If Tillman can't suit up against the Broncos, Elijah Moore could get more targets and Jamari Thrash could log more snaps on offense.

Tillman remains in the NFL's concussion protocol, per head coach Kevin Stefanski, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.

Tillman suffered a concussion in last Thursday's win over the Steelers, but with the wideout still in the protocol, his status will need to be monitored as Monday night's game against the Broncos approaches. Added context regarding Tillman's Week 13 status will arrive via Thursday's practice report, but if he isn't cleared to face Denver, Jamari Thrash would be a candidate to log added WR snaps behind Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore.

Tillman was diagnosed with a concussion during Thursday's 24-19 win over the Steelers, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.

Tillman exited the game late in the third quarter and was evaluated for a head injury. He will have 11 days to clear concussion protocol, as the Browns won't play until Monday night in a Week 13 matchup against the Broncos.

Tillman is questionable to return to Thursday's game against the Steelers due to a head injury, Kelsey Russo of the Browns' official site reports.

Tillman took a hard hit late in the third quarter, which was presumably when he suffered the injury. The exact diagnosis is unclear at this time. Prior to his exit, Tillman recorded two receptions on four targets for 28 yards and also lost a fumble.

Tillman gathered in three of eight targets for 47 yards during Sunday's 35-14 loss at New Orleans.

Prior to the Browns' Week 10 bye, Tillman surpassed 75 receiving yards in three straight games en route to a cumulative 21-255-3 line on 32 targets. The volume still was there for the second-year receiver as QB Jameis Winston aired it out 46 times, but Jerry Jeudy (6-142-1 on 11 targets), David Njoku (9-81-0 on nine targets) and Elijah Moore (6-66-1 on eight targets) were the main beneficiaries this time around. Cleveland has a quick turnaround Thursday against a tough Steelers defense, so Tillman may have his work cut out for him to produce Week 12.

Tillman secured six of 11 targets for 75 yards and a touchdown in the Browns' 27-10 loss to the Chargers on Sunday.

Jameis Winston struggled throughout the afternoon against a relentless Chargers defense that sacked him six times and picked him off on three occasions. However, Tillman still garnered enough of his attention to tie with Jerry Jeudy for the team lead in targets while setting the pace in receiving yards. The second-year wideout was also on the other end of Winston's only passing touchdown of the day, securing a difficult 17-yard grab late in the fourth quarter for his third score in the last two games. Tillman has clearly established himself as one of Winston's most trusted targets, leaving the 2023 third-round pick with a bright outlook for a Week 11 road matchup against the Saints following a Week 10 bye.

Tillman recorded seven receptions on nine targets for 99 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 29-24 win over the Ravens.

Tillman has benefitted from a combination of the departure of Amari Cooper as well as Jameis Winston providing the team with more stable quarterback play. He followed up his breakout Week 7 performance by catching long touchdowns of 22 and 38 yards while serving as the primary deep target in the Browns' offense. Tillman has certainly shown enough to remain locked into a key role, though his stat lines are likely to be volatile if he continues to operate more frequently in deep areas of the field relative to the rest of Cleveland's pass catchers.

Tillman caught eight of 12 targets for 81 yards in Sunday's 21-14 loss to the Bengals in Week 7.

After Cleveland traded Amari Cooper to Buffalo last week, speculation as to which receiver(s) would pick up the available targets mainly focused on Jerry Jeudy, Elijah Moore and David Njoku. Tillman, to a lesser degree, was also expected to see a bump in activity, but Sunday's results were off the charts. The 2023 third-round pick out of Tennessee entered the contest with just five targets (three catches) and hadn't been thrown to the previous three games. Whether Tillman will continue to see numbers like this going forward is uncertain, a word that also describes the state of the Browns' quarterback situation. Both Deshaun Watson (Achilles') and Dorian Thompson-Robinson (finger) left the game, leaving Jameis Winston to finish out as the emergency quarterback.

Tillman is expected to move into a regular role in three-receiver sets after the Browns traded Amari Cooper to the Bills on Tuesday, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.

Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore (ribs) remain ahead of him on the depth chart and will likely rank as higher priorities in the passing game, but Tillman should move into a starting role for Cleveland with Cooper no longer in the mix. Through the Browns' first six games, Tillman had mustered just three catches for nine yards on five targets while playing 114 total snaps on offense. Even though his playing time is expected to rise, Tillman still looks to be largely off the fantasy radar with struggling quarterback Deshaun Watson having yet to complete more than 25 passes or clear 200 passing yards in any game this season.

