Keaton Mitchell Injury News & Updates
Keep up with the latest injuries from the Jets vs Ravens game on Sunday with our National Football League injury report.Nov 17, 2025
Playing time jumps without Hill
Mitchell had six carries for 31 yards and added two receptions for 23 yards on three targets against the Browns.
ANALYSIS
The speedster's role was expected to be elevated with Justice Hill (toe) sidelined. Mitchell did get a bump with a season-high 16 snaps and nine total opportunities split between six carries and three targets. He peeled off 5.2 yards per carry and had his first multi-reception game of the year. However, his one missed target ended in disaster as it ricocheted off his hands and into Devin Bush's for a pick-six. This game was a good snapshot of Mitchell's expected usage if Hill is out, but once the veteran returns, it could be an uphill battle for Mitchell to get double-digit snaps in a given game. The Ravens return home to face the Jets in Week 12.
Nov 14, 2025
Likely bumping up to RB2 in Week 11
Mitchell could see added opportunities Sunday against the Browns, as Justice Hill (toe) was ruled out Friday.
ANALYSIS
Derrick Henry is the clear leader in Baltimore's backfield, but the speedy Mitchell should get some chances in a change-of-pace role. Mitchell's averaging 6.2 yards per carry on a limited sample of 15 carries in 2025, as opportunities have been hard to come by behind Henry and Hill.
Nov 13, 2025
Practices in full
Mitchell (knee) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell was a limited participant in practice Wednesday, but he's now ready to rock for Sunday's road matchup against the Browns. He's logged exactly four carries in three consecutive games, while continuing to contribute as a return man. Justice Hill (toe) missed another practice Thursday, potentially paving the way for Mitchell to handle the No. 2 role behind Derrick Henry in Week 11.
Nov 12, 2025
Limited by knee injury
Mitchell was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice due to a knee injury.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell has impressed in a small role the past few weeks, including four carries for 31 yards during Sunday's 27-19 win at Minnesota. He might even have a chance at a larger role Week 11 at Cleveland, with backfield mate Justice Hill (toe) missing Wednesday's practice while Mitchell at least managed limited participation.
Nov 10, 2025
Breaks off big run Sunday
Mitchell had four carries for 31 yards Sunday against the Vikings.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell got a carry on four of his five snaps Sunday and was effective on those opportunities, including a 22-yard rush, which was the longest of the day for any Raven. The third-year running back has not had more than 10 snaps in any of his five outings thus far, but he's getting work anytime he's on the field. He's averaging 6.2 yards per carry on 15 attempts thus far and is a big-play threat out of the Baltimore backfield. The Ravens head to Cleveland to face the Browns in Week 11.
Oct 27, 2025
Shows explosiveness in win
Mitchell had four carries for 43 yards on seven snaps in Sunday's win over the Bears.
ANALYSIS
The third-year back was more involved in the offense in the first game coming out of the bye, and he showed the burst that was his calling card before his season-ending injury as a rookie in 2023. Mitchell peeled off a 25-yard run in the third quarter that helped set up a field goal to go up by two scores. He was also effective on special teams with 66 return yards on two returns. Seven snaps is not enough to get Mitchell on the radar in redraft leagues just yet, but his usage is worth monitoring going forward. The Ravens head to Miami to face the Dolphins on Thursday Night Football in Week 9.
Oct 15, 2025
Non-factor on offense
Mitchell failed to record a single rush or target in Sunday's 17-3 loss to the Rams.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell played just two of the Ravens' 78 offensive snaps Sunday, behind fellow running backs Derrick Henry (38), Justice Hill (35) and Rasheen Ali (3). The 23-year-old speedster doesn't appear to be a priority in Baltimore's offensive attack at the moment despite the playmaking ability he can offer as a change-of-pace back. Barring injuries, Mitchell can be ignored for fantasy purposes going forward. Nonetheless, the East Carolina product will look to get more involved after the team's Week 7 bye when the Ravens host the Bears on Oct. 26.
Oct 8, 2025
Makes season debut in Week 5
Mitchell carried three times for eight yards and recorded a five-yard reception while returning five kickoffs for 120 yards in Sunday's 44-10 loss to the Texans.
ANALYSIS
A healthy inactive for each of Baltimore's first four games, Mitchell suited up Sunday as the Ravens looked to add some dynamism to the backfield to help compensate for the absence of dual-threat quarterback Lamar Jackson (hamstring). Though he took the field for just four of the Ravens' 43 offensive snaps, Mitchell got the ball on each of those plays. His usage didn't come in garbage time either; three of his snaps came prior to halftime. Though he doesn't yet appear poised to leapfrog Justice Hill as the top change-of-pace option behind starter Derrick Henry, Mitchell could see his role grow slightly in subsequent weeks if the 1-4 Ravens are keen on getting another big-play threat on the field to spark an offense that has sputtered over the past two games.
Oct 4, 2025
On track to be active Sunday
Mitchell is expected to be active Sunday against the Texans, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell has been a scratch for each of the Ravens' first four games thus far, but it looks like he could contribute to the team's offense this week. In such a scenario, Mitchell would provide Baltimore's backfield, which also includes Derrick Henry, Justice Hill and Rasheen Ali, with a speed option in a contest that will be helmed by QB Cooper Rush, with star dual-threat signal-caller Lamar Jackson(hamstring) out versus Houston.
Oct 1, 2025
Could be active Week 5
Ravens coach John Harbaugh said Wednesday that Mitchell "has a chance" to play Sunday versus the Texans, Cordell Woodland of 105.7 The Fan Baltimore reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell has been a healthy scratch for each of Baltimore's first four regular-season games, but with Lamar Jackson (hamstring) expected to sit out Week 5, the team could take a different backfield approach against Houston. If active Sunday, Mitchell will be in position to compete for complementary snaps behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill on offense, as well as with Rasheen Ali on special teams.
