Up next for Wilson is a Week 14 road game against the stout Dolphins secondary.

Wilson posted his lowest receiving yardage total of the season and has just 59 yards over his last two games combined after averaging 94.4 over the previous five games. Aaron Rodgers hasn't been nearly as much of an upgrade under center as the Jets anticipated, but Wilson has still benefited from the change. Heading into the Jets' Week 12 bye, Wilson has already set a career high with five receiving touchdowns, and he's on pace for 1,116 receiving yards this season, which would narrowly set a new personal best for the third-year wideout.

Wilson is an elite talent who can only produce as well as his quarterback gets him the ball. Managers of the wideout are hoping the Jets' offense wakes back up against the Colts next Sunday.

Wilson paced the Jets in receptions and was just a yard and target short of tying Davante Adams for the team lead in those categories as well. The third-year pro also made what is arguably the catch of the season thus far, snaring an Aaron Rodgers floater one-handed in the back of the end zone and somehow getting both feet inbounds for a 26-yard touchdown early in the fourth quarter that had to be affirmed via replay. Wilson benefitted from Adams' exit for a time during the second half due to a concussion check, but he's now logged at least eight targets in seven consecutive games and at least Thursday's 90 receiving yards in four of the last five contests as well.

Wilson will look to find more success in a Week 8 rematch with a Patriots defense that held him to a season-low 33 receiving yards in Week 3.

Though he should continue to see plenty of involvement in the passing game moving forward, the arrival of Adams -- a six-time Pro Bowler who previously spent eight seasons in Green Bay with Rodgers -- likely means that Wilson won't have as clear of a path to being a No. 1 option. On the other hand, the addition of Adams should help divert some attention from Wilson, and perhaps lead to higher-quality looks that uplift the Jets offense as a whole. Wilson put the Jets up 10-7 with a five-yard touchdown catch in the first quarter, but that turned out to be New York's last lead of the game. He has exceeded 100 receiving yards in consecutive games after averaging 47.8 receiving yards in Weeks 1-4, so Wilson's trending up ahead of a Week 7 trip to Pittsburgh for SNF. Wilson has also scored a touchdown in three of the last four games as he continues to improve his chemistry with Aaron Rodgers.

Wilson benefitted from the Jets falling behind 17-0 before halftime and impressively recorded 22 of the team's 51 targets. That was the primary source of positivity in the performance, as he still struggled to pair up efficiently with Aaron Rodgers by averaging only 4.6 yards per target. Despite that concerning sign, Wilson's productivity in this game was positive, headlined by his second touchdown and first 100-yard effort of the campaign.

Wilson has yet to exceed 60 receiving yards in a game this season heading into a Week 5 matchup against the Vikings in London.

All 46 of Wilson's first-half receiving yards came on the Jets' touchdown drive on the third possession, but Aaron Rodgers threw for only two yards on the team's other five first-half possessions. Allen Lazard led the Jets' passing game with 89 yards and two touchdown catches in the second half, while Wilson remained stuck in first gear. Expectations are high for Wilson with a healthy Rodgers after the 2022 first-round draft pick began his career with a pair of 1,000-yard seasons despite abhorrent quarterback play. Wilson's volume Monday was encouraging, but he'll look to pick up the production in Week 2 against a Titans defense that's much less intimidating than San Francisco's, even with the offseason addition of cornerback L'Jarius Sneed.

Along with other key starters for the Jets, Wilson did not suit up at all during the exhibition season. Through two seasons as a pro, Wilson has shown an elite ability to draw targets, but quarterback play has held back his production. That shouldn't be an issue in 2024 assuming Aaron Rodgers can stay healthy, as Wilson will once again operate as the Jets' clear top pass-catching option.

It doesn't sound like he's dealing with anything significant, and Wilson should have a normal offseason after catching 95 passes for 1,042 yards and three touchdowns on 168 targets this season. Wilson's 168 targets were the fourth-most in the NFL, trailing only CeeDee Lamb, Davante Adams and Tyreek Hill. Getting Aaron Rodgers (Achilles') back healthy for 2024 will be huge for Wilson's efficiency and touchdown upside.

Wilson cleared concussion protocol but exited Sunday's 17-3 win over the Patriots with a neck injury, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports. He caught two of five targets for 34 yards, bringing his season totals to 95 catches for 1,042 yards and three touchdowns on 168 targets.

Wilson dressed in all 17 games for the second consecutive season, but the 2022 first-round draft pick took a modest step back after racking up 1,103 yards and four touchdowns as a rookie. Poor quarterback play once again held Wilson back, as Aaron Rodgers tore his Achilles just four plays into the season, paving the way for a combination of Zach Wilson, Tim Boyle and Trevor Siemian to share the workload under center for the Jets. Wilson will have plenty of time to recover from his neck injury in the offseason, and his production could benefit significantly in 2024 if Rodgers is able to play near his pre-injury level.

