Tries out with Pittsburgh
The Steelers hosted Driscoll (ankle) for a workout Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll is fully recovered from the ankle injury that landed him on Philadelphia's injured reserve late last season. With Isaac Seumalo currently dealing with a pectoral injury, Driscoll could provide extra depth along the interior of the offensive line should Pittsburgh decide to sign him.

Shifts to IR
Driscoll (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Friday.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll appears to have sustained an ankle injury that will sideline him for the remainder of Philadelphia's 2024 campaign. He appeared in 13 games for the Eagles this season, playing 186 total snaps (110 offensive and 76 on special teams). Expect Tyler Steen to serve as Philadelphia's top reserve right guard with Driscoll now out for the playoffs.

Finds new home
Driscoll signed with the Dolphins on Monday.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll now will suit up for Miami after spending the first four seasons of his career with the Eagles. The Auburn product has mostly served in a reserve role during his career thus far, but he may have the opportunity to earn a starting gig with the Dolphins next season.

Ready for return
Driscoll (ankle) was active at recent OTAs, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll ended his season on IR after starting nine games at right guard last year. While Driscoll will likely work to earn a starting job in 2022, he's expected to back up Isaac Seumalo this upcoming season.

Placed on injured reserve
Driscoll (ankle) will be placed on IR according to head coach Nick Sirianni, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll had been starting at right guard since returning from his first stint on IR due to a pectoral injury in Week 4. This will be the 24-year-old's second stint on IR, so he will have to miss the rest of the season. Nate Herbig will likely take over starting duties moving forward.

Ruled out Sunday
Driscoll (ankle) is out of Sunday's game against the Giants.
ANALYSIS
This is an unfortunate situation for the Eagles, as Driscoll has been a steady presence in the offensive line at right guard. Expect Nate Herbig to see more work as a result of Driscoll's absence, and the latter's next chance to play will come next Sunday on the road against the Jets.

Expects to play Sunday
Driscoll (hand) is expected to play Sunday against the Chargers.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll suffered a hand injury early in the Eagles' win over the Lions in Week 8. The offensive tackle was unable to return to the game and was slightly limited at practice leading up to Week 9. After recording a full practice Friday, Driscoll is slated to play against the Chargers on Sunday. If he suffers any setbacks and is unable to suit up, expect Nate Herbig to see an uptick in playing time.

Might not return Sunday
Driscoll (hand) is questionable to return Sunday against the Lions.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll suffered the injury early in the first quarter and it remains to be seen if he'll be able to return -- but his absence would be a blow for the offensive line. Expect Nate Herbig to see an uptick in his playing time while Driscoll is sidelined.

Activated from injured reserve
The Eagles activated Driscoll (pectoral) from injured reserve Saturday.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll will be active for the first time this season when the Eagles take on the Chiefs this weekend. Philly has already lost two offensive guards to IR this season, so the 24-year-old could provide an immediate impact to the Eagles' offensive line.
Sep 28, 2021
Practice window opened
The Eagles designated Driscoll (pectoral) to return from injured reserve Tuesday.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll was placed on injured reserve prior to the start of the regular season. He is eligible to return at any time after sitting out the team's first three games, though he has 21 days to practice with the team and can be activated at any point in that span. Given the number of injuries the Eagles have dealt with across the offensive line, Driscoll could immediately step into a significant role upon his return.
Sep 28, 2021
Eligible to return from IR
Driscoll (pectoral) is eligible to return from IR this week, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Coach Nick Sirianni said when Driscoll is healthy enough to return, he could factor into the starting unit. There is no specific timetable for his return, but Sirianni said Driscoll would be sidelined for a couple weeks on Sept. 6.

Lands on IR
The Eagles placed Driscoll (undisclosed) on injured reserve Thursday, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll was expected to serve as a swing tackle for the Eagles offensive line during the 2021 campaign, but he will be sidelined for at least the first three weeks of the season after being placed on IR. The rookie fourth-round pick also missed the majority of last year after suffering a significant MCL sprain.

Officially moves to IR
Driscoll (knee) was placed on injured reserve Friday, Mike Kaye of The Newark Star-Ledger reports.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll is done for the season after suffering a significant MCL sprain in last week's win over the Rams. The rookie fourth-round pick was impressive in place of Lane Johnson (ankle) this season; both players will finish the year on IR. Driscoll should be fully healthy for the 2021 season.
Dec 15, 2020
Done for season
Driscoll will miss the remainder of the season with a significant MCL sprain, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
ANALYSIS
The rookie drew high praise as he started four games at right tackle in place of Lane Johnson (ankle), but now both players will be shut down for the season. Driscoll should be healthy for the 2021 season. He could battle for a starting tackle role next year.
Nov 12, 2020
Practices in full
Driscoll (ankle) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll hasn't played since suffering an ankle injury Week 6, but he now looks on track to return against the Giants on Sunday. The rookie fourth-round pick will handle his usual role as the top backup to Lane Johnson (knee).
Oct 30, 2020
Set to sit out Sunday
Driscoll (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game versus the Cowboys.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll didn't practice all week but will look to rest up over the upcoming bye and return to action Week 10 against the Giants. The rookie is the primary backup for starting right tackle Lane Johnson, but Jordan Mailata will handle that role for the time being.
Oct 21, 2020
Ruled out for TNF
Driscoll (ankle) won't play in Thursday's game versus the Giants, Mike Kaye of NJ.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll was carted off the field during this past Sunday's loss to the Ravens, and he'll predictably miss the Thursday's game on a shortened week. On a positive note for the Eagles, Lane Johnson (ankle) has been cleared and will start at right tackle.
Oct 18, 2020
Carted off Sunday
Driscoll (ankle) was ruled out of the remainder of Sunday's game against the Ravens, Daniel Gallen of The Harrisburg Patriot-News reports.
ANALYSIS
Driscoll needed to be carted off the field late in the game, so he'll clearly not be able to make it back on the field Sunday. The hope is that the injury isn't serious, but the bad news is that the Eagles have a short week with Thursday's game against the Giants on tap.
