ANALYSIS
Helm continues to emerge in the Tennessee offense, and he led the team in targets for the second consecutive week. That's particularly notable because the Titans welcomed back Elic Ayomanor in Sunday's loss, adding competition for targets. While Helm didn't do much with the opportunity, he finished third on the team in yards and tied for the team lead in receptions and should continue to remain heavily involved across the second half of his rookie campaign.

ANALYSIS
The Titans showed at least a modest amount of offensive spark, and Helm was a bright spot in the loss. He tied for the team lead in targets and also paced the team in receptions and yards. Helm is emerging as Cam Ward's top target, recording at least five targets in three of Tennessee's last five games. Helm's fantasy appeal is still limited, as he's been used exclusively in short areas of the field and has topped 35 yards only twice in 11 games.

ANALYSIS
Helm was able to match his career high in catches, finishing second on the team in the category behind running back Tyjae Spears (5). The rookie has now registered at least one reception in 10 straight contests to open the year, but he's yet to record more than 36 receiving yards in a game, limiting his overall upside. Helm will look to build off of Sunday's performance when the team faces Seattle in Week 12.

Chig Okonkwo remains the team's primary tight end, though Helm could cut into that role as the season progresses.

The rookie tight end scored his first touchdown of the preseason when he took a 25-yard pass from backup QB Brandon Allen to the house. Helm has performed well through two preseason contests with five receptions for 64 yards including Friday's touchdown. The fourth-round selection will look to finish the exhibition schedule off on a high note against Minnesota next Friday before serving as the Titans' No. 2 tight end this season.

Both of Helm's targets came from backup quarterback Brandon Allen in the third quarter. Helm is listed as the second tight end on the Titans' unofficial depth chart, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Helm, a fourth-round pick out of Texas, has already surpassed Josh Whyle on the depth chart and is immediately backing up Chig Okonkwo. Per Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site, the Titans' coaching staff has been impressed with Helm's ability to make contested catches early in his first training camp. Helm still may not see many offensive snaps his rookie season, as Tennessee could rely on two-tight end sets less frequently after adding depth to their wide receiver corps this offseason.

The Titans selected Helm in the fourth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 120th overall.
ANALYSIS
Helm had solid production in his final two years with Texas, notably leading the team in receptions in 2024 despite battling for targets with the likes of Matthew Golden and Isaiah Bond. His draft stock remained middling despite that production due to relatively poor athleticism and questions about his blocking. If Helm can improve the latter, he could find the field quickly for a Titans offense that is in need of offensive playmakers.