Sep 28, 2025
Inactive again Week 4
Mitchell (coach's decision) is a healthy scratch for Sunday's game versus the Chiefs.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell has now been ruled a healthy scratch for each of the first four weeks of the season. The Ravens will once again use Justice Hill and Rasheen Ali as the backup running backs behind bell-cow starter Derrick Henry. Mitchell's next chance to play is Week 5 versus the Texans on Sunday, Oct. 5.
Sep 22, 2025
Healthy scratch against Detroit
Mitchell (coach's decision) is inactive for Monday's game against the Lions.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell will be a healthy scratch for a third consecutive week as the Ravens rolling with Justice Hill and Rasheen Ali as the two rotational running backs behind Derrick Henry. Mitchell's next chance to play is Week 4 against the Chiefs, but the 23-year-old running back is out of the backfield rotation barring injury, illness or suspension to Henry, Hill or Ali.
Sep 7, 2025
Inactive for opener
Mitchell is inactive for Sunday night's season opener against the Bills.
ANALYSIS
Per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com, Mitchell is a healthy scratch versus Buffalo, with Rasheen Ali getting the nod as the Ravens' No. 3 back in Week 1 behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill because of his special teams impact.
Aug 18, 2025
Practicing Monday
Mitchell (hamstring) returned to practice Monday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell had been sidelined since Baltimore's Aug. 7 preseason opener against the Colts, in which he had nine carries for 68 yards and a touchdown. He missed the team's second preseason game this past Saturday against the Cowboys, but the speedy running back seems to be on track to play in the preseason finale against Washington this coming Saturday. Mitchell averaged 8.4 yards per carry in eight games as a rookie in 2023 before tearing his ACL and returned to average just 2.0 yards per carry across five regular-season games in 2024.
Aug 16, 2025
Tending to hamstring injury
Coach John Harbaugh said after Saturday's 31-13 preseason win in Dallas that Mitchell is dealing with a hamstring injury but may be able to play in next Saturday's exhibition at Washington.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell hasn't practiced since suiting up in the Ravens' preseason opener on Thursday, Aug. 7, when he took nine carries for 68 yards and one touchdown. The nature of his injury wasn't revealed until Harbaugh touched on it Saturday, and even if he doesn't play next weekend, the running back will "be fine" for a Week 1 road matchup with the Bills on Sunday, Sept. 7. Once Mitchell is healthy, he's poised for a reserve role behind workhorse Derrick Henry and complementary option Justice Hill.
Aug 11, 2025
Misses Monday's practice
Mitchell (undisclosed) did not participate in Monday's training camp practice, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell hasn't practiced since the Ravens' preseason win over the Colts on Thursday, when he rushed for 68 yards and a touchdown on nine carries. The nature and severity of Mitchell's injury isn't clear, but he would be in jeopardy of missing Saturday's exhibition contest against the Cowboys were he not to return to practice. With Mitchell, Rasheen Ali (undisclosed) and Marcus Major (concussion) all sidelined, D'Ernest Johnson and Myles Gaskin will compete for RB3 reps behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill.
Aug 9, 2025
Not practicing Saturday
Mitchell (undisclosed) is not participating in Saturday's training camp practice, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
It could just be a maintenance day for Mitchell, who got an extended run during the Ravens' preseason game against the Colts on Thursday and finished with 68 rushing yards and a touchdown on nine carries. His practice participation over the coming week will be worth monitoring as the Ravens prepare for their next exhibition game against the Cowboys on Saturday, Aug. 16.
Aug 7, 2025
Rumbles for 68 and a TD
Mitchell took nine carries for 68 yards and a touchdown in Thursday's preseason game against the Colts.
ANALYSIS
With Derrick Henry and Justice Hill resting, Mitchell got the start and the first carry. He then went wild on Baltimore's second drive, starting it with a 25-yard kickoff return before taking carries of 5, 2, 23 and 22 (TD) yards. Rasheen Ali mixed in for one carry on the drive, and later scored a TD of his own, but both the rotation and the caliber of Mitchell's performance suggest he's safely ahead of Ali. The question now is whether Mitchell will chip away at some of the snaps that went to Hill (or even Henry) in 2024.
Jul 30, 2025
Looking explosive at camp
Mitchell has looked like one of the most explosive players on the field early on at Ravens training camp, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Banner reports.
ANALYSIS
Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken said Mitchell would be "fighting for touches" as Baltimore's RB3 behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill, but if Mitchell is able to get back to the form he showed as a rookie, then there's a chance he could start to push Hill for playing time and touches. Mitchell was electric with the ball in his hands as a 2023 rookie, posting a 47-396-2 rushing line, averaging an otherworldly 8.4 yards per carry. If Henry ever went down with an injury, Mitchell would be a must-add in fantasy football. He's worth a late-round pick in best-ball formats.
Jun 3, 2025
Feels back to full form
Mitchell has been a standout at Baltimore's voluntary OTAs and said Monday that he feels fully recovered from the ACL tear he suffered as a rookie in 2023, Ryan Mink of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell is showing some of the burst he displayed as a rookie before tearing his ACL, when across eight regular-season games in 2023 he rushed 47 times for 396 yards and two scores, for a tremendous 8.4 YPC. In 2024, Mitchell's debut was delayed until Week 10 due to his rehab, and across just five regular-season appearances he was stymied to the tune of just 2.0 YPC. Now entering Year 3, Mitchell said he not only feels back to 100 percent health, but that he's set personal records in all of his speed tracking analytics this offseason and feels better than he did as a rookie. That said, even back at full speed, Mitchell will face tough competition on the path to carving out change-of-pace reps in the Ravens' backfield. Derrick Henry remains entrenched as Baltimore's featured workhorse and inked a two-year extension this offseason, while Justice Hill did well as a pass-catching specialist in 2024.