Tillman was not targeted and had one carry for minus-5 yards in Sunday's 20-16 loss to Philadelphia in Week 6.

Tillman's lone touch came on a 3rd-and-1 on the Eagles' side of the field and resulted in a longer field-goal attempt for Dustin Hopkins, who was wide right from 52 yards Tillman, who went untargeted for a third consecutive week, could grab a larger slice of the target pie in Week 7 depending on the status of Elijah Moore (ribs).

Tillman was not targeted over nine snaps in Sunday's 20-16 loss to the Raiders.

The snaps were the fewest of the season for Tillman, who had been above 20 the first three weeks. Perhaps his costly drop in a Week 3 loss to the Giants cost him playing time.

Tillman caught one of two targets for four yards in Sunday's 21-15 loss to the Giants in Week 3.

The ball Tillman didn't catch was costly; he dropped a nicely placed ball on 4th-and-4, which turned out to the Browns' final offensive play. Tillman had just replaced Amari Cooper, who was shaken up the previous play. If Cooper has a significant injury, that would mean more playing time for Tillman, who has three catches on five targets for nine yards through three weeks.

Tillman caught one of two targets for two yards in Sunday's 18-13 win over Jacksonville.

Tillman, who played 26 snaps for the second straight week, had just two of the 27 targets allocated to wideouts in the win. He's locked in at fourth on the depth chart, which means limited opportunity beyond the Browns' top three of Amari Cooper (eight targets), Jerry Jeudy (six) and Elijah Moore (eight). Tillman has two receptions on three targets for five yards through two games.

Tillman caught his lone target for three yards in Sunday's 33-17 loss to the Cowboys in Week 1.

Tillman served as the fourth wideout, playing 26 snaps, as the Browns leaned heavily on their top three wide receivers. None of the four, which also includes Amari Cooper, Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore, had a good day, but that was mainly due to an ugly performance by quarterback Deshaun Watson (51.1 QB rating).

Tillman brought in four of five targets for 52 yards in the Browns' 37-33 preseason loss to the Seahawks on Saturday night.

Tillman saw his first target on the first play of the Browns' second possession, with the 2023 third-round pick recording a 23-yard grab from Jameis Winston. Tillman went on to make six- and 19-yard receptions on that drive, putting together a strong finish to the preseason. The Tennessee product generated a modest 21-224 line across 14 regular-season games as a rookie, and he's projected to enter Week 1 operating as Cleveland's No. 4 receiver.

While he didn't make much of an impact, Tillman got the start for Cleveland and both his targets came on the team's opening drive with Jameis Winston under center. The offseason addition of Jerry Jeudy (leg) pushed Tillman down the depth chart at wide receiver, but the 2023 third-round pick still has a chance to overtake Elijah Moore for the No. 3 spot before the regular season begins.

Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer and Zac Jackson of The Athletic suggest that Tillman is a candidate to take a step forward in his second season as a pro.

Per Cabot, the Browns figure to frequently employ Amari Cooper, Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore in three-receiver sets, but Tillman nonetheless should see his share of opportunities as the season progresses, especially if injuries hit the aforementioned trio. As a rookie, the 2023 third-rounder recorded a 21/224/0 receiving line on 44 targets in 14 regular-season games, but if he's able to carve out steadier playing time in 2024, the 6-3, 215-pounder -- who missed Cleveland's wild-card loss to the Texans with a concussion -- could emerge as a solid complementary option alongside the team's top pass-catchers. Also in the mix for snaps in the Browns' WR corps are 2022 third-rounder David Bell and 2024 fifth-rounder Jamari Thrash.

Tillman (concussion) finished the 2023 season with 21 catches for 224 yards on 44 targets and added an eight-yard run.

Tillman dressed in 14 games as a rookie and took on a larger role down the stretch before missing the wild-card round playoff loss to the Texans due to a concussion. He's expected to be healthy by the start of the 2024 season, and while the 2023 third-round draft pick out of Tennessee put up underwhelming numbers in his first NFL campaign, he could benefit from more stability at quarterback in his second season. Five quarterbacks started at least one game for the Browns in 2023: Deshaun Watson (shoulder), Dorian Thompson-Robinson (hip), PJ Walker, Joe Flacco and Jeff Driskel.

Tillman recorded three catches for 43 yards on six targets while playing 34 snaps on offense in Sunday's 31-14 loss to the Bengals before he exited in the second half to be evaluated for a concussion. The wideout's absence from practice two days later suggests he's following concussion protocol, putting his status firmly in question for this Saturday's wild-card game in Houston. If Tillman is unable to play, David Bell would likely serve as the team's No. 3 receiver behind Amari Cooper (heel) and Elijah Moore.

