Hard to believe, but this is already our last round of Saturday night football bets for the 2025 FBS regular season. Champ Week is next, then the Army-Navy Game, then it’s time to go bowling.
Let’s go out with a bang; the biggest game on Saturday night’s schedule also happens to feature some of the best NCAAF bets for Week 14, so let’s get right to it.
Best Bets for Alabama vs. Auburn
We’ve already touched on the Iron Bowl in our report on the best college football player props for Week 14, but this is the game everyone will be watching Saturday night (7:30 PM EST, ABC), so it’s well worth taking a closer look.
In theory, there should be ample betting value on anything related to Auburn (5-6 SU, 4-6-1 ATS), given the still-massive following that Alabama (9-2 SU, 7-3-1 ATS) brings to the marketplace.
We know the sharps were pounding the Tigers and the Over for their Week 14 NCAAF picks. Did they leave anything for the rest of us?
Saturday Odds (Auburn +6)
Maybe not. Auburn was available at +6.5 when the first college football lines hit the board for Week 14; now they’ve dipped as low as +5.5 as we go to press. This isn’t as dramatic a line move as dancing around a 3-point spread, but every half-point counts when you’re betting on football.
As for the total, that’s plummeted from 51.5 to 46.5 despite the early action on the Over. Maybe Saturday’s weather report for Jordan-Hare Stadium has something to do with it: late fog and possible scattered showers with wind gusts up to 15 mph. But that’s nothing compared to the polar vortex that’s got the sharps hammering the Under for many of this week’s games.
Saturday Picks (Over 46.5)
If you’re going to place just one straight bet on the Iron Bowl, make it the Over on this reduced total.
The NCAAF predictions at OddsTrader have Alabama winning 29-20, which might be a bit optimistic for Tide fans; however, that combined 49 points does line up quite nicely with other numbers we’re looking at, including Jeff Sagarin’s projected result of 48.55.
That means we can put the Over in our Week 14 NCAAF picks with even more confidence, weather notwithstanding – plus we get an extra boost from that -109 vigorish at Caesars.
Expert Pick: Over 46.5 (-109) at Caesars
Cam Coleman (Over 52.5 Receiving Yards -114)
They’ve tacked on an extra point to Coleman’s total since we previewed our Week 14 NCAAF player props – but they’ve also lowered the juice by one cent, so we’re left with the same projected edge of 20.6% for our featured Iron Bowl prop.
The trick is whether you want to put that Coleman prop in a same-game parlay with Auburn and the Over. Do the Tigers have enough of a fan base to make your SGP look plausibly recreational? Maybe adding RB Jeremiah Cobb to go over 72.2 rushing yards (-114, 13.7% projected EV) will help you get these bets through without having your action capped.

Another tricky thing about that parlay is the timing. You’ll probably find a better price on Auburn closer to kick-off, but the totals for the game itself and the player props should rise as casual fans come in and bet the Over.
Throw in that weather report, and you might want to consider placing your Saturday college football bets individually for this contest – using the OddsTrader App to keep tabs on the Week 14 NCAAF lines as game time approaches.
