Can Rickie Avoid Fowling Up?

This season has been an underwhelming one for Rickie Fowler who has often threatened much better results than he has achieved and last week at the Truist Championship was the perfect example when he went low in round one, for a fast start, only to stall a little in round two but all in all it was a solid week.

There can be no doubt that Rickie Fowler is a sleeping giant at Quail Hollow with the most impressive form imaginable.  The Californian’s course form here includes a win at the 2012 Wells Fargo Championship, which was his long-awaited maiden PGA Tour win, combined with four other top 6 finishes.

Importantly for Fowler’s chances when the PGA Championship was last played at Quail in 2017, he was 5th at the track.

Having those good memories to draw can only help enhance Fowler’s chances of putting four good rounds together, something he has lacked in 2025.

If the thirty-six-year-old can, then he is a real sleeper with an outside chance in many of this week’s props markets, and at OddsTrader, our recommended sportsbook Bet365 have an extensive range of props markets to choose from.

Despite winning five times since that maiden triumph at the course, Fowler does not win as often as perhaps he should, so we are prioritizing the prop markets this week, and at Bet365, they have top 5, top 10, and top 20 to utilize

For our recommended bets on Rickie Fowler, we suggest taking him in top 5 and top 20, along with him to be the first-round leader a market he has managed to win before at the PGA Championships, and don’t forget how fast he started last week’s Truist Championship.

Golf Pick: Rickie Fowler to Finish Top 5 (+3300) at Bet365

Golf Pick: Rickie Fowler to Finish Top 20 (+550) at Bet365

Golf Pick: Rickie Fowler to be First Round Leader (+10000) at Bet365

Why Trust Mr. Reliable Reed This Week?

There is no harder worker on any golf tour than Patrick Reed, and not only does he tee it up more than the average elite golfer, but his consistency is also remarkable and has been for many years.

That consistency stretches back to when Reed was a PGA Tour player before his defection to LIV, and is illustrated by three top 8 finishes, and interestingly, his best finish was the PGA Championship here in 2017 when he was runner up.

To chart how well Reed is suited to Quail Hollow, he rates second to Rory McIlroy in historical strokes gained at the course, which is hugely eye-catching statistic.

Golf bettors will know Reed was a profitable pick in the Masters Tournament collecting top 5, top 10, and top 20 monies when finishing 3rd so those are the markets we will be prioritizing.

Combine that with his latest LIV outing of 4th in Korea, means we can be confident that the thirty-four-year-old Texan will not be far away once again this week.

The OddsTrader, recommended sportsbook Bet365, has a terrific range of props markets to take our bets on Patrick Reed, and we are suggesting those three place props markets along with the attractive long shot price of (+7500) with the same firm.

Golf Pick: Patrick Reed to Finish Top 5 (+1400) at Bet365

Golf Pick: Patrick Reed to Finish Top 10 (+880) at Bet365

Golf Pick: Patrick Reed to Finish Top 20 (+230) at Bet365

Golf Pick: Patrick Reed to Win PGA Championship (+7500) at Bet365