With the Browns having qualified for the postseason, that may enter the decision-making process regarding the availability of the injured receivers Week 18.

Tillman caught both of his targets for 13 yards in Sunday's 36-22 win over the Texans in Week 16.

Tillman continues to see significant time on the field, playing nearly 80 percent of the offensive snaps in the eight games since Donovan Peoples-Jones was traded. While the rookie wideout has experienced an increased target rate over the last five games, Tillman's routes-run percentage is the lowest among the Browns' regulars.

Tillman caught four of eight targets for 52 yards in Sunday's 20-17 win over the Bears.

The eight targets tied Amari Cooper for second on the Browns and set a new career high for Tillman, but the rookie didn't do much with his opportunities. The 2023 third-round pick has still caught multiple passes in four straight games as his role in the passing game increases, and he'll look to put together a breakout performance in Week 16 against the Texans.

Tillman caught two of four targets for 23 yards in Sunday's 31-27 win over the Jaguars in Week 14.

Amari Cooper and Elijah Moore dwarf Tillman in terms of targets, but the rookie continues to get significant usage. He's played 81.4 percent of the offensive snaps since the Browns traded Donovan Peoples-Jones to Detroit. Recently, that usage translated into targets with an average of five per game over the last three weeks. And now that the Browns settled on the passing-competent Joe Flacco as the starting quarterback for the remainder of the season, Tillman could be in line to make a meaningful fantasy impact.

Tillman caught four of five targets for 55 yards in Sunday's 29-12 loss to the Broncos.

The 2023 third-round pick hauled in more catches for more yardage than he had in his first seven NFL games combined, but all of his production came in the first half with fellow rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson under center. Thompson-Robinson left the game in the third quarter with a concussion, and the lone pass Tillman saw from PJ Walker afterward fell incomplete. Even if Thompson-Robinson is able to clear the league's protocol and suit up in Week 13 against the Rams, Tillman has yet to show enough consistency to be anything more than a deep-league dart throw for fantasy purposes. The chemistry the duo showed in the first half Sunday was encouraging, however.

Tillman continued to see ample time on the field -- his second consecutive week with 66 snaps -- but his impact is limited. Sunday's two touches and 10 combined yards were seasons highs for the rookie, but he's not a primary read for Cleveland quarterbacks.

Tillman did not catch any of his three targets in Sunday's 33-31 win over the Ravens in Week 10.

For a second consecutive week, Tillman was a top-three wideout in terms of snaps (66, 85 percent), as Marquise Goodwin (concussion) and David Bell (knee) were unavailable. Tillman's played a combined 120 snaps the last two games but has just four targets and one catch.

Tillman caught his lone target for three yards in Sunday's 27-0 win over Arizona in Week 9.

Tillman was the main beneficiary of the Donovan Peoples-Jones trade and the David Bell (knee) injury. The rookie third-round pick shattered his previous high snap count, but much like Peoples-Jones, the usage didn't translate into many touches. Marquise Goodwin, also in the mix for more run with Peoples-Jones gone and Bell inactive, left the game in the third quarter with a concussion after eight snaps.

Tillman will be among the top four wideouts with David Bell (knee) ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Tillman, who has not been active the last three games, moved up the ladder twice this week. First, it was Donovan Peoples-Jones being traded to the Lions, then it was Bell's status for Week 9. It's an ideal week for Tillman, as the return of quarterback Deshaun Watson signals a more productive passing game. Marquise Goodwin is also expected to play a greater role and likely to get most of the snaps that had gone to Peoples-Jones in previous games.

Tillman moved up the depth chart after Cleveland traded Donovan Peoples-Jones to the Lions on Tuesday.

Tillman, the rookie third-round pick out of Tennessee, has been inactive the last three games (healthy for two of those three). When he was active, Tillman averaged 11 snaps per game and was targeted three times. That the Browns moved on from Peoples-Jones was logical; he was in the final year of his contract and seemingly fell out of favor as a target. The trade may not immediately mean much for Tillman as a fantasy asset, but he could be active going forward and an injury away from a more significant role.

Tillman (coach's decision) is a healthy inactive for Sunday's matchup with the Colts.

Tilman missed last week's game due to a hip injury. While he was again listed as questionable due to the issue, it looks like his health is back up to par, but the pass catcher will simply be held out due as a coach's decision.
