Despite leading all Baltimore tight ends in offensive snaps (35), Likely was not much of a factor in the Ravens victory of the Buccaneers on Monday night. Teammate Mark Andrews, however, had his first big game of the season, catching all four of his targets for 41 yards and two touchdowns. The 24-year-old Likely caught just two passes for the second-straight week, and it is possible he could see his role in the offense continue to be diminished by Andrews' possible rise to his former production levels. Nonetheless, Likely is extremely difficult to trust for fantasy purposes heading into a Week 8 matchup against the Browns.

Likely had two catches for 27 yards on four targets Sunday against the Commanders.

Likely came back to earth Sunday after nabbing two touchdowns against the Bengals in Week 5. He actually saw his highest target volume since Week 1 but it only amounted to two catches and 27 yards. It's encouraging that Likely played significantly more snaps (46) than Mark Andrews (34) but Andrews had his best pass-catching performance of the season and could start commanding a bigger share of the targets going forward. Still, Likely has promising peripheral metrics for targets per route (25.8%) and yards per route run (2.13), and with tight end production down league-wide, he actually ranks as TE5 in total fantasy points this season.

Likely caught all three of his targets for 13 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 41-38 overtime win over the Bengals.

Lamar Jackson threw four TDs on the day and three of them went to tight ends, including short scoring tosses to Likely in the third and fourth quarters. The third-year player has three touchdowns on only 16 catches through five games, and he hasn't seen more than three targets in a contest since his career-high 12 in Week 1 against Kansas City. Likely will remain a TD-dependent fantasy option in Week 6 against the Commanders.

Likely had one catch for 26 yards on two targets in Sunday's win over the Bills.

Likely's usage continues to be a fraction of what it was in the season opener when he drew 12 targets. He made a splash with his lone catch Sunday night with an impressive leaping grab for a 26-yard gain that was Baltimore's longest completion of the night. Likely is playing a healthy snap-share at 60 percent over the first four games. However, Baltimore has gone to a more run-heavy approach of late and is mixing and matching its tight-end personnel. This development is not only limiting Likely's chances but the entire group of pass catchers as a whole. The Ravens have attempted fewer than 20 passes in each of the last two games, both of which were wins. Likely and the Ravens head to Cincinnati to face the Bengals in Week 5.

Likely had one catch for four yards on one target in Baltimore's win against the Cowboys on Sunday.

The last two weeks have been a far cry from Likely's electric season opener when he caught nine passes for 111 yards. Likely has combined for three catches for 30 yards over the last two weeks and has drawn just four targets. Baltimore's game plan was unexpected in general, as Likely and Charlie Kolar played more snaps than Mark Andrews. Likely paced the tight end group with a 62 percent snap share, but that's hardly a consolation for fantasy managers. Baltimore won't go to the air just 15 times most weeks, so this should be an anomalous stat line for Likely. Still, it's difficult to square Baltimore's pass-catching rotation after three very different game plans through the first three weeks.

Likely gathered in two of three targets for 26 yards during Sunday's 26-23 loss to the Raiders.

After breaking out with a 9-111-1 line on 12 targets during a season-opening defeat at Kansas City, Likely had far less sway in the Ravens offense a week and a half later, tying for fourth on the team in targets behind WRs Zay Flowers (11) and Rashod Bateman (four) and fellow TE Mark Andrews (five). Likely wasn't looked at by QB Lamar Jackson until the second quarter, and his last two targets had to wait until the fourth period. Managers may have to ride the seesaw that is Likely this season, with his next chance to bounce back next Sunday in Dallas.

Likely brought in nine of 12 targets for 111 yards and a touchdown in the Ravens' 27-20 loss to the Chiefs on Thursday night.

Likely was the surprise leader in receptions, receiving yards and targets on the night for either squad, outperforming both teammate Mark Andrews and Travis Kelce as the standout tight end in the opener. Likely's night would have been that much more memorable had he been able to keep his right toe from landing slightly out of the back of the end zone on a spectacular would-be touchdown grab as time expired in regulation, a play that would have resulted in a potential game-tying or game-winning opportunity for Baltimore. Likely had already recorded a 49-yard touchdown on the first play of the fourth quarter where he'd eluded two defenders on his way to the end zone, and it appears he's set to continue in at least a version of the expanded role he enjoyed in the latter portion of last season when Andrews was sidelined. Likely will look to build on the breakout Week 1 effort in a road battle versus the Raiders on Sunday, Sept. 15.

If nothing else, Likely should be a functional fantasy starter in the event Andrews misses games again.

Though Likely's target count dropped from 60 to 40 despite Mark Andrews' lengthy absence, his counting stats and efficiency both ticked up significantly. Likely has downfield ability and plenty of experience working from the slot (231 of 567 snaps in 2023) so his role should expand in his second year in the Todd Monken scheme.

The Ravens passed the ball only 22 times, limiting the volume for pass catchers in the offense. With the performance, he now has six touchdowns in his last six games. Even if Mark Andrews (ankle) returns, Likely shouldn't completely disappear from the offense in the AFC Championship Game against either the Bills or Chiefs.

Baltimore's new offense has not been as inclined to use two-tight-end sets as it was in the past, and with Mark Andrews now healthy, the room for Likely to produce is shrinking. Baltimore travels to Cleveland to face the Browns in Week 4.
