The AI Model thinks Sandy Alcantara will finish with 4.8 strikeouts against the Angels. Meanwhile, his prop is at 5.5, with the under at -110. That’s another very good value play on tonight’s MLB slate.

Before the season began, many teams were interested in acquiring the former NL Cy Young winner. However, he’s pitched somewhat poorly this season for the Marlins.
Alcantara has allowed a .176 ISO and wOBA of .352 with only 17.8% of strikeouts and 12% of walks. He’s also allowed more than 54% of hard contact and has given up close to 26% of fly balls this season.
Tonight, he’s set to pitch against an Angels lineup that has hit a .223 ISO and wOBA of .336 against righties over the last month.
The Angels have struck out at a high rate, but Alcantara has only earned 10.2% of strikeouts. He’s really not fooling Major League hitters this year.
Consider Alcantara to go under 5.5 strikeouts.
