Most Valuable Promotions confirmed that the fight, which has been rescheduled for November 15th at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, streamed live on Netflix, will put Paul, 27, and Tyson, 58, in a scheduled eight-round bout, with two-minute rounds and 14-ounce gloves.
While the Texan Commission is indeed overseeing the bout and a winner will be announced, the rules that will be applied, as mentioned earlier, may not align with those of a legitimate professional fight.

“Mike Tyson and Jake Paul signed on to fight each other with the desire to do so in a sanctioned professional fight that would have a definitive outcome,” the co-found of and Paul’s business partner of MVP, Nakisa Bidarian, said in a statement.
“Over the past six weeks, MVP has worked with its partners to satisfy the requirements of the TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations) to sanction Paul vs. Tyson, and we are grateful that we have gotten to this point,” she concluded.
