Missouri Tigers vs. Georgia Bulldogs

With their win streak now at 25, the Georgia Bulldogs have been installed as 16-point favorites at sharp sportsbooks to make it 26 when they host the Missouri Tigers to begin November.
It’s the first of three consecutive matchups with ranked teams for the Bulldogs who can clinch a spot in the SEC Championship by winning two of the contests.
Last 2 Meetings in Athens were ‘Under’ Winners
Georgia has won 10 of the 11 meetings since Missouri joined the SEC in 2012, including the last nine in a row. Their only other matchup came in the 1960 Orange Bowl, a 14-0 blanking by the Bulldogs to give them an 11-1 overall record in the series.
The Bulldogs needed a couple of 4th-quarter touchdowns to fend off the Tigers’ upset bid last season. Georgia was favored by 30 and eked out a 26-22 triumph. The 2021 clash in Athens was a 43-6 Georgia win, with Missouri once again covering as a 40-point underdog.
Dawgs Continue Win Streak
Missouri took last week off following a 34-12 win over South Carolina, the victory pushing the Tigers past the 6.5 win total most books had on their preseason NCAAF futures. Georgia is coming off a 43-20 win over Florida in the annual rivalry game, the final score making the contest appear closer than it was.
While Missouri will put up a better fight than Florida last week, it still won’t be enough to cover the spread against the Bulldogs, much less upset them.

Oklahoma Sooners vs. Oklahoma State Cowboys

While Oklahoma and Oklahoma State will get together in other sports to continue their Bedlam rivalry, Saturday’s skirmish in Stillwater is the last time the Sooners and Cowboys will meet on the gridiron for the foreseeable future.
‘Over’ Cashes 3 of Last 4 at Pickens
Oklahoma State is none too happy about the rivalry coming to an end, and there’s nothing more the Cowboys would rather do than send the Sooners packing for the SEC with a defeat. Trouble is, the NCAAF odds favor Oklahoma by 6 with 62-63 for the total.
Another problem for the Cowboys is they have been dominated by the Sooners in the rivalry, meaning they’ll have to upset history in addition to upsetting their rivals from Norman. Oklahoma has won 91 of the previous 117 meetings, with seven ties, and taken 18 of the last 21.
Oklahoma backers have also done well by returning to the window to collect in seven of the last 10, plus a push. ‘Under’ bettors have cashed three of the last four.
Cowboys Cover, Fall Short of Upset
Turnovers and penalties cost the Sooners in an upset loss at Kansas last week. Like Missouri, Oklahoma State has exceeded expectations and covered its last four contests. That ATS streak should increase to five in a row following a close loss to Oklahoma this week.

Washington Huskies vs. USC Trojans

With the last unbeaten record in the Pac-12, the Washington Huskies can take a giant step forward to securing a spot in the conference title game with a win Saturday at USC. Just don’t expect the Trojans to be gracious hosts, however.
Last 5 Meetings Stay ‘Under’ Totals
Like most shops, Caesars Sportsbook has installed Washington as 4-point chalk for the 87th meeting between the Left Coast rivals. The same sportsbook has 76.5 for the scoreboard target.
This is the first meeting between the Huskies and Trojans since 2019, and their first get-together at the LA Coliseum since 2015. The schools have split the last eight matchups, with visitors coming out on top in three of the last four. Washington has covered seven of the last 10.
Just the 2nd Meeting Since 2012
If nothing else, Washington has been keeping things exciting the last month or so. The Huskies were 4-TD favorites last week at Stanford and needed a couple of 4th-quarter scores to finally put the Cardinal away in a 42-33 final.
Same for USC after escaping a trip to Berkeley with a 50-49 win over Cal. Southern Cal was favored by 10 and trailed by a touchdown entering the fourth quarter.
We have two of the top signal callers in Michael Penix Jr. and Caleb Williams, and both are capable of busting the scoreboard. But the total is inflated, leading us to a play on the ‘under’ for our final free college football pick.