Jan 6, 2025
Incomplete grade in Year 2
Mitchell finished the season with 15 carries for 30 yards and one reception on one target for 28 yards.
ANALYSIS
The second-year running back missed the season's first nine games while recovering from the significant knee injury that ended his promising rookie campaign. Even though Mitchell was active in weeks 10-12, he did not receive an offensive touch in those games. He was then inactive for three games before somewhat getting in the mix in the final two weeks with 15 combined carries. The 2.0 YPC was a far cry from the 8.4 figure he established on 47 carries last season. If Justice Hill returns during the postseason, Mitchell will likely settle into a small change-of-pace role in the offense while also serving as a kick returner. In dynasty formats, it would be hasty to cut bait on a player like Mitchell simply because of a difficult year. His impressive rookie season and the injury caveat this year should still keep him on the radar for 2025 and beyond, even with Derrick Henry under contract for another year.
Jan 6, 2025
Tears off long kick return Saturday
Mitchell took four carries for 10 yards and returned a kick for 47 yards during Saturday's 35-10 win versus the Browns.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell played just 14 of Baltimore's 67 offensive snaps in Week 18, a similar role to what he saw in Week 17 at Houston after being inactive the three games prior. However, his biggest contribution to Saturday's win actually came on special teams, as he took a second-quarter kickoff all the way out to Cleveland's 48-yard line. He figures to play only sparingly in the Wild-Card Round versus the Steelers as long as Derrick Henry is at full strength.
Dec 27, 2024
Gets involved vs Texans
Mitchell had 11 carries for 20 yards and added a 28-yard reception Wednesday against the Texans.
ANALYSIS
The rushing output wasn't spectacular, but the rushing volume was noteworthy for Mitchell. They marked his first carries since suffering a season-ending knee injury as a rookie in 2023. He had made three appearances prior to Wednesday but had yet to receive a touch. Mitchell showed off the speed and elusiveness that got people's attention last year when he scooted upfield for a 28-yard gain on his lone reception. Derrick Henry remains the king of the Baltimore backfield and Justice Hill will still have a role once he's able to return, but Mitchell could be an x-factor down the stretch in this offense.
Dec 25, 2024
Will play against Houston
Mitchell is active for Wednesday's game against the Texans, Clifford Brown of the Ravens' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell has been a healthy inactive for the Ravens' last three games, but he will suit up Christmas Day due to Justice Hill being ruled out with a concussion. Baltimore has opted to have rookie fifth-round pick Rasheen Ali serve as the backup running back behind Derrick Henry over its last three games, so Mitchell would figure to operate as the third option out of the backfield Wednesday due to Hill's absence, though most of Mitchell's production will likely come in kickoff return duties.
Dec 21, 2024
Inactive again Week 16
Mitchell (coach's decision) is inactive against the Steelers on Saturday, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell will be a healthy scratch for a third consecutive game. Rasheen Ali will join Derrick Henry and Justice Hill as Baltimore's third active running back for Saturday's rivalry game.
Dec 15, 2024
Remains inactive
Mitchell (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Giants.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell returned from a torn ACL in Week 10 but played only three total offensive snaps in three games thereafter. He's now a healthy scratch for the second straight week, allowing Rasheen Ali to suit up for the third time on the campaign.
Dec 1, 2024
Inactive Sunday
Mitchell is inactive for Sunday's game against the Eagles.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell, who didn't log any snaps on offense in Week 12, will be the odd man out in the Baltimore backfield Sunday. In his absence, Derrick Henry, Justice Hill and Rasheen Ali are the team's available running backs versus Philadelphia.
Nov 18, 2024
No role in offense yet
Mitchell did not get a touch on two offensive snaps Sunday against the Steelers.
ANALYSIS
The Ravens continue to slow-play Mitchell's reintroduction to the offense. Through two games, Mitchell has zero touches on three offensive snaps. He's been involved in the kick return game, but his role in the offense has been minimal since returning from a significant knee injury last December. The Ravens have two more games before the bye -- at the Chargers in Week 12 and home against the Eagles in Week 13 -- so it's possible that Mitchell will start to get more involved down the stretch. In the meantime, though, Mitchell is buried on the running back depth chart.
Nov 8, 2024
Limited snaps in return
In his return to action in Thursday's 35-34 win over the Bengals, Mitchell logged two snaps on offense and seven on special teams, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
It's not surprising that in his first game back since having suffering a torn ACL in his left knee in Week 15 of the 2023 campaign, Mitchell -- who didn't record a carry or target Thursday -- was eased back into the mix. The 22-year-old speedster did return one kickoff for 30 yards versus Cincinnati, and we'd expect him to incrementally see more snaps in the coming weeks. However, with Derrick Henry entrenched as the Ravens' lead back and Justice Hill working in a change-of-pace role, it may be a while before Mitchell sees enough volume to merit fantasy lineup consideration.
Nov 7, 2024
Active for Thursday's game
Mitchell (knee) is active for Thursday night's game against the Bengals.
ANALYSIS
After being activated from the PUP list ahead of the contest, Mitchell is slated to see his first game action since suffering a torn ACL in his left knee in Week 15 of the 2023 campaign. While he's no threat to Derrick Henry's perch atop the Ravens' RB depth chart, Mitchell should be able to carve out a complementary role in team's backfield alongside Justice Hill. In such a capacity, Mitchell will initially carry modest fantasy lineup upside, but his presence going forward should, at a minimum, provide Baltimore's ground game with a welcome boost in terms of speed and depth.
Nov 7, 2024
Activated from PUP list
Mitchell (knee) has been activated from the PUP list ahead of Thursday night's game against the Bengals, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell, who was listed as a full participant on the team's injury report ahead of the contest, was officially listed as questionable, but he's poised to make his season debut versus Cincinnati nonetheless. Official confirmation of his Week 10 status will arrive once the Ravens' inactives are posted ahead of Thursday's 8:15 ET kickoff.
