There’s only one game in the WNBA tonight. While it’s a lackluster game between two teams with one win, there’s still value to be found at the top-rated sportsbooks.

Of course, Paige Bueckers of the Wings will miss tonight’s game with a concussion. However, Angel Reese of the Chicago Sky will play for the Sky.

Reese has already broken numerous records early in her career. However, her offense has taken a hit this season. She’s only scored 9.2 points per game, but has secured 13 rebounds per game. Typically, she’s a double-double machine, but her offense needs a little improvement.

Will she find some success against the Wings tonight? The matchups against the Wings favor Reese. Let’s talk about it below.

Picks Summary:

  • Angel Reese Over 11.5 Points (-102)
  • Angel Reese Over 12.5 Rebounds (+110)
  • Angel Reese Over 2.5 Assists (-137)

Chicago Sky vs. Dallas Wings

Saturday, May 31, 2025 – 08:00 PM EDT at College Park Center

Ultimately, the Sky are slight underdogs on the road against the Wings. Yet, Reese should at least clean up the glass against a Wings team that hasn’t dominated offensively, either.

Reese’s points prop is set at 11.5. Ultimately, she’s hit this line in three of her first five games this season and has a very good matchup against Dallas tonight.

Additionally, her rebounds prop is currently set at 12.5. Reese has added at least 13 rebounds in just two of the five games and has struggled to add this high of a rate against the Wings in previous games dating back to last season. However, the Wings haven’t been great against forwards on the glass this season. Reese should be able to take advantage.

Finally, Reese has earned at least three assists in three consecutive games. Again, the Wings aren’t even in the top ten in assists allowed to forwards this season and typically give up more than average, especially to centers.

Will Angel Reese Perform Better The Second Time Around?

Angel Reese has added at least 12 points in three of her first five games this season. However, she finished with just six points against the Dallas Wings two days ago. In that game, she played about 25 minutes and attempted only six shots. Usually, she shoots about 11 shots per game, so her volume was down against the Wings.

That said, look for her to adjust in this second game.

After all, the Wings rank 12th in the WNBA in points allowed to power forwards. They’re also 10th in three-pointers allowed to power forwards and give up one of the highest field goal percentages in the WNBA.

We Need The Angel Mentality!

Angel Reese isn’t the best scorer. But she’s excellent on the glass off her misses. If the volume is there, you can expect many offensive rebounds in tonight’s game against the Wings. In addition, you can also expect many defensive rebounds.

After all, the Wings also rank dead last in rebounds allowed to power forwards this season. Reese already has two games where she hauled in 15+ rebounds. She finished with only nine points against the Wings on Thursday, but I expect her to adjust and perform better in the second matchup against Dallas.

Dallas really struggles to play well against power forwards, and Reese is one of the most physical power forwards in the league.

The Assists Keep Coming!

Reese has also accumulated at least three assists in three straight games. She’s hit this line in three of her first five games now and will battle a Wings defense that ranks 11th in assists allowed to power forwards.

It’s another area where Reese can take advantage of. She already recorded five assists in the previous game against the Wings when she wasn’t shooting enough. But I’d like to think she’ll be more of a vocal point in this matchup against the Wings once adjustments are put into place.

The Picks

We’ll back Angel Reese a bunch of times tonight using the computer model and other analytics. The Wings don’t defend power forwards well in the major categories. Let’s take advantage.

  • Angel Reese Over 11.5 Points (-102)
  • Angel Reese Over 12.5 Rebounds (+110)
  • Angel Reese Over 2.5 Assists (-137)