Wilson brought in five of 10 targets for 50 yards in the Jets' 37-20 loss to the Browns on Thursday night. He also netted minus-1 yard on his only carry.

Wilson led the Jets in receiving yards and targets, although that didn't add up to much in terms of fantasy production. The talented receiver was once again the victim of a heavy dose of dink-and-dunk passing by Trevor Siemian, who averaged only 5.8 yards per attempt. Wilson did cross the 1,000-yard mark for the second time in as many seasons with Thursday night's production, and he'll head into the Week 18 regular-season finale on Jan. 7 against the Patriots needing seven receptions to reach the 100-catch mark.

With Trevor Siemian under center instead of Zach Wilson (concussion), Wilson the wideout saw a season high in target volume but didn't get many opportunities to stretch the field, as his longest reception went for only 16 yards. Running back Breece Hall ended up leading the Jets in catches, targets and receiving yards as Siemian stuck to a dink-and-dunk game plan. Wilson effectively remains a one-man show among the Jets' receiving corps, although Jason Brownlee did catch one pass among his three targets for an eight-yard TD on Sunday, but high volume won't necessarily lead to big production in Week 17 against a fierce Browns defense.

Wilson finished with a season-low target total and posted his second-fewest receiving yards, one week after notching season highs with 14 targets and 108 receiving yards. Starting quarterback Zach Wilson (head) exited in the second quarter, and things didn't get any better after backup Trevor Siemian came in under center, as Wilson's 29 receiving yards actually tied for the team lead. With Aaron Rodgers (Achilles) unlikely to come back this season now that the Jets have been eliminated from playoff contention, Wilson will likely continue to be hindered by poor quarterback play in Week 16 against the Commanders.

Wilson had consecutive receptions of 16 and seven yards on New York's second and third offensive plays, but his only other contribution in the first half was a three-yard jet sweep in the second quarter to convert on fourth-and-1. He got going again coming out of halftime, catching three passes for 55 yards on the first drive of the second half to set up a 15-yard Randall Cobb touchdown. That touchdown opened the floodgates to a 30-point second half from the Jets, and Wilson ultimately set a season high in receiving yards while tying his season high in targets. Zach Wilson also threw for a season-high 301 yards, so New York's passing game is heating up heading into a Week 15 trip to Miami.

Wilson caught three of seven targets for 50 yards in Sunday's 13-8 loss to the Falcons.

After being targeted only once in the first half, Wilson came alive on the Jets' first possession of the third quarter, starting the second half with a 31-yard catch before adding a nine-yard reception to convert a fourth down. He had a 22-yard toe-tapping catch along the sideline overturned on a challenge later on the same drive, so the Jets had to settle for a field goal to cut Atlanta's lead to 10-8. Wilson didn't add another catch the rest of the way, nor did the Jets score again, as a change in quarterback from Tim Boyle to Trevor Siemian in the fourth quarter proved futile. Regardless of which quarterback the Jets tab to start in Week 14 against the Texans, Wilson's potential will remain held back by poor play under center with Aaron Rodgers (Achilles) still recovering.

Wilson caught seven of 10 targets for 44 yards and a touchdown in Friday's 34-13 loss to the Dolphins.

Wilson got both hands on a pass in the end zone in the fourth quarter but failed to control it to the ground. He got a chance at redemption two plays later and converted it for his third touchdown of the season, and his first since Week 2. The one-yard touchdown came with the Jets trailing 27-6 and facing softer coverage. Prior to scoring, Wilson didn't benefit from the change in quarterback from Zach Wilson to Tim Boyle -- who finished with 179 passing yards on 38 attempts -- so the Jets' No. 1 receiver will have to overcome poor quarterback play again when the Jets host the Falcons in Week 13.

Wilson had been estimated as a limited participant Tuesday for the Jets' walk-through session, but he took every rep Wednesday during a more traditional practice to clear up any concern about his availability for Friday's game against the Dolphins. Perhaps the switch at quarterback from Zach Wilson to Tim Boyle can help get Garrett Wilson back on track, but first the second-year wide receiver again may have some listed restrictions on his reps ahead of Friday's contest against the Dolphins.

Jets coach Robert Saleh finally got frustrated with Zach Wilson's inability to move the ball consistently as quarterback and turned to backup Tim Boyle in the second half, but neither signal-caller was able to connect downfield with the team's top wideout. It was Garrett's worst production of the season, and the elbow injury he picked up last week may have also been a factor. The performance snapped a streak of four straight games in which he'd seen at least 12 targets and turned them into at least 80 yards. Wilson hasn't gotten into the end zone since Week 2 though, and the turmoil under center for New York will give the second-year receiver some extra risk in Week 12 against Miami.