Nov 4, 2024
Chance to play in Week 10
Head coach John Harbaugh told reporters Monday that Mitchell (knee) has a chance to play in Thursday night's matchup against the Bengals, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell practiced in full all week but wasn't able to suit up for Sunday's blowout win over the Broncos. He was designated to return from the Ravens' reserve/PUP list Oct. 23, and Harbaugh's comments Monday suggest he could make his 2024 debut in Week 10. If Mitchell is activated in time for Thursday night's contest, he'll likely serve as the team's No. 3 running back behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill.
Nov 2, 2024
Won't return for Week 9
Mitchell (knee) wasn't activated from the PUP list ahead of Sunday's matchup versus Denver, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell continues to make progress in his rehab from last December's torn ACL, and he was able to log a trio of full practices this week. Per Zrebiec, Baltimore is opting to give Mitchell more practice time before activating him, and he still has 11 days left on his 21-day practice window before the team has to make a decision on him, according to Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com. The Ravens have a quick turnaround after Sunday's contest with a Thursday Night Football matchup against Cincinnati on Nov. 7, and it remains to be seen if Mitchell has a chance of making his season debut in that game.
Oct 30, 2024
Full practice participant Wednesday
Mitchell (knee) was listed as a full practice participant on Wednesday's injury report.
ANALYSIS
Keaton began the regular season on the reserve/PUP list while in the final stages of his recovery from a torn ACL in his left knee that he sustained in Week 15 of the 2023 campaign. His 21-day practice window opened Oct. 23, and while he was a limited participant all of last week, he was able to practice without restrictions Wednesday. If he's able to log full practices over the next two days, there's a chance he could be activated off IR and make his 2024 regular-season debut against the Broncos on Sunday. If he does return, Mitchell would serve as the Ravens' No. 3 running back behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill.
Oct 23, 2024
Practice window opened Wednesday
The Ravens designated Mitchell (knee) to return from injured reserve Wednesday.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell was officially limited in Wednesday's practice. Coach John Harbaugh has already ruled out Mitchell for the Ravens' Week 8 date with the Browns, but this transaction officially opens the running back's 21-day practice window. Once Mitchell does return to game action, it's unclear what his role will be with Derrick Henry and Justice Hill both performing exceptionally as the one-two punch out of Baltimore's backfield. There likely won't be much meat on the bone for Mitchell to make him fantasy relevant in 2024 unless there's an injury to Henry or Hill.
Oct 23, 2024
Won't play Week 8
Coach John Harbaugh said Wednesday that Mitchell (knee) won't play Sunday against the Browns, Jonas Shaffer of the Baltimore Banner reports.
ANALYSIS
Harbaugh added that Mitchell is set to go full-speed in practice Thursday, after which point the team will have a better indication of a potential timetable for the second-year running back's return from a torn ACL suffered last December. The Ravens are hoping Mitchell will come back prior to the expiration of his 21-day window to return from the PUP list, which opens when he starts practicing.
Oct 23, 2024
Set to resume practicing
Mitchell (knee) is in line to return to practice this week, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell, who suffered an ACL tear on Dec. 17 last year, is on the PUP list, but once he's back at practice, the running back's 21-day window for activation will open. Per Mink, Mitchell figures to need a multi-week ramp up period before returning to game action, but once the 22-year-old is deemed ready, he'll provide the Ravens with backfield depth behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill.
Oct 2, 2024
Not close to returning
Ravens coach John Harbaugh said Wednesday that Mitchell (knee) is "right on schedule" but "isn't close enough yet to talk about," Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
In other words, the Ravens never expected Mitchell to contribute in the first half of the season, hoping instead to get him back later in the year. He suffered an ACL tear Week 15 last season and apparently will remain on the PUP list for at least a few more weeks. Harbaugh did say that the team expects Mitchell to play at some point this year.
Aug 27, 2024
Our first four games, at least
The Ravens placed Mitchell (knee) on the reserve/PUP list Tuesday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell is working his way back from a torn left ACL, and while his placement on the reserve/PUP list only officially rules him out for the first four games of the season, Hensley reports that it could be until November that the second-year pro is ready to retake the field. In any case, Derrick Henry is positioned to work as the clear No. 1 backfield option for Baltimore, while Justice Hill remains in town to handle pass-catching work. Rookie fifth-round pick Rasheen Ali (concussion) could work as the No. 3 man as long as Mitchell remains sidelined.
Aug 27, 2024
Staying on PUP list
Mitchell (knee) will remain on the PUP list to start the regular season, ruling him out for at least four games, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
It's not surprising given the lack of updates on Mitchell's progress since he was placed on the PUP list at the start of training camp. He suffered an ACL tear Week 15 last season, ending an impressive run of performances in which he'd emerged as Baltimore's best backfield threat despite being an undrafted rookie. The team has since signed Derrick Henry and still has Justice Hill for passing downs, but Mitchell's speed could make him useful in a change-of-pace role at some point Week 5 or later this year.
Jul 15, 2024
Starting camp on PUP list
The Ravens placed Mitchell (knee) on the physically unable to perform list Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell, who is working his way back from a left ACL tear suffered last December, will unsurprisingly have to begin training camp on the PUP list. He can be moved to the active roster at any time during training camp and the preseason, once ready to practice, but if he remains sidelined by the time Week 1 rolls around, Mitchell will need to be moved to the reserve/PUP list and thus miss a minimum of four games to start the year. The undersized speedster is competing for a role behind Derrick Henry out of the backfield.
May 22, 2024
Won't be ready for training camp
Coach John Harbaugh said Wednesday that Mitchell (knee) won't be ready for the start of training camp but is "on schedule" in his recovery from an ACL tear sustained Week 15 last season, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
Harbaugh said Mitchell isn't expected to be ready until "sometime during the season." That's unsurprising, given the timing of Mitchell's injury, but fantasy managers should brace for the likely eventuality that the second-year pro isn't available Week 1, or at least not at full strength. Derrick Henry will work as Baltimore's clear No. 1 backfield option, but given that he's now reached the age-30 mark, the team could want to keep him from a league-leading workload, such as he's carried in the past. That could open up opportunities for Mitchell, once healthy, but to begin the regular season it will likely be Justice Hill and rookie fifth-rounder Rasheen Ali (biceps) complementing Henry.
