In concussion protocol
Urban has entered concussion protocol during Sunday's Week 6 game against the Rams, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

ANALYSIS
The veteran defensive lineman was elevated for the Ravens' Week 3 loss to the Lions, playing 25 defensive snaps and recording one total tackle. Urban (concussion) practiced in full Friday and does not carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Steelers.
ANALYSIS
Urban missed the Ravens' last two games while in the league's concussion protocols. He was able to practice in full all week, and now that he has been cleared by an independent neurologist, Urban will be able to return for Sunday's AFC North clash. Full go for Wednesday
Urban (concussion) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Urban has missed each of the Ravens' last two games due to a concussion sustained in the team's Week 8 loss to the Browns, but Wednesday's full practice suggests he's almost past the issue. Remains out
Urban (concussion) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Bengals.

Opens week with DNP
Urban (concussion) didn't practice Wednesday.
ANALYSIS
Urban sustained a concussion during the Ravens' Week 8 loss to the Browns, so it's no surprise he's not practicing Wednesday. If Urban is unable to do so, Broderick Washington (knee) could see increased snaps as a rotational defensive end.
