Sacramento Kings vs. Oklahoma City Thunder

Sunday, February 26, 2023 – 07:00 PM EST at Paycom Center

De’Aaron Fox (Sacramento Kings)

The Sacramento Kings are coming off one of the most exciting basketball games of the year. The Kings prevailed in the second-highest-scoring game in NBA history, 176 – 175 over the Los Angeles Clippers.

In the win, De’Aaron Fox scored 42 points. Fox was clutch when it counted and helped the Kings overcome a 14-point deficit in the 4th quarter. Fox’s brilliance was the difference. It allowed the Kings to gain momentum in a win that their fans will remember for years.

The Pick

Using the OddsTrader app, I found the best price for this at Bet365. This prop had one of the biggest discrepancies on the odds boards because under 28.5 points is available at BetRivers. Finding these discrepancies is a great way to use the app and get the best price available for the prop that you have selected.

De’Aaron Fox has scored 30 or more points in six consecutive games. In his career, Fox has always performed better after the All-Star break and there’s no reason to see that trend change. Fox’s play continues to improve as the season progresses.

Thunder point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander will sit out tonight’s game against the Kings, giving Fox an even more advantageous matchup. I expect Fox to take control of tonight’s game and go over his point prop once again.

NBA Prop Pick: De’Aaron Fox Over 27.5 Points (-120) at Bet365

Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Golden State Warriors

Sunday, February 26, 2023 – 07:30 PM EST at Chase Center

Rudy Gobert (Minnesota Timberwolves)

The Golden State Warriors look to continue their home dominance when they take on the Minnesota Timberwolves this evening.

The Timberwolves will be looking to bounce back after a disappointing loss at home to the Charlotte Hornets on Friday night. The Warriors are coming off a 116-101 win over the Houston Rockets at home.

The Pick

Rudy Gobert has always put up huge rebounding numbers against the Warriors, including a 28-rebound performance last March. He has gone over this total in two of his last four games and he should have a nice matchup tonight against a Warriors team that likes to play small.

The addition of Mike Conley to the Minnesota Timberwolves was made to make Rudy Gobert more comfortable.

Gobert will have more usage, more minutes, and more opportunities for rebounds. I expect him to continue his trend of excelling against the Golden State Warriors and put up another big rebounding total tonight.

NBA Prop Pick: Rudy Gobert Over 11.5 Rebounds (-127) at Unibet

Los Angeles Clippers vs. Denver Nuggets

Sunday, February 26, 2023 – 10:00 PM EST at Ball Arena

Russell Westbrook (Los Angeles Clippers)

On Friday night, the Los Angeles Clippers were on the losing end of the second-highest-scoring game in NBA history. Will those two overtime outings take more out of them than the Denver Nuggets, who fell in Memphis last night? The Nuggets were not competitive, in a 112-94 loss in Memphis.

The Clippers’ game against the Sacramento Kings also featured Russell Westbrook’s debut with the team. Westbrook was a focal point in the offense and seemed upbeat, energetic, and played well when he racked up 17 points and 14 assists.

Westbrook fits much better with the Clippers, who have the shooters to give him the space he needs to excel.

The Pick

With Westbrook surrounded by shooters, he has an opportunity to rack up huge numbers and assists. Westbrook is the best passer on this Clippers team, and they will use him to generate offense.

Westbrook’s ability to penetrate into the paint and open up shots for his teammates takes some load off his fellow stars Kawhi Leonard and Paul George.

Westbrook was brought in to facilitate the offense, and he will do that once again tonight. He had 14 assists in his debut and he should have another huge assist total tonight. I expect Russell Westbrook to continue his strong play with his new teammates and record another Double-Double tonight.

NBA Prop Pick: Russell Westbrook Double-Double Yes (+213) at BetMGM