Mar 13, 2024
Now backing up Henry
Mitchell (knee) is now poised to work behind Derrick Henry, who is set to sign a two-year contract with the Ravens, Brian Wacker of the Baltimore Sun reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell and Justice Hill now become the top backups to Henry, a four-time Pro Bowler and two-time NFL rushing leader, while J.K. Dobbins (Achilles) is looking at free agency and Gus Edwards is slated to ink with the Chargers. Both boast speed and pass-catching chops, making them worthy complements to Henry's overpowering rushing style, though Hill has the benefit of not needing to work his back from an ACL tear. General manager Eric DeCosta said at the combine in February that he's confident Mitchell will work his way back from injury and contribute during the 2024 season, per Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com, but the timing of the 2023 UDFA's injury (suffered in December) makes his availability for Week 1 uncertain. Mitchell showcased elusiveness and big-play potential in limited action as a rookie, so if he can avoid losing his quick-twitch ability in the rehab process, he could prove to be a valuable contributor behind Henry, when healthy.
Dec 19, 2023
Moves to injured reserve
The Ravens placed Mitchell (knee) on injured reserve Tuesday, Clifton Brown of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
This move is merely procedural after it was confirmed Monday that Mitchell sustained a torn ACL in his left knee this past Sunday at Jacksonville. With Mitchell's season over and J.K. Dobbins (Achilles) also on IR, Gus Edwards and Justice Hill will handle most of the backfield reps moving forward, though Melvin Gordon was signed off the practice squad to the active roster in a corresponding move.
Dec 18, 2023
MRI confirms torn ACL
Mitchell (knee) tore his ACL in Sunday's 23-7 win over the Jaguars, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell's injury was confirmed by an MRI. He will miss the remainder of the 2023 season, and Mitchell's availability for the beginning of the 2024 campaign could be impacted by this injury. Mitchell finishes his rookie season with 47 carries for 396 yards (8.4 YPC) and two touchdowns, as well as nine catches for 93 yards on 11 targets. Gus Edwards and Justice Hill will likely lead Baltimore's backfield once again, just as they did while Mitchell recovered from a hamstring injury earlier in the season.
Dec 18, 2023
Expected to miss rest of season
Coach John Harbaugh said after Sunday's 23-7 win over the Jaguars that Mitchell suffered a serious knee injury and will likely miss the remainder of the season, Jamison Hensley of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell went down in the fourth quarter and was carted to the locker room. The elusive runner had 73 rushing yards on just nine carries prior to getting hurt Sunday, and Mitchell will likely finish his rookie season with an average of 8.4 yards per carry (396 yards on 47 attempts). An official move placing Mitchell on injured reserve could be coming shortly if Harbaugh's pessimistic prognostication is confirmed.
Dec 17, 2023
Promptly ruled out due to knee
Mitchell (knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell was ruled out shortly after being carted to the locker room in the fourth quarter. Based on the initial reaction to his injury, Mitchell could be looking at a multi-week absence, though the severity of his injury will likely be clarified soon. If Mitchell doesn't play in Week 16 against the 49ers, Gus Edwards and Justice Hill would be in line to lead Baltimore's backfield.
Dec 17, 2023
Carted off in Jacksonville
Mitchell was carted to the locker room shortly after being carried into the blue medical tent by staffers in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Jonas Shaffer of the Baltimore Banner reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell went down grabbing his leg near the knee at the conclusion of a 13-yard run in the fourth quarter. He had nine carries for 73 yards and caught both of his targets for 15 yards prior to the injury. Gus Edwards and Justice Hill are the top remaining options in Baltimore's backfield with Mitchell hurt.
Dec 10, 2023
Leads Baltimore's backfield
Mitchell rushed the ball nine times for 54 yards in Sunday's 37-31 win over the Rams. He added one catch on two targets for eight yards.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell led the Baltimore backfield with nine carries and 10 touches, though Lamar Jackson led the team with 11 rushing attempts. Mitchell continued to show off his explosiveness, as his longest gain of the day went for 27 yards and he also managed four rushes of at least six yards. The Ravens haven't been willing to completely turn the rushing attack over to Mitchell, but he has at least eight carries in four of the team's last five contests.

Role continues to expand
Mitchell carried the ball nine times for 64 yards in Sunday's 20-10 win over the Chargers. He added two catches on two targets for 25 yards.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell drew the first carry of the game for the Ravens and ultimately led the backfield with 11 touches. As has been the case, he was explosive with the ball in his hands as his longest rush went for 29 yards, and he also chipped in a 14-yard reception. Mitchell saw double-digit carries for the second time in his last four games and should continue to see his role expand once the Ravens return from their bye in Week 14.
Nov 17, 2023
Runs clearly ahead of Hill
Mitchell rushed eight times for 33 yards and brought in his only target for eight yards in the Ravens' 34-20 win over the Bengals on Thursday night.
ANALYSIS
The rookie back garnered seven more carries than fellow complementary option Justice Hill, further cementing the fact he appears to have clearly moved past Justice Hill for the No. 2 running back role. The undrafted rookie gained the majority of his yardage on a 21-yard run, but his explosiveness and versatility figure to continue affording him a solid allotment of snaps in a Week 12 road matchup against the Chargers on Sunday night, Nov. 26.
Nov 14, 2023
Role could grow Week 11
Head coach John Harbaugh said Mitchell will be "more involved this week" during the Ravens' matchup with the Bengals on Thursday than he was in Baltimore's Week 10 loss to the Browns, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports.
