores across six games, but fantasy managers had higher expectations when selecting the Texas product in the first round of drafts this summer. Robinson has boomed twice already and established himself as a high-floor option, but he's yet to see over 20 rushing attempts in a game this season. If that trend continues, it'll be difficult for Robinson to finish as a top-10 running back in fantasy this season.

Robinson rushed 14 times for 46 yards and secured both targets for 12 yards in the Falcons' 21-19 win over the Texans on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.

Robinson was uncharacteristically inefficient against a feisty Texans defense, which held him to a long run of 13 yards on the day. The rookie's early-third-quarter fumble after a one-yard run also led to a Texans field goal, making it a ragged fantasy day overall. Robinson also logged three fewer carries than backfield mate Tyler Allgeier, but that's likely not going to be the case most weeks. Robinson should have an opportunity to atone for his underwhelming day on the ground in a Week 6 home matchup against the Commanders.

Robinson carried the ball 14 times for 105 yards and caught all five of his targets for 32 yards in Sunday's 23-7 loss to the Jaguars.

The rookie running back was almost the only effective weapon for Atlanta on the day, accounting for 46.1 percent of the team's 297 yards of offense. Robinson has run for over 100 yards in two of his first four NFL games, although he's still looking for his first rushing TD, and his success has made coach Arthur Smith more comfortable reducing the role of Tyler Allgeier, who saw only eight touches Sunday. Robinson gets a juicy matchup in Week 5 against a vulnerable Texans run defense.

Robinson rushed 10 times for 33 yards and caught four of six targets for 27 yards during Sunday's 20-6 loss to Detroit.

After a breakout Week 2, Robinson was held in check by the Lions. The rookie has finished with at least 10 rushing attempts and six targets in each game thus far, and fantasy managers can expect similar usage moving forward. Surprisingly, Atlanta abandoned the run versus Detroit, as Tyler Allgeier finished second on the team in rushing attempts with only seven. It's a little disappointing Robinson wasn't utilized more in the passing attack, but that could be credited to the Lions' defensive scheme. Robinson remains a strong fantasy asset given his game-breaking ability, but it'll be difficult for him to put up top-tier production on a weekly basis with less than 15 touches per game.

Robinson rushed 19 times for 124 yards and caught four of five targets for 48 yards during Sunday's 25-24 win over the Packers.

Robinson led the team in rushing attempts and rushing yards. Tyler Allgeier finished with 16 carries for 48 yards, while Desmond Ridder added 10 rushes for 39 yards. However, unlike Week 1 when the two running backs combined for all three of Atlanta's touchdowns, neither scored during the Falcons' comeback win Sunday. Robinson was clearly the more dynamic back versus Green Bay and consistently made people miss, while Allgeier bulldozed his way to yards. Regardless, the two are expected to continue splitting carries for the time being. While this limits Robinson's overall fantasy value, it does keep him fresh for when his potent playmaking ability is needed most.

Robinson may receive the starting nod Sunday against the Packers but is once again expected to split work out of the backfield with Tyler Allgeier, Ian Rapoport reported on NFL Network's "Good Morning Football."

The timeshare arrangement tilted in favor of Robinson in the Week 1 win over the Panthers, as he logged 31 snaps on offense (65 percent share) to Allgeier's 26 (54 percent). However, Allgeier turned in the more fantasy-friendly line (15 carries for 75 yards and two touchdowns to go with three catches for 19 yards), though Robinson still delivered useful production in his own right (10 carries for 56 yards, six catches for 27 yards and a touchdown). Atlanta may not be able to find as many carries for both backs Week 2 in what projects to be a tougher matchup with the Packers, but Robinson should still be in store for double-digit touches while also functioning as the Falcons' preferred back on passing downs. Allgeier was used more than Robinson in goal-line scenarios last week, and if that trend continues Week 2, it could limit Robinson's touchdown-scoring upside.

Robinson rushed 10 times for 56 yards and caught all six of his targets for 27 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 24-10 win over the Panthers.

Making his NFL regular-season debut, Robinson saw fewer rushing attempts than Tyler Allgeier, but as expected, the Texas product was heavily involved in the passing game, leading the team with six receptions. Fantasy managers who selected Robinson in the first round shouldn't be overly concerned with Allgeier's role in Week 1. While it's disappointing to cede goal-line snaps right away, Robinson will still get plenty of looks in the red zone as the season progresses and should be utilized in a number of ways.

Robinson carried the ball four times for 20 yards in Friday's 13-13 tie with the Bengals in preseason action. He also recorded one catch for six yards.

The Falcons' first-team offense played only one series, though it lasted 20 plays and 9:51 of game time. Robinson played on that drive and entered the game after Tyler Allgeier took the first carry of the game. He gained 12 yards with his first carry and was largely unremarkable otherwise, though he did manage to haul in his only target. Robinson may not take the field again until a Week 1 matchup against the Panthers, when he'll almost certainly lead Atlanta's backfield.

Robinson is expected to play in Friday's preseason matchup against Cincinnati, Michael Rothstein of ESPN reports.

Robinson was among a majority of key offensive playmakers for Atlanta who sat out last week's preseason opener against the Dolphins, but coach Arthur Smith said the rookie first-round pick will play a handful of snaps Friday. With 4.46 speed, workhorse size and a true three-down skillset to his name, anticipation over Robinson's fit in the Falcons' run-heavy scheme has him coming off the board early in the first round of most fantasy drafts. Considering the high expectations already set for Robinson, it will be hard for his preseason debut to truly move the needle in one direction or another.

This coming season, Robinson -- the No. 8 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft -- is expected to be a driving force in a Falcons backfield that also includes returnees Tyler Allgeier and Cordarrelle Patterson, as well as newcomer Godwin Igwebuike.

Robinson is slated to make his preseason debut next Friday versus the Bengals, Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com reports.

After Robinson and the rest of the first-team offense didn't suit up for Friday's exhibition opener at Miami, he'll be out there for preseason Week 2. He ripped off 6.3 YPC and hauled in 60 passes in 31 career games, which will serve him well in one of the NFL's most run-heavy schemes.

The Falcons selected Robinson in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft, eighth overall.

Robinson (5-foot-11, 215 pounds) is the highest running back selection since Saquon Barkley went fifth in 2018. Like Barkley, Robinson is expected to be a three-down workhorse and a standout pass-catching threat, a setup that should allow him to become one of the top fantasy running backs in a hurry. Tyler Allgeier might be overqualified as a backup runner with Robinson now in Atlanta, but talent like Robinson's demands the first and second opportunity. With 4.46 speed and an exceptionally productive collegiate career to his credit, the former Texas back seems like a potential star at the position.
