The Portuguese enter this game having lost their opener 1-0 to the Netherlands but will be seeking their first win of this year’s World Cup when they take on debutants Vietnam who lost their opening game 3-0 to the USA (which was a respectable defeat).

Oppose the Trend, Expect Goals
With both teams having won their opening game 1-0, both teams will be not only looking for another positive result, but a positive performance alongside it as neither was overly convincing in their opening games.
Although both teams dominated the majority of their respective games, it took a last-minute winner for Denmark to secure all three points and England failed to score in open play, picking up their goal from a penalty kick.

China Represents Value
It’s rare to see a team with odds higher than -200 to win games at this World Cup, but we are getting as low as -130 for China to pick up a win against Haiti.
Although Haiti looked somewhat dangerous towards the end against England, China gave Denmark a good game and just about held on for a tie until Denmark scored with minutes remaining.
No doubt China is the much better team here, and the World rankings show that. China to win at -130 is a nice set of odds but China and over 1.5 goals takes us up to +120, and this game has a 2-0 possibly even 2-1 China victory written all over it.