ANALYSIS
After Mitchell turned in a nine-carry, 138-yard rushing performance in a blowout win over Seattle in Week 9, Harbaugh spoke of expanding the rookie's role in the backfield rotation with Gus Edwards and Justice Hill in Week 10. Harbaugh held true to that promise early in this past Sunday's 33-31 loss to Cleveland, and Mitchell came through with an electrifying 39-yard touchdown run in the first quarter, then helped set up a field goal on the next possession with a 32-yard catch and run. However, Mitchell was curiously phased out of the game plan in the second half, as he played only four snaps and received just one touch as the Browns overcame a 24-9 deficit. Harbaugh's latest comments offer hope that Mitchell could cut further into Hill's role as a change-of-pace option behind Edwards, but fantasy managers will probably first want to see Mitchell's snaps and touch counts increase before inserting him into weekly lineups.
Nov 12, 2023
Scores early touchdown
Mitchell rushed the ball three times for 34 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 33-31 loss to the Browns. He added one reception for 32 yards.
ANALYSIS
Gus Edwards continued to lead the Baltimore backfield, as he tallied 12 touches compared to Mitchell's four. On the other hand, there's no doubt as to who the more explosive player was, as Mitchell found the end zone on a 39-yard touchdown run early in the first quarter. One possession later, he took a short pass for a 32-yard gain to set up a field goal. Mitchell was used only sparingly from there, but he's making the case for a bigger role and appears to have moved ahead of Justice Hill on the depth chart.
Nov 12, 2023
Active Sunday
Mitchell (hamstring) is active for Sunday's game against the Browns.
ANALYSIS
Though he took a questionable tag into the weekend after he was a mid-week addition to the injury report due to a hamstring issue, Mitchell erased some concern about his health by putting in a full practice Friday. Now that he's seemingly in the clear, the undrafted rookie out of East Carolina will look to build on his breakthrough performance in the Ravens' win over the Seahawks this past weekend, when he carried nine times for 138 yards and a touchdown. Ravens head coach John Harbaugh suggested earlier this week that Mitchell may have earned himself a more regular role in the backfield rotation along with Gus Edwards and Justice Hill, but given the uncertainty about how the reps might break down between the trio, Mitchell doesn't make for the most comfortable option in fantasy lineups this week.
Nov 12, 2023
Expected to suit up Sunday
Mitchell (hamstring), who is officially listed as questionable, is expected to play Sunday versus the Browns, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell practiced in full Friday after tweaking his hamstring in practice earlier in the week, and he's on track to suiting up for Sunday's divisional matchup. The rookie's status will be made official roughly 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1:00 p.m. kickoff. Mitchell put up a 9-138-1 statline on the ground versus Seattle in Week 9, but he did so on only 13 offensive snaps. If active Sunday, it remains to be seen whether he'll be put in position to handle more playing time alongside Gus Edwards and Justice Hill.
Nov 11, 2023
Trending towards playing
Mitchell (hamstring) is expected to play in Sunday's matchup against the Browns, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
That the 21-year-old practiced fully Friday was likely a positive indication anyway, but this is a great development regardless for the rookie's availability. It's worth noting the Ravens haven't made an official designation regarding his status, but that should be officially cleared up before the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. The speedy running back was electric in his first real opportunities after missing the beginning of the season due to a shoulder injury, but he only played 13 offensive snaps total in the demolition of the Seahawks in Week 9. It's unclear if the playing time will dramatically rise in what figures to be a much more competitive contest.
Nov 10, 2023
Deemed questionable for Sunday
Mitchell (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns.
ANALYSIS
Though he'll take a designation into the weekend, Mitchell's ability to practice fully Friday after he was added to the injury report Thursday as a limited participant offers hope that his hamstring issue isn't anything too significant. Regardless, Mitchell's status won't be clarified until the Ravens release their inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. Even if Mitchell is active, the Ravens could be inclined to err on the side of caution with their usage of the undrafted rookie out of East Carolina, who broke out for 138 yards and a touchdown on nine carries in the Week 9 trouncing of the Seahawks. Head coach John Harbaugh had suggested earlier in the week that Mitchell might have earned himself a regular spot in the backfield rotation with Gus Edwards and Justice Hill on the heels of the big performance, though Mitchell's hamstring injury could put those plans on hold.
Nov 9, 2023
Nursing hamstring injury
Mitchell was a limited participant in Thursday's practice due to a hamstring injury.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell wasn't included on the Ravens' initial Week 10 injury report released Wednesday, so his limitations in Thursday's session seem to be indicative of an in-practice setback. The rookie out of East Carolina will still have a chance to practice again in some capacity Friday to put himself in a better position to play Sunday against the Browns, but the mid-week appearance on the injury report suddenly halts some of the momentum Mitchell had built over the past week. Head coach John Harbaugh had previously suggested that Mitchell would become a regular part of the backfield rotation with Gus Edwards and Justice Hill after busting out for 138 yards and a touchdown on nine carries in the Ravens' blowout win over the Seahawks this past Sunday.
Nov 8, 2023
Could be part of backfield rotation
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh suggested Monday that Mitchell could be in line an uptick in snaps moving forward as part of a three-man committee with Gus Edwards and Justice Hill, Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports. "I'm sure there'll be a rotation," Harbaugh said.