To what degree remains to be seen, but assuming he's able to handle his normal snap allotment, or close to it, Wilson - who's recorded at least seven catches and 12 targets in each of his last four contests - will have a chance to maintain his high-volume role in the team's passing game.

With little receiving talent besides Wilson, New York has little choice but to force feed the standout wideout, but defenses can also afford to shift significant attention in his direction. Still, it's encouraging that three of his four highest yardage totals have come in the past three games, though Wilson will be looking to break a touchdown drought that dates back to Week 2 when the Jets fly to Vegas in Week 10.

Wilson continues to be productive despite Zach Wilson's inconsistency under center, and the Jets' top receiver reached 100 receiving yards for the first time since Week 13 of last season. He added another nice catch to his highlight package in this one, getting both feet down along the sideline for a 17-yard reception that the Giants unsuccessfully challenged in the fourth quarter. Wilson's 29-yard catch later in the fourth proved crucial, as the Jets added another 29-yard pass on the next play before spiking the ball with one second left and kicking a game-tying field goal. Wilson hasn't found the end zone since Week 2, but he has 190 receiving yards in his last two games heading into a Week 9 MNF matchup with the Chargers.

Wilson accounted for 90 of Zach Wilson's 186 passing yards despite having a 25-yard catch erased by a blindside block called on Allen Lazard. New York's top pass catcher was seen talking to trainers on the sidelines in the fourth quarter and went to the X-ray room after the game, though head coach Robert Saleh noted that Wilson could have returned to the game, per Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic. Wilson's availability for Week 8 against the Giants after a Week 7 bye doesn't appear to be in question, but his participation in practice will still be worth monitoring once the Jets begin preparing for the intrastate clash.

Wilson's upside continues to be limited by the loss of his starting quarterback in Week 1, but he remains relevant heading into next Sunday's tilt against the Eagles so long as current starter Zach Wilson continues feeding him the ball.

Wilson turned 14 targets into nine receptions for 60 yards in Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Chiefs.

Zach Wilson was intent on getting his No. 1 receiver the ball coming off of a string of poor performances. The young duo who share a last name couldn't connect in the end zone on any of Wilson's game-high 14 targets, limiting the wideout to a voluminous PPR effort Sunday. Wilson has maintained fantasy value through his quarterback's inconsistent play so far with a rising target count each week this season. It will be tough for Wilson to top the 14 targets from Sunday's narrow defeat, but expect the wideout to be a focal part of the offensive gameplan against the Broncos next Sunday.

Wilson caught five of nine targets for 48 yards in Sunday's 15-10 loss to the Patriots.

The majority of Wilson's yardage came on a 29-yard catch on the game's third-to-last play, after which the Jets spiked the ball with one second left to set up a Hail Mary that bounced off Randall Cobb's hand. Zach Wilson threw for just 157 yards, but at least Garrett led the team in targets, catches and receiving yards. The second-year wide receiver has also accounted for two of the Jets' three offensive touchdowns through three weeks, and Wilson should continue to work as the top option in New York's underwhelming passing game in Week 4 against the Chiefs.

The Jets had to settle for their fifth field goal of the game to cap that possession, cutting Minnesota's lead to 20-15. Wilson also had a chance to throw the ball on a trick play, but he wisely threw it away after Minnesota sniffed it out. The rookie first-round pick has been tremendous since the Jets upgraded from Zach Wilson to Mike White under center, racking up 257 yards and two touchdowns in White's two starts. He'll look to keep rolling in Week 14, when the Jets will try to sweep the season series against the Bills.

Wilson caught five of eight targets for 95 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 31-10 win over the Bears. He added one rushing attempt for minus-1 yard.

Wilson showed immediate chemistry with new starting quarterback Mike White, catching three of four targets for 32 yards on the opening drive, including an eight-yard touchdown. The pair hooked up again in the second quarter for a 54-yard touchdown, on which Wilson showed off his shiftiness after the catch. Both offenses struggled on a windy day in Foxborough, but New York's passing game was particularly ineffective, as quarterback Zach Wilson completed only nine of 22 passes for 77 yards. Wilson has been quiet during the Jets' four-game winning streak, but New York could be forced into a more pass-heavy approach in Hall's absence, which may lead to more targets for Wilson in Week 8 against the Patriots.

While his output comfortably marked a career low, the rookie saw quarterback Zach Wilson pass for merely 110 yards overall Sunday. The first-round wideout and the Jets will look to make a bigger impact through the air in Week 7 versus the Broncos.
