Following the beatdown of Bayern, oddsmakers shifted Pep Guardiola’s men as heavy favorites to win the Champions League. With another EPL success just days prior, the domestic title race saw the gap at the summit tighten to six points as Liverpool held table-toppers Arsenal to a draw.
On home soil, the Citizens have won their previous 10 games and netted a whopping 24 goals from their last 5 appearances in all competitions. Jack Grealish is on top form with 1 goal and 1 assist in his previous two league games, and another three points look almost certain as they face a lackluster Leicester City squad battling relegation.
Leicester City
Sitting second-bottom in the Premier League, Dean Smith’s Leicester City squad faces opposite trajectories to their weekend opponents.
While a new coach was needed for The Foxes to stand a chance of survival this term, Smith’s recent history of being sacked by Aston Villa, taking Norwich to the Championship, and then being sacked by them isn’t the most promising for Leicester City faithful.
This team has lost 10 of their previous 15 road games and hasn’t won a game since February 11. They’ve lost 8 of their last 10 games in all competitions, including an FA Cup exit at the hands of Championship side Blackburn, and a visit to the Etihad could see Guardiola’s men run riot.

The Premier League odds for Manchester City vs. Leicester are heavily juiced in favor of the home side. Surprising? No. Can we bet it? No.
However, as confidence is brimming in Manchester and their opponent owns one of the worst defensive records in the EPL, expect the Citizens to dominate this game from start to finish and find the wagering value by backing them to win both halves.

With a mere two-point gap preventing them from being in the rock bottom position of the Bundesliga table, VfB Stuttgart needs a dramatic upswing in performance to avoid an exit from the top tier of German soccer.
With their only win in recent weeks coming against fellow relegation battlers Bochum last time out, horrid memories of last season resurface. It was a late goal on the final matchday of the 2021/22 season that prevented Stuttgart from being involved in a relegation play-off, and it’s looking eerily similar for Sebastian Hoeneß’s men.
Borussia Dortmund
Two points separate current champions Bayern Munich and their rivals Borussia Dortmund at the top of the table, but if the latter wants to snap the domestic reign of Thomas Tuchel’s squad, they’ll need to put recent results behind them.
A 4-2 loss to Bayern was coupled with a DFB Pokal exit at the hands of RB Leipzig, as Dortmund’s chance of a double was presented with the opportunity of winning zero trophies this season within the space of a week.
However, we must look at the bigger picture. This squad returned to winning ways last week when defeating Union Berlin 2-1, and they’re now competing against one of the worst-performing teams in the German top flight after collecting 31 Bundesliga points since the turn of the year.
Picks and Predictions
The Bundesliga odds naturally favor Borussia Dortmund, but the value is excellently priced at +100.
We’re backing Dortmund for the away win as they can’t afford to falter in their quest for the Bundesliga title. Form has slipped of late, but those lost outings were against a significantly higher level of competition.