ANALYSIS
Though Harbaugh didn't go into specifics regarding what Mitchell's role might look like in the weeks to come, the undrafted rookie out of East Carolina may have earned himself a regular share of the backfield snaps and touches after a breakout performance in this past Sunday's 37-3 win over Seattle. After recording no carries in his first two NFL games, Mitchell gained 11, nine, nine and eight yards on four totes in the second quarter, then added a 40-yard touchdown run in the third quarter and a 60-yard scamper in the fourth. Given that Mitchell's 138 rushing yards didn't come purely in garbage time, he may have a good chance at usurping Hill for the top change-of-pace role behind Edwards, who should remain Baltimore's preferred early-down and goal-line back. Hill actually led the trio of backs with 13 carries (for 40 yards) against Seattle, though six of those touches came in the fourth quarter. Moreover, Hill is averaging a more modest 4.3 yards per carry and 4.5 yards per reception this season, while Mitc

Proves to be big-play threat
Mitchell recorded nine rushes for 138 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 37-3 win over the Seahawks. He added one reception for negative four yards.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell's final line jumps off the page, as he accounted for two of Baltimore's three longest plays from scrimmage with 60 and 40-yard runs -- the latter of which went for his first career touchdown. While both came in garbage time, Mitchell's usage was intriguing, as he earned an equal amount of carries to Gus Edwards and Justice Hill in the first half. Mitchell ran an impressive 4.37 40-yard dash at the 2023 combine, so if he can continue to gain a foothold in the offense, he should remain a big-play threat.
Nov 3, 2023
No injury designation for Week 9
Mitchell (hamstring) has no injury designation for Week 9 and will play in Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
The rookie has played two offensive snaps all season, registering zero rushing attempts while catching his lone target for nine yards. Gus Edwards and Justice Hill should continue to handle the backfield work for Baltimore.
Nov 1, 2023
Practices in full Wednesday
Mitchell (hamstring) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell was held out of Sunday's game against the Cardinals due to a hamstring injury he sustained in Week 7 against the Lions. The undrafted rookie out of East Carolina is trending in the right direction to play Week 9 against the Seahawks.
Oct 29, 2023
Unavailable Sunday
Mitchell (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game with the Cardinals.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell will be forced to sit out after he suffered a hamstring strain in Week 7 versus the Lions. The running back was able to practice in full Friday, but he'll now shift his focus to returning in Week 9 against Seattle.
Oct 27, 2023
Chance to play Sunday
Mitchell (hamstring) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Cordell Woodland of 105.7 The Fan reports.
ANALYSIS
The 21-year-old running back out of East Carolina seems to be trending in the right direction to play this Sunday, as he went from limited participation in Thursday's practice to a full workload Friday. Mitchell has appeared in two games for the Ravens since coming off injured reserve, playing primarily on special teams (52 percent of snaps).
Oct 26, 2023
Returns to practice Thursday
Mitchell (hamstring) was a limited participant at practice Thursday, Cordell Woodland of 105.7 The Fan Baltimore reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell sat out of practice Wednesday, but he was able to participate in a limited capacity Thursday. If he can upgrade again to full participation Friday, he might avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.
Oct 25, 2023
No practice
Mitchell (hamstring) didn't practice Wednesday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell got his first regular-season snaps on offense in Sunday's win over the Lions, but he injured his hamstring along the way and now is considered week-to-week. He's unlikely to practice this week or play in Sunday's game at Arizona.
Oct 23, 2023
Considered week-to-week
Coach John Harbaugh said Monday that Mitchell avoided a substantial hamstring strain during Sunday's game versus Detroit and is week-to-week, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
It's somewhat relieving news for Mitchell, who played his first two offensive snaps at the NFL level in Week 7 versus the Lions before leaving with a hamstring injury. There is an outside chance he could return to action as soon as Sunday at Arizona.
Oct 22, 2023
Questionable to return
Mitchell exited Sunday's game against the Lions with a hamstring injury.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell did not play an offensive snap during his season debut last week against Tennessee. The undrafted rookie did log the first carry of his NFL career for nine yards during Sunday's contest, though it appears he sustained some sort of hamstring injury during the second half. With Baltimore up by more than four scores in the fourth quarter, it's unlikely that Mitchell will return even if he is able to overcome this hamstring injury. If so, his next possible chance to play would come Sunday, Oct. 29 versus Arizona.
Oct 16, 2023
No offensive snaps in debut
Mitchell played zero offensive snaps in his NFL debut Sunday against the Titans.
ANALYSIS
The rookie was activated off of IR in advance of Sunday's game after missing the first five games of the season with a shoulder injury. Mitchell was unable to leverage his activation into a role on offense, though as he only saw the field on special teams. Per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com, coach John Harbaugh believed Mitchell "played well on special teams" and that offensive coordinator Todd Monken "will be looking for opportunities to get [Mitchell] involved" during Monday's media availability. The Ravens take on the Lions in Week 7. Baltimore's leading rushers on Sunday -- Gus Edwards and Justice Hill -- mustered 32 yards apiece.
Oct 15, 2023
Making NFL debut Sunday
Mitchell (shoulder) is active for Sunday's game against the Titans in London.
ANALYSIS
As was expected after the Ravens reinstated him from injured reserve Saturday, Mitchell will be available to make his NFL debut Week 6, joining a Baltimore backfield that includes Gus Edwards and Justice Hill. An undrafted rookie out of East Carolina, Mitchell showed plenty of burst in the preseason, averaging 6.0 yards per carry on seven totes and recorded a pair of receptions in two contests. At 5-foot-8 and 191 pounds, Mitchell may not be capable of handling a big workload, but he could eventually usurp Hill as the preferred change-of-pace option behind the 238-pound Edwards. Expect Mitchell to have a limited role Sunday, however.
Oct 14, 2023
Shifts off IR
Mitchell (shoulder) was activated off injured reserve Saturday.
ANALYSIS
It's unclear whether the Ravens plan to have the undrafted rookie suit up for his NFL debut, but Mitchell's activation is obviously still a positive step in the right direction. Fantasy managers will need to wake up early to determine the status of Mitchell given the Ravens play in London on Sunday. Expect more information prior to the 9:30 a.m. ET kickoff.
