For this week’s picks, we are figuring out the best NFL championship round player props to trust in the NFL Championship Games this Sunday between the Patriots and Broncos, then it’s the NFC Championship Game between the Rams and Seahawks for the third time this year.
Let’s look at the latest NFL odds.
NFL Prop Bets Championship Games At-a-Glance
For this week’s football player props, we are looking at which quarterback will have to throw for at least 200 yards in Denver, which quarterback we expect to throw for the most yards in Seattle, and which running back to value in Seattle.
But let’s start with the game in Denver with one inexperienced quarterback coming in cold.
Broncos’ Jarrett Stidham (Over 198.5 Passing Yards)
Sunday, January 25, 2026 – 03:00 PM ET
The Broncos lost Bo Nix (ankle surgery), making Jarrett Stidham just the seventh quarterback in the Super Bowl era to make his first start of the season in a playoff game, and only the second to do so in a Conference Championship Game (Roger Staubach in 1972).
Maybe more than that, Stidham has only started four career games and hasn’t thrown a meaningful pass since the 2023 regular season.
It’s an unprecedented situation, but Sean Payton knows a thing or two about offense and preparing the backup to play. He might not be able to expect elite quarterback play from Stidham, but he can get production thanks to a great offensive line that didn’t give up a single sack last week to Buffalo.
However, this time, Payton doesn’t have the backfield to really dominate on the ground. That’s why Stidham has to make plays, and he has thrown for over 200 yards and a touchdown in all four of his career starts.
Whether it’s pretty or not, Stidham will throw for 200 yards here and hit his over as he tries to lead the Broncos to Super Bowl LX.
Expert Pick: Jarrett Stidham Over 198.5 Passing Yards (-115) at BetOnline
Seahawks’ Kenneth Walker (Over 85.5 Rushing Yards)
Sunday, January 25, 2026 – 06:30 PM ET
With Seattle’s backup running back Zach Charbonnet out for the season with a torn ACL, the goal is simple for Kenneth Walker this week. He has to be great on the ground and do his part to keep Matthew Stafford and that No. 1 offense on the sideline.
Walker had 116 yards and 3 touchdowns against the 49ers last week. He has already rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown at home against the Rams in Week 16, and both teams generally ran the ball well against one another in the first two matchups this year.
But with the Seahawks this close to the Super Bowl, this is not a game where you trust Sam Darnold to get into another shootout with Stafford. Lean on Walker as the workhorse back, and he should go over 85.5 yards as the Rams have been struggling more on defense in the second half of the season.
Expert Pick: Kenneth Walker Over 85.5 Rushing Yards (-115) at BetOnline
Rams’ Matthew Stafford Over 254.5 Passing Yards
Matthew Stafford has not looked so sharp since he injured a finger on his throwing hand against Carolina. But the Rams are going to ride their MVP candidate until the wheels fall off this season.
Stafford is up to the task, too, as he’s thrown for 304 and 258 yards in the road playoff wins and led a game-winning drive in both games.
However, Stafford against Seattle has been an interesting case study this year:
- In the first matchup at home, Stafford passed for 130 yards, which was his only game under 180 yards this year.
- In the Week 16 rematch on the road without Davante Adams at his disposal, Stafford passed for a season-high 457 yards with no interceptions.
Weird split as he’s been feast or famine.
However, Stafford has faced a Mike Macdonald-coached defense four times since 2023, and he’s thrown for over 250 yards in 3-of-4 games, and all of those games went to overtime, too.
He’s also not taken a sack against Seattle this year, so he can get the ball out against this defense; he has his full complement of weapons, and Sean McVay is going to ride or die with his MVP quarterback here. Stafford will throw for over 254.5 yards with the Super Bowl on the line.
Expert Pick: Matthew Stafford Over 254.5 Passing Yards (-115) at BetOnline
What We’ve Covered and Next Steps
For our NFL player props in the Championship Games, our top pick is for Denver starter Jarrett Stidham to throw for over 198.5 yards in the biggest game of his life. In the Rams vs. Seahawks game, we also recommend Kenneth Walker to rush for over 85.5 yards and for Matthew Stafford to throw for over 254.5 passing yards.
