No Consistency From Los Angeles
Los Angeles found some offensive success in Game 1 against the Mavericks. However, in the last two games, Los Angeles hasn’t scored more than 101.1 points per 100 possessions.
Los Angeles just turned the ball over 22% of the time against Dallas in Game 3 and only added 20% of offensive rebounds. The Clippers literally turned the ball over more times than they added offensive rebounds. It’s hard to win games doing that.
It probably can’t get worse than that.
At Least Dallas Doesn’t Turn The Ball Over!
The Mavericks have been more consistent offensively, scoring at least 105.5 points per 100 possessions in all three games of the series. What stands out the most is the lower turnovers and the higher amount of offensive rebounds.
We can rely on Dallas to score points at an effective rate. It’s ultimately down to the Clippers to keep turnovers down and be more aggressive on defense.

While the Clippers’ turnover rate has always been high, it typically doesn’t get above 20%. You’d have to imagine they play more precisely and add more second chances on the glass. Therefore, the Over 209.5 makes the most sense.