Oct 13, 2023
Questionable but still on IR
Mitchell (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans in London.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell remains on injured reserve after being designated to return to practice prior to Baltimore's Week 5 matchup with the Steelers. After logging three full practices this week, the rookie running back could make his NFL debut against the Titans, though he would first need to be activated from injured reserve. Fantasy managers considering deploying Mitchell will need to set their alarms to check his status, as Sunday's game kicks off at 9:30 a.m. EDT from Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Oct 7, 2023
Not activated yet
Mitchell (shoulder) was not activated off injured reserve Saturday, and as a result will not play Sunday against the Ravens, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell was designated to return to practice earlier this week and was a full participant in subsequent days, but the Ravens are ultimately choosing to play it safe with the undrafted rookie. Kenyan Drake was elevated off the practice squad Saturday and would likely serve as the team's backup to Gus Edwards if Justice Hill (foot/hamstring) is not cleared for action.
Oct 6, 2023
Questionable after full practice
Mitchell (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Pittsburgh.
ANALYSIS
The undrafted rookie was designated Wednesday to return from injured reserve and has since been a full participant in practice. Having missed the minimum four games, Mitchell could make his NFL regular-season debut this Sunday, though there's also a chance he'll be inactive even if he's healthy enough. If the Ravens call up Melvin Gordon from the practice squad again it'll be a strong sign that Mitchell either isn't expected to play or won't see much playing time.
Oct 4, 2023
Return window opens
Mitchell (shoulder) practiced Wednesday, opening a 21-day window in which he can be evaluated for a return from injured reserve, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell averaged 6.0 yards per carry during the preseason, so the speedy undrafted rookie out of East Carolina could be an intriguing addition to a Baltimore backfield that consists of Gus Edwards, Justice Hill and Melvin Gordon after losing J.K. Dobbins to a season-ending Achilles tear in Week 1. Before being eligible to play, Mitchell will need to be activated from IR and added to the 53-man roster, but such a move could happen at any point in the next three weeks. If Mitchell turns in a healthy and productive week of practice from Wednesday through Friday, he could even be available as soon as Sunday's game in Pittsburgh.
Oct 2, 2023
Nearing return
Mitchell (shoulder) could be activated from IR this week, according to head coach John Harbaugh,Jonas Shaffer of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell suffered the injury in the team's second preseason game and was placed on injured reserve Aug. 31. After missing the mandatory four games, the running back is eligible to return to the active roster and play as soon as Sunday against the Steelers. However, even if activated this week, the team will have a 21-day window to add him to the 53-man roster, so there's no guarantee he'll be suiting up in Week 5.
Aug 31, 2023
Headed to IR
The Ravens placed Mitchell (shoulder) on injured reserve Thursday, Clifton Brown of the team's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell injured his shoulder in the Ravens' second preseason game against the Commanders following a 31-yard run. Despite the injury and missing some time during training camp, he was able to beat out Melvin Gordon and Owen Wright for the No. 4 running back spot behind J.K. Dobbins, Gus Edwards and Justice Hill. Mitchell will now have to sit out for at least the first four games of the 2023 season.
Aug 30, 2023
May be candidate for IR
Mitchell (shoulder) has secured a spot on Baltimore's initial 53-man roster but is a candidate to be placed on injured reserve, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
If Mitchell is forced to IR, he would be ineligible to play in any of the first four games of the season. He injured his shoulder in the second week of the preseason shortly after breaking off a 31-yard run, and while he was spotted at practice just a few days later, the Ravens might find that he's still banged up enough to require an IR stint. The Ravens have three healthy veterans -- J.K. Dobbins, Gus Edwards and Justice Hill -- atop their backfield depth chart to start the season, with Mitchell nabbing the fourth spot over 30-year-old Melvin Gordon and fellow undrafted rookie Owen Wright. Mitchell is considerably smaller than all of them, but he ran a 4.37-second 40-yard dash this spring after piling up 2,584 rushing yards and 505 receiving yards over his final two seasons at East Carolina.
Aug 23, 2023
Practicing Wednesday
Mitchell (shoulder) is practicing Wednesday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell left Monday's preseason game against the Commanders due to a shoulder injury, but coach John Harbaugh said that injury wasn't too serious, and the running back's prompt return confirms that notion. The rookie undrafted free agent from East Carolina has had a strong camp, but he's likely vying for a practice squad spot rather than a spot on the 53-man roster. Nonetheless, Mitchell should have a chance to help his case in Saturday's preseason finale against Tampa Bay.
Aug 21, 2023
Injury not considered serious
Coach John Harbaugh said Mitchell's shoulder injury he suffered Monday night against the Commanders isn't serious, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell left after rushing one time for 31 yards and never returned to the game. It sounds like he avoided a serious injury. Mitchell is in a contested battle for the Ravens' RB4 job behind J.K. Dobbins, Gus Edwards, and Justice Hill. Mitchell's special teams contributions and playmaking ability might give him the edge over veteran Melvin Gordon.
Aug 21, 2023
Injures left shoulder Monday
Mitchell suffered a left shoulder injury during Monday's preseason game at Washington.
ANALYSIS
At the end of a 31-yard run down the right sideline in the third quarter, Mitchell endured a big hit from a Commanders defender and was tended to by Ravens trainers on the sideline before making his way to the locker room. The extent of the injury isn't known, but Baltimore officially is calling the undrafted rookie running back questionable to return.
Aug 12, 2023
Contained on ground in debut
Mitchell rushed six times for 11 yards, brought in one of two targets of nine yards and returned three kickoffs for 73 yards in the Ravens' 20-19 preseason win over the Eagles on Saturday night.
ANALYSIS
Mitchell was limited to filling a returner role in the first half, but he was then given some run over the first two Ravens possessions after halftime. While he found running room at a premium, Mitchell made good use of his one reception and also was solid on his three kickoff returns. The undrafted East Carolina product and two-time 1,000-yard rusher, who's striving to unseat either Justice Hill or Melvin Gordon and earn a No. 4 running back role, is likely to see another solid role in Baltimore's second preseason game against the Commanders on Monday night, Aug. 21.
