bet365 Goes Live in Kansas

British bookmaker bet365 recently expanded its mobile sports betting footprint after launching in Kansas at the end of July. The company also announced a partnership with the WNBA’s Indiana Fever.

Bet Every Day in Kansas

Kansas welcomed its seventh licensed mobile sportsbook when bet365 launched on July 30th, marking the 14th U.S. state in which the company is active. Earlier this year, bet365 launched in Tennessee and Illinois, with Kansas becoming the third state this year in which bet365 has explored a new market.

Kansas now boasts seven mobile sportsbooks, with bet365 now competing against DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, ESPN BET, and Fanatics. It should also be noted that bet365 recently joined the Sports Betting Alliance (SBA), founded in 2021 by industry powerhouses FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, and Fanatics.

Sports Betting Alliance President Jeremy Kudon said in a statement, “bet365 shares the SBA’s commitment to a regulated, transparent, and sustainable U.S. online gaming market. Together, we’ll continue fighting for more states to swap their dangerous and unregulated sports betting and iGaming products for a regulated, consumer-protected legal platform.”

Bet365 Expands Ahead of NFL

“Becoming members of the Sports Betting Alliance is an exciting move for us and a step forward for our presence in the United States,” said Trip Stoddard at bet365. “We look forward to working alongside our fellow SBA members to stamp out illegal and unregulated betting and bring regulated sports betting to all 50 states.”

Customers of bet365 in Kansas will immediately gain access to a pair of the company’s exclusive betting tools. BetSync will allow bettors to track their wagers across various platforms like Action Network, while QuickSlip is an auto-fill bet slip tool that makes it easier for the customer to place their bets.

The launch comes at a pivotal moment, just prior to the NFL and college football seasons, the most popular betting time of the year. Arrowhead Stadium, the home of the Kansas City Chiefs, is technically located in Missouri, but it is less than 10 minutes from the Kansas state line, which means many Kansas residents are also Chiefs fans.

Bet365 Has a Fever for the WNBA

In addition to launching in another market, bet365 has also announced a partnership with the popular Indiana Fever featuring Caitlin Clark of the WNBA. This will increase the company’s visibility, as it will have access to all arena and digital marketing avenues from radio broadcasts to social media.

“We’re excited to team up with bet365 and bring fans a premium mobile sports betting experience,” said Fever Chief Operating Officer and General Manager Amber Cox. “This partnership is all about creating more ways for fans to connect with our team from tipoff through to the final buzzer.”

“Exciting, record-breaking, and hungry for more, the Indiana Fever certainly embodies the Never Ordinary spirit, and we are incredibly enthusiastic about this partnership,” said a Bet365 spokesperson. “With the new season underway, it’s the perfect time for us to share our unrivaled Bet365 experience with Fever fans.”

The Indiana Fever is the most popular and bet-on team in the WNBA, which should also prove fruitful to the company and convenient for those customers who are also fans of the Fever.
